What I have attempted to do here is condense into a few pages what takes YEARS to master. And, I might add, this information barely skims the surface of the subject!
Unfortunately, since this medium (internet) cannot possibly expand upon all that there is about the subject, particularly the spiritual and physical purpose and functioning of the chakras, I omitted them as well as the "detailed" breathing and visualization exercises.
But, because some information is vitally important to know and understand, I feel compelled to at least post some of it below in an effort to help some of you reach SOME level of awareness. IMHO, to know and understand this overview summary is vital if you are to pass your own Initiation. There's a little clue for you.
(1) There is physical and there is psychic energy. We attain physical energy through what we eat, drink and breathe, and psychic energy from our psychic (chakra) centers, which perform like transformers. These transformers tap the invisible Sea of Energy (air) that surrounds us.
(2) All energy vibrates at different frequencies, from the lowest (physical) to the highest (psychic.) Do you understand and comprehend this?
(3) Buy a yoga book and Learn the Secrets of Breathing. This is a very important part of the whole process - believe me! If nothing else, do these breathing exercises everyday. Your emotional well-being will change. I guarantee it
(4) Learn to be more AWARE. Ask yourself: Why did I feel good or bad when someone insulted me. Why should I be effected so? What was it that I said or did to cause that reaction, feeling, comment, etc? This is the way you begin to study yourself -- To Know ThySelf.
(5) As you become more AWARE of your words and actions, you will come to realize that you have adopted a higher standard, and that many of your worries, frustrations, and defeats will no longer trouble you.
(6) With Higher Awareness, you will gain a better insight into the way things really are and acquire the knowledge of CAUSES. With this valuable knowledge you will gain the ability to generate certain Causes and CONTROL their Effects. This is real POWER.
(7) You are the end product of your OWN decisions, actions, thoughts, ideas, desires, passions, etc. Karma is "the working of the Law of Cause and Effect as it applies to the results of decisions reached and thought held by the ensouled forms capable of FREE CHOICE."
(8) We live in a world of illusions created by our own creation. There is a cloud of "self-created" energetic beings existing in the finer grades of matter and hovering about you that, believe it or not, creates your karma. They are responsible for what you sense as "sensations." They translate the vibrations of what you think into what you know and recognize as sight, feeling, taste, smell, and sound. By your WILL, your emotions and desires are constantly influencing this cloud of entities around you. You generate and send out thought forms AND you act like a magnet and draw to you the thought forms of others. Reread (7) above.
(9) Your good or evil thoughts, desires, and intentions also have an effect on others. Happy people enjoy happiness, whereas misery loves company. Think about that.
(10) Conscience is the Beginning of Wisdom. Listen to the voice of conscience every time you are faced with a new and unique action and you will gradually come to know you have within you a never failing guidance that with use will keep you within the law. When this happens, you will begin to liquidate more debts than you currently contract.
(11) Learn to become humble in things you do and learn to live more for the sake of others and less for your own satisfaction. Meet ill with good will and hate with love, and disarm and disintegrate the harmful intentions of others. Avert bad personal karma. Neutralize the bad vibrations with good. I know this is easy to say ...
(12) You can modify karmic action by Knowledge of CAUSES. When you understand this, you can use Karmic Force to effect Karmic Results. With knowledge of the CAUSES you will be able to set up the EFFECTS in the future that YOU desire. Do NOT be a pawn of fate.
(13) By changing your attitude, you can change your future.
(14) Feel free to add new or modify the chakra exercises given.
(15) There are only a handful of esoteric schools in the world that can give you some of the training that has been revealed here. Keep in mind, very few people are even aware of these teachings, let alone the key to these secrets you now possess.
(16) Many of these teachings are truly ancient. The private records date their origins back to the time of the Ancient Egyptian Mystery Schools and the reign of Thutmose III.

While the word "chakra" has Hindu (Sanskrit) roots, the energy involved is not partial to any particular religion. It is a universal energy, and all people inhabiting physical bodies on this earth have them. These energy vortexes are the channels through which spiritual energy flows through to manifest in the physical. (Matter is merely slowed down or crystallized energy, hence, our bodies are energy!) The chakras and other smaller energy vortexes (such as acupuncture points) are openings and channels for universal energy to flow into and out of the aura. Through chakra meditation and learning and experience with the energetic nature of the universe, we can awaken our conscious minds to our true spiritual natures.
The following is a general summary of my current understanding of the physical locations and elements associated with each chakra. Over the years I have noticed some discrepancies between how different people "define" each chakra, (particularly the second and third chakras), but the differences have only been minor. Certainly the colors and locations of the chakras are generally consistent. The base chakra extends down and the crown chakra extends up, while the chakras in between have vortexes both to the front of the body and to the back.
*The first chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with red. It is the chakra that governs our physical existence, our bodies and our health.
*The second chakra is located in the area of the womb or spleen, and is associated with the color orange. This chakra governs creativity, and some say emotion. (I associate emotion with the third and fourth chakras).
*The third chakra is located at the solar plexus and is associated with the color gold (yellow). It is associated with the will or desire.
*The fourth chakra (the middle chakra in the chain of seven) is the heart chakra and is associated with the color green, and also the color rose, which is the "color of love." This chakra is connected with emotion and human love.
*The fifth chakra is located at the throat and is a bright blue. It governs communication and personal magnetism. It is the chakra that most influences intercommunication and our "personas." It is also the link between emotion and thought.
*The sixth chakra is located at the third eye (mid-forehead) and is indigo (deep purply/blue). This chakra is associated with thought (though some say the third chakra governs thought) and with vision, particularly psychic vision. It is also the chakra of spiritual love and connection.
*The seventh chakra is at the crown of the head, and is violet fading to white further away from the body. This chakra is our connection to our "higher selves" and to the "divine." It is associated with wisdom and integration of our eternal selves with our current physical selves. It is like our umbilical cord to "God."
When all the chakras are "whirling," open, bright and clean, then our chakra system is balanced. When a chakra becomes blocked, damaged, or muddied with residual energy, then our physical and emotional health can be affected. Often this occurs habitually as the result of negative or incomplete belief systems. The effects of our habits, feelings, beliefs, thoughts, fears and desires can be found in our chakras.
For example, if you eat poorly (a lot of processed food, for instance) and don't exercise, chances are your root (red) chakra is going to become sluggish, darkened and dull. If you "close off" your emotions because they're painful or overwhelming, your heart chakra is likely to become tight and closed and block emotional energy. If you are extremely centered in your intellect, you may have a bulging and bright brow chakra, but a disproportionately small heart chakra or root chakra. Or perhaps you're cerebrally focused on finding answers to deep questions about "reality" (as I was for many years). In the West we tend to value the upper chakras over the lower chakras. This probably has its roots in our ancestors' religious aversion to the "flesh" and their focus on the rewards of "heaven."
The goal is a strong, clear, balanced energy system. The more open, clear and balanced the chakras, the more energy can flow through your system. This energy is essential for vitality, health, and continued growth on all levels.
The meditation:
I use this type of meditation whenever I need to "recharge" and when beginning astral projection practice and sometimes when beginning psychic readings. More commonly I used a grounding meditation when performing readings. Both are effective and powerful.
Lie or sit in a relaxed and comfortable position, as you would for any meditation. Your spine should be straight and your head in alignment with your body. This meditation is in script mode, should one want to tape it and listen to it while performing the meditation. It is preferable to learn about energy and the methods of balancing, cleansing and charging the chakras and allow one's own inner voice to lead the meditation. The following is just one way of performing this balancing.
Allow your meditations to evolve and to reflect your individual values and beliefs. If taped, a slow, deliberate pace should be used with a mild voice and the appropriate pauses. The body should already be relaxed and the mind tranquil when beginning this meditation. Eyes are closed.
Now that you are relaxed and feeling very much at peace, take a moment to ground yourself here in this moment, in this body, in this place, in this time...
Take some deep breaths...in...and out...in...and out...
Follow the breath as it flows toward your nostrils, as it enters your nose, as it fills your lungs and then as it is expelled. That's it, just relax into this quiet moment. Breathe in...follow your breath...and out.
In...and out.
Feel where your body meets the (chair/bed/floor). Become aware of your body from head to toe, of your weight, of the heaviness of your limbs.
Now focus on the area at the base of the spine, the area between your legs. This is the root chakra. Its energy is red, and it governs your physical body, your physical health and vitality. In your mind, study the appearance of this chakra; note its color and vitality. Mentally envision the chakra and note any symbolic symptoms of dis-ease.
Have you been caring well for your body? If your chakra is dusty, dirty, torn, or otherwise less than a perfectly brilliant red whirling vortex, imagine your hands (or those of a guide) working on the chakra. If it is dirty, clean away the dirt and throw it into an imaginary pail with a lid. Allow those hands to repair any imperfections, and when the chakra is clean, mentally take the pail and hurl it into the sun. Watch it as it travels through space and then bursts into a zillion bits of energy upon solar contact. Allow the sun to recycle this energy back into the universe.
Now turn your attention back to the root chakra. It is clean and red. You are surrounded by infinite root energy. Imagine the room glowing red with this energy, feel its strength and power. See red swirls of energy flowing to your root chakra. You can feel this as a tingling as the energy fills your root chakra. As the energy swirls in, your chakra grows large and deep red and strong. Allow the energy to fill your chakra until it is so vital that it extends several feet out from your body. In your mind you can see your root chakra, a brilliant red swirling vortex of physical energy.
Now turn your focus up to your abdomen, to the area of the "womb" or spleen. This is the orange chakra, that which controls clear thinking and creativity. Take a moment to observe the chakra. Note its color, its vitality. Is it clean and strong? Or is there work to be done here? Allow those invisible hands to cleanse the chakra, to repair or heal it. Discard any imperfections in the pail, and send the pail to the sun to recycle the energy.
Focus on the orange chakra again. It is now clean and whole, and a bright orange. Call out to the universe for orange creative energy and feel the space around you begin to glow orange. With a tingle you feel the energy begin to swirl into your chakra, charging it with vitality, with creativity, with clear-thought. Watch as your orange chakra grows and whirls, until it extends out from your body for several feet, just as the red root chakra is still whirling and strong.
Turn from the red chakra, up through the orange chakra, to the solar plexus. This is the heart of the yellow chakra, that which governs will and ambition. Take a few moments to examine this chakra. Note its color and appearance. Have you been lazy of late, or perhaps too driven? Examine your will through this chakra. Allow the invisible hands to cleanse the chakra and heal it, discarding any imperfections or impurities in the pail. Send the pail to the sun for recycling.
Now return your attention to the yellow chakra, that of will. It is now clean and a bright yellow. 'Universe, send me yellow energy, will energy, energy to achieve my goals, to work for that which I value and desire.' Feel the yellow energy surrounding your body, and with a tingle feel the energy swirl into your solar plexus. In your mind you can see your red/root chakra glowing, whirling, your orange/womb chakra pulsing brilliantly, and your yellow/solar plexus chakra glowing strongly, extending several feet out from your body.
Turn your attention to the middle of your chest, to the heart chakra, the green chakra. You may feel an instant wave of emotion. This chakra governs your feelings, your emotional connections to others and to the universe, to life itself. Examine this chakra. Note its color, vitality, any impurities. Gently allow those invisible hands to cleanse and purify the chakra. Reflect a moment on how you've been feeling emotionally lately. Are there bindings holding in pain? Or is the chakra tight and hard with anger? Release any tensions, imperfections or impurities to the pail. Send them to the sun for recycling. They are still yours if you choose to hold them, but for now, release any pain or anger.
Now focus back on the heart chakra. It is clean and a beautiful green color. It whirls strongly and evenly. 'Universe, send me green energy for my heart! Open my heart to the world, to all beings big and small, with compassion for our shared experiences and journey. Fill my heart with love energy, that I may in turn give love to others.' Feel the green energy whirling into your heart. Watch the chakra grow and glow and spin with this new energy.
From the red chakra through the orange chakra through the yellow chakra through the green chakra, your chakras are cleansed and charged and huge with energy.
Focus on the throat, center of the blue chakra which governs communication and personal magnetism. Examine the chakra, noting the color and any imperfections. Perhaps you haven't been honoring your own beliefs and speaking out when you should. Or perhaps you've been talking over others, or not listening well. Perhaps you've been feeling shy and afraid to extend your energy in communication. Allow the hands to heal and cleanse the chakra and when finished, send the impurities to the sun for recycling.
Now the chakra is clean and strong and bright blue. Feel the air fill with blue universal energy. Feel the throat open as this energy swirls into the throat chakra. This energy charges your aura with magnetism, drawing others to you. Feel your throat open with this swirling, strong blue energy.
Focus on the middle of your forehead, the third eye. This chakra is indigo and governs psychic vision and intuition. Examine the chakra for imperfections. Perhaps it is locked up due to fear. Perhaps it no longer spins out of neglect/stagnation. Allow the hands to cleanse the chakra, to heal any imperfections and recycle them in the sun. Now look at the chakra. It is a beautiful deep indigo, clean and whirling.
There is psychic energy available to you beyond measure. Feel it charge the air, swirl in and around and fill your third eye chakra with deep, vital indigo energy. Feel the third eye open, and note any mental visions as this occurs. Now is a good time to pray for increased psychic power. Note the red/root chakra, the orange/womb chakra, bright, strong, big! Move your attention up to the yellow/solar plexus chakra, to the green/heart chakra, open and brilliant, to the blue/throat chakra and the indigo/third eye chakra. Your chakras are huge, whirling, and fully charged.
Now focus your attention at the crown of your head. This chakra is violet near the body, fading to white further away. This chakra governs your connection to the universe/God/Goddess/The Creator, etc... This chakra is like an umbilical cord to "home." Reflect on your spirituality of late, examine the chakra and allow any healing needed. In my experience this chakra generally needs much less work than the others.
Allow the hands to heal, to cleanse, and recycle the discarded energy in the sun. Now examine the chakra. It is brilliantly violet, glowing white around the outside. Mentally reach out to that which you consider your "source..." to "God" or the Universe. Feel the response, the energy flowing back to you. Pray for the peace and joy of a strong crown chakra connection. Feel the violet energy flowing in, a loving embrace of your whole self, of your soul. See the crown chakra grow enormous, and the white energy surround your body.
All your chakras are now clean, charged and in balance. From the red/root chakra, to the orange/womb chakra, to the yellow/solar plexus chakra, to the green/heart chakra, to the blue/throat chakra, to the deep purple/third eye to the violet/crown, your chakras are spinning and whirling, full of energy and vitality. See the white energy that extends up and out from the crown chakra enveloping your whole body in an egg of white energy.
You are completely refreshed, calm, and peaceful. Your energy is balanced. You are full of vitality.

