NEW YORK - A newly disclosed secret memo authored by the Department of Justice's Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) in March 2003 that asserts President Bush has unlimited power to order brutal interrogations of detainees also reveals a radical interpretation of the Constitution's Fourth Amendment protection from unreasonable search and seizure. The memo, declassified yesterday as the result of an American Civil Liberties Union lawsuit, cites a still-secret DOJ memo from 2001 that found that the "Fourth Amendment had no application to domestic military operations."

The October 2001 memo was almost certainly meant to provide a legal basis for the National Security Agency's warrantless wiretapping program, which President Bush launched the same month the memo was issued. As a component of the Department of Defense, the NSA is a military agency.

"The recent disclosures underscore the Bush administration's extraordinarily sweeping conception of executive power," said Jameel Jaffer, Director of the ACLU's National Security Project. "The administration's lawyers believe the president should be permitted to violate statutory law, to violate international treaties, and even to violate the Fourth Amendment inside the U.S. They believe that the president should be above the law."

The Bush administration has never argued publicly that the Fourth Amendment does not apply to military operations within the nation's borders. The memo released yesterday publicizes this argument for the first time.

The ACLU has been aware of the Justice Department's October 2001 memo since last year, but until now, its contents were unknown. The Justice Department informed the ACLU of the memo's existence as a result of a FOIA lawsuit seeking information concerning the NSA's warrantless wiretapping program. The Justice Department acknowledged the existence of "a 37-page memorandum, dated October 23, 2001, from a Deputy Assistant Attorney General in OLC, and a Special Counsel, OLC, to the Counsel to the President, prepared in response to a request from the White House for OLC's views concerning the legality of potential responses to terrorist activity." Until now, however, almost nothing was known about the memo's contents - except that it was related to a request for information about the NSA's warrantless wiretapping program. The ACLU has challenged the withholding of the October 2001 memo and the issue is pending before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

The memo released to the ACLU yesterday cites the October 2001 memo but takes its argument even further. Relying on the earlier memo, the March 2003 memo argues that the president has authority as Commander-in-Chief to bypass not only the Fourth Amendment but the central due process guarantee of the Fifth Amendment as well.

"This memo makes a mockery of the Constitution and the rule of law," said Amrit Singh, a staff attorney with the ACLU. "That it was issued by the Justice Department, whose job it is to uphold the law, makes it even more unconscionable."

The March 2003 memo was declassified in response to a lawsuit filed by the ACLU, the New York Civil Liberties Union, and other organizations in June 2004 to enforce Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests for records concerning the treatment of prisoners in U.S. custody abroad. The ACLU has been fighting for the release of the March 2003 Yoo memo since filing the lawsuit. A few weeks ago, after the court ordered additional briefing on whether the Defense Department could continue to withhold the memo, the government reluctantly agreed to conduct a declassification review by March 31. The Defense Department released this memo after conducting the review.

If I am reading this correctly, it seems to me that this administration has justified its crimes by NOT suspending the state of emergency that went up on September 11, 2001. They are using emergency powers if you look at the whole of the spying, military actions inside the US, etc. I would wager that if asked, this administration will admit that we have been in a state of emergency for their tenure in office. Congress? Was the state of emergency lifted, yes or no?

Oh, just one more question: what are "military operations inside the U.S" actually and how often have these "operations" been carried out? Anyone? Bueller? Congress? Impeachment Table? Anyone?

This article is a follow-up to my recent piece on "America's Financial Oligarchy" which was a synopsis of Simon Johnson's "The Quiet Coup" on how the financial industry has effectively captured our government. This follow-up article is an edit and review of a lengthy 231-page report prepared in March 2009 by the Consumer Education Foundation (see wallstreetwatch.org/reports/sold_out.pdf for the full report) on how, over the years, the 'Money Industry' as they refer to the financial oligarchy, sold out America to gain such control. Like Simon's article the Consumer Education report at wallstreetwatch.org deserves much more exposure than it will receive in its original format and hence my effort to distill it into a 3-page summary, with my comments where warranted, for your quick review.

The 'Money Industry' Bought Control of America for $5.2 Billion

Harvey Rosenfield, President of the Consumer Education Foundation, contends that "Over the last decade, Wall Street (i.e. the entire financial sector consisting of commercial banks, accounting firms, insurance companies, securities firms including hedge funds and private equity firms) showered Washington with over $1.738 billion in supposed 'campaign contributions' and another $3.441 billion on 2,996 officially registered lobbyists (more than five for each Member of Congress) whose job it was to press for deregulation. In return for the investment of this $5.179 billion, the Money Industry was able to get rid of many of the reforms enacted after the Great Depression and to operate, for most of the last ten years, without any effective rules or restraints whatsoever."

The Transfer of Power Took 25 Years

• Beginning in 1983 with the Reagan Administration, the U.S. government acquiesced to accounting rules adopted by the financial industry that allowed banks and other corporations to take money-losing assets off their balance sheets in order to hide them from investors and the public.

• Between 1998 and 2000, Congress and the Clinton Administration repeatedly blocked efforts to regulate "financial derivatives" -- including the mortgage-related credit default swaps that became the basis of trillions of dollars in speculation.

• In 1999, Congress repealed the Depression-era law that barred banks from offering investment and insurance services, and vice versa, enabling these firms to engage in speculation by investing money from checking and savings accounts into financial "derivatives" and other schemes understood by only a handful of individuals.

• Taking advantage of historically low interest rates in the first few years of this decade, mortgage brokers and bankers began offering mortgages on egregious terms to purchasers who were not qualified. When these predatory lending practices were brought to the attention of federal agencies, they refused to take serious action. Worse, when states stepped into the vacuum by passing laws requiring protections against dirty loans, the Bush Administration went to court to invalidate those reforms, on the ground that the inaction of federal agencies superseded state laws.

• The financial industry's friends in Congress made sure that those who speculate in mortgages would not be legally liable for fraud or other illegalities that occurred when the mortgage was made.

• Egged on by Wall Street, two government-sponsored corporations, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, started buying large numbers of subprime loans from private banks as well as packages of mortgages known as "mortgage-backed securities." (See my article entitled "Our Worst Nightmare: The Puncture of the U.S. Housing Bubble" which outlined their house of cards approach.)

• In 2004, the Securities and Exchange Commission, now operating under the radical deregulatory ideology of the Bush Administration, authorized investment banks to decide for themselves how much money they were required to set aside as rainy day reserves. Some firms then entered into $40 worth of speculative trading for every $1 they held.

• With the compensation of CEOs increasingly tied to the value of the firm's total assets, a tidal wave of mergers and acquisitions in the financial world -- 11,500 between 1980 and 2005 -- led to the predominance of just a relative handful of banks in the U.S. financial system. Successive administrations failed to enforce antitrust laws to block these mergers. The result: less competition, higher fees and charges for consumers, and a financial system vulnerable to collapse if any single one of the banks ran into trouble.

• Investors and even government authorities relied on private "credit rating" firms to review corporate balance sheets and proposed investments and report to potential investors about their quality and safety. But the credit rating companies had a grave conflict of interest: they are paid by the financial firms to issue the ratings. Not surprisingly, they gave the highest ratings to the investments issued by the firms that paid them, even as it became clear that the ratings were inflated and the companies were in precarious condition. The financial lobby made sure that regulation of the credit ratings firms would not solve these problems.

None of these milestones on the road to economic ruin were kept secret, says Rosenfield. The dangers posed by unregulated, greed-driven financial speculation were readily apparent to any astute observer of the financial system but few of those entrusted with the responsibility to police the marketplace were willing to do so and those officials in government who dared to propose stronger protections for investors and consumers consistently met with hostility and defeat. The power of the Money Industry overcame all opposition, on a bipartisan basis.

Their Weapons of Mass Destruction were Derivatives

As Franklin Roosevelt observed seventy years ago, "our enemies of today are the forces of privilege and greed within our own borders" and today, says Rosenfield, their weapons of mass destruction were derivatives: pieces of paper that were backed by other pieces of paper that were backed by packages of mortgages, student loans and credit card debt, the complexity and value of which only a few understood. In fact, says Rosenfield:

"America's economic system is where it is today because gambling became the financial sector's principal preoccupation, and the pile of chips grew so big that the Money Industry displaced real businesses that provided real goods, services and jobs."

The Purchase of America was a LBO

Rosenfield believes that the American consumers are not to blame for this debacle nor those who used credit in an attempt to have a decent quality of life, nor those who agreed to accept the amazing terms for mortgages and finding out later that they had been misled and could not afford the loan at the real interest rate buried in the fine print. Instead of assuming any responsibility for living beyond their means Rosenfield believes Americans are only to blame for "allowing Wall Street to do what it calls a leveraged buy out of our political system by spending a relatively small amount of capital in the Capitol in order to seize control of our economy".

The Privileges of the Financial Oligarchy are Being Preserved

Rosenfield contends that the moment the Money Industry realized that the casino had closed, it turned -- as it always does -- to Washington, this time for the mother of all favors: a $700 billion bailout which was quickly extended to include a feast of discount loans, loan guarantees and other taxpayer subsidies to the tune of at least $8 trillion so far. Then, panicked by Wall Street's threat to pull the plug on credit, Congress rebuffed efforts to include safeguards on how taxpayer money would be spent and accounted for. Rosenfield is of the opinion that the bankers used the bailout monies to pay bonuses, to buy back their own bank stock, or to build their empires by purchasing other banks with very little of the money being used for the purpose it was ostensibly given: to make loans. He is absolutely convinced that Washington's latest giveaway -- the Greatest Wall Street Giveaway of all time as he calls it -- has not fixed the economy but that, at this very moment of national threat, the banks, hedge funds and other parasite firms that crippled our economy are pouring money into Washington to preserve their privileges at the expense of the rest of us.

Washington Was Paid Off

That's why, according to Rosenfield, you won't hear anyone in the Washington establishment suggest that Americans be given a seat on the Board of Directors of every company that receives bailout money or that credit default swaps and other derivatives should be prohibited, or limited just like slot machines, roulette wheels and other forms of gambling. In most of the United States, he says, you can go to jail for stealing a loaf of bread but if you have paid off Washington, you can steal the life-savings, livelihoods, homes and dreams of an entire nation, and you will be allowed to live in the fancy homes you own, drive multiple cars, throw multi-million dollar birthday parties, etc. and virtually get away with it. Sure, he points out, you might not be able to get your bonus this year or, worst come to worst, if you are one of the very unlucky few unable to take advantage of the loopholes in the plan announced by the Treasury Secretary Geithner, you may end up having to live off your past riches because you can only earn a measly $500,000.

The Money Industry Remains in Charge

Rosenfield believes that since President Obama's key appointments to the Treasury, the SEC and other agencies, like their predecessors, are veterans of the Money Industry that the Money Industry remains in charge of the federal agencies and keeps our elected officials in its deep pockets and, as such, nothing will change and that:

"if America is to recover from this economic debacle that we find ourselves in, its people must return to the principles that made it great -- hard work, creativity, and innovation -- and both government and business must serve that end. Washington must serve America, not Wall Street. Things will not change so long as Americans acquiesce to business as usual in Washington. It's time for Americans to make their voices heard."

The report concludes that Wall Street is presently humbled, but not prostrate. Despite siphoning trillions of dollars from the public purse, Wall Street executives continue to warn about the perils of restricting "financial innovation" even though it was these very innovations that led to the crisis in the first place and they are scheming to use the coming Congressional focus on financial regulation to centralize authority with industry- friendly agencies.

"If we are to see the meaningful regulation we need, Congress must adopt the view that Wall Street has no legitimate seat at the table. With Wall Street having destroyed the system that enriched its high flyers, and plunged the global economy into deep recession, it's time for Congress to tell Wall Street that its political investments have also gone bad. This time, legislating must be to control Wall Street, not further Wall Street's control."

God Bless America

My recent "America's Financial Oligarchy is Still in Control" article concluded that the country is in financial crisis and instead of the financial oligarchy being broken up to permit essential reform they are continuing to use their influence to prevent precisely the sorts of reforms that are needed immediately to pull the economy out of its nosedive. Moreover, our legislators seem unwilling to act against these powerful financiers opting instead to succumb to their power and influence and continue to give them what they deem to be in their best interest instead of that of the taxpayers'. Rosenfield goes one step further in claiming that the Money Industry has, in fact, bought control of the American political system and, in the process, betrayed America's trust in them. They are still in control and there is no end in sight.

Indeed, the long-term consequences for America are so dire I think it is incumbent upon us to evoke the words of the anthem "God Bless America" with its stirring words "stand beside her and guide her." I think you would agree, regardless of party affiliation or leanings, that America needs all the help it can get!

Washington , D.C. May 24, 2008 : “The son of a top CIA official has laid his hands on a thick file of transcribed conversations between a writer and a retired senior CIA man. I have read through them and find them to be very entertaining (if you like black humor) and very enlightening. What old men with fond memories will say to a good listener is absolutely amazing.

Now we can expect CIA officials, retired and active and a number of the Washington in-crowd to play the Joe Lieberman card and demand that these be removed from the internet. Joe, who is a congenital asshole, wanted some pro-Arab postings taken down because they offended him. Wait until McCain reads what this ex-CIA boss has to say about him! You will hear him in Georgetown with the windows shut.

The CIA are still torturing people but are being very careful about it. We now know that the FBI agents working with them, were horrified by their brutality and reported their illegal actions to their senior officials in Washington . None of the agents, to their credit, would dirty their hands with this perverted and sadistic behavior but I note that their seniors sat on this.

Having read over period reports on some of this, all of it highly classified, it is my feeling that some of these perverted shits should be arrested and put on trial so the rest of the world can see the genuine filth and evil that the worthless Bush has deliberately unleashed. We ought to try Bush and give him a fair trial before we find him guilty, but that will never happen. “

Conversations with the Crow

On October 8th, 2000 , Robert Trumbull Crowley, once a leader of the CIA's Clandestine Operations Division, died in a Washington hospital of heart failure and the end effects of Alzheimer's Disease. Before the late Assistant Director Crowley was cold, Joseph Trento, a writer of light-weight books on the CIA, descended on Crowley 's widow at her town house on Cathedral Hill Drive in Washington and hauled away over fifty boxes of Crowley 's CIA files.

Once Trento had his new find secure in his house in Front Royal , Virginia, he called a well-known Washington fix lawyer with the news of his success in securing what the CIA had always considered to be a potential major embarrassment. Three months before, July 20th of that year, retired Marine Corps colonel William R. Corson, and an associate of Crowley , died of emphysema and lung cancer at a hospital in Bethesda , Md.

After Corson's death, Trento and a well-known Washington fix-lawyer went to Corson's bank, got into his safe deposit box and removed a manuscript entitled 'Zipper.' This manuscript, which dealt with Crowley 's involvement in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, vanished into a CIA burn-bag and the matter was considered to be closed forever.

The small group of CIA officials gathered at Trento 's house to search through the Crowley papers, looking for documents that must not become public. A few were found but, to their consternation, a significant number of files Crowley was known to have had in his possession had simply vanished.

When published material concerning the CIA's actions against Kennedy became public in 2002, it was discovered to the CIA's horror, that the missing documents had been sent by an increasingly erratic Crowley to another person and these missing papers included devastating material on the CIA's activities in South East Asia to include drug running, money laundering and the maintenance of the notorious 'Regional Interrogation Centers' in Viet Nam and, worse still, the Zipper files proving the CIA’s active organization of the assassination of President John Kennedy..

A massive, preemptive disinformation campaign was readied, using government-friendly bloggers, CIA-paid "historians" and others, in the event that anything from this file ever surfaced. The best-laid plans often go astray and in this case, one of the compliant historians, a former government librarian who fancied himself a serious writer, began to tell his friends about the CIA plan to kill Kennedy and eventually, word of this began to leak out into the outside world.

The originals had vanished and an extensive search was conducted by the FBI and CIA operatives but without success. Crowley 's survivors, his aged wife and son, were interviewed extensively by the FBI and instructed to minimize any discussion of highly damaging CIA files that Crowley had, illegally, removed from Langley when he retired. Crowley had been a close friend of James Jesus Angleton, the CIA’s notorious head of Counterintelligence. When Angleton was sacked by DCI William Colby in December of 1974, Crowley and Angleton conspired to secretly remove Angleton’s most sensitive secret files our of the agency. Crowley did the same thing right before his own retirement , secretly removing thousands of pages of classified information that covered his entire agency career.

Known as “The Crow” within the agency, Robert T. Crowley joined the CIA at its inception and spent his entire career in the Directorate of Plans, also know as the “Department of Dirty Tricks,”: Crowley was one of the tallest man ever to work at the CIA. Born in 1924 and raised in Chicago , Crowley grew to six and a half feet when he entered the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in N.Y. as a cadet in 1943 in the class of 1946. He never graduated, having enlisted in the Army, serving in the Pacific during World War II. He retired from the Army Reserve in 1986 as a lieutenant colonel. According to a book he authored with his friend and colleague, William Corson, Crowley’s career included service in military intelligence and Naval Intelligence, before joining the CIA at inception in 1947. His entire career at the agency was spent within the Directorate of Plans in covert operations. Before his retirement, Bob Crowley became assistant deputy director for operations, the second-in-command in the Clandestine Directorate of Operations.

One of Crowley ’s first major assignments within the agency was to assist in the recruitment and management of prominent World War II Nazis, especially those with advanced intelligence experience. One of the CIA’s major recruitment coups was Heinrich Mueller, once head of Hitler’s Gestapo who had fled to Switzerland after the collapse of the Third Reich and worked as an anti-Communist expert for Masson of Swiss counterintelligence. Mueller was initially hired by Colonel James Critchfield of the CIA, who was running the Gehlen Organization out of Pullach in southern Germany . Crowley eventually came to despise Critchfield but the colonel was totally unaware of this, to his later dismay.

Crowley ’s real expertise within the agency was the Soviet KGB. One of his main jobs throughout his career was acting as the agency liaison with corporations like ITT, which the CIA often used as fronts for moving large amounts of cash off their books. He was deeply involved in the efforts by the U.S. to overthrow the democratically elected government of Salvador Allende in Chile , which eventually got him into legal problems with regard to investigations of the U.S. government’s grand jury where he has perjured himself in an agency cover-up

After his retirement, Crowley began to search for someone who might be able to write a competent history of his career. His first choice fell on British author John Costello (author of Ten Days to Destiny, The Pacific War and other works) but, discovering that Costello was a very aggressive homosexual, he dropped him and tentatively turned to Joseph Trento who had assisted Crowley and William Corson in writing a book on the KGB. When Crowley discovered that Trento had an ambiguous and probably cooperative relationship with the CIA, he began to distrust him and continued his search for an author.

Bob Crowley first contacted Gregory Douglas in 1993 when he found out from John Costello that Douglas was about to publish his first book on Heinrich Mueller, the former head of the Gestapo who had become a secret, long-time asset to the CIA. Crowley contacted Douglas and they began a series of long and often very informative telephone conversations that lasted for four years. . In 1996, Crowley , Crowley told Douglas that he believed him to be the person that should ultimately tell Crowley ’s story but only after Crowley ’s death. Douglas , for his part, became so entranced with some of the material that Crowley began to share with him that he secretly began to record their conversations, later transcribing them word for word, planning to incorporate some, or all, of the material in later publications.

