Meditation for Love and Peace
This is the 12:12 meditation.
Will probably take 15-30 minutes to complete the meditation.
You can get together as groups, or do it on your own. Our hope
and intent is to have a wave of this meditation love moving
around the planet in continuos waves over a 24 hour period.
The suggested time to begin is at 12 minutes past 12 midnight
and again at 12 minutes past 12 noon, you time zone. I know
it is not possible for everyone to do this. So just do it whenever
you can anytime between 12 midnight on December 12 and 11:30
PM on December 12, your time zone. If you can not do this on/at
the appointed time, please do the meditation as you have time
and feel inclined.
It is very powerful whenever it is done.
The idea is that you are opening a star-gate to bring more
love and light and peace to the planet. You may also be re-uniting
with some of your cosmic family as you journey.
Take a deep breath
breathe in all the way to your pelvis and beyond
hold to your own count of four
breathe out, slowly
breathe out the same amount of time you breath in.
Take three deep breaths in,
and out
feel yourself surrounded by masters and angels
feel yourself protected and guided
feel your crown chakra begin to open
and reach up to your dimensional point
the location of the tips of your fingers when your hands
touch over your head.
Bring hands back to lap, palms up.
and begin to pull in cosmic golden light.
Bring it in through your crown fill you head with it.
Breathe it down to your neck
allow the gold to flow down each arm
breathe that golden liquid light down through your torso
filling your self up with it.
With each in breath bring in more golden liquid light
and with each out breath release all that no longer serves
allow the gold to cleanse as it goes
washing out all that not longer serves your higher good.
As the gold reaches your palms, allow it to flow out
and up
like a fountain
flowing up and over your head,
allow it to begin to fill the outside of your aura
filling your body and your field with gold.
Breathe in and out and be relaxed allow flow
at the pelvis, allow the gold to begin to flow down both legs
cleansing and filling
breathe in
and out
relax and release
and flow the gold out the chakras in the arches of your feet
then add pink to the gold,
you now have a color that is similar to the color of sunset
not orange or red, this is a bright neon pink, almost iridescent
allow yourself to fill completely with this beautiful pink
the color of love.
Flow it in and fill yourself up with it.
When you are full up and your field is also full up of pink
then take another deep breath in
and out
and now as you breathe in, feel the pink love energy flowing
into your heart, from the back
Breathe love energy in through the back of your heart
chakra
See the love flowing into the back of your heart
as if through a funnel and fill your heart up.
Then when your heart is full and can hold no more love
feel that love flow out of the front of your heart
have it form one bright pink stream
see the love beam go out side of you own personal space
then see the beam of pink going up
a beam of pink love energy going straight up.
Breathe in and out
and allow the love to flow through you.
Then see that beam connecting with other beams of pink light
coming up from all other participants
see all those beams of light collect into a beautiful
gossamer pink cloud.
As all the beams are joined into one pink cloud
and from there with all the love you can feel
send a beam of love filled light out into the cosmos.
See that beam go all the way to the great central sun
collecting more love from all the Ascended Masters
and Angelic Beings as it goes,
Breathe in.
Allow the love to flow through you.
Allow.
Have that beam of love energy to then spread out around
the cosmos
spreading in all directions
a pink cloud of pure Earthly Love spreading across the cosmos
and getting stronger and more full of love as it goes
as all Angelics and Ascended Masters are adding their
own pure love to the cloud as it passes near them.
Just breathe and allow.
Bring the cloud back full circle to the original beam
back to the cloud of Earth Love
and beam the full power of that cosmic love back into the original
cloud
Breathe
Allow
Flow
Now see the cloud begin to spread out in all directions
the pink love is moving to the east
and to the south
and to the west
and to the north
moving out over your city
and be aware that people begin to stop and take notice.
Some feel the love and breathe it in, and go back to
their work
move the love out over your county
some people feel the love, and stop their work for their own
meditation.
See the love moving out over you state
even people in fatal disagreements will stop and take momentary
notice
and if you see people who need extra love
as you are noticing people taking notice
send them an extra beam of loving energy
you have more than enough to spare.
Breathe.
Allow.
See the cloud now moving in all directions out over
the oceans
where it begins to heal the destruction we humans have brought
on.
Notice as you move over the oceans that the whales and dolphins
are taking notice as well.
If you see whales or dolphins in your journey over the ocean,
stop for a moment and listen to the message they send you.
It is one of pure love.
As you move the love across places that is war torn
beam extra love and peace into that strife ridden area.
Notice that people at least feel a moment of peace in their
hearts.
And now, as the pink cloud of love begins to converge
back on the central point from where it started,
notice that the planet is entirely surrounded in a pink cloud
of pure cosmic God Love.
As you return back to your own pink beam,
travel back down that pink beam , back to you physical body
now pull all that love from all those loving beings in through
the back of your heart.
Pull the love in through that funnel that is still
at the back of you heart.
Feel the love of the cosmos flowing into your heart
and flow this same love down through your crown chakra.
Fill your whole body with the pure God Love of your cosmic family
flow the sunset pink love through your entire body
and down through your feet and into Mother Earth
To help Mother Earth regenerate and heal herself.
flow the pink light down through you grounding cord into the
center of the planet
then, as you feel all filled up with this boundless, limitless
love
and feel that Mother Earth is also filled up with the boundless,
limitless love
Flow it down your arms and out your hands
and have the fountain to flow up over you own space again
and down into your personal field.
Fill your space and body with this pure love energy
of all the Light Beings of the Cosmos.
Now that you are all filled with cosmic love,
stop for just a moment to bask in the love
Know that you are loved
know that indeed you truly are love.
See that all Beings on the planet have been touched
by the Christ love
see all the planet covered with that glorious pink color of
love!!
And now lift your hands, from the elbows,
extend you hands, palm up
cross your arms and bring them to you
as if receiving a hug
and then put your palms,
one over the other
over your heart
and feel yourself filled with love
and breathe this in for a moment.
Feel yourself loved and hugged
and when you are full of love
fling your arms out, palms up
fully extended and release the love
to all who can receive it.
Now breathe in one more time
and breathe out
and begin to count yourself back up coming back into the room
becoming aware of the situation
coming on up
fully conscious of your physical body
wide awake and fully alert
back in this present now
back fully into your physical body
wide awake and fully alert
conscious and remembering all you have just experienced
wide awake
feeling yourself full of love
giving and receiving love
wide awake......

You have just opened a star gate that will bring in more love
and light and peace to Planet Earth. Also, you have just experienced
a reunion with your cosmic family. You may want to make a journal
entry of your journey.
It is now very important that you do something physical to
get yourself fully back into your body before going out to connect/communicate
with others. You will be a little spacey and you are not street
legal until you get yourself back into your body. Most of our
physical bodies are not yet adept at handling that much love
energy and it truly leaves us spacey. You don't want to be a
traffic hazard and cause injury to yourselves or others.