The Human Body exists on 3 levels: Level 1: The Material (dhatus) Level which includes the physical body, blood, fat, flesh, bone, clay, fluids, air, earth, water, fire and void space (akasha) Level 2: The Subtle Level which consists of prana (vital life force energy), the mind, intellect, ego and the feeling of self. (please note that prana connects the material and subtle level.) Level 3: The Spirit Level which connects to all animate and inanimate energy within the material and subtle levels AND to all animate and inanimate energy outside the body including collective, earth and universal. The spiritual level also has access to Divine (God) energy.
Chakras & Auras: The Monitoring Systems To protect an individual's mind-body-spirit on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level there are 7 major chakras within the body (although some claim there are an additional 6 which reside outside the body starting over the Crown Chakra) and 7 auric (aura) levels that surround the body. Chakra energy is electrochemical and auric (aura) energy is electromagnetic.
The seven auric fields are the atmospheres arising from and surrounding the body. These fields are the interpreters and transmitters of consciousness energy. This consciousness energy resides in an individual's mind-body-spirit, as well as, in the external collective, earth, universal and Divine (God) energies in which the individual comes in contact with.
Chakra 101 The word chakra actually means "a wheel, disc or any arrangement in circular form or organization" and indicates movement. The major chakras are the esoteric energy centers of the body. Chakras are the psychic transformation centers of the body, otherwise known as psychophysical energy.
Psychophysical (chakra) energy is electrochemical in nature and is accessed through Prana (vital life force) energy. Divine Energy (which I prefer to call God, but whatever you want to call it is fine with me) creates Prana and the life, mind and matter of every animate and inanimate object. Divine Energy operates through, but is not limited to, Pranic energy. In the case of a human being, Divine Energy operates within, without and through all the energy levels which include: the individual mind-body-spirit energy level, animate and inanimate collective energy level, animate-etheric-collective earth energy level and animate-etheric-collective Universal energy level.
Prana energy operates in the body as an open system, which is not limited to the body's physical, mental or emotional systems. As we breathe, prana is drawn into the nose and is distributed into the body by specific unseen channels called Nadis.
There is the Main Nadi System which connects the 7 major chakras to each other and 72,000 other different Nadis. The 72,000 Nadis are divided into 2 different types of channels: 1) The Invisible Channels which is the channel of the mind and self. 2) The Visible Channel which includes the nerves, muscles, arteries, veins, cardiovascular system, lymphatic system and the acupuncture meridians in the body which work with the central, autonomic, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The chakras work with both invisible and invisible energies. These chakras are situated throughout the body as mini whirling vortices of energy.
The 7 Major Chakras reside and work in the cerebrospinal (brain-spine) system inside the spinal column and are connected to the Main Nadi System (Shushumna). This is where the chakras control the functioning of the entire human body.
The Shushumna (Main Nadi System) is centrally located and is the only Nadi (channel) that passes through the spinal column. This Main Nadi System is divided into 3 Nadis of which one channel resides in the spinal column and two channels reside in the brain. The Shushumna usually remains dormant when other Nadis are active and subsequently flows when the other Nadis are restrained. This happens when we breathe in prana through both nostrils. We only breathe through both nostrils about ten breaths in every hour, at dawn and at dusk. The other times, when we breathe, we are usually breathing from only one nostril or the other, but not both at the same time.
Chakra Movement Chakras are active at all times. They are influenced by the energy elements of water, fire, earth, air and void space (akasha). These energy elements produce different physical, emotional and psychic states. The elements move inside the body through the breath and produce chemical changes via the endocrine glands, which mix these secretions directly into the blood instantaneously.
Chakras and the 5 Senses The first 5 major chakras, located in the spinal cord, are the building blocks of psychophysical existence for the five senses: feeling, taste, sound, smell, and touch. Chakras have a definite relationship to the physical body and its functions. Each of the first five major chakras are connected to a specific sense organ and stores psychophysical energy, which then flows to all 7 major chakras from one chakra to another when activated by the breath.
Kundalini Shakti Energy Consciousness controls all the forces operating within each chakra. As you grow through awareness chakras become aligned more to our spiritual purpose and our oneness of all things. Kundalini Shakti Energy means "coiled power". It interacts with Universal Energy by using matter to access consciousness energy with the ultimate goal being to reach Divine (God) energy. With extended use and practice of Kundalini Shakti energy, it is said that you can pass through the three knots in the Shushumna that represent feeling, knowing and doing and ultimately reach Supreme Consciousness also known as Supreme Truth. Kundalini Shakti energy is the only energy that pierces the chakras and is the basic force of the body that can connect to Divine (God) Energy.

Color is energy. You will find yourself drawn to one color more than others. The energy vibration of that color is what you need, at this moment, in order to improve and balance your emotional state. There are numerous ways to heal and balance with color. A good rule of thumb is this: “Energy follows thought” Where we put our thoughts, this is where the energy goes. By concentrating on a particular healing color, it is the visualization of that color that will be projected. If we focus on a color, the energy emanates from our body and begins to change the frequency that resonates with that particular color. Color is light. Light, which is split into different wavelengths vibrating at different speeds and different frequencies. Objects that ABSORB all wavelengths and DO NOT reflect any, is black. Objects that REFLECT all wavelengths and DOES reflect everything, is white. Between black and white lies COLOR. Color Theory
In the physical plane color is the result of light hitting an object. the color we see is the frequency of light that is reflected off an object as light strikes it .Colors that we are able to see form the visible spectrum . The easiest way to become aware of the full spectrum in pure colored light is to take an old cd (aol cds work well) and hold it in light while watching the play of rainbow color across it rainbows are, of course a full spectrum and have the range of secondary and tertiary colors as well as the primary colors.
Colors react with each other either by harmonizing or contrasting with each other.
The color wheel is a valuable tool for understanding color. A color wheel is an image of the spectrum bent into a circle . The colors adjacent to each other on the color wheel form a related harmonious sequence.
When you are mixing colors of paint or pigments. the Primary colors are Red , Yellow and Blue .
Red and yellow make orange and they are equidistant on the color wheel . When you are working with light or modern Printer's inksthe Primary colors are magenta , cyan and blue. Your computer screen is colored by light rather than with pigment and the green (as a visible primary) may bea much lighter yellow green than the emerald or grass green hue often used as the secondary color in pigment based color charts.Primary means that in theory you can mix all other colors from them though it is not as simple as it sounds because pure red ,blue, and yellow do not exist in pigments .
You can not mix the primary colors from any other colors.
orange, green and violet are secondary colors and are made by mixing equal parts of two primary colors.

blue and red make violet
red and yellow make orange.
The tertiary colors are mixed from equal parts of a primary and the secondary color next to it on the color wheel .