In 1998, when Crowley was slated to go into the hospital for exploratory surgery, he had his son, Greg, ship two large foot lockers of documents to Douglas with the caveat that they were not to be opened until after Crowley ’s death. These documents, totaled an astonishing 15,000 pages of CIA classified files involving many covert operations, both foreign and domestic, during the Cold War.

After Crowley ’s death and Trento ’s raid on the Crowley files, huge gaps were subsequently discovered by horrified CIA officials and when Crowley ’s friends mentioned Gregory Douglas, it was discovered that Crowley ’s son had shipped two large boxes to Douglas . No one knew their contents but because Douglas was viewed as an uncontrollable loose cannon who had done considerable damage to the CIA’s reputation by his on-going publication of the history of Gestapo-Mueller, they bent every effort both to identify the missing files and make some effort to retrieve them before Douglas made any use of them.

All of this furor eventually came to the attention of Dr. Peter Janney, a Massachusetts clinical psychologist and son of Wistar Janney, another career senior CIA official, colleague of not only Bob Crowley but Cord Meyer, Richard Helms, Jim Angleton and others. Janney was working on a book concerning the murder of Mary Pinchot Meyer, former wife of Cord Meyer, a high-level CIA official, and later the mistress of President John F. Kennedy. Douglas had authored a book, ‘Regicide’ which dealt with Crowley ’s part in the Kennedy assassination and he obviously had access to at least some of Crowley ’s papers. Janney was very well connected inside the CIA’s higher levels and when he discovered that Douglas had indeed known, and had often spoken with, Crowley and that after Crowley’s death, the FBI had descended on Crowley’s widow and son, warning them to never speak with Douglas about anything, he contacted Douglas and finally obtained from him a number of original documents, including the originals of the transcribed conversations with Robert Crowley.

In spite of the burn bags, the top secret safes and the vigilance of the CIA to keep its own secrets, the truth has an embarrassing and often very fatal habit of emerging, albeit decades later.

While CIA drug running , money-launderings and brutal assassinations are very often strongly rumored and suspected, it has so far not been possible to actually pin them down but it is more than possible that the publication of the transcribed and detailed Crowley-Douglas conversations will do a great deal towards accomplishing this.

These many transcribed conversations are relatively short because Crowley was a man who tired easily but they make excellent reading. There is an interesting admixture of shocking revelations on the part of the retired CIA official and often rampant anti-social (and very entertaining) activities on the part of Douglas but readers of this new and on-going series are gently reminded to always look for the truth in the jest!

RTC: It’ll just make me more popular, that’s all. How are you coming with the next one?

GD: About halfway through. I’ve decided to put in the counterfeiting business and probably do a hit on the Gehlen mob…

RTC: That ought to frost Critchfield’s worthless balls!

GD: And I was there, don’t forget, and I know where the bum hid the money. I was thinking about doing a number about Willi (Krichbaum). He was Critchfield’s top recruiter. Wait until they find out good old Willi was a Gestapo colonel and Mueller’s top deputy in the Gestapo!

RTC: More fun and games. You really do like to twist the nuts, don’t you?

GD: Only if they don’t come off in my hands.

RTC: Lois would never miss them. What else goes in?

GD: Well, I owe Corson the thing on Kronthal. He goes in for sure. Maybe Wisner too.

RTC: Remind me to tell you about the time Frank got caught in Rock Creek giving a blow job to a black exchange student. Fine thing for a southern gentleman to get caught at.

RTC: Yes, yes, of course but I meant the Stalin empire.

GD: How many did your people write, sponsor and publish? I mean to deliberately drag carmine herrings across the path?

RTC: Lost track. Hundreds. One thing Wisner did was to build up a very cooperative media and that includes book publishers.

GD: I could consider that.

RTC: Maybe after I’m dead and gone. It would be better.

GD: Fine. Question here?

RTC: Shoot.

GD: Was Oswald a patsy?

RTC: Sure. He worked for us once in Japan… at Atsugi…and also for ONI. Not high level but he was a soldier after all.

GD: How would I handle that?

RTC: Let’s claim he worked for Hoover! Why not?

GD: I mean, did he actually?

RTC: Christ no. Poor idiot. Jesus, what a wife! First class bitch. Thought Lee was a millionaire and when she came here, she would strike it rich. Turned out she lived in a slum and she had to put up with a loudmouth husband and then got stuck with a kid. No wonder she did what we told her.

GD: Women are not easy to deal with. They are either at your feet or your throat…

RTC: Oh, the truth of it all! Emily is a lovely person but I tell her nothing. And let me ask you that when you talk with her, for God’s sake, don’t talk shop with her. It would just stir her up. Most Company wives are a pack of nuts. Did I mention Cord’s wife?

GD: I don’t think so. I…no, I don’t remember. Cord Meyer?

RTC: Right, the Great Cyclops. Or the One-Eyed Reilly.

GD: In the center of his forehead?

RTC: Lost it in the Pacific. Glass.

GD: The wife?

RTC: What?

GD: You mentioned his wife…

RTC: Ah yes. He married the daughter of Pinchot just after the war…

GD: Gifford?

RTC: Correct. The governor. Very attractive woman but her sister was even better. She married Bradlee who is one of the Companies men. He’s on the ‘Post’ now. Cord’s wife was what they call a free spirit…liked modern art, runs around naked in people’s gardens and so on. Pretty but strange and unstable. She and Cord got along for a time but time changes everything….they do say that, don’t they?…They broke up and Cord was so angry at being dumped, he hated her from then on. She took up with Kennedy. Did you know that?

GD: No.

RTC: Oh yes indeed. Kennedy had huge orgies out at 1600 with nude women in the pools and all that. Even had a professional photographer come in and take pictures of him in action. Old Jack loved threesomes, the occasional dyke and God knows what else. It was Joe’s money that shut people up, including his nasty wife…

GD: I thought she was a saint. Old family…

RTC: Bullshit! Family is Irish, bog trotters, like Kennedy. Not French at all. A greedy, lying and completely nutty woman. Never liked her. One generation here and they give up washing clothes and put up the lace curtains in the family parlor. What was I saying?

GD: About Cord’s wife…

RTC: Oh yes. After Mary…that was her name…Mary. You haven’t heard about her?

GD: No.

RTC: After Kennedy bought the farm, ex-Mrs. Meyer was annoyed. She became the steady girlfriend and he was very serious about her. Jackie was brittle, uptight and very greedy. Poor people usually are. Mary had money and far more class and she knew how to get along with Jack. Trouble was, she got along too well. She didn’t approve of the mass orgies and introduced him to pot and other things. Not a good idea. Increased chances for blackmail or some erratic public behavior. But after Dallas, she began to brood and then started to talk. Of course she had no proof but when people like that start to run their mouths, there can be real trouble.

GD: What was the outcome?

RTC: We terminated her, of course.

GD: That I didn’t know. How?

RTC: Had one of our cleaning men nail her down by the towpath while she was out for her daily jog.

GD: Wasn’t that a bit drastic?

RTC: Why? If you knew the damage she could cause us…

GD: Were you the man?

RTC: No, Jim Angleton was. And Bradley, her brother-in-law was in the know. After she assumed room temperature, he and Jim went over to Mary’s art studio to see if she had any compromising papers and ran off with her diary. I have a copy of it…

GD: Could I see it?

RTC: Now, Gregory, don’t ask too many questions. Maybe later.

GD: Did anyone get nailed?

RTC: Some spaced out nigger was down there but he had nothing to do with it. Our people came down on that place in busloads to help out the locals but they were searching for the gun. Our man was supposed to have tossed in into the water but it never made it in and one of our boys found it in some bushes, half in and half out of the water. Beat the locals to it by about ten seconds. Very close. See, it was one of our hit weapons that never had serial numbers. Not made that way.

GD: Ruger made a silenced .22 during the war for the OSS. No numbers, parkerized finish.

RTC: Same thing.

GD: Couldn’t they have talked sense into her?

RTC: What did Shakespeare say about angry women?

GD: ‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.’

RTC: Exactly.

GD: She had children?

RTC: Some. One was killed by a drunk driver. Caused all kinds of friction in the family as I remember.

GD: Mayer. He was tied up with Alan Cranston?

RTC: Yes. The one-world crap.

GD: I knew Cranstonand his family. United World Federalists. He married into the Fowle family and I was a friend of one of the members. Ultra left-wing. Was at his house by the golf course one time and the bedroom bookshelf was jammed with Commie books…Debray, Mao, Lenin, Marx, Engels, Kautsky and on and on.

RTC: Cord was under investigation by Feebie for that.

GD: Phoebie?

RTC: Slang for FBI. We’ll have to talk about Cranston…he left the Senate..

GD: I know. I nailed him. The savings and loan business. I got inside skinny on this and tipped off the media. ABC people. It went on from there.

RTC: Good for you. Cord was tied up.

GD: You didn’t like him.

RTC: Nasty, opinionated, loud and a general asshole.

GD: What did he think about doing his wife?

RTC: Ex-wife. Let’s be accurate now. Ex-wife. When Jim talked to Cord about this, Cord didn’t let him finish his fishing expedition. He was in complete agreement about shutting her up. Gregory, you can’t reason with people like her. She hated Cord, loved Kennedy and saw things in the Dallasbusiness that were obvious to insiders or former insiders but she made the mistake of running her mouth. One of the wives had a talk with her about being quiet but Mary was on a tear and that was that.

GD: Yes, I think there’s something there.

RTC: But not while I’m breathing, Gregory. Not until later. And it wasn’t my decision. I was there but Jim and the others made the final decision. You know how it goes.

GD: Oh yeah, I know that one. But to get back to the foreword. No problem?

RTC: None at all.

GD: I don’t think Tom Kimmel will like that.

RTC: I’ve heard from him on that. He doesn’t like the idea that Bill and I approve of you. I wouldn’t tell him too much if I were you. You can tell me things and sometimes you can tell Bill but Kimmel has a mouth problem.

GD: I helped him with the Pearl Harbor matter…

RTC: Don’t bother. What else is going to be in the next book?

GD: Something on the Duke of Windsor.

An introduction to New Technologies

He taught at the University of the West Indies in Trinidad, then at Adhadu Bello University in Kano, Nigeria before joining IBM. He worked in IBM for 31 years before retiring. During his career at IBM he held a variety of jobs. These included; from 1992 until 2007 working at the IBM Toronto lab in technical, then in sales support. He has written two books and numerous articles. Here is a presentation he gave in Toronto on April 13, 2008.

I want to thank Yvon for inviting me here to talk about new technologies. What I’m going to do is give you an introduction to three technologies that are becoming more and more important. The first is RFID chips, the second genetic engineering, and the third synthetic biology. This will give you an understanding of what is happening and where science is going.

We will start with RFID chips:

So what are they? They are Radio Frequency Identification Devices. An RFID is a microchip with an attached antenna. The microchip contains stored information which can be transmitted to a reader and then to a computer.

RFID’s can be passive, semi-passive or active. Active RFID’s have an internal power source such as a battery. This allows the tag to send signals back to the reader, so if I have a RFID on me and it has a battery, I can just send a signal to a reader wherever it is. They can receive and store data, and be read at a further distance than the passive RFID’s. The batteries can only last a short while. But the current batteries in the RFID’s can last for over a hundred years, because of their self-generating power. Ultrawideband (UWB) allows the small battery operated RFID tag to be sensed over fairly wide areas. For instance, GE Aircraft Engines in Ohio has installed five readers in the factory and it covers over 30,000 square feet so they can track everything within that area with only the five readers. That gives you an idea of the distance that can be covered by an RFID tag that might be on you or on equipment.

The readers can transmit over telephone or by internet to computers and they use satellites as well. For example, Digital Angel has signed contracts with satellite providers to transmit their data for military personnel location beacons (PLBs). These beacons use the COSPAS-SARSAT satellite system. This system has some 400,000 digital beacons around the world and it’s rising to some 900,000. By the year 2009 they plan to have a GL stationary satellite system that will enable them to find the location and details of any beacon. You may sometimes see these at night; the GO stationary systemscan track any beacon. Skiers sometimes use them so that they can be identified, and sailors as well, if they become lost at sea they will be able to be tracked. Anything that has an RFID tag can be tracked by a reader or a computer.

An example of such transmission is a chip sold by Zarlink. This chip is implanted in a person; it tracks problems and if one is detected, it alerts the doctor who uses a two way RF link to interrogate and adjust the implanted device. Semi-passive RFIDs have an internal power source that let them monitor environmental conditions, such as temperature and shock, but they still require RF energy from the reader to respond.

Passive RFID’s do not have a power source but use a signal sent by the scanner to power the microchip circuit to transmit back their stored information. Passive RFID’s are getting very small. Hitachi a few years ago produced a chip (called the mu chip) that was the size of a pencil point; if you take a pencil and put it on a piece of paper you get a little dot. That’s how small they’re getting. In 2007 Hitachi came out with a chip that was even smaller, they call it RFID powder. They are just like the talcum powder you would put on a baby.

Somark Innovations in Jan 10, 2007 announced an invisible RFID ink. This can be applied to cattle, prime cuts of meat, military personnel and it can be read through hair.

I brought along a couple of the larger size chips, and this particular chip I got from Gillette fusion blades. I bought one of the blades and you can see that on one side what looks like a bar code and if you open it up you can see parts of a RFID chip on the back. This one here is from the Gap. One of my daughters went to the Gap; they put the tag directly on the clothing and the instructions just say to remove before washing and wearing. If you put it up to the light you will see the RFID chip inside it. These chips are quite small and can be put on the back of labels. They would not be noticeable in badges or ID cards; they could even be put in the eye of a person, they are that small.

In order for chips to be useful, they have to have a unique product number and because of this, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) started developing some standards. It’s called the AutoID Center. They then passed it on to the AutoID Group within the Uniform Clothes Council. It will assign codes and publish specifications, so if you have a company, government agency, or church you can contact these people and they will give you a set of numbers.

So let’s say there are three or five people in this room wearing the same white hat and each one of them has a chip on it with a different number. We could differentiate everything even if you’re all wearing the same clothes, it doesn’t really matter because everything has a unique number. MIT has the architecture of participation called EPC Global so if you go on Google and type in EPC Global and you will come up with the website they will give you instructions on how to apply and get chips. So if you want to chip yourself, your family, relatives, company or anything like that; you can do it.





It works with people who want to use this technology. One of many companies who sell the chip is called, Technic Imitations. If you have a company and you go to one of their presentations, they will give you books like this that tell you what the chips look like, how they work, the types that are sold, and what the readers look like. They will help you install chips in your company. It’s a very big business and it’s spreading very quickly.

When you use active or passive chips, active chips have advantages when you want to track items or people over longer distances. Soldiers can have active chips so they can be tracked via satellite wherever they might be in the battlefield. You can get one for your car, so you can be tracked if you are on the 407 or something.

Passive ones suffice if you are only interested in tracking over shorter distances. For example, in a sea container coming in from China, every box and every item within the box can have a chip on it. A reader can track all the items as a box passes through it. In a warehouse it is used to ensure the right shipments go to the right places. A man carrying a skid on a forklift can have the goods inside the box verified without even opening it.

They are using the chips to track inventory in order to be able to monitor what items are going where, if the right items are in the truck, etc. The passive chips are being put on devices to ensure they are valid.

There’s a lot of counterfeit drugs being produced and sold over the internet. Viagra is one of the most commonly counterfeited ones although there are many others. To ensure that people get the correct drugs they sometimes put chips on the containers so when you’re buying them you know that you are buying the correct drug.

Chipping farm animals is now required by the government

RFID’s are a great economic help to a company because they reduce theft and loss. They also streamline inventory, reduce turnaround time and handling. They’ve allowed companies to adjust production in response to inventory levels and to respond on demand. That’s why companies are interested, because of these big economic benefits and efficiency.

When you go to Wal-Mart, Best Buy, the U.S. Military and many other agencies around the world, you will see that they are all implementing RFID chips on items and increasingly on people.

The recent growth of the RFID industry has been staggering: From 1955 to 2005, cumulative sales of radio tags totaled 2.4 billion; in 2007 alone, 2.24 billion tags were sold worldwide and analysts project that by 2017 cumulative sales will top 1 trillion–generating more than $25 billion in annual revenues for the industry.

We’re starting to see chips being implemented in credit cards, debit cards and passports, driver’s licenses, health cards, and many other things. Increasingly they are being used to monitor people as well as items. RFID tags embedded into clothes and personal belongings allow people to be tracked and monitored in shopping malls, libraries, museums, sports arenas, elevators, and restrooms. American Express has them on their blue cards. They are announcing plans to place people-tracking readers in stores to track customers movements and observe their behavior. If you bought something with your credit or debit card, they will know what items you bought and if the items were chipped, they will know what you were buying. In this way they will be able to track you.

In 2006, IBM received a patent approval for an invention called, "Identification and tracking of persons using RFID-tagged items." One stated purpose was to collect information about people that could be "used to monitor the movement of the person through the store or other areas."

When somebody enters a store a reader "scans all identifiable RFID tags carried on the person," and correlates the tag information with sales records to determine the individual’s "exact identity." A device known as a "person tracking unit" which then assigns a tracking number to the shopper "to monitor the movement of the person through the store."

If I had three readers in this room, I could scan everybody in one second and I would know right away who’s here; so it would scan that quickly. The computers are getting quite sophisticated and capable of doing large numbers of scans at any given time. One company recently announced a computer that reads data transactions at 200 million/second, an incredible number.

Here’s an example of how they are being used in companies; a few oil companies have given their employees smart cards so that they know where they are at any time of the day. This ensures that people do not go where they are not authorized to go. They will see how many times an individual might go to the washroom or outside to have a cigarette; things like that. It allows continuous tracking of people, and so more and more companies are thinking it’s a novel idea.

In early 2007, the American government complained to the Canadian government that they were tracking American contractors who were visiting Canada by placing loonies ($2.00 Canadian coins) with tiny RFID transmitters in their pockets. And a CIS officer when confronted with this said: "Ah, give us a break! You might want to know where the individual was going, what meetings he’s attending, who he’s talking with and everything like that." So if they wanted they could track people with chipped loonies.

The University of Washington students, faculty and staff are being tracked as they move around the site so the details of where they’ve been, what they’re doing and with whom, will be stored in their database. One of the professors at the University was asked, "Will you check on this student?" so he checked on him and said, "Oh, he’s on the fourth floor just standing outside room 452 and now he’s moving into the classroom."

In London you can buy a monthly pass to the transit cars that have an RFID on it and if you link the bus pass to a person’s name you can track where this person is on the bus and subway system throughout London, England. Last year the police were getting four requests a month and now they are getting close to 100.

Just last week the London police announced that they were putting RFID chips on all of the 31,000 police in London. Now this may be on their ID card, they did not say if they were going to put them directly on their body, but they were getting chipped; it was published in the Daily Mail. Some of the police were complaining that they "are going to know where we are at any time, we won’t be able to go into a coffee shop and get a donut." All 31,000 police in London now have RFID’s so if they ever need to stop or control people they can direct 1,000 troops immediately to the scene.

