The House of Rothschild, the Freemasons & the Federal Reserve Cartel

In 1789 Alexander Hamilton became the first Treasury Secretary of the United States. Hamilton was one of many Founding Fathers who were Freemasons.  He had close relations with the Rothschild family which owns the Bank of England and leads the European Freemason movement. George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, John Jay, Ethan Allen, Samuel Adams, Patrick Henry, John Brown and Roger Sherman were all Masons. Roger Livingston helped Sherman and Franklin write the Declaration of Independence. He gave George Washington his oaths of office while he was Grand Master of the New York Grand Lodge of Freemasons.  Washington himself was Grand Master of the Virginia Lodge. Of the General Officers in the Revolutionary Army, thirty-three were Masons. This was highly symbolic since 33rd Degree Masons become Illuminated. [1] Populist founding fathers led by John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison and Thomas Paine — none of whom were Masons — wanted to […] Read More

There is No Democracy or Consent in Government

As children, we’re taught that “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” This is the widely-accepted fundamental prerequisite for the basis of government in a true democracy. Yet if we examine this assumed premise in practice, it quickly proves that there is no actual “consent of the governed”, and therefore no consensual basis for the legitimacy of government. It is, in fact, tyranny. Ask yourself: Were you ever fully informed of all “the laws” and their definitions? Were you formally asked if you understood and consented to all of them? Were you given a fair and voluntary offer by those presuming to rule you? Nope. It was all imposed upon us through brainwashing, violence, and threats, right? This is no more consensual than a child “consenting” to living with an abusive parent simply because they have been brainwashed and have no means of establishing independence. But don’t […] Read More

The 10 Smartest (and the Dumbest) Presidents in America’s History

It is not unreasonable to expect the “Leader of the Free World” to be a pretty smart cookie. After all, as Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces, with codes to fire nuclear armaments, the ability to make life-and-death decisions, policy making, and just general 24/7 responsibility for the lives of 300 million American citizens, certain things like intelligence should be something we can take for granted. Right? Yet, just like the general population, there is big a disparity of intelligence among the elite group of men who have held the office of President. Some were brilliant, some were very dim bulbs. If we were to judge by the size of their vocabulary alone, it would seem that our Presidents are getting dumber as the centuries roll by. An interesting study by the Guardian newspaper graded presidential speeches by education level using the commonly-used Flesch-Kincaid readability test. George Washington and his fellow Founding […] Read More

Why the Right-Wing Is as Obsessed with Brainwashing Your Kid as With Looting Social Security

We must teach our children US history accurately and inform the world about the essentials of human rights. Sure, the war on education helps Republican lawmakers destroy unions and slash government spending, but it’s our history of progressive change that makes Conservatives hate accurate depictions of our past. Just think about Social Security, The New Deal, freeing the slaves, or child labor laws… all represent great turning points in our nation that progressives made possible. The fact is, our entire history – from our revolution to healthcare reform – is filled with progressive accomplishments, and it’s hard to sell the Conservative brand to people who know that history. Many of the today’s biggest political issues, like our privacy rights, would not even be up for debate today had it not been for the attack on education. If more Americans had had a strong understanding of our history, George W. […] Read More

10 Facts That Will Blow Right-Wingers’ Minds

Guess how many times Reagan raised taxes? As a public service to those who find themselves inextricably cornered by aggressively ill-informed Republicans at work, on the train or at family gatherings, presented here are ten indisputably true facts that will seriously challenge a Republican’s worldview and probably blow a brain cell or two. At the very least, any one of these GOP-busters should stun and confuse them long enough for you to slip quietly away from a pointless debate and allow you to get on about your business. 1. The United States is not a Christian nation, and the Bible is not the cornerstone of our law. Don’t take my word for it. Let these Founding Fathers speak for themselves: John Adams: “The government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion.” (Treaty of Tripoli, 1797) Thomas Jefferson: “Christianity neither is, […] Read More

Cherokee Nation

The Cherokee Nation – largest of the Five Civilized Tribes of the Southeast – is a people of Iroquoian lineage. The Cherokee, who called themselves ‘Ani’-Yun’ wiya’ – ‘Principal People’ – the ‘Keetoowah’ – ‘People of Kituhwa’ – or Tsalagi from their own name for the Cherokee Nation – migrated to the Southeast from the Great Lakes Region. Cherokee Timeline 1450 – First Cherokee enter the state in the vicinity of Traveler’s Rest. Tugaloo Old Town is the first major Cherokee village. 1540-1 De Soto “visits” the Cherokee and is supposedly one of the first whites seen by the tribe, although written descriptions of the tribe by the Spanish note the wide range of colors in the tribe, from “negro” (black) to light skinned and “fair,” according to Moyano and Pardo. 1650 – Cherokee commanded more than 40,000 square miles in the southern Appalachians by 1650 with a population […] Read More

2006: COMMON SENSE INDIVIDUALISM

Dorothy A. Seese November 18, 2006 NewsWithViews.com Whether the motivation is fear of being different, ridiculed, despised for daring to think differently than directed by the manipulators of public opinion, or whether it is genuine belief in all forms of media that are otherwise acknowledged to be biased, I have no idea! I do know that Americans are not the same breed of humans with which I grew up, and as of this writing, I haven’t changed the way I think because I look for the logic, the evidence, the sources, and try to weave them into a fabric called “times, trends and events.” My ego won’t allow me to think of myself as a journalist but merely as a communicator of what seems to me to be the obvious. As far as my own thinking, the title (if there has to be a label attached) is “an analyst […] Read More