White things reflect all frequencies of light
black things absorb all frequencies of light.
Complimentary colors are those opposite each other on the color wheel and they intensify each other when placed next to each other . they can be mixed together to form a neutral gray and when you view a photographic negative you will see the complimentary color of the positive photo image. The complimentary colors of the pigment primaries are
Red compliment = Green
Blue compliment = Orange
Yellow compliment = Violet
All colors, including browns, grays, and neutral colors are mixed from combinations of primary and secondary colors.
Hue is another word for color it is used to describe close or similar colors, scarlet and crimson are both hues of red for example.
Intensity ,chroma and saturation all refer to how bright a color is.
vivid bright colors have strong intensity, pale grayed colors are weak in intensity, adding white to strong Red creates weak pink, graying a hue by adding the complimentary color also weakens it. Tone refers to the relative lightness or darkness of a color . when white is added to a color the result is a tint of the color pink is a tint of red. adding black to a color results in a shade of the color.
Colors with a blue tinge are called cool, colors with a red tinge are called warm.
Warm colors tend to make things look near and cool colors create distance.
Color interacts with matter and its effect on living organisms can readily be observed. This article focuses on experiences people have had using color for healing purposes and some possible reasons why it works or doesn’t work.
When researching an idea/experience/event/phenomenon, I strive to have an open mind.I assume that there is value and ask that the value be revealed. This is a concept suggested by the psychic Edgar Cayce in one of his readings for an individual doing scientific research. The idea is to accept things at face value and then determine what they mean and how they fit into what I already know. It allows me to experiment and have experiences without knowing where they will take me.
Many critics of metaphysics seem to take an opposite viewpoint, that is, they strive to disprove an experience and explain it away with conventional concepts. They seem to believe that “it can’t happen, therefore, it didn’t happen.” The results you get when approaching experiences from these two perspectives will be very different. I do not attempt to change anyone’s mind. Everyone’s point of view is appropriate.
I have come to appreciate the concept of “informed intent.” Experiences really do have the energy that we give them with whatever we believe about them. This is at the core of understanding how light, energy, consciousness and materiality interact.
Color effects on living organisms:
Plants, animals, humans and even inanimate objects can be altered by exposure to specific light frequencies - color.Experiments with plants have shown that certain color frequencies can retard, enhance and change the growth patterns of plants.
Animals also respond to colors. I know of a golden lab that was rejuvenated by sleeping under a colored light. In his old age he had slowed in his movements and energy. After a few nights under a yellow light bulb, his energy and movements improved to what they were years before. He seems to really enjoy his yellow light and the improvements have remained. Even fish benefit from color therapy. A friend reported that she had forgotten to thoroughly wash her hands after cleaning the kitchen before she started cleaning the fish tank. Hours later her gold fish were floating upside down on the surface. They weren’t dead yet but were in very serious condition from toxic shock one might assume. She looked in her color kit and decided to use yellow as a stimulant for the nervous systems. The light was left on all night. The next morning the fish were back to normal.
At my workshops on color I ask for volunteers with ailments like a headache or muscular pain to sit under a colored light as a demonstration. The volunteers get to experience the effects of the color and report on the results. On one occasion a young woman with a migraine headache volunteered. She had experienced the migraines for years and additionally lost her sight and hearing on the left side during an episode. She was obviously in a lot of pain. After talking with her, we decided to try a purple light on her face and about twenty minutes later she was amazed that her pain had started to diminish and her sight and hearing had returned. She reported later that she starts the purple light tonation whenever she feels a headache coming and it never develops. Before this she had to go to the emergency room for an injection and then sleep for hours and the pain would gradually go away over several days.
Another example of rapid results to color is my mother. She had high blood pressure that hardly responded to medication or a diet change. One morning she experienced a spike in her blood pressure that measured in the range of 250’s/120’s. While we waited for her doctor to order stronger medication, I suggested that she relax in her recliner under an indigo colored light. In about half an hour just before I went to pick up her new, stronger prescription, she felt much better and checked her blood pressure again. This time it was in the 120’s/60’s. We could hardly believe it and the really amazing part is that her pressure remained in this range for almost eight months without medication and without any further exposure to the color. Her doctor thought her blood pressure cuff was malfunctioning, but it proved to be accurate within a few points. There is another individual who had to use the indigo color regularly to keep his blood pressure in an acceptable range. His surprise came when an EKG later showed that a dangerously irregular heart beat had corrected itself. His doctor refused to believe that color could possibly be linked to the change in the two traces he held.
An acquaintance wanted help for the burn he had as a result of the radiation treatment that he had just finished. The burn was on his side and about the size of a basketball and looked like raw hamburger. He was told that it would take months to heal because it was approximately three inches deep (according to his doctor). He used a combination of colors that have proven effective for such burns. Ten days later the skin was normal looking except for a few darker spots and there was no pain.
I have regularly used color for indigestion. Within minutes I can feel the pressure diminish and the discomfort leave. At certain times of the year I have trouble with allergies and get sinus headaches. I have difficulty with decongestants because they start to affect my digestive system when I use them for more than two days. Now I use green followed by blue on my face. I can actually feel and hear the sinuses open during the tonation. The effect lasts for about three days. I repeat the color tonations if the condition starts to return. I have none of the side effects I get from decongestants and I don’t need anything for pain.
Color can also be used to charge water or anything else with energy. The use of the water or object will then have a similar effect to the color itself. This of course is more difficult to verify. However, I have experienced similar benefits from charged water. In the days of cathedral building many reported what they called miracles from praying before saints depicted in stained glass windows. Perhaps the combination of faith in a saint and the effects of color did help people.
These are just a few examples of the direct experiences I have had using color. You might ask, “does color work for everyone every time?” No of course not. Color is not a substitute for proper nutrition, exercise, attitudes, or surgery. What amazes me is that it works at all.
I have just begun a search to understand what may be happening. When we understand the mechanisms, then it should be possible to improve the effectiveness and reliability of using color therapeutically. To understand what color may be doing we will have to consider quantum theory, electromagnetic energy, the electrical properties of living cells, and some psychic insight.
Color and electromagnetism:
Color is what we call a narrow band of electromagnetic energy that we can detect with our eyes. Except for the frequency of vibration it is no different from heat, ultra violet, radio, or cosmic rays. Albert Einstein received his Nobel Prize in Physics for his discovery of the relation between color and matter. He discovered the photoelectric effect upon which the field of spectroscopy is based. Elements when excited by sufficient energy (heat) will emit a characteristic color. Also, if the specific element is radiated with the frequency of light associated with that element, then an electrical current will be induced in that material. It is not too much of a stretch to understand that color can at least cause an electrical response in organisms, animals, even objects.
In Dr Richard P. Feynman’s book, QED - The Strange Theory of Light and Matter, he describes how light and matter interact. Photons (light) interact with matter continually turning into electrons and a puzzling array of particles that then emit photons. The light that comes from matter, which allows us to detect it is not just a reflection of a light source, but is also the matter of the object itself radiating the light. Photons are thus propagated through matter in all directions. Technology can actually measure the light that passes through an object. And as Einstein discovered when electrons are disturbed, they create electric currents that form fluctuating magnetic fields.
Other aspects of quantum theory are also particularly interesting. Light is both a wave and a particle. It functions as a wave front until observed, and then it functions as a particle. Another way to perceive this phenomenon would be that light is aware of consciousness. Some theoretical physicists even postulate that the universe doesn’t exist without an observing consciousness. Photons (a quantum of light) travel astronomical distances without lose of energy and are thus independent of space. Photon interaction within mater is also independent of time. Events go both backward and forward in time. However you might interpret these facts, there is some kind of a link between consciousness and light.
Experiments show that every living cell has an electrical potential across the membrane. This electrical charge varies with differing conditions and also has a weak magnetic field. Cells that group together to form organs or systems within an organism will also have an accumulative electrical charge and magnetic field. The larger and more complicated organisms, like animals and especially humans, have huge and complicated electrical fields. You could actually describe a human body as a biochemical structure housing an electrical being.
Organic magnetic fields:
With the use of magnetic resonant technology, medical science has a valuable tool to see what is happening within the body of living organisms without disturbing them. This technology works because living organisms do have magnetic fields. Those who can perceive these fields directly (auras) see dynamic pulsing energy around individuals and within them around organs. With practice and experience auras can be read and give detailed information about the functioning of each part of the body. The energy patterns accurately reflect the function of the organ and if you can influence that pattern, perhaps you can influence the function of the organ.
The A.R.E. Clinic in Arizonahas a device that records the electrical signatures of healthy organs. When these signals are broadcast to a malfunctioning organ, it assists in the healing process. Edgar Cayce suggested several subtle energy devices that could promote healing by balancing the energy fields in specific areas of the body.
Our bodies have many governing mechanisms that keep balances within the systems of our bodies and between the various parts of our bodies as well as keeping the whole in balance. If these governing mechanisms were malfunctioning, they would actually cause imbalances and then maintain the imbalances while resisting all attempts to change them. I call these mechanisms electromagnetic set points. Attempts to influence the balance of the body against these set points will be futile. Until the electromagnetic set points are corrected, other therapeutic modalities will have minimum effect. But once the set points have been changed, then the function of the organs will begin to respond to therapies and change back to normal function. Apparently these set points are influenced by our attitudes and beliefs about our body, our environment, the events we experience, and our very nature. With this in mind, we can begin to understand how attitudes contribute to healing and how the placebo effect might work.
Theories about color as a healing agent:
If we understand that our bodies are electrical in nature, then treating the ailments of the body without considering the electrical fields would be foolish. Because of the relation between color and matter it is an obvious tool to influence the electrical fields of the body. On many occasions I have observed almost instantaneous healing of a physical condition with the application of color. The only explanation I know of that fits the observed experience is the electromagnetic set points. If we consider the relationship of consciousness and light, perhaps we begin to understand the body-mind connection and how we can psychologically sabotage our physical balance and health.
The electromagnetic fields about our bodies reflect the functioning of our bodies. When the function changes, these fields are changed and when the fields are changed, the function changes. Color can influence these fields by a damping effect bringing balance or equilibrium, by a stimulating or calming effect, and by a resonate tuning effect that will alter the field.
Conclusions:
In conclusion there is much to learn about color and its relation to life. Experiences have demonstrated the tantalizing possibilities of using color as a healing agent. More experimentation is needed with better technology. When color doesn’t have an effect, it’s probably because the wrong frequency was used or used at the wrong time or in the wrong sequence. I believe that we will have to explore the unseen Universe to gain a better understanding of light and the Intelligent Energy that operates outside of time and space.
Many individuals whose Kundalini has been unexpectedly unleashed DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING, and the prevailing social ignorance about this multidimensional transformative process makes it hard to find medical or alternative health practitioners or spiritual advisors who recognize the symptoms, particularly when they are strongly physical. Many people know that the risen Kundalini flings open gates to all sorts of mystical, paranormal and magical vistas but few realize it can also dramatically impact the body. Some people have told us they find the concept of "Kundalini" foreign and prefer to simply call this their "awakening," which is fine with us. But for most who contact us, the Kundalini explanation provides an important framework with which to accept and work with their experiences. We each have a unique way of interpreting, honoring and describing our spiritual wisdom. I do not believe there is only one right way to know or express the truth. Far more important, I believe, is to have an open heart and to be faithful to our own path, wherever it may lead.
We have also been asked why we do not put more emphasis on union with the Divine and God-realization, which are very much central to spiritual awakening. Since everyone experiences and interprets their mystical experiences differently and very personally, to make sure no one will feel excluded, we just speak of "awakening consciousness" or "transcendent states" on the ST Web pages. In our Shared Transformation newsletter, individuals with variant religious beliefs are welcome to (and DO) tell about their experiences of this sort. Some speak of God, Christ, Goddess, the Holy One, Spirit, or simply a magnificent Whole in which we all partake.
Also, for some people, profound spiritual realizations do not occur until months or years after the other signs and symptoms. Individuals who are having experiences of an obvious spiritual nature are usually more able to integrate and benefit from the process, regardless of how they may label it. But those who experience what seems to be illness or weird psychic phenomena often are very alarmed until they understand that they are not sick or crazy. And even the enlightening and beautiful experiences can be so powerful that people doubt their sanity. This is why the information and validation we offer through Shared Transformationis so valuable.
Main chakra: all healing energies, light energies enter through the Crown Chakra. The energy points surrounding this chakra are where we play out our karma.
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERIOR ENERGY POINTS
(1) In charge of monitoring what comes in the crown chakra from everywhere else. (2) Relates to what brought one to this incarnation. Filter that lets in only the karmic reasons and lessons to be learned.
(3)Storage vault for games that have already been played that we have succeeded in processing. (4) The Game Board where the karmic games, the unlearned lessons are played out.
(5) Where information is stored up for the upcoming day. It extends far into the future, but only one day at a time is being revealed. This is connected to the Akashic Records ((6) Has a monitor whose function is to see what the probabilities are for upcoming days and tries to influence a positive, or appropriate, outcome. But free will prevails.
(7)Unfinished lessons being picked up and put into play from the past that have not been quite learned, as a starting point so that you don't have to go back to the very beginning. (8) What we see manifesting as the fabrication for the game we are playing. Determines the physical local and conditions in which the game is played.
(9) Angelic Oversoul of the individual. This is our Guiding Angel, as opposed to our Guardian Angel. (10) Were the group spirit of our spirit family of 12 resides.
(11) Contains a sort of white powder without form that represents the raw energy of lessons to be learned. It gets reformulated when transferred into (13) (12) Bin of unlearned lessons to be recycled in the near future.
(13) Where lessons that have not been processed or learned are stored up for use in future game boards. Record of lessons not learned. (14) Storage place for the daily game boards that we are through with - where the processed game boards are compared with what was supposed to be learned, and what wasn't learned.