In Southern China they’re implementing RFID readers in the city of Shenzhen to track the movement of citizens; all citizens have an ID card with a chip so they can identify who is in what part of the city at any point in time.

The chips and National ID cards that they are trying to bring in now contain not only a number, but also a person’s work history, education, religion, ethnicity, police record and reproductive history. The United States has been trying to implement the National ID card for a few years now and there are strikes going on in different states as they try to resist this National ID that will identify everyone in the country.

Canada is adding a Real ID to the license plates and we don’t hear anything about it, its being done a lot more secretly than it is in the States where there is a lot of public debate. The increase of the use of RFID chips is going to require a increased rate of the UBF spectrum, as a result in the United States they’re going to stop using the UBF spectrum of the VHF frequency in 2009 and everything is going to go digital. You may have seen that on television in the United States.

Canada is going to do the same thing, they’ll say it still works, and instead of the antenna on your roof you’ll use a black box. The reason they’re doing this is that the UBF and VHF analog frequency are being used for the chips, so they don’t want to overload the chips with television signals, because the chips signals will now be receiving those frequencies.

A friend of mine from Quebec says his cows have a chip embedded under the skin. All farm animals have to be chipped and he says he’s no longer allowed to kill as many cows as he wants. He was given a limit of two cows that he could kill and use only for the farm. All the others had to be sold to particular companies who could control those cows and get food from them. So he could only kill two and the others he had to sell to a supermarket chain.

People are being chipped now. There’s a trend that they’re promoting in the media in terms of chipping people; they’re saying why not chip children for safety, so we can protect them, especially if they’re in the hospital then nobody could steal the newborn babies. Why don’t we chip the sick, then if someone has a heart attack and falls on the floor, we can read the signal in the chip and send someone to help them. We should chip the military so we would be able to know where the soldiers are and if they’re alive. After we could chip people on welfare so we could make sure they’re not cheating the government. Then we can chip all the criminals so that we could control them, and we’ll chip workers because a lot of them goof off at work. Then we’ll chip all the pensioners because they’re just taking money from us; and after that we’ll chip everyone else.

Some 800 hospitals in the United States are now chipping their patients. You can turn it down, but it’s available. Four hospitals in Puerto Rico have put them in the arms of the Alzheimer’s patients, and it only costs about $200 per person.

The Baja Beach Club in Barcelona gets patrons chipped. A BBC reporter went the club and got himself chipped. He said it was like getting a needle in your arm; they just rubbed it with some antiseptic and put a chip in. Because it was fairly small, he said it didn’t hurt too much and he had it inside him so whenever he ordered he would just move his arm and pay for it. The reader on the bar would read the signal and since he had his bank account information on the chip on his arm it would deduct the money from his bank account.

Nigel Gilbert of the Royal Academy of Engineering said that by 2011 you should be able to go on Google and find out where someone is at any time from chips on clothing, in cars, cell phones, and inside many people themselves.

Chips are becoming more and more sophisticated. Nature Magazine reported recently that a drug containing microchips has been developed that will release drugs at the right time and amount. They can put a chip in you and release drugs so you don’t have to take a pill every day. This particular one that they’re selling lasts for over 140 days, you just have to get chipped three times a year with this drug and it releases it every day automatically. We will probably start hearing more about things like this in the near future.

In 2006, LifeScience.com said that European researchers have developed neuro-chips, they’ve coupled together living brain cells in silicone circuits and done a lot of experimentation on rats and snails. An electrical signal from a neuron is recorded in the chips transistors, while the chip’s capitulators stimulate the neurons. They can create neuro-stimulators and use them to alleviate pain and lessen the debilitating effects of Parkinson’s disease.

The mu chip is only .05 ml in length

There are gastric stimulators that can treat obesity, they would make you feel hungry so you wouldn’t want to eat anymore, it would just be necessary to put a chip in your brain that would connect and send signals. In another study, neuro-chip implants were developed and are being used on violent prisoners. They were implanted with the microchip (but they didn’t know they were implanted), and when the implant was set at 160 megahertz’s all the subjects became lethargic and slept about 22 hours a day. The implants ended all aggression in violent prisoners. Another interesting application is a silicone chip implant that mimics the hippocampus, the area of the brain known for creating memories. If successful, the artificial brain prosthesis could replace its biological counterpart, enabling people who suffer from memory disorders to regain the ability to store new memories. It’s being developed by Professor Berger at the Center for Neural Engineering at the University of Southern California.

They’re working on rats and monkeys, so if applied to humans what this could do is restore your short-term memory which people lose as they get older, or it could replace your existing short-term memory with artificial short-term memory.

Applied Digital Solutions has a Verichip that is compatible with human tissue and can be used on implantable pacemakers or put defibrillators in artificial joints. It can be injected using a syringe and used as a sort of bar code in security applications. That’s seen as one of the easy ways to implement chips in people through injections. They could very easily inject it via a flu shot or a vaccine.

Verichip is working on a glucose microchip that would determine glucose levels. You wouldn’t have to draw blood to monitor glucose level. All you need is to have the doctor read your chip and your information and tell what your blood levels have been for the past month or two.

IBM has demonstrated a tiny device that measures heart rate and is able to sense when a person wearing it is in distress, after which it will call a cell phone for immediate help. The distress signal is sent wirelessly via Bluetooth.

Zarlink has developed the first swallowable camera capsule which uses Zarlink’s RF transmitter to relay real-time images from the gastrointestinal tract. Our MICS (Medical Implant Communication Services) platform is designed with in-body communication systems that will improve patient care, lower healthcare costs, and support new monitoring, diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

Currently the chip uses 100 hair-thin electrodes that sense the electro-magnetic signature of neurons firing in specific areas of the brain in, for example, the area that controls arm movement. The activity is translated into electrically charged signals and are then sent and decoded using a program, which can move either a robotic arm or a computer cursor. According to the Cyberkinetics’ website, three patients have been implanted with the BrainGate system. The company has confirmed that one patient (Matt Nagle) has a spinal cord injury, while another has advanced ALS.

This shows that human thoughts can be converted into radio waves and used by paralyzed people to create movement.

Matt Nagle sends the thoughts to a computer to decipher. He can turn his TV on or off, change channels, and alter the volume. (BBC 2005) He can also move his arms and pick up things.

In addition to real-time analysis of neuron patterns to relay movement, the Braingate array is also capable of recording electrical data for later analysis. A potential use of this feature would be for a neurologist to study seizure patterns in a patient with epilepsy.

Braingate is currently recruiting patients with a range of neuromuscular and neurodegenerative diseases, so if you want a computer chip in your brain you can just go on the website and volunteer.

What are the problems about these new technologies? Let me just give you a brief explanation. Chips are going to end privacy. There’s a website called Spychips.com operated by Katherine Albrecht; they research the use of RFID’s by different companies. They have been warning people about them because chips that have economic or health data could get that data stolen.

The New York Times in October of 2006 said that any card that doesn’t require swiping (in other words that doesn’t have a chip in it), is vulnerable to un-authorized charges and put people at risk for identity theft. You can buy scanners in electronics stores for $60 or more that can read the information on the chip.

They are finding that once implanted in people, chips can be damaging to our health. For example, the body of a rodent who was tested started rejecting some chips and started a development of cancer. Also there is a danger of viruses; you are all familiar with software viruses on your computers, imagine if you got a virus in your chip that deletes your information in your chip.

If chips can disseminate medicine then they can disseminate other things too; anything put inside a microchip can be activated by a signal. And finally, with this technology, subliminal mind control becomes possible. I went on to Google and did a search on mind control; you might find it interesting to check that yourself. I read one on patents; there are patents that exist for mind control. This is what one states: non-aural carriers, in the very low or very high audio frequency range or in the adjacent ultrasonic frequency spectrum, are amplitude or frequency modulated with the desired intelligence and propagated acoustically or vibrationally, for inducement into the brain. This is patent number 5,159,703 1992.

Another explains a device that can be placed in the auditory cortex of the brain. This device allows the following process: someone speaks into a microphone, the microphone then has the sounds coded into microwaves which are sent to the receiver in the brain and the receiver device will transform the microwaves back so that the person’s mind hears the original sounds. What do things like this mean to people of faith? You know from the Apocalypse, which is the last book of the Bible, that microchips are unacceptable to God.

Chapter 13, Verses 16-17: "And he (the beast) shall make all, both little and great, rich and poor, freeman and bondmen, to have a character in their right hand, or on their foreheads. And that no man might buy or sell, but he that hath the character, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

Chapter 16, Verse 2: "The first angel poured out his vial upon the earth, and there fell a sore and grievous wound upon men who had the character of the beast; and upon them that adored the image thereof."

Chapter 20, Verse 4: "And I saw seats; and they sat upon them; and judgment was given unto them; and the souls of them that were beheaded for the testimony of Jesus, and for the word of God, and who had not adored the beast nor his image, nor received his character on their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years."

If people have chips they will be tracked wherever they are. And there is a reasonable expectation that their bodies will be controlled and manipulated, as this technology is increasingly refined. Their minds will also be manipulated, they can certainly be made or induced to follow whatever people want them to follow. It’s quite conceivable that they could be made to denounce God also.

A noisy but peaceful crowd of 300 assembled in downtown Saskatoon on Wednesday to protest a speech by former U.S. president George W. Bush.

But protesters hoping to boo him in person were disappointed.

Bush, in town for a noon-hour speaking engagement at TCU Place, was taken inside the building earlier in the morning and avoided any encounters with the crowd.

Security was tight, with dozens of RCMP, Saskatoon city police and U.S. Secret Service agents in the vicinity.

Barricades were set up and protesters were kept across the street from the venue, where Bush was speaking to a paying audience of about 2,000.

Some of the people in the crowd on the street said they were protesting Bush's role in the invasion of Iraq and the detention of prisoners.

It was a varied group that included mothers with small children, students and seniors. Many people carried signs denouncing the Bush years.

"Harper, Bush: Twins," "End the Occupation of Iraq" and "Greed, War, Barbarian" were among the slogans.

A carnival-like atmosphere prevailed. As they watched the ticket-holders across the street file into the auditorium, the crowd was treated to hip-hop performances, street theatre and speeches.

Meanwhile, in the auditorium, Bush spoke before an appreciative audience, cracking jokes as he looked back at his eight years in office.

He talked about Canada-U.S. relations, warning about the dangers of trade protectionism. He referred to his own darkest days as president after the invasion of Iraq when the suspected Iraqi weapons of mass destruction were never found.

He drew applause when he talked about how Canadian soldiers have carried a disproportionately large share of the burden in Afghanistan. When he finished, he received a standing ovation.

Outside across the street, by 1 p.m. CT the crowd had mostly dispersed.

A similar reception from protesters awaited the former president the day before in Edmonton, where he also had a speaking engagement.

Will you say one day, "I Should Have Done Something When I Could?"

Time is running out faster than most people realize. If you're reading this essay on rense.com, a similar website or via email, you are probably already aware of this fact. But this essay isn't intended to preach to the choir. My intention is to provide something useful to share with your friends and families who need help understanding. It is intended to help them to understand that what they see and hear is engineered, controlled and filtered courtesy of Uncle Sam. That spell cast upon them needs to be broken, just as your spell was broken some time ago.

Some twenty years ago, a friend of mine nearing retirement came to our home to help convert it from propane to natural gas. We worked hard and long together that day, cutting, threading and running larger iron pipe in the basement to finish the conversion. When he was finished I asked what I owed him. His kind answer was, "Nothing. Just pass it on." His message was clear and unmistakable.

Today, I pass on to you what I can as well. All the facts are out there in plain sight. It seemed to be the right time to connect a few of the dots and assemble some key concepts into one document, to help others see the light of truth.

Consider what grass-roots efforts have accomplished in the past. Pressure from several grass-roots movements were responsible for ending the endless Vietnam War and causing Richard Nixon to step down as a result of ordering the bugging at Watergate. And in recent times, it was a grass-roots effort which exposed the "rendering" of prisoners by intelligence services to other countries for torture and so-called "questioning." Exposure of the highly illegal and un-American process of rendering began with a journalist taking photos of unmarked planes through a fence, which he observed landing at a closed airbase overseas. That grass-roots movement took off from there and the rest is history. [2]

A 100 YEAR WAR YIELDS GREAT BENEFITS

The world anti-terror war will last 100 years, which everyone was told in 2001 in a presidential address. Does anyone question how a president could know it will last 100 years? When America helped allies fight the Germans and America fought the Japanese, no one announced how long those wars would last, at least not publicly. Could it be that the reason this fake war on terror will last 100 years, is because it's PLANNED to last 100 years? A century long war is a great blessing for defense industry revenue. Before the attacks of 2001, defense industries were dying.

World War 2 was a massive, complex conflict which involved all the countries of Europe yet it only lasted about four years. The war with Iraq has lasted far longer, and still isn't over yet even though it was declared a victory several years ago. Does anyone ever ask themselves why this conflict rages on, and who gains from it?

COVERED FACES OF TERRORISTS

Why is it that whenever terrorists are shown in the media their faces are always covered? The government and media constantly tell us these men are proud to die for their religion. If so, then why would these men cover their faces with black ski masks? Can anyone even BUY a black ski mask in a DESERT country? Why don't they use a cooler material in the 120 degree heat they can see through?

Yet these proud men who supposedly will kill themselves for Allah never give their full names. They make blurry videos in the age of DVDs (with auto-focus cameras?) when standing over some innocent man who supposedly is about to be killed. Experts examining the videos stated the man in the chair was already dead. Since these killers are completely anonymous, how could any government from any country retaliate against their families if these men are unknown individuals? It makes no sense and defies logic. Could it actually be that their faces are hidden because the world would find out they are really American or allied intelligence agents, and not Arabs? If one looks closely at the build of these men in these videos, they don't appear to be of Arab origin. Many have tree-trunk necks and jar heads like those of Navy Seals.

PROOF OF DESTROYING AMERICA BY DESIGN

Could the government stop terrorists from invading America? Uncle has constantly insured that America's borders remain leakier than a rotted Three Stooges row-boat. Uncle is virtually playing the part of Curly by drilling holes in the bottom to let the water out. Uncle also made sure that Mexican Border agents had their automatic weapons taken away, and these firearms were replaced by semi-automatics. Now word has been circulating that now these weapons may be taken away.

Why disarm or under-arm border agents charged to protect America? The answer is a simple one: It greatly reduces their ability to both defend themselves and be able to disable or kill those shooting at them that cross the border illegally. How can they properly defend the border from those shooting at them from Mexico, which has already happened and taken the lives of border agents? Yet Mexican drug smugglers already have used automatic weapons against border agents.

So why was this madness ordered and to what end? The president WANTS illegal aliens in America no matter what he says to the contrary. It's clearly part of the bigger plan to destroy America from within. Illegal aliens bring sickness, crime and a large burden on the health care and financial systems. Emergency rooms within 100 miles of the border have been closed because of the financial drain.

How many hard working, honest American farmers and ranchers along the border have died because emergency help was too far away, thanks to the closed emergency rooms? We may never know that answer. There can be no other reason for encouraging illegal aliens to come into America other than to destroy it. The sick message is clear that border agents, farmers and ranchers are expendable, but illegal aliens and drug smugglers are not.

INTERNAL SECURITY - AMERICA BY THE NUMBERS

America is a land of considerable size which is impossible to completely protect from within. Here are a few facts from uncle's CIA fact book:

AREA:

Total: 9,826,630 sq km

Land: 9,161,923 sq km

Water: 664,707 sq km

AREA COMPARATIVE:

About half the size of Russia; about three-tenths the size of Africa; about half the size of South America (or slightly larger than Brazil); slightly larger thanChina; more than twice the size of the European Union.

LAND BOUNDARIES:

Total: 12,034 km

Border countries: Canada 8,893 km (including 2,477 km with Alaska), Mexico 3,141 km

COASTLINE: 19,924 km

We see here it's bigger than one might think, at more than 9.8 MILLION square kilometers with more than 19,000 kilometers of coastline. How could anyone even remotely believe the government can protect it? Can we imagine trying to spread the entire combined defense force of approximately 750,000 men and women over 9.8 MILLION square kilometers to protect America?

DO TERRORISTS REALLY EXIST?

Let's look at a simple example of the invasion of America by these supposed terrorists using extremely conservative numbers. Since the self-inflicted wound in 2001, approximately 2,430 days have passed as of this writing.

If an average of only 50 terrorists came across the Mexican border during each 24 hour period from Sept. 2001 to the date of this writing in May 2008, there would be approximately 121,500 terrorists in America right now. (50 per day x 2,430 days = 121,500.) Yet hundreds to several thousand illegal aliens from several countries, including Afghanistan, are already known have crossed the Mexican border into the American desert EACH day according to the government announcements over the years.

But only a tiny percentage of illegal aliens are captured, and an even smaller number of them are actually prosecuted and deported. The biggest problem with many of these illegal aliens is crime, not terrorism.

Has anyone ever asked WHY nothing else has been blown up or destroyed in America since 2001 if there are as many terrorists running loose as we've been told?

So for discussion purposes, let's assume that there are "terrorists everywhere in America" as we've been told repeatedly by the president. Why haven't ANY of them attacked in the past seven years? In one of my earlier essays I predicted ongoing attacks would NOT happen and that the passage of time would prove this theory was true. Did I use a crystal ball? Remote viewing? Inside information? Not at all. It was obvious shortly after 2001 that what happened on that September day was both permitted and designed to happen. America simply attacked itself on purpose with the help of a bold, power-mad president. The Islamic people are the equivalent a fall guy who takes the blame, willingly or not.

My best guess is that the next new attack will be staged in time to negate any November election. It will be intended to keep the current president in office indefinitely, when America is put under martial law. But if he declares martial law, he MUST have the military support him. And that's highly doubtful at this point. The real question is ­ how long could he remain in office before being forced out?

Remember the television broadcast in 2001 showing the president sitting in a classroom, being told about the planes crashing into buildings? He just sat there and didn't really care. Any other president would be surprised and shocked by this, and would have jumped out of his seat and left the room. But this president did nothing because he expected the attack to happen.

Still don't believe that he knew about it before hand or that he was a part of it? Consider the CIA announcement that the intelligence agency was running drills of crashing planes into buildings on that very morning. This too is a fact, but it was dismissed by the agency merely as a "coincidence." So what are the odds of this event happening in real life on the very same day of a drill for this?

What can we conclude from simple logic about these invisible terrorists constantly referred to by the president in almost every speech as being everywhere ­ repeatedly for the past SEVEN years? They simply don't exist. Are you angry yet?

PICTURES OF WTC ATTACKERS IN LESS THAN 12 HOURS

This is yet another issue which bears close examination. When America was "attacked" newspaper front pages were plastered the next day with front page pictures of all the men responsible. The east coast of America is in Eastern Standard Time. This is the same time zone where the attack took place. All the attacks took place mid-morning ­ yet in less than 12 hours east coast newspapers ALL had the photographs of the "terrorists" plastered on their front pages.

