In 1994 - according the Federal Reserve Board - BankAmerica, while seeking regulatory approval to acquire Liberty Bank in Hawaii: Announced a comprehensive program to enhance service to the native Hawaiian and Filipino communities. The program includes a four-year commitment to provide $150 million in residential mortgage loans for native Hawaiians seeking housing on Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.

Dear Loan Servicing Center, I am fully aware of the deceptive banking practices that your corporation is potentially involved in. Those practices may include misrepresentation, coercion, harassment, fraud and other potential liabilities you may have incurred.