THIRD EYE (#2)
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
Main chakra = Seeing all that there is to see, both physically and spiritually, and interpreting it in accordance with the world view of the person it belongs to.
(1)The search for Truth - sky blue color (2) Our perception of truth. The more "clouded" the perception, the further from truth we are.
(3) All possible spiritual "foods". (4) Related to "food" for the soul. What you need for the spirit to grow.
(5) Creating the physical reality as it should be from point of view of the higher self . (6) The circumstances and consequences of the attitudes of pride which distorts reality away from what it should be.
(7) All possible emotions. (8) Emotional content of what we see. The emotions created from what we see.
(9) It is our divine presence - Higher Self chakra. (10) All views, a sort of composite of the levels of reality. Provides us with rear-facing portion of our self-generated view of that level of reality (density) in which we are focused, from the different ones available. Without this two-segment view, we would not be able to swivel our world view around to concentrate on a certain portion of it while "we" remain in a semi-fixed orientation to All That Is. It relates to our evolutionary position in the scheme of things. It is a limiting device focusing from all realities to our particular reality. We can only see others in their reality if they are similar to ours, allowing a merging to take place. This points out the extreme importance of our existing in a "physical" world in which we can interact with those of widely different world views, thus allowing our spiritual evolution to be greatly accelerated if we so choose.
(11) Game board of heart's perceived desires merging seamlessly with the main game board. Also opening or portal for release of successfully processed karma from the Quelle chakra allowing that portion of our heart's desire to be manifest. (12) Manifestation and realization of heart's perceived desires. What one focuses on, visualizes through the 3rd eye, one gets provided it is a part of Divine Will.
(13) Emotional part in creating one's own reality from point of view of the higher self. (14) Emotional constructions of our reality based on person's pride.