So what's wrong with this picture? I'll explain it.

All newspapers have copy deadlines for the next day's issue around midnight or even sooner. Metal plates for the presses have to be created, mounted on the presses and all the newspapers printed. All this takes place nationwide during the early morning hours, with most newspapers distributed to newsstands before dawn for people to purchase or read before going to work.

WHO has the ability to supply photo-ready images to all the newspapers in less than 12 hours to meet press time? Only the government could do this. Since the government already knew who all these men were ­ WHY didn't it stop them first? Because they were pre-assigned to be fall guys for that day. And even worse, many of them have been found around the world still alive ­ even after they all died on the four crashed planes.

ELECTRICITY EVERYWHERE ­ ALL UNPROTECTED

There are more than a million utility and telephone poles scattered across America.

Here are some public statistics from just one famous utility company known as Con-Ed, unedited from the company's website. This is the same electric company that supplies power to New York City:

UNDERGROUND UTILITY STRUCTURE

94,000 miles of cable

264,000 manholes and service boxes

35,000 underground transformers

OVERHEAD UTILITY STRUCTURE

36,500 miles of cable

207,500 utility poles

47,000 overhead transformers

The above infrastructure is required for just ONE utility company to supply one major city.

A very large percentage of utility poles and transmission towers are located in rural areas across America. High tension power lines across 9,161,923 sq km supply power for major cities. Yet not one single utility pole has ever been destroyed by a "terrorist," even though ALL of them are unguarded across thousands of miles of desert, mountains, prairies and forests. Get the idea yet? This is what I meant in the beginning, when I said the facts are all in plain sight.

It's clear from this simple example that this phantom terrorist enemy being omnipresent simply cannot be real, nor can we realistically protect the electrical infrastructure from anything or anyone. The government can't stop a tornado or hurricane from leveling utility poles en masse, any more than it can stop someone with a chain saw.

I have recently learned that patients who are on oxygen cannot fly on planes with their portable cylinders, and airlines will no longer supply oxygen to these patients. Yet chainsaws are not banned or controlled. At least not yet at the time of this writing.

When the war with Iraq was being promoted because of phantom WMDs (like a used car salesman selling a car without an engine) the American people were promised Iraq's oil, almost like the "spoils of war." Have the American people seen any of that oil? Or pumped a drop of gasoline or diesel fuel made from it into their vehicles? Apparently not, but other foreign oil companies were given control of the oil fields. Yet people everywhere are paying over $4.00/gallon for gasoline. These are the rewards reaped for listening to a pathological liar and doing nothing about it. Yet it seems few have learned anything from this to date. If you are an American as I am, do you feel cheated and lied to yet? If not, are you actually breathing?

We have barely scratched the surface. Already the highest ranking generals in the pentagon have resigned, refusing to promote and play the president's power grab game. Several generals have threatened to resign together if Iran is attacked. Why? Because these honorable men know lies about Iran when they hear them, and don't want to go down in history as helping WW3 reach the nuclear level. Would you?

A PLANE LOADED FOR A NUCLEAR ATTACK

There was the USAF plane with nuclear weapons mounted under the wings which flew north to south across the entire continental USA from the North Dakota to Louisiana. It is a serious violation to fly a plane loaded with wing-mounted nuclear weapons over American soil. Yet this was called an "accident." This accident could have turned into a nuclear attack, but still no one in the media talks about it anymore. The story disappeared off media radar right after the USAF promised to investigate it. But it was NO accident as we shall see.

The late airman Todd Blue who took his own life for as yet unknown reasons was connected to this event. He worked at Minot Airbase in North Dakota where the aircraft originated. This is also the location where the nuclear weapons involved in this "accident" were stored. Barksdale airbase in Louisiana where the plane landed is a logistical location for equipment materiel headed for the mid-east.

Fortunately, REAL patriots in the USAF prevented that aircraft from continuing on to the mid-east. It could have become the mid-east equivalent of the Enola Gay ­ the name of the airplane which dropped the first nuclear bomb on Japan. It requires a presidential order to move and mount nuclear weapons under the wings of any aircraft. There are numerous safety and ordinance officers that must sign for nuclear devices at every step as they are moved from storage to the wings.

ONLY an order from the president can authorize mounting nuclear weapons under the wings of an aircraft. All nuclear weapons are kept under guard in a high security area. Can anyone believe that USAF career officers, men and women, all of whom were psychologically tested for their jobs - decided to risk their careers, retirement pensions and prison time in a futile attempt to start a nuclear attack? Utter nonsense.

The pentagon announced that about 200 personnel were involved in this event and that a "thorough investigation would take place." Men and women who would do this intentionally without a presidential order, clearly would have known that after the plane had taken off and completed its flight to Barksdale, that additional officers participating in this madness would also have to take the same risks and lose their careers, retirement pensions and prison time. These men and women cannot be held accountable for following orders.

Are we also to believe the pilot, co-pilot and crew of the plane would take all the same risks with their lives and careers needlessly in a futile effort to start a nuclear war? Everyone involved in such an idiotic scheme would face military courts actions. Are you angry yet at the lie of blaming numerous officers and airmen for what happened, instead of the president who ORDERED these weapons mounted under the wings of a bomber? This presidential order designed to start a nuclear attack and subsequent war without the authorization of Congress (which could never be obtained legally) is an impeachable offense, and it's almost a certainty that you'll never hear any more information about this event ever again.

SIGNS OF A PRESIDENT WHO FEARS THE PEOPLE

Make no mistake ­ all dictators (or those masquerading as presidents) secretly fear what the people will do to them when they've finally had enough. History around the world illustrates this. When the "decider" comes to any city today, interstate highways are cleared and closed in both directions for as many miles as required to and from the airport to his location for the duration of his visit. Police are stationed at the top and bottom of every entry and exit ramp to the highway. This is a fact. Of course, it doesn't matter what inconvenience this causes people going to/from work during rush hour. Or patients with a heart attack that can die in an ambulance, as they travel a long circuitous route through heavy traffic to the hospital. When you see this kind of control happen to a highway, you can sense the fear by the government of what the masses might do to him.

In past years when previous presidents came to town, presidents truly loved to see the American people everywhere they went. And they were loved by the people as well. Compare president Kennedy and other presidential visits to the ultra-tight security we have today. Now only carefully pre-approved, metal detector scanned pro-president audience members are allowed within blocks of the president. These people are also required to have special tickets or passes to just to see him, and only a select few are allowed to shake his hand. Does this sound like a president who has the people's love and respect?

Or does this sound more like a president who is afraid of the people? Consider how we proved earlier that the concept of terrorists everywhere cannot possibly be true and of course, the government already knows this. That only leaves the people themselves for the president to be afraid of. If the decider wanted ordinary citizens near him, he could order the Secret Service to allow it. The Secret Service works for him, he does not work for them. But he does not want people near him. So why is this? Secretly, he's probably scared as hell when out in public about what might happen to him. Consider all he's done to help destroy America with lost lives, lost jobs, lost homes, brutal fuel and heating costs and other damage is it any wonder he's scared?

He continues to perform like the crazed employee who burns down the building of the only job in town. Forget about dogs ­ this president really does bite the hand that feeds him. This decider has been working hard every day to destroy America, while refusing to give any real aid or relief to the American people over the past seven years.

What good is a paltry "economic stimulus check" when it can't begin to cover the cost of living? If you lived on half an acre in a cardboard box, today a $1200 economic stimulus check wouldn't even pay the property taxes. And according to experts, these checks are really nothing more than a loan for which uncle will want it all back, probably including hidden interest. Watch and see what happens to your taxes next year. No wonder the decider is afraid of the people.

WHY EVERYONE CAN AND MUST HELP

These are but a few examples of a power mad dictatorship and only scratch the surface.

I could go on and on, but these examples should be more than enough to get anyone who still loves American and FREEDOM thinking. How many will be mournfully pining to themselves one day, "I should have done something when I could." Especially when they watch friends, children, grandchildren and family suffer even more than they are now.

Did you ever think in your wildest dreams you would be paying more than $4.00 a gallon for gasoline in 2008? Experts are saying it could reach up to $10.00 a gallon, and stay that way. China is driving up the demand, causing a permanent price increase for the world to pay for.

Remember the grass-roots movements which forced ending of the Vietnam War, Richard Nixon to resign and the exposure of rendering prisoners for illegal torture. If you think that you can't do something that will help end this madness then you're just not thinking. I'm not suggesting anything for you to do. What you do is up to you.

When a self-appointed decider is performing actions that threaten the very existence of America, it won't be the efforts of any one person that will force change. It requires the efforts of thousands or millions of people. This is what causes great worry to those in power. Keep in mind that for everyone working in government from building janitors to the president, it's still a JOB and a source of income. They don't want to lose that job, any more than you want to lose your job.

Rats don't like the light of day no matter what hole they live in. We have the light of day on our side. Why become one of the guilty who, in the end because of inaction, must bow their head in shame and say, "I should have done something when I could."

America has reached a point where there is nothing to lose from action and everything to gain. When the remaining freedom is gone, so will ALL life as we live it today. It will never be the same again, no matter how much blood is shed or how many gallons of tears. There will be no turning back.

If everyone continues to sit idly by, web-pages, writings and essays such as this one will suddenly become forbidden material. Even reading or having writings like this in your computer will become a crime. Anything a citizen does in the name of freedom at that point in the future, will cause them to be considered an enemy of the state. Great patriots of our time like Keith Olberman will disappear overnight from the media. Who in their right mind wants that to sit idly by and wait for this to happen? To do nothing is to support tyranny. Who would want that on their conscious?

If you haven't read the Patriot Act yet, you owe it to yourself do so.

It will astound you at the length and breadth of it. How could such a draconian 1,200+ page document be ready for signing by Congress just a few days after 9-11? At 9:30 at night? Clearly, the Patriot Act document was already set to be rammed down Congress' throat during the planning of the WTC event - just like the photographs which were quickly distributed to newspapers showing the world exactly who all the "terrorists" are that did the attack. You see, time DOES prove all things. And as we have seen with newspapers, timing reveals many things as well.

Here a small sample from the 2001 Patriot Act table of contents ­ an Act clearly useful against patriots whenever so desired by the government. Parts of the Act have already been shot down in court when challenged.

This is only a portion of the Section 2 table of contents. There are NINE other sections to it. Realistically, we may never have the entire Act repealed. Politics is often about compromise to get things done. But we can work toward having the more serious incursions on our freedoms repealed, and those that remain more tightly limited in scope. Exposure of it to the public is a good start. You can bet that very few Americans have read it, and have depended on mainstream media to review it for them. This is yet another big mistake.

Could anyone after reading everything presented here still look forward to bowing their head in shame and say, "I should have done something when I could?" Remember ­ all or part of ANY act can be REPEALED, and it will require sufficient pressure exerted by the people. (See [1] for the link to the actual text on a government website.) Even Richard Nixon stepped down as a result of public pressure.

Contrary to what government and media may want you to think, the American public still exerts considerable power on governmental actions. Congressman and senators often perceive silence from the public as acceptance, or even as a sign the public is condoning their actions. The biggest subliminal lie promoted by the media is to give you the impression that you are powerless. This lie is engineered to keep you from trying to do anything at all.

Is this the kind of America you want to pass on to your children, grandchildren, descendants and friends? To allow our countrymen to be afraid of terrorists who don't even exist ­ except at the highest levels of government? To bow your head one day, and say "I should have done something when I could."

Shortly before 9:30 a.m. Sunday, officers found the body of Aptos attorney Paul Sanford in the west end of the hotel lobby, where he had landed on a large ventilation grate.

"I'm at a loss for words," said Sanford's friend and business associate, Monterey attorney Shawn Mills. "Paul really had his fingers in a lot of different pies. He was from the East Coast, and I used to call him our 'West Coast Kennedy.'"

For several years, he was programs supervisor at the Volunteer Center in Santa Cruz and a teacher at the Monterey College of Law, where Mills said Sanford was an alumnus who mentored many students.

Sanford was also active in the national arena. He appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court in 2004 beside Elk Grove resident Michael Newdow when he argued unsuccessfully that the words "under God" should be stricken from the Pledge of Allegiance.

"He was a champion of the downtrodden, he represented homeless people in Santa Cruz, and fought for free speech," Mills said. "He did a run across America. You name it he's done it. This is a real shock and a loss to the community."

Almost immediately, he caused a stir after he joined the White House Press Corps in 2005, making waves as the first reporter to ask then-White House press secretary Scott McClellan whether the leaking of CIA agent Valerie Plame's name might be considered an act of treason.

McClellan was apparently flustered by the question and replied that "those are matters for those overseeing the investigation to decide."

Sanford eventually filed suit against station owner Michael Zwerling after Zwerling was reported as saying Sanford had not been authorized to represent the station as a reporter, a statement Sanford refuted.

Although the dispute with Zwerling caused Sanford a great deal of stress at the time, Mills said his friend was feeling fine about it and believed he would soon be vindicated in court.

In 2002, Sanford inadvertently found himself at the center of a controversy in Santa Cruz County when his independent election fundraising was characterized in the Santa Cruz Sentinel as last-minute "developer" contributions on behalf of supervisor candidate Mark Primack. Primack lost to incumbent Mardi Wormhoudt by fewer than 600 votes.

He and Sanford spoke on the phone "around four or five times a day," Mills said, and the two had just spoken on Thursday, "tweaking a marketing plan" for their new law practice before Mills went out of town for the Christmas holiday.

Mills said he had spoken to Sanford's wife, Paula, and that she also was in shock. He said Sanford, a father of two, was a devoted family man.

Police said that before Sanford fell, hotel housekeepers saw him pacing the hallway of an upper floor. Cercone said Sanford's car was parked next to the hotel, and he was not checked in as a guest.

Mills said he and Sanford often met at Chili's restaurant next to Embassy Suites Hotel Monterey Bay because the KRXA studio was nearby.

Well, the big surprise is that until now, famous scientists were telling us that the weather was warming up, that the poles were melting, that the temperature would surge to 250C in some parts of the United States, that massive flooding would occur as the level of the seas rose higher and higher, and so on, all caused by the U.S. M.I.C.'s pollution and as part of the notorious depopulation agenda of the plutocracy . . . Zionist but not only: great wealth comes from greed and selfishness, which are present in all races andreligions.  But suddenly, a new tune is sounding... Now a big bunchof academics ("patriots" no doubt)are signing declarations to the effect that the warming up was all a hoax, that actually the earth is cooling... that we are going into a period of cold weather, possibly glaciation,etc. As to the pollution: nothing of the kind: The United States is innocent... after all would the United States ever hurt any living thing? So sorry though but I don't buy that tune. Moreover, I am ready to bet a whole five cents (and for me this is a huge amount), that here is just another plutocratic trickery. True, I am no scientist but I have a feeling in my bones that the earth is in fact warming up andthis is solely caused by the U.S. M.I.C. Now, who is right? I, an ordinary guy without any credentials (except my age)?or a big bunch of learned, universityguys who have all the answers to everything? We will see! And we may not have too long to wait! I get reports from Leningrad that the temperature there is unusually high for this time of the year. But wait a minute, if it is true that the earth is cooling, it means that famous Professor Hawkins was wrong... could he possibly be wrong? Hard to believe! And in addition, why would George have beenbuilding such a huge expensive boat in Turkey? Things don't add up do they?  In fact, the total insanity of the US government's foreign policy is demonstrated by that giant boat which has been built in Turkey by the United States.

I have had occasion to write about this at the time when the boat was only starting to be constructed and, as could be expected, nothing happened: the American slaves (called "citizens" in the U.S.) did not revolt but continued to be "patriots", suffering and paying for the enormous expenses incurred in the completion of this and many other crazy schemes, all designed to assure the continued well-being and survival of... NO, not of the ordinary guys in the USA (these are called "collateral damage"), but ofthe international plutocracy,sometimes called by other names such as the New World Order, etc. The reason I am coming back to this subject of such a big boat in Turkey, is that it is currently a hot topic of discussion in some world areas, even though it is banned from newspapers and television "almost" everywhere. In Asia by the way, many are becoming aware of thedeadly threat now presented to the world by the United States, even though it is not really the United States itselfthat is the threat but the owners of the United States... the now extremely wealthy few. The plan with that boatis to save the few thousand plutocrats and their families, no matter what happens.

The plutocrats realize fully well that their depopulation agenda will require manydrastic steps which I have described several times in the past. They also realize that if they want to survive, they have to be prepared to face many unexpected circumstances. The eventuality of a world revolution is unlikely because modern slaves are so well brainwashed (from crib to grave) that they are no longer able to think their own thoughts: they think what they are told to think, period. This is what is called "freedom and democracy"!  But there are other circumstances to take into account, such as a gradual rise in sea level, environmental radioactivity and so on. Of course, this is not new at all, major social problems have existed for manycenturies. It is just that in modern times, and thanks to obedient (and well paid)newspapers, television, schools, universities and churches, the majority of the world's people grow up to become first class morons, ready to die patriotically just so as toenable the plutocracy to become wealthier and more powerful. That is what is called "freedom": free to die in slavery! We can't predict the future, true enough. but we can make some suppositions based onpresent facts and past history.

My guess would be as follows, in five steps:

(1) Depopulation will probably succeed, thanks to the criminal indifference and inaction of the victims... and here we have to agree that throughout history (but with a few, very few exceptions), victims have alwayshad a tendency to be criminally indifferent and passive sheep and ostriches, while tigers were very rare.I have dealt in many other articles on the manner in which depopulation is achieved (weather modification, poisoning of air and water, terrorism, warfare, etc.).  

(2) Nevertheless, in order to avoid any possibility of revolt, the plutocracy has intensified its system of thought control and brainwashing whichhave attained the highest degree of perfection in humanhistory (in other words WE may be stupid but THEY are smart). In addition, in order to secure the entire process, witnesses are "suicided" or otherwise disposed of (dropped from an airplaneinto the ocean: an old custom which started in England about 60 years ago).  

(3) Mass murderers like Pinochet, Bush, Reagan and so on are celebrated as "great leaders", whileJoseph Stalinand others are accused of the murders ofmillions who have been executed by US agents... and people (almost) everywhere, believe it all! Moreover, desinformers (e.g. money hungry Alexander Solzhenitsyn) are at work on a 24/7 basis. For instance, while the planet is warming up and the ice are melting at the poles, they tell us that the planet is COOLING down. The reason being that the gradual warming up is caused by the U.S. M.I.C.pollution: a great source of trillion dollar profit ("money talks").  

(4) Thus, in the short term, many - but even not all - plutocrats will survive depopulation. Some will be in the ultra deepwaterproof shelter under Washington D.C. Others will be aboard their huge boat (Noah's Ark)in Turkey. As to the 6.5 billion fools: they should have used the brain they were born with, hence they are all guilty... therefore they will all die.  

