Meditation:
Invocation of the Divine One
It is recommended that you perform this meditation at
least once a day, preferably in the mornings before
you begin your walk on this physical plane. Make
certain that you sit comfortably in a quiet space with
your spine straight. Do not lie down for these
meditations. You may sit on a cushion, a chair, or the
floor. Keep your eyes closed throughout the meditation
as this shuts down one of our most influential senses
- our vision of this physical world. Do not play music
or burn incense as these, too, cause our mind to
engage the physical senses of sound and smell. The
objective of meditation is to disconnect from the
physical world and turn our focus inward so that we
may connect with that small, still voice which always
speaks the Words of God. Inhale through the nose and
exhale through the mouth. Keep the mouth relaxed and
slightly opened. Dim or darken the light in the room.
Hands are relaxed and palms are facing upward on your
lap. Hands may be separated or cupped together with
the left hand (receiving hand) on top.
Begin each meditation by closing your eyes and taking
THREE deep cleansing breaths. Begin to pull the breath
downward to the diaphragm, expanding the diaphragm
(belly) outward, and then fill the lungs starting from
the bottom until the air expands the upper chest
outward. Exhale the breath by constricting the upper
chest first, then the lower chest, and finally the
abdomen and diaphragm. Breathe slowly and evenly. The
length of time of inhale should equal the length of
time of exhale. You may increase the number of
breathes to Twelve if you have sufficient time. The
purpose of this breathing exercise is to calm the
emotions and still the mind. It is also to fully
oxygenate the body so that it may enter into a state
of full relaxation.
Be in a receptive state of grace. Be thankful for all
that you are and all that you have in this moment of
time. Expect nothing and everything shall be given to
you.
Invocation
Visualize a Ball of Golden Light, much like the color
of your Sun, several feet above your head. The Light
is bright, vibrant and pure. Within this Light is
God's essence and that part of yourself which is
Divine - your Higher Self or True Self. A golden beam
of light begins to descend from this Ball of Divine
Light and moves downward toward to top of your head.
This Light represents your Higher Self or True Self.
This Light is traveling through a tunnel the width of
which equals the top of your head. This tunnel
intersects your physical body at the top of your head
and travels down the central core of your physical
body and penetrates into the inner core of Mother
Earth.
There is a White Star of Light just 6 inches above the
crown of your head. As the Golden Beam of Divine Light
descends toward you, it intersects with this White
Star of Light infusing this Star with the divine
essence of your Higher Self. See the color of the
White Star intensify until the Star emanates vibrant,
healing, pure white Light in all directions. Use all
of your senses to interact with this Divine White
Light infused with the essence of God. See the White
Light. Feel the energy of the White Light. Smell the
odor of the White Light. Hear the sound of the White
Light. Taste the White Light. Make this experience are
real as possible using all your five physical senses.
See the White Star of Light radiate its energy outward
in all directions healing, energizing and blessing
every aspect of your physical, mental, emotional and
etheric bodies. The energy from the White Star of
Light is Holy and now, you too, as well, are Holy.
Your physical body is now to become the sanctuary or
temple for this Holy and Divine Presence of your
Higher Self.