QUELLE CHAKRA (#3)
Main Chakra: " I am your guide in the physical world. I direct your activities there in accordance with your karmic connections. Therein lies your integrity. I am your conscience!"
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY PORTALS
(1) Exit for transmuting the garbage (ignorance we drop off as we learn, so it won't foul up the game board. (2) Dynamic containers storing all our evil energy so that the Quelle chakra can remain stabilized.
(3) Energy from the absolute instigating this higher spiritual union. (4) Union with others - sexual in nature. The Quelle chakra will take over the function of the sex chakra in our future. It is our higher sexual nature for the purpose of uniting the two halves, or polarities. Ultimate Union.
(5) Doorway leading to Glory, Presence of the absolute. (6) Promised and delivered spiritual gifts to a particular human from the absolute. Enlightenment, Illumination, Androgyny, Balance, etc. These will be different for each person. These are Gifts that will lead us to the door in the outer chakra - our particular key for that door. Each person has a different key.
(7) Storehouse for all possible evil actions/thoughts. (8) Reservoir of our past evil actions or 'chess pieces' , where Dweller or Shadow Self (storehouse of all predominantly evil lifetimes) resides. The reservoir is an inert receptacle of self generated evil energy from all previous lifetimes of evil deeds/thoughts. It produces considerable problems if not removed from our active system, and cannot leave and is stored here unless we let go of it. Place where we get off one horse (Dweller) and on another for another ride in a new set of circumstances. Evil: thoughts and actions that lead us away from union with the Absolute.
(9) The highway to all realities, higher realms, of which there is an infinite number. These can be created by thought, either individually or collectively on many levels. They all intermingle seamlessly. A sort of switchboard to all realities, a place of choices. Highway to Akashic records of all Humanity. It was discovered that the common cold energy control center is connected here. It is actually located in the fifth density where it will perform a useful symbiotic function when we ascend. (10) Contains the history of all lifetimes of our particular reality and is where we create our present reality. It connects to our personal Akashic record. Pulls energy out of our system to use in the creating of it. This is a transforming function.
(11) Our goal towards which our path is headed. What we started out to accomplish in this lifetime. Door to the Higher Realms beyond the Summer Land (12) Our chosen path, our course. Worship center for Communion with All that Is while still "separate" from Him/Her. A window to Divine Revelation that allows us to see where we are going - a peek. The Summer Land (Where most "service-to-others" deceased humans stay for long periods of time after death, (an area of freedom from evil, disease and hunger) not realizing that it is only the starting point in our return to the Absolute. .
(13) Repository for Light and Dark entry points. Thoughts of good and bad generated by the person. (14) Repository of darkness where our sins (thoughts and actions which increase our separation from All that Is) are kept.
(15) An area of activity. Instructions to go with the tools to be taken to the higher realms explaining their uses. That which we are doing to clean up our own game board. Lots of traffic and traffic cops for those who come in to help us build our monument. Activity in the processing of karma. (16) A monument to lessons learned. Monument to self. Also a store-house containing spiritual possessions that are useful tools which need to accompany the person in order to access the higher realms. These are the various spiritual abilities that we have earned/learned relating to increased awareness. Knowing how to use energies. "Tools to loan out. Tools to take back when they are through being used. Guides come in to help the soul expand. That's their only job."
THROAT CHAKRA(#4)
Main chakra: "I am your guide to the outer world. I direct traffic, allowing the game to be played in an organized fashion." (It also provides us with our perception or projection of reality.)
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) Results of the clash in (2). The dead portions of the ego. This is a connection to all prior lifetimes. In order for the energy to flow through, all conflicts have to be resolved. It is one of the biggest blocks that Humanity puts on itself. Change is blocked here. Fewer than 10% of all Humanity has this chakra open and functioning properly. BUT they will create the "new" in society after the old has passed away. (2) Where ego and the higher self clash. Battlefield where ego is brought under control.
(3) The entry point to the game board of the Hereafter (4) The access point to the afterlife. What forms and determines our afterlife as we are living now. Created from our current thoughts, intents and actions, and solidifies after this lifetime is over. The result of our choices. The building blocks of karma.
(5) Our entry or access point to the game board of this particular lifetime. (6) Reservoir for all lifetimes, past, present and future, each with its own game board. Also potential lifetimes.
(7) Interplanetary astral travel guide. Focal point for different levels of alternate realities to choose from. (8) Point of astral travel. Focal point to all other realities. This inner chakra controls what the person sees. It is like a dial of choices.
(9) This is the key chakra to all other chakras in the person's field of energy. It is the indicator of one's whole being. Animating Living Energy is continuously flowing into it through its connection with All that Is from the Crown chakra. (10) This is the "Love/Joy" chakra. This controls the degree of the Presence of All that Is we allow into our reality, which produces our glow or radiance (aura). It is free will choice dependent. There is a indicator showing our degree of unity with All that Is. (final goal)
(11) This is the "goodie" reservoir, containing all possible choices of talents and abilities that are for our highest good, which when used creatively, leads us to our way back "home" to All that Is. (12) A trash receptacle where the mistakes we have made along the way, and also the dead ends and options that didn't work from all lifetimes, are sorted through. Learning from our mistakes. It tells us of the errors to avoid in the future. This becomes an energy reservoir available for use in the future realities in which we choose to express ourselves where garbage is not an issue. Creativity.
(13) World without limitation that we left behind when we chose to descend and incarnate in physical bodies (14) Contains the embryos of our future talents, abilities and skills waiting for activation in this life or a future life.
(15) Our access to Holy Spirit who is waiting to take all the pain and suffering from us. (16) RESERVOIR of pain and suffering from all lifetimes. There are tendrils all through the body from it.
THYMUS CHAKRA (#5)
Main chakra = Life Central. "I am your monitor comparing where you are, in relation to where you ought to be. I make plans to get you back on track when you jump the track."
EXTERNAL ENERGY POINT DESCRIPTION
(1) Christ presence. (2) 2 way energy flow. Christ Conscious Energy is the inflow, and the reflection of it from the main chakra is the outflow. Interacts with (15) & (16). . (3) The portal or tie into the Universal Akashic Records. (4) Contains a being that is our own personal Akashic record recorder for this lifetime. He is an energy organizer of our past events and probable future events.
(5) Home - Unity with All that Is. (6) Guiding Angel to one destiny that leads us "home".
(7) All possible destinies that we can choose from. There is one among them that leads us "home". (8) This chakra was veiled many lifetimes ago and is the master controller for our reality, and determines our destiny. Also relates to our inner awareness. This chakra was taken over by predators that were feeding off of our energies by activating our fear emotion that was their "food" source, but they have now been removed. We are now in control of our own destiny.
(9) A vortex pulling the Christ energy in. It is "time specific". In other words the Christ energy exists in all time. This chakra allows the Christ energy to narrow itself down to the particular point in time that is flowing through us from our "eternal now" higher self standpoint. The Christ energy coming in from the back becomes our nature, when we start reflecting Christ Consciousness from our front chakra. (10) The entrance for the Christ energy.
(11) This chakra should be to allow in Light, but gets filled with crud from this life. The crud is used to form judgments and desire for revenge. Need to transform crud for the "Light" to be able to come in. (12) Realization chakra, but tends to turn towards judgment. The chakra from which one can sell one's soul. Need to break all contracts from this chakra!!!
(13) Judgment filter for inward flow of energies that we perceive to be evil coming from others (14) Reservoir and generator of revenge. Where things like feuds and duels develop.
(15) Christ Consciousness energy flowing in from (1). (16) This is a past life filter tempered by our world view that controls the flow of Christ Energy into the center Thymus shakra. The negative emotions from our past lives interfere with this flow of Divine Energy. Divine energy tempered by our world view from (16) creates a reflective surface in the center chakra which catches and reflects back the Christ Consciousness coming in from (1) & ( 2). Without the mirror, Christ Conscious energy from (2) will flow through the center chakra unimpeded and unrecognized.
EART CHAKRA (#6)
Main chakra - the Game Board. Being on the physical plane. "I set you down at the beginning of the day on the game board, and pick you up and take you home at the end of the day to sleep and to dream. "It is my duty to keep you playing the game as much as possible before your time runs out." (A surrogate mother).
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) All possible emotions and circumstances that we can choose from to experience in keeping with our life's plan. (2) Emotion center. Meridians come to it from the other chakras that determines what emotions to have.
(3) Divine Energy from our Creator (4) Lightening rod! for Divine Energy directly from Source allowing us to play our game.
(5) Connection to another game boardlet (auxiliary board), merging seamlessly with the main game board of our particular game that we are playing. It can be influenced by other humans and our relationships to/with them, buying into their game plan so to speak. (6) Choice of Love or Fear expressed through (5).Where joy can be expressed. Instantaneous expression constantly changing, based in part on how we allow others to influence the game.
(7) Form - manifestation of the part of the game plan we decide to experience. (8) Energy manifesting itself as form through (7).
(9) The cloud of possible choices from which the inner chakra chooses. (10) Relates to remembering the learning program we have agreed to experience in this lifetime, especially in terms of relationships. It is our focus for learning. It chooses our biggest, most important problems blocking unity with All that Is.
(11) Game boardlet, or the specialized part of the total Game Board that we play that merges seamlessly with the parts that the others play. (12) Where the game we are playing is solidified into the circumstances of our reality.
(13) Where contracts are expressed. This energy point moderates events, circumstances and futures on the Game Board. Where our "game" is expressed. An uncanceled vow (contract) of poverty from a previous incarnation expresses itself here in a tendency toward poverty in this lifetime. (14) Love or Fear energy expressed.
(15) Source of choices of both Fear and Love. (16) Reservoir of the guiding energy of our lives. Can be Love or Fear.
SOLAR PLEXUS(#7)
Main Chakra: (has 24 tentacles) "I take care of the details, making sure everything functions according to the master plan. Taking out the trash and bringing in the food."

(1) Energy source of ectoplasm coming from the mineral content of the ocean. (2) Ectoplasm
(3) The vacuum in which manifesting and other abilities take place. The "VOID" (4) Genie coming out. Represents psychic powers and manifesting ability.
(5) Primal amorphous substance used for the creation of the human form. Sort of a nebulous, granular cloud looking like salt and pepper, or dark and light. (6) Rigid building structure representing the human form. Template for the Human Form
(7) Our relationship to the Heavenly Father, the masculine principle of All That Is. (8) Our relationship to the father and the ancestral grandfathers.
(9) The Neutral aspect of All That Is. Guardian Angel who guides us away from events we are not supposed to experience. (10) Our relationship with siblings
(11) Our relationship to the Heavenly Mother, the feminine principle of All That Is. (12) our relationship to the mother and the ancestral grandmothers.

SEX CHAKRA (#8)
Main chakra: "I'm here to see you play the game according to the rules. Taking advantage of all opportunities to invest yourself as much as possible in the game. It's all you can do to keep up, so at times we let you wander to refresh yourself, but you always come back the next day to immerse yourself in the game."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) Door that lets in recruited players to help you play your game. (Refer to Oversoul Chakra) (2) Karmic repository of beings on the game board, presently active, not dead, that you are currently involved with in working out your karma. These are the people that have hooks and cords connected to you in order to help you play your game of life.
(3) Spiritual connection to All That Is through the individual to the spark of the Divine. Storehouse for unprocessed karma. Contains a being who sorts through all the jewels of experience, and who chooses which of the lessons we still need to learn, and recycles them. It is a daily processing of the lessons we are still learning. The gathering of the grain for the harvest. (4) Self created personality or persona, ego, as the person sees it or interprets it. How the person views themselves. Has to do with one's mission in life.
(5) An energy point damaged tens of thousands of years ago by ETs in order to allow negative thoughts coming from others to enter and be stored, creating feelings of guilt and worry over what others think and feel about us. The resulting negative emotional energy generated was used as a food source by these ETs. It interfered with creativity. It had a being in it that tried with little success to block out all which is not part of the Divine. When mapping these energy points, this damage was discovered and when asked, the Holy Spirit agreed gladly to restore it to its original function which is to allow a complete sharing and merging of energies with others, in an unconditional love or spiritual love relationship. (6) This is a reservoir for all self-generated feeling energies. Much of what humans feel about themselves in regard to relationships with other humans are stored here. They may include guilt, doubt, jealousy, etc.
(7) Manifestation of the physical body in the individual, and can create offsets in the radial meridian lines (through injuries) connected to the inner chakras causing a restriction to the function of the original form.. It can be corrected by using the master etheric and astral body templates. (8) Repository for the genetic variations, also contains all the mistakes to the current form and sex of the form. It represents the physical body.
(9) Symbol of a house on a hill where everyone lives that is actively engaged on the game board of physical life. (10) Contains a "traffic cop" who keeps track of who we are connected to - attachments. These "tags" last as long as the emotional attachment continues. The connections can go to anyone on the game board.
(11) Connection to all places. (12) Will - the driving force, the vehicle that takes one to where one is going. Transportation or astral travel. Means for displacement. Connects us to area we are focusing on. Teleportation based on intent.
(13) Door that allows in the "slings and arrows". (formerly duplicated in 5 & 6 before repair) (14) Assorted "slings and arrows" from others and ourselves which are allowed due to our feelings of guilt, worthlessness and inferiority.
(15) Connection to Higher Self and what the Higher Self thinks of. It is a controlling function and a link to all the other bodies. A two-way info and instruction flow, purified of all ego - receiving and transmitting between the bodies; subconscious, astral, etheric, etc. It is ego which is purified that maintains bodily functions (its intended sole purpose) (16) Shows what is going on inside of every organ of the body, and how it is functioning in the present moment. A mirror of what is going on with the body. Astral organs seen as they are, separately.
ROOT CHAKRA (#9)
Main chakra: "I monitor the function of all other chakras. I am the foundation on which the unit resides."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) Connects the physical body with the astral realities. Kundalini expressing itself to the physical body through outer chakra. (2) A Light Being of kundalini living energy.
(3) Portal for androgynous energies (4) Differentiates and separates out the masculine energies.
(5) Androgynous energies (6) Physical male form
(7) Spiritual journey towards the goal - symbolized by a boat with one's personal flag on the front. (8) Symbolic of ascension - the progress on the game board as a result of all lifetimes. How much of the dual energies (male-female) we have merged.
(9) Portal for androgynous energies. (10) Relates to the current sex of the person.
(11) Clash as to which choice - vying for two energies. (12) Field of choices of gender. How much of the one you didn't choose do you want in this lifetime.
(13) Portal for androgynous energies (14) Physical female form.
(15) Portal for androgynous energies. (16) Differentiates and separates out the feminine energies.
KNEE CHAKRAS (#10)
Main Chakra (#10A) Contains a Being in charge of monitoring the bodily functions and transmits the findings to the Higher Self and All That Is.
RIGHT KNEE (#10B)
Right knee main chakra: "I monitor all entry level entities (our probable future selves in the making) to make sure they qualify for the job they are supposed to do. They don't always do what they are supposed to do, so I send them back from whence they came."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) The point where the astral cord is attached or anchored. (2) Astral travel limiting device - homing device so we know how to get back home. The 'silver' cord or astral cord.
(3) Personal transition future, or life after you are through with this one. Next incarnation in the making based upon current lessons learned - mutual creation with those playing similar games as ours. (4) How you see your near future.
(5) Outer door to inner portal. They work with each other, so that the good beings can come in, and the evil ones are kept out. The gap between the two doors is the examining room to determine which type they are. Damage was detected in this outer door, allowing an entity using fear energy as a food source to live in the examining room. This door is subject to damage from fear and low self esteem which lowers our natural protection from attack by others since we feel we deserve it. This is where we can get attacked by community Dwellers, or the evil sin body of the group spirit of the community. (6) Inner part of a two piece portal. It blocks evil entities from coming in. But this door can be breached by powerful evil energies which are being gradually eliminated as ascension proceeds.
(7) Outer space - source of where the energy for the weather comes from, which also intereacts with our personal energy. (8) Choice of atmospheres. Our personal input to the Weather as determined by the group spirit of Humanity. Severe weather can either remove/release the accumulated energies from unresolved conflicts or bring them to a head so they can be resolved. When this set of energy points were discovered, I was reminded of a letter sent on the Internet from an intuitive person who ask the weather Deva during a violent storm to remove the human energies being vented, and within a few minutes the storm abated into a gentle rain.