(5) The plutocratswill keep a few thousand slaves with them but these -after appropriate torture -are scheduled for elimination, because they will be replaced by more reliable and efficient electro-magnetic robots. True, I am not alone in thinking andsaying allthe above,therefore I'll say that"WE" who think the above may in fact be wasting our time for the following FIVE reasons:

(1) The POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING People have been brainwashed to think "positive"... andit is negative to see the danger. For instance the ostrich is very positive in burying its head in the sand not to see death coming. Myignorantopinion (as desinformers call it) is that one should be neither positive nor negative but REALIST and TRUTH SEEKING.

(2) The POWER OF THE PLUTOCRACY Naive people have always had a strong tendency to believe the wealthy and disbelieve the poor. Furthermore, in addition to being wealthy, the plutocracy is armed with the most powerful and devilish weapons which very few (if any)can resist. Therefore being wealthy and powerful, they are listened to, believed and obeyed. Humans were that way in medieval time and it hasn't changed a bit.

(3) The POWER OF THE MAJORITY Since the vast majority of people are brainwashed to think in a certain way and since people have a strong tendency to believe the majority, the minority will have the tendency to follow. A perfect example is Joseph Stalin. In this case, people everywhere are convinced that Stalin murdered millions of people while in actual fact, by the time Stalin was assassinated (poisoned)by US agents, the entire Duma was filled with guys paid by the U.S. to assassinate people by the million. Had Stalin been more careful, he would have beenaware of it. He should thenhave chopped the heads off the entire Duma: after which Russia, the Russians and himselfwould have been saved (that is what I learned in 1978 while in Leningrad at which point (coincidence?), I was suddenlybanned from all the media, everywhere).

(4) The POWER OF MONEY The U.S. slogans "Money talks" and "Every conscience has its price" are unfortunately quite correct andhave beenapplied everywhere and all the time for thousands of years. Human slaves are for sale, sometimes even quite cheap.

(5) THE POWER OF CHEMISTRY The common people may be ignorant but the plutocracy is not. In order to secure their hold on the fools as well as to reinforce the not-always-so-effective brainwashing, chemicals are being spread in the air and water in orderto help make people tired, irresponsive, sleepy and unwilling to think logically. However this supposedly perfect Modus Operandi may fail. In fact, inthe long run, I claim that the plutocracy will eventually degenerate into inexistence and this because

WEALTH IS SELF-DESTRUCTIVE...

but that won't ressuscitate their victims! OUR ERRORS One big mistake that we all make, myself included, is to have a tendency to condemn people belonging to a specific group, for instance, the Zionists, or the Americans, or even the German Nazis (who murdered my father) and so on. That is simplifying things. The reality is that we human beings, are all both good and bad but according to circumstancesand a number of factors, as we grow up some of ustend to become better while some others tend to become worse. All this means that one can find the very, very best people as well as the very, very worst in all countries, all races and all religions. If we want to condemn one group of people, then we might as well condemn the entire human race... and there, I would have to agree because yes, humanity is nothing muchto write home about. If we go a step further, wehave to observe that, as an example, a really, really bad US military pig torturing and killing children of all ages in Iraq is not the one who is guilty. Guilty are the people in the United States who have deseducated him, brainwashed him to the point of stupidity, drugged him, deshumanised him and changed him from a potentially happy human being into a non-thinking predatory animal, actually not an animal but A MISERABLETHING, used as a toolby the international plutocracy in order to gain more wealth and power for itself! All this boils down to say that those who are actually guilty are thosewho, under cover of "freedom" (Gasp!)are pushing forward the principles of DESEDUCATION. DRUG USE, SICK SEX and inevitably GREED and SELFISHNESS.

Now who are those motivated to do this? Obviously the plutocrats, which means those who will be either aboard Noah's Ark or else deep down under Washington D.C. Should these inhuman beasts be allowed to remain alive? Assuredly yes, and this for three reasons: First, they got allthe wealth, the arms and full power: you can't touch them (that is good reason enough for me). Second, they won't be able to survive their crimes hence they are condemning themselves to a miserable death. Third, by eliminating one or a fewcriminals you never accomplish anything... what is needed is to remove the miscellaneous factors which cause children to grow in the wrong direction and become criminals. But here pops up the next question: Who is actually responsible for the fact that children are poorly educated, are brainwashed and are then directed toward viciousness and criminal behaviour? The evil government? OK, but who is responsible in the first placefor having a criminal government? Obviously the indifferent, passive citizens... and therefore, these are 100% guilty of tolerating being governed by the most satanic people the earth has ever seen. Their guilt is even worse when these people are "PATRIOTS"... sold body and soul to the plutocracy:

So that in the end, when you, the victims, will be tortured to death, it will be your reward for your indifference and passivity. See! There is some justice in this world after all. CLIMATE CHANGE

Is the world climate about to change? That, my friends, is SECONDARY ! It is a fact, known to anybody ... anyway to anybody who - like me - looks at the sky from his balcony and sees that the weather is changing... sorts of warming up and more HAZY, GREYISH than before. Here in Quebec, Canada, that is just what was needed as it used to be damned cold herein winter: I guess we will just have to say thank you to the plutocracy for the warming up. The problem is not there, though. The problem is that this is MAN-MADE... And it is a part, thoughan important part,of the DEPOPULATIONprocess... which is why the plutocracy is investing so much money on "scientists" who suddenly discover that this sick planet is cooling down instead of warming up.

As to pollution? There is none of that we are assured,except maybe in Africa or Asia, or perhaps on another planet. It is an error to look at the result of an action when instead, one should lookat the REASON for it and the LOGIC behind it. The facts show that the United States is INTENTIONALLY polluting the environment as part of the depopulation process. This pollution is produced first and foremost by the United States Military Industrial Complex (U.S. M.I.C.)and secondly through the excessive use ofprivate cars. More exactly, these carsarerun by highly polluting gasoline engines instead of non-polluting electricity, hydrogen or other clean means. Why this? Because the plutocracy derives much, perhaps mostof its wealth from the oil industry and it turns out that this oil is extremely rich in highly poisonous chemicals. Thus, oil is a godsend for the plutocrats: They make money selling the oil,they pollute the environment, thus multiplying cases of cancer whereby they makeadditional profit manufacturing useless remedies and finally they have their depopulation agenda well on its way to total success.

OBSERVE how little issaid about the pollution threat from oil and how much is said about the non-existent tobacco smoke threat! Observe further the complicity of well-paid doctors and scientists! Observe finallyhow all the fools of the United States and of the world swallow all the B.S. degurgitated by theplutocratic propaganda... The fools refrain from smoking... and die of lung cancer. But, will object a naive (or well paid)doctor: "I have here a case of cancer possibly caused by the smoke from a pipe smoker in Tibet". Do you need a drawing? All you have to do now is add 2 plus 2 and you will get 4 every time... except if the plutocracy pays you enough to get 3 or 5.

THE SCAPEGOATS

If we look up the history of the world, we discover that the guilty is always found innocent while the innocent is found guilty. See even in this case: Even though the oil is guilty, nevertheless it is tobacco that is found guilty!  The plutocracy is guilty of multiple genocides, but observe again that - anyway since Lincoln's time - very little is being said about the plutocracy: the plutocracy is sacred and must be allowed to continue abusing and destroying the sheep of America and of the world. Bush who is no longer a puppet andcan now be proud to have majored as a scapegoad, a patsy, a fall guy. The two paragraph report quotes John Reid, the British Home Secretary,
saying "authorities know of about 30 major conspiracies."

Doesn't *knowing* about a conspiracy give you at least some of the means to stop it?

Apparently not in Tony Blair's UK.

Rather than stop one (or all) of these impending attacks, the British government says instead we should get prepared to receive one, in time for the holidays no less.

By now, I'm sure every adult who is not suffering from some kind of severe mental deficiencyunderstands that Bush and Blair lied us into the Iraq War.

Even the mainstream news media seems willing to admit this point (years after it was plainly obvious to millions of people.)

The "Global Terrorist Threat" is as much a hoax as weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

The stories about "terror cells" being detected and plots foiled are, for the most part, pure government fraud.
Yes, there have been real terrorist events - in New York, in London, in Spain and elsewhere.

But not one of these episodes has ever been traced conclusively to a known terrorist group. No arrests, no evidence examined by a court, no convictions.

In fact, more thanone of these events give all the appearances of being a government operation.

A high-powered team of Los Angeles attorneys representing President Obama in his effort to keep his birth certificate, college records and passport documents concealed from the public has suggested there should be "monetary sanctions" against a lawyer whose clients have brought a complaint alleging Obama doesn't qualify for the Oval Office under the Constitution's demand for a "natural born" citizen in that post.

The suggestion came in an exchange of e-mails and documents in a case brought by former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others in California. The case originally sought to have the state's electors ordered to withhold their votes for Obama until his eligibility was established. Since Obama's inauguration, it has been amended to seek a future requirement for a vetting process, in addition to the still-sought unveiling of his records.

In the case, handled largely by Gary Kreep of the U.S. Justice Foundation, records were subpoenaed documenting Obama's attendance at Occidental College.

The lawyer for the college, Stuart W. Rudnick of Musick, Peeler & Garrett, urgently contacted Fredric D. Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher.

"This firm is counsel to Occidental College. The College is in receipt of the enclosed subpoena that seeks certain information concerning President-Elect Barack Obama," he wrote via fax. "Inasmuch as the subpoena appears to be valid on its face, the College will have no alternative but to comply with the subpoena absent a court order instructing otherwise."

Within hours, Woocher contacted Kreep regarding the issue, telling him, "It will likely not surprise you to hear that President-elect Obama opposes the production of the requested records.

"In order to avoid the needless expense of our bringing and litigating a Motion to Quash the subpoena, I am writing to ask whether you would be willing to agree voluntarily to cancel or withdraw the subpoena."

Woocher warned, "Please be advised, in particular, that in the event we are forced to file a motion to quash and we prevail in that motion, we will seek the full measure of monetary sanctions provided for in the Code of Civil Procedures."

Kreep, out of town for a business trip, did not respond immediately, and the motion eventually was filed. It states that the records, which could reveal on what name Obama attended classes at Occidental and whether he attended on scholarship money intended for foreign students, "are of no relevance to this moot litigation."

The motion also claims the petitioners failed to serve the subpoena properly.

"The subpoena directed to Occidental College should therefore be quashed. Alternatively, this court should issue an order directing that the deposition of the custodian of records of Occidental College not take place," the firm working on Obama's behalf stated.

"The central issue in this lawsuit … is whether any Respondent had a legal duty to demand proof of natural born citizenship from Democratic Party's nominee," the motion said. "None of the documents sought by petitioners could possibly assist in answering this question."

The motion then cited a precedent from a case involving a "former law firm client who brought malpractice action against firm claiming unconscionable rates was not entitled to discovery regarding amount paid by law firm to contract staff attorney because such information is irrelevant to unconscionability claim."

The case, with Keyes, Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson as plaintiffs, names California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden and the state's electors as defendants.

"OBAMA has been inaugurated as the president of the United States. However, to properly assume such office, OBAMA must meet the qualifications specified in Article II, Section 1 of the United States Constitution for the Office of the President of the United States, which includes that he must be a 'natural born' citizen," the amended complaint states.

"OBAMA has failed to demonstrate that he is a 'natural born' citizen. There have been a number of legal challenges before various state and federal courts regarding aspects of non-, lost, or dual citizenship concerning OBAMA. Those challenges, in and of themselves, demonstrate Petitioners' argument that reasonable doubt exists as to his eligibility to serve as President of the United States.

"To avert a constitutional crisis which would certainly accrue after such an election through laborious legal challenges, this writ seeks to require SOS (Secretary of State) to verify the eligibility of a Presidential candidate prior to the candidate appearing on the California ballot. It is incumbent on the candidates to present the necessary documentation confirming his or her eligibility, but, to date, for this past election, OBAMA has failed to do so," the complaint continues.

"An unprecedented and looming constitutional crisis awaits if a President elected by the popular vote and the electoral vote does not constitutionally qualify to serve in that capacity," the case said. "In addition, if OBAMA is not a 'natural born' citizen and not eligible for presidency, OBAMA will be subject to the criminal provisions of the California Elections Code, stating, 'Any person who files or submits for filing a nomination paper or declaration of candidacy knowing that it, or any part of it, has been made falsely, is punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the state prison for 16 months or two or three years or by both the fine and imprisonment,'" the complaint states.

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges that have alleged Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some claim he was not born in Hawaii, as he insists, but in Kenya. Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Several details of Obama's past have added twists to the question of his eligibility and citizenship, including his family's move to Indonesia when he was a child and on what nation's passport he traveled to Pakistan in the '80s, as well as conflicting reports from Obama's family about his place of birth.

In just the last few days, WND has reported on a developing lawsuit by a team of state lawmakers as well as military officers, both of whom would be bound to follow orders from the president and would need to know whether the orders were legitimate.

WND also reported this week on a separate case that accuses Congress of failing to investigate President Obama's birthplace before approving the Electoral College vote giving him the presidency, after going through that very investigative process for GOP candidate Sen. John McCain.

Several of the cases – including those brought by Orly Taitz, Cort Wrotnowski, Leo Donofrio and Philip Berg, already have been discussed in conference at the U.S. Supreme Court, which has decided not to hold a hearing on any of the merits.

Here is a partial listing and status update for several of the cases:

• Philip J. Berg, a Pennsylvania Democrat, demanded that the courts verify Obama's original birth certificate and other documents proving his American citizenship. Berg's latest appeal, requesting an injunction to stop the Electoral College from selecting the 44th president, was denied.


• Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.


• Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.


• Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.


• Chicago attorney Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.
  
• Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.
  
• In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
  
• In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.
  
• In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.


• California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters.

In addition, other cases cited on the RightSideofLife blog as raising questions about Obama's eligibility include:

• In Texas, Darrel Hunter vs. Obama later was dismissed.
  
• In Ohio, Gordon Stamper vs. U.S. later was dismissed.
  
• In Texas, Brockhausen vs. Andrade.
  
• In Washington, L. Charles vs. Obama.
  
• In Hawaii, Keyes vs. Lingle, dismissed.

WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi had gone to both Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The governor's office in Hawaii said there is a valid certificate but rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii, which the state's procedures allowed at the time?

"Does the average citizen understand what this means? In from 10 to 20 years this country will be dependent entirely upon outside sources for a supply of liquid fuels paying out vast sums yearly in order to obtain supplies of crude oil from Mexico, Russia, and Persia." -- Yale Professor Harold Hibbert, ethanol promoter, 1925

More than one major transportation-based industry in America besides Detroit is on the ropes. For the fourth time in our history the ethanol industry has come undone and is quickly failing nationally. Of course it's one thing when Detroit collapsed with the economy; after all, that is a truly free-market enterprise and the economy hasn't been good. But the fact that the ethanol industry is going bankrupt, when the only reason we use this additive is a massive government mandate, is outrageous at best.

Then again, the ethanol lobby and refiners have a solution to ethanol's failure in America: Hire retired General Wesley Clark as your point man and lobby the government to increase the amount of ethanol in our fuel to 15%. The problems with that proposition are real -- unlike ethanol's benefits.

Where's the Logic?

First, the primary job of the Environmental Protection Agency is, dare it be said, to protect our environment. Yet using ethanol actually creates more smog than using regular gas, and the EPA's own attorneys had to admit that fact in front of the justices presiding over the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995 (API v. EPA).

Second, truly independent studies on ethanol, such as those written by Tad Patzek of Berkeley and David Pimentel of Cornell, show that ethanol is a net energy loser. Other studies suggest there is a small net energy gain from it.

Third, all fuels laced with ethanol reduce the vehicle's fuel efficiency, and the E85 blend drops gas mileage between 30% and 40%, depending on whether you use the EPA's fuel mileage standards (fueleconomy.gov) or those of the Dept. of Energy.

Fourth, forget what biofuels have done to the price of foodstuffs worldwide over the past three years; the science seems to suggest that using ethanol increases global warming emissions over the use of straight gasoline. Just these issues should have kept ethanol from being brought back for its fourth run in American history.

Don't let anybody mislead you: The new push to get a 15% ethanol mandate out of Washington is simply to restore profitability to a failed industry. Only this time around those promoting more ethanol in our gas say there's no scientific proof that adding more ethanol will damage vehicles or small gas-powered engines. With that statement they've gone from shilling the public to outright falsehoods, because ethanol-laced gasoline is already destroying engines across the country in ever larger numbers.

Got a Spare $1,000?

Last July was bad enough for motorists on a budget -- gasoline prices had shot up to more than $4 a gallon. But for some the pain in the pocketbook was about to get worse. At City Garage in Euless, Tex., for example, the first of numerous future customers brought in an automobile whose fuel pump was shot. A quick diagnosis determined that that particular car had close to 18% ethanol in the fuel. For that unlucky owner, the repairs came to nearly $900. The ethanol fun was just beginning.

City Garage manager Eric Greathouse has found that adding ethanol to the nation's gasoline supply may be a foolish government mandate, but it has an upside he'd rather not deal with. It's supplying his shop with a slow but steady stream of customers whose plastic fuel intakes have been dissolved by the blending of ethanol into our gasoline, or their fuel pumps destroyed. The average cost of repairs is just shy of $1,000.

It gets better. Scott Morrison is the owner of the City Garage chain in North Texas and he related the story of his technical director's run-in with ethanol; in December he filled up his E85 Flex Fuel Chevy Suburban at the Exxon station in Ovilla, just south of Dallas. His Suburban died on the spot, because even an E85-equipped vehicle will not run on the 100% pure ethanol that Exxon station was pumping that day. In that case it was not Exxon's fault but a mistake at the distribution center, and Exxon (xom.) quickly made good for the cost of repairs.

On Jan. 16 of this year, Lexus ordered a massive recall of certain 2006 to 2008 models, including the GS Series, IS and LS sedans. According to the recall notice, the problem is that "Ethanol fuels with low moisture content will corrode the internal surface of the fuel rails." In layman's terms, ethanol causes pinpoint leaks in the fuel system; when leaking fuel catches your engine on fire, that's an exciting way to have your insurance company buy your Lexus. Using ethanol will cost Toyota (tm.) untold millions.

An Unpublicized Trend

Though the media is ignoring it, one can easily find many stories on BMW (BMWG.DE) blogs relating similar problems with fuel systems damaged by the use of ethanol. Certainly that was the case with Christi Jordan and her 2007 Mini. For weeks it was difficult to start; Moritz BMW in Arlington, Tex., inspected it and found severe carbon buildup inside the engine. On her second trip to the mechanics they decided to test the ethanol content of Christi's fuel and found it was much higher than the federally mandated limit of 10%. This time the fuel pump had been destroyed by the ethanol. The repair bill came to $1,200: As in all cases where vehicles are damaged by ethanol, legally the factory warranty no longer applied.

Jim Keppler, Moritz's fixed operations director, said he's had at least 10 other cases of ethanol poisoning in Minis over the past six months. Christi was one of the lucky ones; Moritz covered her repairs. But there's no telling how many motorists across the nation have had to pay for fuel pumps, or fuel systems, that ethanol damaged. Most were probably unaware of the real culprit behind the breakdown, because virtually no repair shop tests the level of ethanol in the gasoline when these fuel system problems occur.

