Alternative Spirituality DocumentsDate addedAlthough the art and practice of channeling is at least as ancient as written history, and although a scholarly work of research comparing and contrasting various kinds of channeling throughout history would undoubtedly be fascinating, this volume is in no way intended as such a work. It is, rather, a workbook for the practicing channel, or for one who is contemplating the attempt to learn how to produce channeled material. It is my response to the veritable explosion of new channels, and especially to the many new-age weekends which teach the mechanics of channeling, which are very easy to master, but which do not give students a firm metaphysical basis for the appropriate use of this gift. An Owner’s Manual For ETs And Other Spiritual Outsiders The Abridged Version Written by Carla Lisbeth Rueckert Abridged by Jim McCarty
In 1918 Max Heindel wrote: The process of preparation for the Aquarian Age has already commenced; and as Aquarius is an airy, scientific, intellectual sign, it is a foregone conclusion that the new faith must be rooted in reason and able to solve the riddle of life and death in a manner that will satisfy both the mind and the religious instinct. As we have in the past evolved five senses by means of which we contact the present visible world, so shall we in the far distant future evolve another sense which will enable us to see the denizens of the Etheric Region, including those of our dear ones who have left the physical body and inhabit the ether and lower Desire World during the first stage of their career in the spiritual realms.
This is a point in the evolution of the planet that brings to the forefront of each individual’s thoughts the question of why me, why now and what is really going on in the reality that is right now in the time we are experiencing. What really is going on behind the scenes we are aware of through the five senses? Why is there this feeling that there is more to the story than just appearances. Who indeed has set this up and is pulling the strings. Is it really just a group of somebodies that is in charge? If this is the case, then is the God thing really a hoax after all? There are those who believe that to be the true essence of the scenario. Fortunately for the good of all, that is not the Truth.

The first professional massage I received made a strong impression. In terms of technique and its effect on my body it was certainly an adequate massage but as a relationship between two people it was an utter failure. I walked out feeling like a piece of meat, well tenderized. For fifty minutes I had been rubbed, stretched, and prodded, but I had not been touched. That massage practitioner spent an hour working on my body, but never saw or acknowledged the person there.

Ray Reading – Experiencing the twelve rays and six Cosmic rays
The Ray Reading manual came about through The Melchizedek Ambassadors Training Program (The MAT Program). The MAT Program, published in 2003, is essentially an accumulation of Mystery School teachings that have previously been taught in ancient Egypt and Atlantis through the Eye of Horus. Written in the form of guided visualizations, this program is based on an energy system of initiations, rays, sacred geometry and the Qabalah. In addition to this, The MAT Program takes these initiations to a new level, allowing for the possibility of a Cosmic ascension journey into the Divine Unfolding Light of Mother/Father God through Jacob’s Ladder II and the Cosmic rays. This program is experiential in nature, and includes a workbook, a series of eighteen tapes, boxed in sets of six, and eighteen ray essence oils.

Swami Kriyananda (J. Donald Walters) is a direct disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda. He has written over eighty books and four hundred pieces of music. World renowned as a singer, composer, and lecturer, Swami Kriyananda has shown how to apply spiritual principles to art, music, education, business, relationships, and much more. Spiruality is a personal and meditative path that is not meant to be taught outright. It must be learned from within and applied outward. The pages you are about to read were written down in 1999 but have never been shared. I’ve been uncomfortable about bringing to the public what a few quiet people practice as part of an expression of their spirituality. Many thanks to the artists and dreamers who have contacted me about the Sacred Spiral these past few years.
This is the basic text of Sun Tzu on the Art of War. It was extracted from Mr. Giles’ complete work as titled above. The commentary itself, which, of course includes this work embedded within it, has been released as suntzutxt (or suntzuzip). This is being released only as an adjunct to that work, which contains a wealth of commentary upon this text.
The Awakening A time comes in your life when you finally get it. When in the midst of all your fears and insanity you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere the voice inside your head cries out - ENOUGH! Enough fighting and crying or struggling to hold on. And like a child quieting down after a blind tantrum, your sobs begin to subside, you shudder once or twice, you blink back your tears and through a mantle of wet lashes you begin to look at the world through new eyes. This is your awakening. Michael Sharp In the beginning Spirit was and Spirit moved. Alpha and omega. Beginning without end. No thing and everything contained in one unlimited, unrealized potential. And then, Spirit thought. And from that thought sprang all of creation.

An Introduction by Stan Rosenthal PREFACE A number of problems arise when translating any work from a written language, such as early Chinese, into twentieth century English. One such problem is the difference between the written forms of the two languages, another is the difference between the two cultures, and a third is the time which elapsed between the writing of the original work, in this instance, some time between six hundred and three hundred years before the Christian era, and the compilation of the textual arrangement by Wang Bih, dating from the third century A.D., used today.
Reformed Druids like stories and short pithy wisdom sayings. Over the years, various Arch-Druids have collected good stories to share with their fellow Grove members, especially during the meditative part of the Order of Worship. Some consider the meditation to be the very heart and purpose of the ritual, so chose a selection carefully.
If you can’t find one, perhaps one of these may work for you. At Carleton, the first Green Book (named after its cover), proved influential, but the 2nd and 3rd volumes seem much less so. * ***Excellent a Must Read |