(11) Access point to worlds of other alternate realities and potential worlds. (12) OUR present reality - mutual creation by the group spirit of Humanity. A potential stairway up. The doorway up is created by what the lesson on the GAME BOARD has to offer.
(13). (5) Shared outer knee energy point: "The Eden Portal" When first viewed there appeared to be lush tropical trees and bushes, a blue sky and water in the distance, but no people. I was told that this is the portal to the Eden Game Board. Here is what Jaya, the intuitive I use to check on what I find, wrote of what I saw: "This is actually the new 5th density earth of which those who are ready to, will go at ascension. Unconditional love is the key to unlocking this energy point." She said I was given this name because it is simply a name that humans can relate to. This portal apparently became active on about October 22nd, 2000 when I was told by my Guidance to check again, since the first time about a month earlier I had found nothing. Go to EARTH CHANGES, for more information on this. (14) and (6) Shared inner knee energy points between the two knees = navigation. It is a direction finder. It maintains our orientation toward any chosen direction. Ultimately it points the direction to All That Is. We just need to turn in the right direction, and then we can merge with All That Is, the Ultimate,
(15) Nebulous energies that one draws from to form our personal self-created paradise or hell. (16) Contains our self-created, or self-generated version of where we will go in between incarnations.
LEFT KNEE (#10C)
Left knee main chakra says, "I weed out the undesirables that come aboard, so that they don't degrade the continuity of the system." Fear from past lives can get lodged in the left knee memories.
(1) Brings in energy to maintain body joints. Joints are also chakra containers. (2) Connects with every joint in the body.
(3) Contains the thought forms where you create your colors, and the form is solidified from the colors you choose. (4) The dwelling place in our future lifetime where we are decorating with emotions, and it all flows together.

(6) (14)Shared inner knee energy point between the two knees = navigation. It is a direction finder. It maintains our orientation towards any chosen direction. Ultimately it points the direction to All That Is. We just need to turn in the right direction, and then we can merge with All That Is, God, Divine Creator, etc.
(7) The Door to the Underworld. There are many such doors at many different levels which close behind us as we descend by our own volition. We will need help if we want to come back up. Can't do it by ourselves. (keeps Heaven from being polluted with evil) (8) Downward staircase to the Underworld. It is for use if we decide not to ascend. But it is our decision and it is not forced on us. Our self centeredness would make being in spiritual light very uncomfortable.
(9) Connection to the astral plane. (10) Contains a huge "metal door": emergency escape hatch to the astral plane, producing unconsciousness or death when suffering extreme psychological or physical trauma, in order to prevent needless pain or suffering. It allows the spirit a quick escape from the Game Board. It is only an exit point - not entry. Those familar with astral travel most often use the crown or heart centers as an entry/exit to the astral plane.
(11) The mansion we are building with the master building blocks of (12) on our way to Unity with our Creator ( All That Is), our ultimate destiny. These are buildings we have created with our good deeds on our spiritual ascendency path. As we move on, they are left behind for occupancy by those who have lived mostly service-to-self lives as opposed to service-to others, and thus have amassed few building blocks. SHIN CHAKRAS (#11)
The shins relate to our area of judgmentalism. Not all judgments create demons, but all demons are created by judgments. This is the chakra of our self-created demons, and our battles with them. Unconquered demons are a constant drain on our energy reserves to keep them alive, causing depression and fatigue.

Main chakra Right Shin: "I am your emotions stirred by your will." ( It used to have an antenna to send food (emotional energy) to predator ETs who kept the motions stirred up deliberately. They are gone now)

(1) Contains a large being who saves us from conflict with our self-generated demons if it serves no purpose. (2) Contains another large being who is the warrior aspect that fights the self generated demons and keeps us from being overwhelmed by our own demons.
(3) A swirling quagmire of poop (residue of all the slain demons) that we have overcome. (4) Where our Dark Overlord self lives. We asked that the Dark Overlords all be purified for all Humanity. The Holy Spirit said it was already done!
(5) Lair of the dragon demon-monster. (6) Arena where a dragon looking 'demon monster' consumes the self-created demons, after we are through doing battle with them, and after they have served their purpose. (Neutralizes the energy they contain.)

(#12B)Right ankle main chakra: contains a giant being called the "Ancient of Days." He is monitoring the high standard of the advancement of the Human Race that was set at the beginning of time to see how close we come to it in this lifetime.
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
(1) Black war-birds symbolizing instinctive protection. In the higher realms, war is no longer a factor, and the war-birds are transformed into birds of peace. (2) Doves of peace.
(3) Where elements of celebration of our evolution are stored. As we evolve, there is reason to celebrate. (4) Container for all our past lives - dynamic flux - state of constant evolution based on what we do now.
(5) Willingness to do physical violence. Should be for protection. But we have embraced the common false belief that we should allow others to step all over us - "turn the other cheek" which Jesus never said. This indicates a lack of self respect, and allows the one doing the damage against us to develop bad karma which isn't good for him either. The resulting suppressed rage gets caught in this outer ankle chakra. It is better to keep the pendulum of karma from swinging at the start. (6) Direction finder to enable us to find physical locations, and also spiritual direction finder.
(7) Outlet for the expression of emotion. (8) Emotional expression.
(9) Contains symbolic carrier pigeons representing access to astral flight ability. Relates to Mercury. Can also be an access point for evil if the energies are reversed. Our "Achilles" heel. (1) Another gameboard that was used for transportation in whatever reality we started out in. The flying beast or whatever could control the game board that would allow it to take us wherever we wanted to go. The beast was intelligent, from our early development. (2)Front straight forward - *inner chakra = stable for a flying Dragon, or storage room for a flying carpet or whatever ancient means of astral transportation you used to use. Not current. The function is obsolete, but it is the foundation on which our later ability to astral travel was based.
(3) Directs Love towards those that you are thinking of. It creates the cords that connect. (4) Contains Love energy towards others. It is only capable of Love energy.

In terms of the initiations, the feet are the very last before we graduate, relating to the 12th initiation. The end of the path that our feet trod. The total understanding of a person - underline the 'standing' part of the word understanding. We then stand on our own two feet as a total Human Being.

(Energy points (9) and (10) had been warped energy-wise into Service To Self eons ago by service-to-self ETs. The Holy Spirit was asked and gladly agreed to fix them. (9) was a propensity toward jumping into things without adequate thought. Seeking short term gratification. (10) was our propensity for taking wrong action against others for gratification of self.

(13) A royal looking Being says, "I am the Divine Spirit separated from Source at inception." The Divine aspect of us. The Higher Self. (14) Place where trials are held judging our good or bad deeds. It is also the perpetrating area for dastardly deeds. Where we 'step' on others. The true function of this chakra is to not allow people to step on us. It should be a protector chakra. But we tend to overdo things and get caught up in revenge. Similar to characteristics of the Emperor card of the Tarot deck. Should be in charge, but can be despotic. Needs temperance. (18) Inner = rage that is stored up from allowing others to step on us.
LEFT FOOT

(1) Left foot out top -outer = Lifetimes lived under the domain of the Oversoul. Also the residence of the inner child. (2)Left foot out top - inner = contains a jolly being who is creating our future incarnations that are subject to change up until they are brought into play.