And there are active lawsuits from boat owners; ethanol broke down the resins in their fiberglass gas tanks, destroying their marine engines. Additionally, those who deal in small gas engines for lawnmowers, edgers, and weedeaters have quickly learned that, as Briggs & Stratton's (bgg.) Web site warns, "Ethanol-blended gasoline can attract moisture, which leads to separation and formation of acids during storage. Acidic gasoline can damage the fuel system of an engine while in storage. B&S strongly recommends removing ethanol-blended fuels from engine during storage."

Like motorists, if landscaping tool owners put gasoline with more than 10% ethanol in their small engines, that immediately voids any factory warranties. In the case of the Lexus recall, using just a 10% ethanol blend was found to be destroying many of these engines also.

Another Government-Mandated Mistake

It now appears that in just a few years since the government forced ethanol use on the country, engine and fuel system failures caused by ethanol are causing major damage to more and more new and used vehicles. This means the hapless owners are not only paying for snake oil in lower fuel efficiency and more smog, but pay again when it damages their vehicles and lawn mowers.

We seem to have forgotten, but the promise of turning over farmland for fuel production was to reduce our nation's demand for imported crude. But until this massive economic slowdown, as Gusher of Lies (PublicAffairs, 2008) author Robert Bryce pointed out, even while the ethanol mandate was being ramped up we were increasing our imports of foreign oil.

Translation: The entire politically stated purpose of using ethanol had already been proven to be a false one before the program even got fully under way.

No surprise there. The premise that ethanol could give America the freedom to one day stop importing oil has always been fraudulent. Another fun fact: If we outlawed gasoline and diesel, thereby removing every last car, truck and SUV from our highways -- no vehicles anywhere on any road in the country -- America would still have to import oil because we would still use more crude than domestic production can supply.

Why is that? Crude oil is also used to make fertilizers, aviation fuel, home heating oil, and many other products. Not to mention polyester suits for car salesmen.

Comment Now, Public!

Pushed into it by the corn growers' and ethanol refiners' lobbying organizations, today the EPA is starting to go through the public comment phase on increasing the level of ethanol in our gasoline from 10% to 15%. Time and time again we have heard from these groups, who now claim that there is zero scientific evidence that a 15% blend of ethanol would do any damage whatsoever if the mandate for ethanol were raised. As with all statements made by vested interests, few outsiders have actually taken the time to look and find out whether this statement was true.

In fact, it's false.

Not one mechanic I've spoken with said they would be comfortable with a 15% blend of ethanol in their personal car. However, most suggest that if the government moves the ethanol mandate to 15%, it will be the dawn of a new golden age for auto mechanics' income.

One last thought: Most individuals who have had to repair their fuel systems in recent years never had the gasoline tested to see if the ethanol percentage might be the problem. Today most repair shops and new-car dealers are still not testing for ethanol blends. They're simply repairing the vehicles and sending their unhappy and less wealthy customers on their way. But, where dealer and repair shops are testing the gasoline, ethanol is becoming one of the leading culprits for the damage.

Sadly, when a truly bad idea is exposed today, Washington's answer is to double-down on the bet, mandate more of the same, and make the problem worse. Only this time around motorists will be able to gauge the real cost of ethanol when it comes time to fix their personal cars

Possibly a hint to a still unexplored atmospheric phenomenon?

The increasing number of aircraft crashes during the last years, at which a large number of people lost their lives, concerns us all and lets us ask for the causes for this development. Not always technical defects or human failure may be determined clearly. Especially lately there were disasters ever more frequently, where research for the causes led to ambiguous results, despite of the improved technical possibilities. This forced us to look for possible connections between these incidents.

May such a connection exist at all between different events? Actually an unusual question, but our research showed a still much more surprising result: Indeed there was a number of incidents during the last two years that follow a mysterious local and temporal pattern! There seems to be a time and location dependent risk factor for the air traffic, which we provisionally called TLR factor (Temporary local Risk Factor) for lack of better explanations .

The crash of Swissair 111

On September 2nd the Swissair 111 was on its way on a line flight from New York to Geneva. About 22.14 local time the pilot announced to air traffic control in Moncton, Canada, that he detected smoke in the cab. They decided to try a forced landing in Halifax.

But they didn't make it. 10 minutes later the radio contact broke off, and after 22.30 the MD-11 crashed into the North Atlantic briefly like a stone, shortly before reaching the Canadian coast near Peggy's Cove. 229 humans lost their lives.

The search for the causes still is under way, but it seems obvious that a final clarifying will be never possible.

• It is strange that Black box and Voice recorder stopped their recordings at the same time, about six minutes before the crash, although they hang on different electric circuits.
• According to reports of experienced pilots the aircraft itself would not have had to crash even if a total power failure on board would happen, since the most important aggregates are equipped with push pull cables for manual control.

So why a presumed burning of an electic cable could cause the crash? There isn't any evidence for the fact that the airplane exploded in the air.

The BALAIR incident

We began with our research, when a further incident excited our attention: Only five days after the Swissair crash, on September 7th, 1998, an airbus 310 of the Swiss charter company BALAIR, occupied with 144 passengers, had to make an emergency landing on its way from Zurich to Vancouver, shortly after a regular intermediate stop in Halifax, because smoke had emerged in the board kitchen. The forced landing was successful, and nobody was hurt.

Why, we asked ourselves, should be a fire in two aircrafts over the same region in such a short instance of time? A terrible suspicion came up: Was it because of the fact that both airplanes were straight near Halifax? But why?

Our investigations led to an almost unbelievable result, whose consequences cannot be assessed at all yet. Irony of the fate - the BALAIR flight does not belong at all into the pattern that we discovered - investigation of the aircraft actually resulted in a technical defect in the board kitchen!

The TWA crash

We began to examine the dates and places of further aircraft crashes and other incidents within the range of the North American east coast. Of course, everyone of us still remembers the unforgotten disaster with the TWA flight 800 on July 17th, 1996. At that time a jumbo jet of the American airline TWA had suddenly exploded in air, being on the flight from New York to Paris with 230 persons on board. It happened before the north east point of Long Island, and the wreck of the aircraft fell into the Atlantic ocean.

Long time there were different sabotage and conspiracy theories concerning this accident, because several eye-witnesses, especially a helicopter crew of the national guard, saw that a brightly shining object, a rocket or a cruise missile, flew towards the jet and possibly seemed to collide with it.

Meanwhile, these theories could be disproved. Today it seems that the jet had exploded due to a fire in the fuel tank.

Next fire in an aircraft in the same sea-area! And what was the bright object, which the soldiers of the national guard had observed? Again in the case of TWA 800, the last minutes on the Voice recorder are missing. Nothing in the crew talks gives evidence that they suspected any danger...

A mysterious sighting

Shortly afterwards we found a further incident, which ended well for the concerned people. The US National Transportation and Safety board (NTSB) announced that on August 9th, 1997, a Swissair Boeing 747-300 (flight number 127) being on its way from Philadelphia to Zurich, nearly collided with a unidentified bright object in the sea-area before Long Island. The object flew towards the aircraft at high speed and missed it only about 50 meters. The captain and the first officer, both experienced pilots with 15000 resp. 7500 flying hours, had both seen the object. According to their reports the object was neither an airplane nor a weather balloon.

Later investigations proved that it cannot have been a weather balloon because at that time no one was started in the region. Thus the bright object, which almost rammed Swissair 127, is named as "unidentified flying object", thus as UFO, in the official documents, whereby we have to point out that this does not mean by any means that it had been something like an "extraterrestial spaceship", in contrast to the popular use of this word, but only that it was a still unsettled phenomenon.

Were the passengers on board of TWA 800 less lucky, and their aircraft was rammed by a similar thing, giving rise to the the burning of the fuel tank? So what is it that flies around there near the coast of Long Island that met twice with an airplane in the interval of only few more than one year?

Mysterious time intervals

This leads us to the most important point, the dates. TWA 800 - Swissair 127 - Swissair 111: three incidents in the same area, in each case in the interval of somewhat more than one year. More exactly: between the crash of TWA 800 (17.7.1996) and the Swissair 127 incident (9.8.1997) there were 388 days, and between the Swissair 127 incident and the Swissair 111 crash(2.9.1998) there were 389 days.

Pure coincidence, or is this a local bound periodic phenomenon? Is there a still unknown disturbance, which can release fires and show up as an optical phenomenon, which emerges only once in the year in this sea-area?

A global phenomenon?

The answer is still more surprising, and we found it at the beginning of October 1998. On October 8th a MD-11 of British Airways had to make an emergency landing in Ireland on its flight from Manchester to Atlanta - because of fire smell in the cockpit! Also instruments and radios are supposed to have failed for a short time. Nobody came to damage during the incident.

Again a burning of cables, but this time in England! Again the examination of the aircraft did not result in an explanation for the smoke development. There were no technical defects, and the aircraft could continue its flight after short time.

Did it thus actually concern a disturbance coming from outside, and had this disturbance traveled from the American east coast to England during one month?

We checked. Between Manchester and the American east coast there are about 67 degrees of longitude. If there would be a disturbance traveling at constant speed in westeastern direction, then it would make this distance in 36 days (from September 2nd to October 8th), thus it would travel about 1.86 degrees of angle per day.

In order to orbit the earth once as a whole (360 degrees of longitude), such a hypothetical disturbance would then need approximately 194 days. So it would be every 194 days again over the same place, and thus after two circulations too, after 388 days. A first proof-strong reference to the TLR factor!

If such a TLR factor would exist, and if it would drift with a speed of approximately 1.86 degrees of angle per day in eastern direction, it could thus explain all the four mentioned air incidents, three in America and one in England.

Even the deviation of the differences between the American incidents (388 and 389 days) can be explained, because the first two incidents took place almost in the same place before Long Island, whereas the Swissair 111 crew detected the fire smell only 25 minutes after the start in New York, thus about half-way between New York and Halifax. This place is thereby located east of the others.

Before we dedicated ourselves the question, which physical phenomena could be the basis for the TLR factor, we examined first whether there were possibly still more air incidents, which fit into the pattern.

Further data fit into the pattern

If you surf in the data bases of the air security authorities, you will see the frightening frequency of world-wide air traffic incidents consciously. The data abundance is hardly to be mastered. In order to protect the overview, we limited to the year 1998 and regarded only such incidents, where the cause was released by fires or inexplicably. It is clear that this strange temporal and local pattern cannot explain all airplane disasters, since there are after all different causes: technical defects, pilot errors, turbulences etc.

Despite these restrictions we had several hits!

• On March 31st, 1998, a turbo-prop aircraft of the British airline Emerald air had to make an emergency landing on the airport in Stansted, about 37 miles northeast from London, briefly after the start, because the right engine had caught fire. It was a crash landing, but nobody was hurt. The 31st of March was 155 days before the Swissair crash. During this time the TLR factor had crossed 288 degrees of longitude in eastern direction and would have therefore traveled from London (0 degrees) to 71 degrees of western length, thus again to the sea-area at the American east coast!
• On May 26th, 1998, a Y-12 of the Mongolian airline MIAT with 26 passengers on board crashed approximately 13 minutes after the start in the city of Erdenet (Mongolia). The cause is unsettled, all passengers lost their lives. Erdenet is located at 104 degrees of eastern length and thus 104 degrees east of London, the place of the incident at the end of March. For 104 degrees of longitude the TLR factor needs however exactly 56 days, which accurately matches the difference between March 31st and May 26th.
• In the summer of 1998, the TLR factor had again to cross the North American continent. And it left its traces: On August 21th the engine of an air Tractor AT401 caught fire shortly after the start in Ruleville, Mississippi. The pilot could save himself after the forced landing intactly, but the machine burned out completely. The incident happened only 12 days before the Swissair incident. Ruleville is located approximately at 90 degrees of western length, thus in approximately 22 degrees west of the Swissair crash location - exactly the distance, which the TLR factor travels with 1,86 degrees per day in 12 days.

Of course critics can still object that these are only coincidences. Of course we selected only these incidents, which fit into the pattern, but at all we don't want to explain all aircraft crashes. Each police inspector, who would have to clear up a crime series and would discover such a regular local and time pattern, would not regard this as a coincidence and would include the pattern into its determinations. Exactly this we intended that experts may attend themselves to this strange effect, for which there is still no scientific name, which however leaves a clearly visible trace around the globe - in form of aviation incidents, which follow a regular pattern.

Possible explanations

It is obvious that we do not have a final scientific explanation for the phenomenon. We uncovered only the existence of the strange pattern, so that scientists can dedicate themselves to the further investigations.

The available data however permit some conclusions, which physical effects already known could be possibly connected with the phenomenon.

Already in our last book "Zaubergesang", which concerns with the geomagnetism and the atmospheric phenomenon of the Schumann waves, we stated that there are geophysical disturbances which move in different speed slowly around the earth. So the earth's magnetic field itself has a pronounced disturbance, which is momentarily located over South America, but traveling around the globe in western direction during approximately 2000 years.

The hypothetical TLR factor, which could be jointly responsible for some aircraft crashes, is however rather suspected to be an atmospheric phenomenon, which is thus connected in the broadest sense with the world-wide weather development. For this interpretation there are different evidences: the direction (west-east) as well as the speed, with which the signal travels around earth.

The incidents we found are all together located on the northern earth hemisphere in the temperate climate zone, whereby the places in America are located a little south of those in Europe and Asia. The propagation of the TLR factor might thus be rather wavy but not exactly straight-lined.

The phenomenon, for which we look, might be probably of electromagnetic nature. What otherwise should raise fires in cables and visible bright objects in the air?

With large probability anyhow the bright object, which flew past Swissair 127, was not an object from solid matter, because it was not to be seen on the radar recordings. Also the object, which collided with TWA 800, was sighted only by observers with the naked eye. Thus it may not have been any surface-to-air rocket.

The observations rather suggest that in the aircrafts a "short-circuit" must have been preceded by a possible "short-circuit in the atmosphere", however not a usual thunderstorm, which normally cannot do any harm to an airplane, but rather a kind of ball lightning. Such a strange thing, by the way, actually penetrated an Eastern Airlines aircraft in March 1963, and then under way flew around between the seats of the passengers during the flight from New York to Washington, without causing larger damage. Experts told however that if such an object would have contact for instance with the fuel tank or other easily inflammable material a disaster could very probably have happened.

Long time science rejected the existence of such ball lightnings at all, since they could not be observed purposefully repeatable. In the meantime one knows however that under certain conditions it is possible that there is a compression of ionized gas (plasma) in the atmosphere, which may be responsible for such optical phenomena.

Such "luminescent bodies" were examined in detail during the past years by the Russian scientists A. N. Dmitrijev and V. L Djatlov of the institute of mathematics at the University of Novosibirsk. They found out that such objects appeared during the last years actually more frequently than ever before. For this certain physical conditions must be fulfilled. On the one hand these are tectonic instabilities (why for example the phenomenon arises frequently in the region of the Altai mountains), on the other hand geomagnetic storms and increased solar activities.

Especially during the last years astrophysicists could constitute an increased activity of the sun, which is jointly responsible for disturbances of the geomagnetism. Recently, in April 1997, the largest subject cloud of the sun, ever observed, met on our earth. The lucid objects resulting from this are very high-energetic and may cause, if they explode, substantial damage. They may be visible for the naked eye or invisible, and they may appear on radar display screens or not.

But this cannot be the only explanation for the airplane incident series mentioned here, because it does not explain the strange local and time pattern. Why these phenomena do not arise coincidentally somewhere, but do follow a firm pattern?

Of course, we have no final answer on this too. For the local pattern the jetstream could possibly be jointly responsible. It concerns a strong wind field, which is present both on the northern and the southern earth hemisphere, and which runs in wave-like course around our planet. The jetstream is also responsible, among other things, for the steering of polar low-pressure areas and therefore for our weather.

Until 1993 the northern jetstream ran approximately along the 60th degree of latitude, thus in the polar region. Since that time however the US National Weather Service determined a misalignment to the south. As a cause is accepted the increasing ground electrode warming. Meanwhile the jetstream runs also over central Germany during some times, which could be possibly responsible for the bad weather in the last summer.

The following map shows, how the mentioned airplane incidents are related with the process of the jetstream.

As can be seen, the local pattern of the hypothetical TLR factor may be indeed connected with the jetstream. For a long time it is known that the jetstream is not only a wind field, but has also electromagnetic characteristics. It works like an enormous loop antenna, where also electromagnetic atmosphere impulses travel, for instance the Schumann resonance waves. It is already used also for technical projects for the use of these atmosphere energies as for example the HAARP project in Alaska (see our book "Zaubergesang").

What cannot be explained this way, is the temporal pattern. The jetstream is present around the earth at any time. In its effective range it could come to compressions of ionized gases at any time and everywhere, but why the disturbances appear only at determined places and at certain times, thus why the TLR factor drifts obviously slowly in westeastern direction around the earth, remains a mystery.

The hypothesis is confirmed in cruel way

Hardly we had set up our hypothesis concerning this spatiotemporally regular risk factor for the air traffic, a further airplane disaster took place. Personally distressed we noticed that this accident again exactly fitted into the pattern.

On October 12th, 1998, shortly after midnight, a charter aircraft type Cessna 402, coming from the Danish city Aalborg, crashed during approach to the Norwegian island Stord and immediately caught fire. The cause is so far perfectly unsettled. The Norwegian air traffic controllers had already visual contact to the aircraft, the weather conditions were rainy with high cloudy appearance and only weak wind. Everything seemed perfectly in order, when the airplane suddenly dropped before the eyes of the horrified airport coworkers only 200 meters before the runway. All eight humans on board, the pilot and seven shipyard workers, who were on way to their job, were dead at once.

The island Stord is located at the west coast of Norway between Stavanger and Bergen at 5,25 degrees of eastern length, thus somewhat more to than seven degrees east of Manchester, where on October 8th the last, fortunately harmless incident, had taken place. This corresponds exactly to the expected temporal distance of four days. The region of south Norway lies also in the area of the jetstream.

Summary

Our researches came to the conclusion that there is obviously an unknown potential risk factor for the air traffic, the TLR factor, in the northern temperate climate zone. Characteristic for this factor is a spatiotemporal pattern, which already permits, even in this stage of investigation, to predict the approximate localization of this factor for each day of the year.

So that it actually comes to a aviation incident or a disaster at a certain time at a certain place, obviously further conditions must be fulfilled, over which partly so far only assumptions are possible:

• Obviously an airplane must be in air at the questionable time at the questionable place.
• The place must be located in the range of the jetstream.
• Increased disturbances of the geomagnetism or solar flares must possibly be present, which becomes particularly according to experience strongly apparent in the spring and autumn.
• The TLR factor must have reached a place within the range of the jetstream in the process of its east-west drift.

Further factors are still unknown. Particularly the strange 194 day rhythm is so far still completely inexplicable. It is worthwhile itself however to examine this mystery in detail scientifically. The probability is high that it hides an unknown geophysical phenomenon. And a study of these phenomena could supply a substantial contribution for the increase of flight safety.

