The following meditation is an ancient technique that will
change the energy of ANY negative source you are dealing with
these days. The Heart is an amazing organ, both structurally
& energetically. It's always pumping IN oxygen deprived
cells, and pumping OUT oxygen rich cells. Its whole job is to
take in "negative" lifeless energy & send out
"positive" life-giving energy. Because it automatically
does this 24 hours a day, you can maintain healthy energy &
live in balance. This Heart-Breath Mediation will harness your
heart's natural power to transform ANY negative energy in your
environment (or in your body) into a healthier & more balanced
source. Here's how:
Locate where the negative source is coming from.
With a slow deep in-breath,
consciously breathe that negativity into your heart.
On the out-breath, slowly breathe out love &
a soft peaceful energy into that negative source.
Repeat this as many times needed until
you experience a shift in energy & are experiencing
a healthier relationship with that negative source.
After you've done this meditation,
imagine a sphere of light that surrounds your body,
and penetrates through your body, that will protect
your body & heart from any negative source.
Breathe again into the heart & imagine a light (flame)
radiating in your heart, creating this aura of light around
your body. Keep you awareness on this light in your heart chakra
throughout the day, feeling the warm, good vibe is gives you.
This Heart-Breath meditation actually physically impacts the
negative source of energy with healing atoms from your thought-waves.
Our minds are THAT powerful. You imagine a warm glowing light
in your body & after a while of holding this thought, you'll
feel the warm bliss radiating all around you. Since our world
is a web of atoms/energy that's profoundly inter-connected,
whatever distance away the negative source exists (or even in
time) is insignificant to the Universal power we have in our
mindbody.