When the White Star of Light is shining at its highest
vibrancy, the Golden Beam of Divine Light continues
its journey and descends toward you intersecting with
your crown chakra at the top of your head. This Golden
Beam of Divine Light mixes with the energy at your
crown charka until a brilliant, vibrant and pure
violet color is produced. Focus your attention at your
crown chakra and feel the Golden Beam of Divine Light
firmly anchor into the violet color energy found
there. Use all of your senses to intensify, deepen and
purify the violet color of energy at your crown
chakra.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the indigo
color of energy found at your 3rd eye. This Golden
Beam of Divine Light mixes with the energy at your 3rd
eye until a brilliant, vibrant and pure indigo (deep
purple) color of energy is produced. Focus your
attention at the 3rd eye and feel the Golden Beam of
Divine Light firmly anchor into the indigo color
energy found there. Use all of your senses to
intensify, deepen and purify the indigo color of
energy at your 3rd eye.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the blue
color of energy found at your throat chakra. This
Golden Beam of Divine Light mixes with the energy at
your throat chakra until a brilliant, vibrant and pure
blue color of energy is produced. Focus your attention
at your throat chakra and feel the Golden Beam of
Divine Light firmly anchor into the blue color energy
found there. Use all of your senses to intensify,
deepen and purify the blue color of energy at your
throat chakra.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the green
color of energy found at your heart chakra. This
Golden Beam of Divine Light mixes with the energy at
your heart chakra until a brilliant, vibrant and pure
green color of energy is produced. Focus your
attention at your heart chakra and feel the Golden
Beam of Divine Light firmly anchor into the green
color energy found there. Use all of your senses to
intensify, deepen and purify the green color of energy
at your heart chakra.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the yellow
color of energy found at your solar plexus chakra.
This Golden Beam of Divine Light mixes with the energy
at your solar plexus chakra until a brilliant, vibrant
and pure yellow color of energy is produced. Focus
your attention at your solar plexus chakra and feel
the Golden Beam of Divine Light firmly anchor into the
yellow color energy found there. Use all of your
senses to intensify, deepen and purify the yellow
color of energy at your solar plexus chakra.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the orange
color of energy found at your 2nd chakra. This Golden
Beam of Divine Light mixes with the energy at your 2nd
chakra until a brilliant, vibrant and pure orange
color of energy is produced. Focus your attention at
your 2nd chakra and feel the Golden Beam of Divine
Light firmly anchor into the orange color of energy
found there. Use all of your senses to intensify,
deepen and purify the orange color of energy at your
2nd chakra.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the red
color of energy found at your root chakra located at
the base of the spine. This Golden Beam of Divine
Light mixes with the energy at your root chakra until
a brilliant, vibrant and pure red color of energy is
produced. Focus your attention at your root chakra and
feel the Golden Beam of Divine Light firmly anchor
into the red color of energy found there. Use all of
your senses to intensify, deepen and purify the red
color of energy at the root chakra.
The Golden Beam of Divine Light continues its journey
and descends further down the central core of your
physical body to intersect and infuse with the energy
of Mother Earth. See and feel this Golden Beam of
Divine Light travel through the various strata of
rocks and anchor firmly and deeply into the inner core
of Mother Earth. Sense the security, protection,
support and sustenance that Mother Earth provides
directly to you.
See and feel the energy of Mother Earth rise upward
from her inner core and travel towards you through a
tunnel of light the width of your physical body.
Receive this energy from Mother Earth and allow it to
travel up through your central core passing through
your root chakra, passing through your 2nd chakra,
passing through your solar plexus chakra, passing
through your heart chakra, passing through your throat
chakra, passing through your 3rd eye, passing through
your crown chakra, passing through your White Star of
Light and ascending upward until it intersects and
infuses with the Ball of Golden Light.
Again, visualize the Golden Beam of Light descending
towards your physical body, infusing with the White
Star of Light above your head, entering your physical
body through the crown chakra, traveling down the
entire length of the central core of your physical
body, exiting your root chakra, and anchoring firmly
into the inner core of Mother Earth. Visualize the
energy of Mother Earth ascending towards your physical
body, entering your root chakra, traveling up the
entire length of the central core of your physical
body, exiting your crown chakra, infusing with the
White Star of Light above your head and anchoring
firmly into the Ball of Golden Light. Repeat this
circular process several times uniting the Above with
the Below. This ends the mediation.
Note: As you advance in this mediation, you may well
find that the Light descending from the Ball of Golden
Light may be a color other than golden. This color
would represent the primary ray color which
predominates your ego and personality for expression
on this physical plane. Again, just allow the
meditation experience to unfold. Do not interject your
expectations or preferences into the meditation. This
would be the workings of the ego. You are merely an
observer. You are who you are and were created exactly
as God intended to create you for your unique
expression and experience here on Earth.