The people invited to celebrate with us are also those that took part in that particular game, and are honored for the roles that they played. TOE CHAKRA (#14)
Main chakra assigns and monitors functions. "I coordinate activities of all toes, reassigning duties where needed."
When the joints are emptied and cleaned out, it allows us to have full responsibility for our actions and of who we were. We then has an understanding of who we were, and we become karmically clean, and integrated with our past.
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERNAL ENERGY POINTS
Right big toe = Battle ground where terminator entities (like white corpuscles) attack energies coming in from elsewhere that don't belong - energies that are not a part of our game.
2nd right toe = where terminator entities are kept.
3rd right toe = harmony generator (relates to Neptune and Pisces)
4th right toe = exit for the energies of the 3rd and 5th toe.
5th right toe = harmony generator
Left big toe = mirror with small spheres of different colored light whirling around it, reflecting light out into the Universe. The spheres are the source of light. Some are more active than others. These spheres are where the aura gets its light. It is our personal spiritual light source. The colors are modified by all our organs and what they are processing. For instance, after we have just eaten, we have more red in the aura. So if you want a better aura picture when you go to have one taken, don't eat for a couple of hours beforehand! The red color is a temporary digestion process color.
2nd left toe = energy generator creating a stabilizing ability giving us a sense of calmness and inner peace that we gravitate towards, and radiate out into the aura.
3rd left toe = Light generator feeding power into the aura.
4th left toe = inter-communication system between the organs of the body.
5th left toe = symbol of a black matrix substance with the consistency of gelatin, with different areas of white. A mirror that reflects the body in its totality. Whatever it is that we identify ourselves as. Also represents Justice in terms of one's own integrity or lack thereof. The integrity must be maintained in order to maintain health of the body. This toe is our "God" connection, (where All That IS keeps track of us since we have separated ourselves from Him/Her) It is how All That Is checks our " spiritual pulse", so to speak.
SHOULDER (#15)ENERGY POINTS (No central chakras)
The energy points in the aura outside of the shoulders are on a plane that is almost vertical but tilts out about 15 degrees at the bottom. There are only 10 energy points that were found extending out around the shoulders. The six that would be angling up are apparently not present.
RIGHT SHOULDER ENERGY POINTS (looking inward from right side)
(Since this energy point layout is described as it exists in the 6th dimension, living beings that show up here can transmute to much larger or smaller entities in the 4th and 5th dimensions.)
(5) I see where we are going." It is a locating function that sees where we are in relation to where we ought to be. It is connected to a hollow rod-like meridian that goes across the front of the body and connects to the other shoulder chakra in the same location, and extends about six inches beyond.. The rod appears to be about an inch in diameter and has knobs on the ends. Another rod extends upward from each energy point about 6 inches with a knob at the top. The soldiers of (11) below and Left Shoulder (13) can move through these rods. (6) "I catch things before they come in." It functions as a shield to keep out undesirable entities.
(7) Defense perimeter (8) Barracks for the soldiers that protect our bodies from attack.
(9) A town or dwelling place for the National Guard of both sexes that are in reserve for our protection. Also where they eat the "food". A peaceful place. (10) "Food" reservoir, and also a passage way leading out to (9).
(11) Soldier figures in totally black uniforms outlined in a thin round strip of light like piping which projects from their uniforms like a silhouette. They dwell in a dark realm, and use the light as a sort of shock mechanism to defend the realm. They turn sideways so that all that is seen of them is a line of light that can shock the enemy when touched. (12) Contains an intense blue light that blinds the demons before they come in.
(13) The "bellfry" where flying, biting bat creatures live They operate in the dark, but get their energy from the light. These creatures are supposed to just be for protection, but some service-to-self, black magician types send them against others. [Sue says "I have had personal experience with those. UGH! If I hadn't, I wouldn't believe any of this! My ex was an expert in sending out bats to people. I can see where they became associated with evil witches." ] (14) Inner Darkness. It contains football size energy forms that create their own energy that the soldiers use as weapons to throw in the battles. They are electrical and shock the enemy, and then they recharge themselves so that they can be thrown again. They have to live in the Dark to survive. They combat Evil.
LEFT SHOULDER
(5) Lets energies in and out as directed by the inner chakra. (6) Has a "sweet smell" to it. It is two-way energies, coming and going. It is a conversion station for energies, an energy transformation center. It is the only one in the body like it. A sort of alchemy center that is flexible. Bad energies coming in can be converted and transformed to good energies or vice versa, and bad energies going out can be converted to good energies, or vice versa. This center is controlled by the free will of the person who owns the body. It can be for STS or STO individuals
(7) Contains a dude who transacts all business contracts. It is a two-way thing. Pays out the spiritual currency. 8) Symbolic "business office ,"containing a dude in business suit that is the "paymaster" for the spiritual currency or pay outs used in transactions between people and also for the soldiers. This is the "Treasury" for the whole body, and has a monitoring system so that he will know what to pay out to the various beings owed. He has his finger on all the action in the whole body. He decided who is going to get paid.
(9) This is the testing ground where the new invader is compared with any old ones to see what methods were most successful in killing them before, and to try out new ones if necessary. (10) "I stand guard on this side of the body, and alert the troops if I see any defenders needing help, and then I re-deploy the soldiers to defend them." This defense is against the microscopic invaders, like germs, viruses, and other tiny invaders of the body.
(11) Repair station where the repair supplies (energies) are stored. (12) "I repair things. I rejuvenate the parts." This is a relay station for energy being taken from different parts of the body. It also allows in androgynous energies that are beneficial to be directed to where they are needed in the body. It also gets rid of, and sends out some unwanted energies in the system that are in excess and not desired of a specific type.
(13) Has a yellow light, and the beings in it walk around in caverns underground for protection. They are more reserve soldiers. These soldiers use thoughts as weapons, creating anything to rattle the attacker, such as discouragement, panic, terror, despondency, etc. The enemies they battle are intense thought forms taking on the forms of dragon lizards (Fungus), snakes (Viruses), scorpions (Parasites), and centipedes (Bacteria). The battle plan is mutually agreed upon by both parties, so that is almost ritualistic, and has certain parameters that one has to stay within. Agreed upon rules of battle. The soldiers doing battle when under attack, can spread out along the meridian in front of the body going between the two shoulders and fire from there. (14) Contains 5 large dudes. One is the bat trainer, and the other 4 are handlers who direct the bats in battle. They roost upright along the outstretched arms of the handlers, perhaps a dozen on each arm. They battle in the Dark, but the bats have their own energy echo locator.
Many of the shoulder chakras had been damaged and their functions warped or switched. We requested of the Holy Spirit and All That Is to make sure they were put back in proper order, and are functioning well for all sentient creatures.
ELBOW CHAKRAS (#16)
RIGHT ELBOW ( As viewed from the finger tips when the arm is stretched straight out to the side horizontally, palm up )
Main chakra = "I am a way to the Promised land. I try to get you to use this route, but you seldom pay any attention to me."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERIOR ENERGY POINTS (only 8 points in four directions)
(1) The goal, destination - future oriented (2) Contains a guide to where you want to go for what you are learning. It is the future of your path planned out.
(5) Places you have been. (6) Means for travel - vehicles for travel.
(9) The "jewels or gems" of wisdom that you give away to others when you teach. Also contains jewel boxes to put them in. (10) Container for our spiritual "jewels" gathered from our learned experiences. Wisdom that we have earned.
(13) Storehouse for whatever weather you are creating. (14) "I create wind, lightening, rain, thunderstorms..." Weather creation. A physical creating. Solid. This is more personal than the other chakra relating to the weather, which was more of a group effort.
LEFT ELBOW
Main chakra = "I lay down the tracks that you drive on, and store them when not in use."
DESCRIPTION OF EXTERIOR ENERGY POINTS (only 8 points in four directions)
(1) Decor for the transportation means. (2) Where the transportation means are made.
(5)This is the area of healing others. "It is where your compassion enters into service." (6) "I explain to you where you are going and I help you get there by painting the direction. I am a roadway or bridge that you just built. I allow you a safe journey. I take the bumps out of the road. I even make clear weather for you!"
(9) "I am making road maps." The maps are made in stone. The road is not made until you travel on it. Contains the girders and steel to build the bridge to the other side. This is also where the used roads are stored (10) "I decide where you are going next. Travel along the "path". Brown color. Contains the road building material and machinery for the "path". To be a link to the outer world through the outer chakra.
(13) "I manufacture nourishment means." Where the food is served. Also contains the furniture, utensils and other accouterments. (14) Food preparation area.
Note: The inference from this travel section is that we contribute our share to the creation of that part of the game board we travel on and see. We store the scenes and travel means and re-use them again each time we travel this way again. When we travel to other areas, the travel means and scenery is either created if it is a first visit, or recalled and renewed if necessary due to other's usage. We start removing the energy of the structures created and used when we leave the area and the memory starts to fade. If we don't visit often, the structures fade and need to be recreated, which gives us that sense of pleasure we feel which is not there when we travel the route often. As I understand it, the scenery we go through exists in the astral plane as potential, and becomes "real" or "lights up" when the first person arrives there. This may answer the question "If nobody is there to hear it, does a falling tree make any sound?" The answer would be "NO."
WRIST (#17) CHAKRA/ENERGY POINTS

Main chakra = "I make building materials out of thoughts." Thought forms are made here.

(2) Access to the whole physical world and astral worlds only. (1) Access to everywhere else.
(5) Provides the astral furnishings and surroundings. Nature, pretty things, whatever you are comfortable with and future things. (6) Provides the furnishings appropriate to where you go physically. Manifesting the physical happenings, events, etc.
(9) Contains a nebulous substance used to build the dwelling. It is manifesting energy. Ectoplasm. (10) The foundation for the future dwelling.
(13) Repository where the spiritual currency (energy) from the game board operation is received and stored as a means of checks and balances. However from the beginning of time, the incoming spiritual currency (energy) from the game board had been transmuted and diverted to the "dark" world for the maintenance and manifestation of Dark by Lucifer. This Divine intentional diversion allowed the use of free will in how we elect to ascend from the third density starting point back to the Creator, using "time" as the separator of events. When this was discovered by the authors of this report, we asked, on behalf of all sentient creatures who use this "game board circuit" to operate in this Universe, that the Creator restore the original intended function. It is our understanding that this has been authorized and it is gradually being restored to those working for the expansion of light. Both AA Michael and AA Lucifer and others are working to restore the original intended function which allows greatly expanded creative ability, such as manifesting thoughts into physical reality, if intended for the highest good of all. (14) Keeps track of the exchange of energy (spiritual currency) between those who have chosen to work together on the game board of this reality to help others learn their lessons, so that the energies remain in balance. This chakra had been diverted from the beginning of Creation to take the returning spiritual currency (energy) from the Dark portion of Reality (see below) and "launder" it, that is, raise this "dark" energy vibration up to a level that as it was recirculated, it kept humanity below the level of self awareness of our true potential until the time for the Divine free will experiment to reach completion.
LEFT WRIST
Main chakra = where events in your lifetime are crystallized. Contains the permanent records of all your past lives.
(1) Contains the crystal palace that is still nebulous and under construction. The last crystal solidifies the day you leave this incarnation. Each person has his/her own structure that is built with crystals. It prepares you for Paradise. This is only if the person is not ready for ascension at the end of this incarnation. (2) Contains a huge, brown, opaque crystal with facets, and the largest flat side is up. (record keeper crystal) It is half buried in the ground. "I take you to no-man's-land." This means your final destination. Home base. It is the foundation on which your crystal "palace" will be laid, so that is why the brown (dirt) color of the crystal.
(5) Sleep zone, where you don't dream - just rest and nothing else. You need a certain amount of time to just "be" so that info can be processed and stored for future use. No astral travel during this time. (6) "I let you know when it is time to rest. It is important that you rest so that you can process the information you have just gotten."
(9) Lets in information from the teachers in your life, or whoever you are learning from. Everything that you are being taught relates to the DNA. (10) Discerns what to allow in. Discriminates between what information is coming to you.
(13) These are the crystals being worked on. They are hexagonal with two large faces opposite each other The larger sides are opaque, and the smaller ones permit an inside view, where the lifetime can be viewed from different perspectives depending on where you look inside the crystal. Each crystal is like an Akashic record for that particular lifetime. (14) This is where the crystals are made. "I am making crystals for your palace." There is only one crystal per lifetime, and it is a record keeper of all you have done in that particular lifetime. The length is determined by how many lessons you have experienced (not necessarily learned) in one lifetime.