Twilight of the Psychopaths

When Gandhi was asked his opinion of Western civilization he said it would
be a good idea. But that oft-cited quote, is misleading, assuming as it does
that civilization is an unmitigated blessing.

Civilized people, we are told, live peacefully and cooperatively with their
fellows, sharing the necessary labour in order to obtain the leisure to
develop arts and sciences. And while that would be a good idea, it is not a
good description of what has been going on in the so-called advanced
cultures during the past 8,000 years.

Civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation of psychopaths. All
civilizations, our own included, have been based on slavery and "warfare."
Incidentally, the latter term is a euphemism for mass murder.

The prevailing recipe for civilization is simple:

1) Use lies and brainwashing to create an army of controlled, systematic
mass murderers;

2) Use that army to enslave large numbers of people (i.e. seize control of
their labour power and its fruits);

3) Use that slave labour power to improve the brainwashing process (by using
the economic surplus to employ scribes, priests, and PR men). Then go back
to step one and repeat the process.

Psychopaths have played a disproportionate role in the development of
civilization, because they are hard-wired to lie, kill, injure, and
generally inflict great suffering on other humans without feeling any
remorse. The inventor of civilization - the first tribal chieftain who
successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers - was almost
certainly a genetic psychopath. Since that momentous discovery, psychopaths
have enjoyed a significant advantage over non-psychopaths in the struggle
for power in civilizational hierarchies - especially military hierarchies.
Military institutions are tailor-made for psychopathic killers. The 5% or so
of human males who feel no remorse about killing their fellow human beings
make the best soldiers. And the 95% who are extremely reluctant to kill make
terrible soldiers - unless they are brainwashed with highly sophisticated
modern techniques that turn them (temporarily it is hoped) into functional
psychopaths.
In On Killing, Lt. Col. Dave Grossman has re-written military history, to
highlight what other histories hide: The fact that military science is less
about strategy and technology, than about overcoming the instinctive human
reluctance to kill members of our own species. The true "Revolution in
Military Affairs" was not Donald Rumsfeld's move to high-tech in 2001, but
Brigadier Gen. S.L.A. Marshall's discovery in the 1940s that only 15-20% of
World War II soldiers along the line of fire would use their weapons: "Those
(80-85%) who did not fire did not run or hide (in many cases they were
willing to risk great danger to rescue comrades, get ammunition, or run
messages), but they simply would not fire their weapons at the enemy, even
when faced with repeated waves of banzai charges" (Grossman, p. 4).
Marshall's discovery and subsequent research, proved that in all previous
wars, a tiny minority of soldiers - the 5% who are natural-born psychopaths,
and perhaps a few temporarily-insane imitators - did almost all the killing.
Normal men just went through the motions and, if at all possible, refused to
take the life of an enemy soldier, even if that meant giving up their own.
The implication: Wars are ritualized mass murders by psychopaths of
non-psychopaths. (This cannot be good for humanity's genetic endowment!)

Marshall's work, brought a Copernican revolution to military science. In the
past, everyone believed that the soldier willing to kill for his country was
the (heroic) norm, while one who refused to fight was a (cowardly)
aberration. The truth, as it turned out, was that the normative soldier
hailed from the psychopathic five percent. The sane majority, would rather
die than fight.

The implication, too frightening for even the likes of Marshall and Grossman
to fully digest, was that the norms for soldiers' behaviour in battle had
been set by psychopaths. That meant that psychopaths were in control of the
military as an institution. Worse, it meant that psychopaths were in control
of society's perception of military affairs. Evidently, psychopaths
exercised an enormous amount of power in seemingly sane, normal society.

How could that be? In Political Ponerology, Andrzej Lobaczewski explains
that clinical psychopaths enjoy advantages even in non-violent competitions
to climb the ranks of social hierarchies. Because they can lie without
remorse (and without the telltale physiological stress that is measured by
lie detector tests) psychopaths can always say whatever is necessary to get
what they want. In court, for example, psychopaths can tell extreme
bald-faced lies in a plausible manner, while their sane opponents are
handicapped by an emotional predisposition to remain within hailing distance
of the truth. Too often, the judge or jury imagines that the truth must be
somewhere in the middle, and then issues decisions that benefit the
psychopath. As with judges and juries, so too with those charged with
decisions concerning who to promote and who not to promote in corporate,
military and governmental hierarchies. The result is that all hierarchies
inevitably become top-heavy with psychopaths.

So-called conspiracy theorists, some of whom deserve the pejorative
connotation of that much-abused term, often imagine that secret societies of
Jews, Jesuits, bankers, communists, Bilderbergers, Muslim extremists,
papists, and so on, are secretly controlling history, doing dastardly deeds,
and/or threatening to take over the world. As a leading "conspiracy
theorist" according to Wikipedia, I feel eminently qualified to offer an
alternative conspiracy theory which, like the alternative conspiracy theory
of 9/11, is both simpler and more accurate than the prevailing wisdom: The
only conspiracy that matters is the conspiracy of the psychopaths against
the rest of us.
Behind the apparent insanity of contemporary history, is the actual insanity
of psychopaths fighting to preserve their disproportionate power. And as
that power grows ever-more-threatened, the psychopaths grow
ever-more-desperate. We are witnessing the apotheosis of the overworld - the
criminal syndicate or overlapping set of syndicates that lurks above
ordinary society and law just as the underworld lurks below it. In 9/11 and
the 9/11 wars, we are seeing the final desperate power-grab or "endgame" of
brutal, cunning gangs of CIA drug-runners and President-killers;
money-laundering international bankers and their hit-men, economic and
otherwise; corrupt military contractors and gung-ho generals; corporate
predators and their political enablers; brainwashers and mind-rapists
euphemistically known as psy-ops experts and PR specialists - in short, the
whole sick crew of certifiable psychopaths running our so-called
civilization. And they are running scared. It was their terror of losing
control that they projected onto the rest of us by blowing up the Twin
Towers and inciting temporary psychopathic terror-rage in the American
public.

Why does the pathocracy fear it is losing control? Because it is threatened
by the spread of knowledge. The greatest fear of any psychopath is of being
found out. As George H. W. Bush said to journalist Sarah McClendon, December
1992, "If the people knew what we had done, they would chase us down the
street and lynch us." Given that Bush is reported to have participated in
parties where child prostitutes were sodomized and otherwise abused, among
his many other crimes, his statement to McClendon should be taken seriously.

Psychopaths go through life knowing that they are completely different from
other people. They quickly learn to hide their lack of empathy, while
carefully studying others' emotions so as to mimic normalcy while
cold-bloodedly manipulating the normals.

Today, thanks to new information technologies, we are on the brink of
unmasking the psychopaths and building a civilization of, by and for the
normal human being - a civilization without war, a civilization based on
truth, a civilization in which the saintly few rather than the diabolical
few would gravitate to positions of power. We already have the knowledge
necessary to diagnose psychopathic personalities and keep them out of power.
We have the knowledge necessary to dismantle the institutions in which
psychopaths especially flourish - militaries, intelligence agencies, large
corporations, and secret societies. We simply need to disseminate this
knowledge, and the will to use it, as widely as possible.

Above all, we need to inform the public about how psychopaths co-opt and
corrupt normal human beings. One way they do this, is by manipulating shame
and denial - emotions foreign to psychopaths but common and easily-induced
among normals.

Consider how gangs and secret societies (psychopaths' guilds in disguise)
recruit new members. Some criminal gangs and satanist covens demand that
candidates for admission commit a murder to "earn their stripes." Skull and
Bones, the Yale-based secret society that supplies the CIA with
drug-runners, mind-rapists, child abusers and professional killers, requires
neophytes to lie naked in a coffin and masturbate in front of older members
while reciting the candidate's entire sexual history. By forcing the
neophyte to engage in ritualized behaviour that would be horrendously
shameful in normal society, the psychopaths' guild destroys the candidate's
normal personality, assuming he had one in the first place, and turns the
individual into a co-opted, corrupt, degraded shadow of his former self - a
manufactured psychopath or psychopath's apprentice.

This manipulation of shame has the added benefit of making psychopathic
organizations effectively invisible to normal society. Despite easily
available media reports, American voters in 2004 simply refused to see that
the two major-party presidential candidates had lain naked in a coffin
masturbating in front of older Bonesmen in order to gain admission to Skull
and Bones and thus become members of the criminal overworld. Likewise, many
Americans have long refused to see that hawkish elements of the overworld,
operating through the CIA, had obviously been the murderers of JFK, MLK,
RFK, JFK Jr., Malcolm X, Che, Allende, Wellstone, Lumumba, Aguilera, Diem,
and countless other relatively non-psychopathic leaders. They refuse to see
the continuing murders of millions of people around the world in what
amounts to an American holocaust. They refuse to see the evidence that the
psychopaths' guilds running America's most powerful institutions use the
most horrific forms of sexualized abuse imaginable to induce
multiple-personality-disorder in child victims, then use the resulting
mind-control slaves as disposable drug-runners, prostitutes, Manchurian
candidates, and even diplomatic envoys. And of course they refuse to see
that 9/11 was a transparently obvious inside job, and that their own
psychopath-dominated military-intelligence apparatus is behind almost every
major terrorist outrage of recent decades.

All of this psychopathic behaviour at the top of the social hierarchy is
simply too shameful for ordinary people to see, so they avert their gaze,
just as wives of husbands who are sexually abusing their children sometimes
refuse to see what is happening in plain view. If deep, deep denial were a
river in Egypt, American citizens' willful blindness would be more like the
Marianas Trench.

But thanks to the power of the internet, people everywhere are waking up.
The only obvious non-psychopath among Republican presidential candidates,
Ron Paul, also happens to be the only candidate in either party with
significant grassroots support.

If "love" is embedded in the Revolution Ron Paul heralds, that is because
Dr. Paul - a kindly, soft-spoken physician who has delivered more than 4,000
babies - implicitly recognizes that government is the invention and tool of
psychopaths, and therefore must be strictly limited in scope and subjected
to a rigorous system of checks and balances, lest the psychopath's tools,
fear and hatred, replace love as the glue that binds society together.

The decline in militarism since World War II in advanced countries, the
spread of literacy and communications technology, and the people's growing
demands for a better life, together represent a gathering force that
terrifies the pathocracy, (those alternately competing-then-cooperating
gangs of psychopaths who have ruled through lies, fear and intimidation
since the dawn of so-called civilization).

Since nuclear weapons have made war obsolete, the pathocracy is terrified
that its favourite social control mechanism - ritualized mass slaughter - is
increasingly unavailable. And if war was the great human tragedy, the
pathocrats' pathetic attempt at a war-substitute - the transparently phoney
"war on terror" - is repeating it as sheerest farce.

Truly, we are witnessing the twilight of the psychopaths. Whether in their
death throes they succeed in pulling down the curtain of eternal night on
all of us, or whether we resist them and survive to see the dawn of a
civilization worthy of the name, is the great decision in which all of us
others, however humbly, are now participating.

US MARINE DRILL SERGEANT BOASTS OF WHAT THEY WILL DO TO CIVILIANS UNDER MARTIAL LAW IN THE USA/MONTANA

I am still kinda reeling from what a US Marine admitted to me in a long conversation...a crack US Marine drill sergeant with 12 years of professional training and being a trainer in the Marines. He specialized in hardening them to win (ie-fire on women and children wherever appropriate, "show no mercy" etc.)

He CONFIRMED lots of things to me to me I already knew, and revealed lots of new things to me.

MARINE CONFIRMS PRISONER BOXCARS PREPOSITIONED EVERYWHERE FOR MARTIAL LAW-

HE ADMITTED (actually, BOASTED would be more appropriate) that there were INDEED PRISONER BOXCARS PREPOSITIONED EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT MONTANA where I interviewed him(and nationwide)...that the military has properly assessed the civilian resistance/militia threat under martial law, and hence had everything in place for a military takeover USING US MARINES HEAVILY.

The child was suspected to be a courier for the Mujahideen, transporting information about Marine logistics and whereabouts,to the Moslems they were fighting. And as a result of enemy information getting thru, many men in his platoon were injured or killed by resultant Moslem attack.

He said that the Marines had their RED FLAGGED people and BLACK FLAGGED people. When people come up RED FLAG on their computerized list, it is a person that will be arrested and taken to military camps, but may be "salvageable" (or can be rehabilitated, re-educated, etc.)

But when people come up BLACK FLAGGED, they will be arrested and PUT TO DEATH.
NO questions asked.

WHY THE US MILITARY IN IRAQ-A Marine Explains

I discussed my loathing for the reports we were now receiving from IRAQ, about even young girls and teens being arrested indiscriminately, tortured and sodomized, raped, etc.

He also admitted it creates FEAR in the people towards the occupying army, so that they will hesitate to rebel.

In light of coming MARTIAL LAW, which he admitted WOULD COME DOWN IN AMERICA, I discussed my theory that THE US MILITARY THAT IS BEING HARDENED THROUGH SUCH PRACTICES IN IRAQ TODAY, will be the ones brought home to PERFORM THE SAME TASKS AGAINST THE US CIVILIANS IN THE FUTURE UNDER MARTIAL LAW.

MARINE MENTALITY-FIRING UPON WOMEN AND CHILDREN AT COMMAND-

He did not deny this. And when I mentioned my concern over whether or not they could get our own US troops to fire upon America citizens, even women and children, he explained to me the MARINE MENTALITY.

He had trained men himself in the Marines, and admitted he was one of those people hardening OTHER Marines to kill without regret or conscience...even under MARTIAL LAW IN AMERICA.

MILITARY STRATEGY UNDER MARTIAL LAW USA-

We then discussed WEAPONS OF WAR. I fully admitted to him my position in the upcoming MARTIAL LAW holocaust. It was SAFE: we were on neutral ground and martial law has not been declared here YET.

I then discussed my honest assessment, however, of Patriot/civilian resistance. Coming from the kind of military background family I do, I had a much more realistic assessment of modern military might versus civilian resistance. I said,

SO I tell them, 'at LEAST ensure yourselves the ULTIMATE VICTORY of knowing you have ETERNAL LIFE thru Jesus Christ in case you die....and many of you WILL END UP IN HELL should they take you out WITHOUT CHRIST...so GET RIGHT WITH GOD NOW."


He smiled and said, "That's why we Marines have a saying that we will take 'em out and LET GOD SORT 'EM!"

He went on to describe the newer weapons the US military had developed to be used against civilian resistance. Grenades that have caustic substances that when exploded, will eat away any CHEM/BIO BODY SUIT that a resister may be wearing for protection under MARTIAL LAW. Projectiles with uranium shells that when fired will pass through buildings with such power and velocity that they will suck human bodies right out with them through the hole they create in buildings as they emerge (of course destroying the bodies in the process). And more.

THE COMING REALITY OF MICROWAVING DEATH CAMPS UNDER MARTIAL LAW-

He also confirmed the reality of microwave related weapons as well.

I mentioned that in my research on MILITARY DETENTION CAMPS and termination facilities, I knew about GASSING/CREMATORY facilities, and MICROWAVING deathcamps as well.

I commented on my 6 months of research in Germany at the US military installation called THE MARSHALL CENTER and other locations, to uncover more about the role of UN/NATO foreign troops to be used under martial law in America someday.

Former YUGOSLAVIA is being used as a test case for an entire country brought under UN/NATO control. It has been divided up into FOUR regions, with UN foreign troops assigned to patrol each section. This is much like AMERICA UNDER MARTIAL LAW will be divided up into TEN regions with UN/NATO/PfP troops patrolling each region.

And even now, foreign and America troops are being trained through experience in places like KOSOVO for what they will do under MARTIAL LAW in America someday:roadblocks and searches and weapons seizures, gun confiscation, "search/seizure/arrest" at homes, marching red-flagged/black-flagged, FEMA red/blue listed people off to boxcars and shackles or buses (OR federal prisoner transport planes) to be held or terminated accordingly, etc.

The fact that THEY ARE EVEN NOW PRACTICING TERMINATING "ENEMIES" UNDER UN/NATO/NWO OCCUPATION in "microwaving deathcamp" facilities leaves a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach.

We have heard of microwave termination facilities here in the US to be used under MARTIAL LAW. I have reported on our suspicions. And now this Marine has provided up front confirmation. He admitted that not only are there gassing/crematory facilities, but the MICROWAVE termination facilities are a present reality as well.

In such cases THEY MUST BE TAKEN OUT...as in NEW ORLEANS. He admitted that his Marine buddies had been shooting and killing a lot of people down there...people who will not surrender their weapons when asked, etc.

In others words, IF a person, OR a group (Patriot leader, militia leader and their group, etc., or various people under martial law) poses a threat to the good of the MANY (in the US military) then they will sacrifice those people.

When I shared with him how my previous research uncovered the hidden reality of NWO RESISTANCE within the ranks of the US military, he looked at me with narrowed eye intensity and responded, "NOT THESE MARINES...NOT MY MEN! These men have been prepared and trained and equipped...THEY ARE PREPARED FOR MARTIAL LAW and they have been trained to WIN."

PARTING INTO THE NIGHT-CONCLUSION

We finally parted and went our separate ways into the night.

But before he left, I told him, "Well , nice talking to you...and whether you know it or not, you just did a HELLUVA PSY-OPS JOB on me, sir..." He just smiled. In fact it took me all night in prayer just to assess what he had shared with me and finally become calm and drift off to sleep.

WARRIOR CLASS CHRISTIANS AND PATRIOTS-

I simply let him know that there are those among " NWO resistance" that are not afraid to die.

We ARE in fact Major Ralph Peter's WARRIOR CLASS Patriot/Christian resistance that he has formerly described to the US military, and Major Ralph (formerly of PENTAGON INTELLIGENCE) was RIGHT in his assessment of us American Christians/Patriots in his report: we CANNOT be dissuaded from our faith in God and from our stand against NWO despotism and the Satanic darkness behind it all...not even by threats of death or what he just had informed me about US military strategy against resistance under martial law.

I've written about extraterrestrials, HAARP and even the end of the world. So when Viewzone asked me to write about a boring topic like "global currency" I was inclined to say, "no way!" Heck, I can't even balance my checkbook. Money has always slipped through my fingers like beach sand. But I like a challenge, so here it is.

The information they gave me came from a brilliant investigative journalist, Rudo de Ruijter. It took time for me to digest what he wrote, and even more time to understand the importance of what he revealed. I must confess, I'm still shocked by what I learned.

This information is not new. International bankers and politicians know these facts all too well. It's the ordinary people -- the little guys like us -- who are told that these things are too complex for us to understand; yet it is because of "global currency" that we invaded Iraq, Afghanistan and, perhaps soon, also Iran. Sure, it's all about oil -- but not the way you think.

What is "money?"

At the dawn of civilization, the earliest way to get something that you needed was called barter. I give you a cow and you build me a hut to live in. But what if I want a tiny hut? Do I give you half a cow? Placing a standard value on goods and services was first achieved through the use of currency, or money. Almost every culture has money. Ancient cultures used everything from sea shells and beads to huge circular stones to buy and sell. Eventually, precious metals were used and more recently the standard currency has been based on gold.

The value of precious metal is determined by its weight. Instead of carrying chunks or nuggets of gold and silver, early empires made standard "coins" of the metals and set a standard value in the marketplace. Coins were great for most transactions, but they were heavy and wore out your pants pockets quickly. Soon a new idea, paper money, was invented.

The original idea behind paper money was convenience. Each piece of paper represented a specific weight of a precious metal, usually silver or gold, that was kept somewhere in a treasury. If an individual wanted to, he could exchange the paper money for the gold or silver that it represented. It was all based on trust and a promise. In fact, the early paper money in America was called a "promisary note."

If you can find old dollar bills, you will read the promise written on each note. You will also notice that the notes are numbered. In this way, each note is unique and represents a corresponding weight of silver or gold in the US Treasury vaults.

On a global scale, when someone in America bought something from a foreign country, they would pay in US dollars. The foreign company would then go to their local bank and exchange the dollars for their local currency. When foreign banks had a surplus of US dollars, they would then exchange them for gold. This meant that the US Treasury was always needing to acquire more gold to replenish its vaults and maintain the "gold backed" dollars in circulation.

Prior to 1971 the dollars of the US were trusted all over the world. Each dollar was based on 1/35th ounce of gold, held in the US Treasury. The value of gold was fixed by law at 35 dollars = 1 ounce, so the value of each dollar was very stable. This made the dollar attractive as an international currency. But in 1971 this all changed.

The Nixon Legacy -- fiat money

The Vietnam War was a painful time for America. We're still paying for the sins of our past leaders -- quite literally. The war was so expensive (estimated at $500 Billion) that America didn't have sufficient dollars in print to pay the bills for the disaster (The gold reserve only had about 30 Billion). But Nixon had a plan. Why not just print more dollars? Never mind that there isn't enough gold on reserve to back each note. Just print as much as you need to pay the bills.

To do this he needed to change the law. So he did. The new system is called "fiat money" and is defined as follows: "Definition: Fiat money is money that is intrinsically useless; is used only as a medium of exchange." He ended the system of "promisary notes," ended the fixed value of gold and allowed the system of "supply and demand" to set the value of both gold and American currency. But wait! There's more!

Enter Oil: Black Gold

Back in the early 1970's, America produced most of the oil it needed. Texas oil fields were active and a far cry from the rusted rigs you can still see there today. We imported a fixed amount, about 25%, from foreign countries, but our thirst for oil was getting stronger. Nixon knew that America and every developing nation in the world would need more oil in the future. He also knew that OPEC, the handful of countries that produced foreign oil, wanted the limits of American imports lifted so they could sell more. So he cut a deal.

The cap on 25% imported oil was lifted in exchange for the agreement that oil, purchased from any country in the world, would be bought only with American dollars. OPEC agreed and almost immediately there was a strong demand for dollars throughout the globe. This demand was not based on the value of gold but on the value that each dollar had in the marketplace. Since anyone who wanted oil had to have dollars, the dollar remained strong.

Another thing that helped pull this scheme off was the fact that gold, held by the US Treasury, went from its fixed value of $35/ounce to its present value of over $600/ounce. Of course a cup of coffee was once 5¢ and now my Starbucks Latte-Macchiato-double-Skim is close to $5!

Coffee, Automobiles and Computers: The Plot Thickens

Oil is a big import but not the biggest. Americans buy so many things from foreign countries that it is staggering to imagine. In 1973 the US sold more goods to foreign countries than it bought. But in each successive year the tables have turned.

All of these goods are bought with "fiat dollars," meaning that the currency itself is worthless since it can never be exchanged for gold or silver. Of course, a foreign country could exchange it for something else -- something that was produced by America, like... hmm... (anyway). As the chart above shows, American exports, although representing 1.25 million dollars every two seconds, are insignificant.

Fiat dollars remain in circulation mainly because they are needed to buy oil. For this reason lots of countries keep huge supplies of dollars in their reserves. It has become a way of storing their national wealth. The fact that US dollars represent foreign national wealth adds to their value.

Good Is Bad: Bad Is Good

This kind of system turns traditional logic on its head. Like, a trade defecit is supposed to be a bad thing, right? Wrong. It's actually good for the dollar! Imagine what would happen if everyone started using their dollars to buy things from America. The US would be flooded with dollars which would cause inflation and, besides, we don't have enough goods and services to exchange for all those foreign US fiat dollars! In fact, America is technically, as of last year, bankrupt!

And what about higher oil prices... bad? No way. That keeps those pesky foreign flat US dollars "out there" and in high demand. It's very good for the dollar. Globalization, Nafta and Free Trade? Yep, they're also good for the dollar since they perpetuate the demand for greenbacks.

The whole system is kept running smoothly by global central banks who monitor the supply and demand for dollars on a daily -- even hourly -- basis. If there are too many dollars "out there" in the world, the US buys its own currency to create a scarcity. If there are too few, it sells more dollars or buys more foreign goods to replenish the supply.

If this is beginning to sound like a classic "pyramid scheme," you're starting to get the picture. But sooner or later, someone has to pay.

Houston, we have a problem!

Imagine what would happen if the oil producing countries in OPEC decided to sell oil in some other currency besides US dollars! What if they changed the system to use the Euro, the Franc or the Yen? What would happen if no one needed US dollars anymore? Hang on tight, it's already started.

Iraq

On November 6, 2000, Saddam Hussein switched the oil currency from the US dollar to the Euro. Two years later the Euro was rising in value while the dollar was sinking so low that the International Monitary Fund warned of the dollar's imminent collapse. The solution: Iraq was invaded on the pretext of developing weapons of mass destruction, the oil fields were seized and the newly installed government returned to the US dollar standard on March 19, 2003. Other nations, who held large dollar reserves, joined the coalition and contributed troops to pull this off.

Venezuela

Hugo Chavez has recently announced plans to nationalize the country's oil industry. Although Venezuela is a major oil producer and a member of OPEC, they have sold their oil to Cuba and other regional countries without the use of dollars and often in a barter exchange for domestically produced products. In 2001, Venezuela's ambassador to Russia announced that Venezuela was considering switching to oil sales in the Euro. Within one year the American government was seeking a regime change and America has been accused by Chavez of attempting to assassinate him in a failed coup attempt backed by the CIA.

Russia

Since June 8, 2006, Russia's Putin has been selling its reserves of US dollars. This has been done slowly to diminish any dramatic effect on the global supply, but it represents a decision of Russia to divest itself of a dollar reserve. The world market has taken notice.

China

An unprecedented signal from senior Chinese leaders that the Asian economic giant might abandon the U.S. dollar sent shockwaves through the markets today as the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 360 points and the greenback fell to a record low against the euro.

November 19,2007:

Xu Jian, a Chinese central bank vice director, told a conference in Beijing, "The dollar is "losing its status as the world currency." Meanwhile, at the same meeting, Cheng Siwei, vice chairman of China's National People's Congress, said, "We will favor stronger currencies over weaker ones, and will readjust accordingly."

Craig R. Smith, CEO of Swiss America Trading Corp., told WND he's been in the investment business for 30 years and has "never seen people more nervous."

Alarmed by today's economic news, he dispatched a note to brokers with a warning of ominous potential consequences if China and other trading partners abandon the dollar.

"If that were to happen, all bets are off, and we will be in a depression that makes 1929 look like child's play," he said, "or we will experience Weimar Republic inflation as the dollar makes extreme moves toward devaluations."

India

Dollar no longer welcome at Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal may have been built as a testament to love but some hard-headed business decisions are now holding sway at India's most famous monument. First among them is that the US dollar is no longer welcome.

With parts of the American economy in turmoil and the dollar rapidly losing its long-held position as the currency of choice, Indian authorities have calculated they are losing considerable sums of money by allowing foreign tourists to pay using greenbacks.

A statement by India's Ministry for Tourism and Culture said the government had decided to act "in view of the international practices and also to avoid any anomaly on account of falling exchange rates of the US dollar vis-a-vis the rupee and the consequent fall in revenues".

Until the change, foreign tourists visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra, south-west of Delhi, could enter by paying a fixed $5 (£2.45) fee Ð a price that was set when the dollar was worth around R50. But with the dollar having fallen by 12 per cent this year against the rupee and the current exchange rate closer to R39 to the dollar, the government has now fixed the entry price for foreigners at R250 Ð more than $6.

"These rates have been fixed in line with international practices," a ministry spokesman said. "It will avoid any anomaly on account of falling dollar-rupee exchange rates."

The ruling will affect around 120 sites overseen by the Archaeological Society of India, of which 27 Ð including the Taj Mahal Ð are World Heritage sites. The new rates are expected to be introduced as soon as this week to avoid a loss of income as the value of the dollar continues to fall.

Indonesia, Malaysia and Lybia

Other oil producing countries have already stated that they will begin moving from the dollar to the Euro. Indonesia, Malaysia and Lybia have already started this transition. Other countries like China and Japan are also beginning to convert a portion of their reserves to the Euro.

Iran

The US buys no oil from Iran following the hostage crisis in the 1970s. But Iran is a major global oil producer and, therefore, a major player in the "fiat dollar" scheme. In 1999 Iran announced plans to sell its oil in Euros. It actually started doing this in the spring of 2003. Iran sells about a third of its oil to European countries, the remaining share is largely bought by China. Following the announcement by Iran, the country was called an "axis of evil" by Bush and is currently the target of threats over its development of nuclear energy. At this writing, the US Navy has a large fleet in the Persian Gulf with contingency plans for an attack. Undoubtedly the desired outcome is regime change and re-establishment of the fiat dollar scheme.

World Iran stops accepting U.S. dollars for oil

TEHRAN, December 8 (RIA Novosti) - Iran has stopped selling its oil for U.S. dollars, the Iranian ISNA news agency said on Saturday, citing the country's oil minister.

"In line with a policy of selling crude oil in currencies other than the U.S. dollar, the sale of our country's oil in U.S. dollars has been completely eliminated," ISNA reported Oil Minister Gholamhossein Nozari as saying.

He also said "the dollar is no longer a reliable currency."

Iran is the world's fourth-largest crude oil producer.

At a November summit of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries heads of state, Iran proposed that oil sales be carried for a variety of currencies, excluding dollars, but was not supported by any other members except Venezuela.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had previously called the U.S. currency a "worthless piece of paper."

2007 has seen a significant fall in the value of the U.S dollar against other major world currencies.

Tensions remain high between Iran and the U.S., which has accused the Islamic Republic of attempting to build a nuclear weapon, as well as providing insistence to insurgents in Iraq.

The U.S. National Intelligence Estimate (NIE), published on Monday, stated that Tehran had put a stop to weapons production in 2003, although it was continuing to enrich uranium.

The report contradicted a previous U.S. intelligence assessment in 2005 which said that Iran was actively pursuing a nuclear bomb.

U.S. President George W. Bush remained hawkish, despite the report, saying on Tuesday that, "Iran was dangerous, Iran is dangerous and Iran will be dangerous if they have the know how to make a nuclear weapon."

When asked if military action remained an option, the president answered, "The best diplomacy - effective diplomacy - is one in which all options are on the table."

OPEC

Oil leaders' private debate televised by mistake!

'Kill the cable, kill the cable,' shouted the security guard as he burst through the double doors into the media room at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh, followed by Saudi police. It was too late.

A private meeting of Opec leaders, gathered this weekend in Riyadh for the cartel's third meeting in its 47-year history, had just been broadcast to the world's media for more than half an hour after a technician had mistakenly plugged the TV feed into the wrong socket. The facade of unity that the cartel so carefully cultivates to a world spooked by soaring oil prices was shattered.

Sometimes, such innocent mistakes can have far-reaching economic and political consequences. Commodity and currency traders said this weekend that oil prices would surge again tomorrow - possibly breaking the $101 per barrel record set in the late 1970s - while the already battered dollar would fall further on the back of the unintentional broadcast.

On Friday night, during what the participants thought were private talks, Venezuela's oil minister Venezuela Rafael Ramirez and his Iranian counterpart Gholamhossein Nozari, argued that pricing - and selling - oil using the crippled dollar was damaging the cartel.

They said Opec should formally express its concern about the weakness of the dollar when the cartel makes its official declaration at the close of the summit today. But the Saudis, the world's largest oil producers and de facto head of Opec, vetoed the proposal. Saud al-Faisal, the Saudi foreign minister, warned that even the mere mention to journalists of the fact that leaders were discussing the weak dollar would cause the US currency to plummet.

Unfortunately his words and those of everyone at the meeting were being broadcast via a live television feed to a group of astonished reporters. 'I couldn't believe it,' said one who was there. 'When I realised they didn't know they were being broadcast live, I frantically started taking notes.'

Opec only realised that the leaders' row was being broadcast to the world when the Reuters news agency put out a report of the argument.

The weakness of the dollar is one reason why oil prices are so high, as cartel members seek to compensate for their lower earnings. This means a further drop in the dollar is likely to be accompanied by a rise in oil prices.

Afghanistan

Afghanistan does not produce oil; however they are strategically located in an area where a proposed pipeline from the oil rich regions in the Caspian Sea would deliver the oil to the Indian Ocean. Rudo de Ruijter outlined how resistance to this plan triggered the American war with Afghanistan.

What Does It All Mean?

I used to believe that politicians and big business were evil. They always seemed to act without regard for the common people. It's always the innocent families and civilians that are left homeless, killed or maimed because of some decision made behind closed doors. I used to think it was the elite, super-rich who were protecting their wealth and greed for oil money at our expense. I blamed them for everything from wars to preventing the development of free energy.

While I still believe this is true, I now see the big picture and it frightens me.

Oil and dollars have become the blood of our present civilization. A collapse of this fiat dollar system will not only destroy America's economy and lifestyle but it will have devastating impact throughout the entire planet. Since virtually all wealth is based on this dollar-for-oil scheme, a collapse of the system will send the entire world into an economic depression. This is what the politicians and decision makers are trying to avert. But the collapse is predictable and inevitable.

I cannot help but wonder what kind of world awaits us on the other side. What would a dollarless and oil free civilization be like? What if we had endless supplies of free energy and no need for wars or money? At 56 years old, I may not get there with you. But, I have a dream.

Forecast: U.S. dollar could plunge 90%

RHINEBECK, N.Y., Nov. 19 (UPI) -- A financial crisis will likely send the U.S. dollar into a free fall of as much as 90 percent and gold soaring to $2,000 an ounce, a trends researcher said.

"We are going to see economic times the likes of which no living person has seen," Trends Research Institute Director Gerald Celente said, forecasting a "Panic of 2008."

"The bigger they are, the harder they'll fall," he said in an interview with New York's Hudson Valley Business Journal.

Celente -- who forecast the subprime mortgage financial crisis and the dollar's decline a year ago and gold's current rise in May -- told the newspaper the subprime mortgage meltdown was just the first "small, high-risk segment of the market" to collapse.

Derivative dealers, hedge funds, buyout firms and other market players will also unravel, he said.

Massive corporate losses, such as those recently posted by Citigroup Inc. and General Motors Corp., will also be fairly common "for some time to come," he said.

He said he would not "be surprised if giants tumble to their deaths," Celente said.

The Panic of 2008 will lead to a lower U.S. standard of living, he said.

A result will be a drop in holiday spending a year from now, followed by a permanent end of the "retail holiday frenzy" that has driven the U.S. economy since the 1940s, he said.

Iran says to sell oil in 'every currency'

Iran's Oil Minister Kazem Vaziri Hamaneh has said that the Islamic Republic will sell its oil in all currencies.

"Our oil sales will be in every currency," Dow Jones reported Hamaneh as saying on the sidelines of an OPEC meeting in Vienna on Thursday.

Iran has already said it will carry out all its oil-industry related equipment purchases in euros instead of dollars and previously said it has informed its oil buyers that they should pay Iran in euros for the crude oil they purchase.

"We need oil currencies," Vaziri said.

Earlier on Wednesday, the media reported that Iran has started talks with a Japanese refiner to receive the payments in euro or yens instead of U.S. Dollars.

This appears to be a new tactic to dodge recent U.S. economic pressures against the Islamic Republic as Washington has been pressing overseas banks to stop dollar transactions with Iranian banks.

Japan is a major importer of Iranian crude and reportedly buys 486,000 barrels of oil per day out of Iran's production of about 3.8 million bpd.

To read the headlines in the San Francisco Chronicle a few weeks back, you'd think Mayor Gavin Newsom's homeless policies have just about solved the problems of the city's street people. Thanks to new services and housing, Newsom's latest count showed the city hosting nearly 3,000 fewer homeless than in 2002.

Newsom credited the shift to his programs, including Care Not Cash, and the administration's "housing first" policy. It's true that about 700 homeless people have been given housing through Care Not Cash, which is unquestionably a good thing. But since it began, more than 1,000 others have disappeared from its welfare rolls – and the Department of Human Services, which administers the program, has no idea where they've gone.

At least that's what was indicated in DHS's response to a recent Bay Guardian public records request, which sought evidence that the city has been tracking or attempting to trace what's happened to former homeless welfare clients. Amazingly, according to DHS, the city has done no research on where those people are and has no record of how many Care Not Cash clients have had their welfare checks cut in return for a stay in a temporary shelter, which is what happens to many in the program before they can access housing.

The city even seems to be having a hard time keeping tabs on its housed clients. DHS said there's no paper trail showing whether housed Care Not Cash clients are staying in their new homes – or whether any of them have once again slipped through the cracks to become homeless.

Why does it matter? We warned two years ago (see "Shelter Shuffle," 4/2/03) the only way Newsom could afford to pay for the services he promised under Care Not Cash would be if some people lost out on services. And that seems to be happening. In the Newsom era of homeless policy, some are harmed so that others can be helped: in order to fund those 700 units of housing and other new services the mayor has boasted about, hundreds of clients had to just disappear, relieving the city of the financial burden of caring for them.

The lack of data is convenient for Newsom. Without it, he can simply focus his public relations message on the positive news of those he has helped. But without knowing what's happened to the rest, it's impossible to honestly assess the impact of his programs.

Newsom's spokesperson, Peter Ragone, referred us to DHS director Trent Rhorer for comment. Rhorer didn't return several messages left on his cell phone over the course of a week and a half.

But on a recent edition of KQED-FM radio show Forum, DHS housing and homeless programs director Dariush Kayhan said he plans to hire a consultant to assess the fate of future clients. A DHS report to the city's 10-year-plan council on homelessness indicated the same.

That's good news for the homeless who are still here, although it's certainly too late for those who have vanished so far.

Juan Prada of the Coalition on Homelessness suggested that people may have left the city because Newsom's policies have made it harder for many homeless folks to survive here. Prada pointed to the fact that the city has quietly stepped up enforcement of certain quality-of-life crimes, particularly camping in the parks. In 2003, 436 citations were issued for that misdeed; last year the city issued almost three times as many – a total of 1,114 citations.

Plus, under Care Not Cash, homeless people are charged for food and heat during shelter stays, Prada said. "We're hearing it's too much of a hassle for $59. Some people have left the city maybe, though we have seen increasing encampments in the outer neighborhoods.... The 700 people housed: that's great. For the other ones, we don't know where they've gone. What kind of homeless policy is that?"