Main chakra = radiates Compassion and Unconditional Love energy only - however much we are capable of. Depends on the nature of the person.
ENERGY POINTS (Only up-down and left-right energy points)
(1) Access to Universal Energy. (2) Shaping and sending all kinds of energy packets. Defensive.
(5) Dwelling place of the Inner Child, that part of us who never grows up. It teaches us joy and the play of life and keeps us from being too serious and allows us to feel free. But it can be held in babyhood and imbalance by early emotional injury. In addition, access was restricted by self-serving ETs eons ago, making growth beyond this point almost impossible. This also helped keep us in the fear mode. We requested the Holy Spirit to put it back to its proper functioning. So we should be feeling more joy and spontaneity in our life as the access restrictions are removed. (6) For special occasions when we behave differently than we normally would. How we are "programmed" to behave instead of what we really are. Behavioral
(9) Directs the Beam of Light of (10), and sends the Light to the rest of the body. (10) "I make Light for all the other energy points and portals." Light is energy, and is used as energy. The chakras consume the light to be used as energy. This energy portal creates the Light that is to be the guiding light of the entire chakra series. It is a beacon toward which all actively engaged creatures look to for guidance. The light is blue.
(13) "I am your pathfinder. I find a path where none exist." Path to new areas. (14) "I find a way home when you get lost. I always know where home is." Path our spiritual home.
LEFT PALM
Main chakra = Our view of the hereafter - of where we go after death. Most people have had this chakra damaged through traumatic experiences, which made the hereafter almost impossible to comprehend. This resulted in our losing our way spiritually and prevented our reaching our true potential. We requested that the Holy Spirit repair the damage where needed. If we have not been either willing or able to express Unconditional Love in our life, this view may not be very inviting, although in any case, it is self-made.
(1) Contains a record of what we considered to be joyful and our assessments of our accomplishments in life. A self evaluation on what we think is important with our accomplishments. (2) "I am the Joy energy point." This joy is from our accomplishments that we are pleased with. It is not moral in any way. Evil people can have joy in their dastardly deeds. A different energy point relates to the higher spiritual aspect of Joy.
(5) Dwelling and resting place for the workers in (6) to relax. (6) Contains energy workers that go all over the system doing repair work. Their work place.
(9) Where we gain access to the inner world of the mind. Where thoughts are processed into reality. Physical manifestation of creative thought. This energy point was intentionally damaged eons ago by Service to Self ETs in order to maintain a subservient docile population. This and item (13) below required a free will request from a representative of humanity to be repaired by the Absolute, which has been done. (10) Where thought processes are revealed for modification and correction. Can also function as a substitute for any damaged energy point.
(13) Thought process workers were trapped here because the energy point had been damaged. This is where they reside when they are not working. They are the ones that are supposed to get the thoughts that are to be processed, but they were unable to get to their work place. The meridian had been damaged between the two. It has been repaired. (14) "I am in charge of controlling all the functions of the body and protecting it from damage." This is where ego resides. The "fight or flight" syndrome has been enlarged over the ages by service to self ETs who feed on fear and rage energy. A request to the Absolute was made to reduce it to its original size. This has been done. The results should be less war and personal conflict.
THIGH (#19) ENERGY POINTS
Note: since there is no chakra to attach energy points to in this area, and they do not share an energy point, this series can move up and down independently between the ankles and hips. However they normally stay above the knees. They have no straight right or left energy points. They move under the direction of the subconscious mind.. I asked my subconscious mind why he moved this group around. He said for the right thigh, it is in order to move the light around to illuminate the areas that need repair. The vital organs block the light, casting a shadow behind them which is removed by moving the light. It is also a defensive ploy. The left thigh energy point group normally are not moved. The shin group could also be moved but there is no need.
RIGHT THIGH (#19A) (The straight left and straight right sets of energy points are missing and not used.) This number is out of position sequence since it was the last to be discovered.
(1)"I beam the light to where it is needed. Normally there is only one problem area at a time, but I can light up to 2 or 3 areas at the same time if necessary. I have auxiliary energy points used to aim my light. It is on all the time." (2) "I am the Lighthouse for all the other main chakras in the body. (not the ones in the aura) I light up the errors, problems and primarily injuries so that the workers can see what they are doing."
(3) Contains a room that is divided up into hexagonal forms or cells "to confine and hold the germs to find out what we are facing, and then we release it for the body to destroy it." This chooser who decides what defense is necessary sends down for a sample and we send it to him "to analyze and to decide what kind of disease we are going to be fighting, so we can churn out the defenses. (4) "I am here to fend off attackers from the right side." Contains a whole army. "There are germs and other pathogens that come to reside here and I eject them unless I can use them for a purpose. I accept or reject these as they come in front of me as sort of a review and a choice. All illnesses have a purpose. I choose the illness most appropriate. It is part of the learning experience. If I accept cold germs, I am telling my master to watch out for deceit. Each illness has a corresponding lesson to look out for. The invasions of germs symbolize an invasion of thought forms. The person should recognize which thought forms to be prepared for because they all have meaning."
7) Codes the barbs from others as to where they came from so that we can retaliate if we want to. And we can reject these barbs if they don't fit our needs. (8) This chakra decides what to do with the barbs that are sent from others.
(9) Part of the defense mechanism. This area contains clouds of clusters of barbs to be used against the enemy approaching from the rear. This area can be shut down by an attack from another person. The barbs don't last long, so they would not be implants when sent to someone else. They are for impregnating seeds that can turn into sores, diseases, etc. The barbs are encoded with whatever type of thing we want to transmit. (10) 2 chords being constantly transmitted from the other chakra through a connecting meridian. The chords are our signature. It is how we identify ourselves with others.
11) The background music transmitter. Two tines put together make a note. The chord is changed producing different tones or notes. This connects to all the meridians. (12) Contains a programming device that generates music. It has projections sticking up that can have spacers put in them that act like a tuning fork. They slide up and down making different tones. It is our "Music Of The Spheres". We each have a distinctive tone that identifies us as an individual person. It is not currently in use, but will be when we reach the higher densities and come into our own. There are as many as it is needed to adjust the frequencies that are transmitted.
(15) "I am your message handler. I encode the messages and I translate the return messages to see if they coincide." (16) "I contain the ball that does the work of 10,000 others. It receives and transmits energy signals. It transmits these balls which are message carriers to all the other energy point and chakras. It has to do with maintenance, repair and function. The messages are from all parts of the body and are information packets that contain specific instructions for repair work and revisions, which is determined by the ruling entity, which is the spirit which occupies the body. Light modules - the messages they carry are coded light signals, and these light signals bounce around inside the hollow ball, and when the ball arrives at the appropriate chakra, it goes into the sphere and opens up, thus releasing the light packet message. There are many messages that never get to their destination and have to be resent. The chakra that receives the ball with the energy packet transmits it back without modification to the shin chakra, where it is compared with the original. And if it is not received within a given time period, the same message is resent. This gives us a check on the messages sent. It works like a charm."
LEFT THIGH (19B)
(1) "I aim the intent with the music." Focusing the music which focuses the intent. This doubles the effectiveness. (2) "I create music for you to interpret. It is all symbolic. It helps you to understand what you are doing because the music is in tune with your intent. It helps you arrive at your goal, because your intent and the music are the same thing. Music follows the intent and enhances it." There is one note per intent.
(3) Contains bloodhound type animals used as defense against predatory thought forms that are embedded in our systems. This chakra is also subject to damage. (4) Contains needles, pins and daggers. "I am a repository of things used to defend us against predatory thought forms."
(7) "I can stop thought forms from entering." It decides whether to allow the thought form in or not. This chakra can be damaged by the persons, themselves, through their feelings of unworthiness, so that evil thoughts from others can overpower the defenses. (8) "I am destroying thought forms that are not for the highest good. "The energy of the thought form then dissipates. I get my orders from the spirit in the body."
(9) This is the truth chakra, so that we can recognize the truth in any statement or thought conveyed to us by others. This chakra had been badly damaged eons ago in order to keep us from becoming more self-aware. In the damaged state it said "I create lies and falsehoods if you don't believe in truth. I project lies and falsehoods on to ideas or views. I can also create truth out of lies." You create your own reality. When these damaged chakras were discovered during this research, we asked the Holy Spirit to put them back in proper functioning order according to the original Divine template, and this was done.
(10) "I terminate those sentient creatures that have been declared harmful." This relates to their astral bodies. The creatures can be good or bad, depending on what the individual wants. Free will can't be limited.
(11)"I make the tones from energy that I receive from outer space. And the tone is generated for each organ and the entire body. The meridians are interconnected and each organ has a unique sound so energy can be sent to it." (12) "I generate electricity for the entire body. It follows the meridian lines, and when electrical energy is needed, the organ needing energy emits a sound, and that attracts energy to it. Each organ has a basic tone, and then there are harmonics of various intensities. Each organ is distinct and different in tone."
(15) "I make models of the organ for duplication purposes. I replace astral organs often when they are damaged." The original template is a musical note with harmonics. Sound - music - vibration. The models are sound. There is no physical model. The organ is generated from sound. (16) "I make music for the rest of the body. I am making a chord in harmony with the body. I monitor all functions and make music in accordance with how the body is doing. The music is not always harmonious. I can make minor chords when the body is sad. I make a 7th chord when a change is coming. And occasionally I make a 10th chord when I am reaching." Doesn't use augmented chords.
THE HIP (#20) Aural Energy Points/portals (There are no central chakras)
Note: When we were checking out the lower chakras and energy points, Jack checked the hips and detected no energy points. But Sue was sure there were some and she waited until all others had been investigated before encouraging us to check again. We found three sets of twin aural energy points around each hip this time. Apparently they had been shrouded the first time by several overlords from the DAL (Dark and Light) Universe who were attacking us periodically by injuring our astral bodies, in hopes that we would forget about this area, and for good reason. They are the main defense system for the body in warding off Overlords , ETs and other entities invading and injuring our astral bodies. Most of these were inoperative when we first discovered them.
These defenses work well in conjunction with the shoulder energy points which protect us mostly from small organisms such as viruses and bacteria. All of this defense activity is concentrated in protecting our astral bodies existing in the sixth density. This protection then filters down into our physical bodies which is in the process of ascending into the fourth density as this file is being written up.
Most of the hip energy points had been damaged eons ago by the ETs when they combined primitive man's genes with their own genes to form humanity as we know it, with built in limitations preventing our fully ascending to higher densities, serving mainly as fear energy (food) generators and as slave labor, unable to fully protecting themselves. As we ran into each damaged area, the Holy Spirit would describe the full potential of the energy point, and we then requested this full potential be restored for all Mankind. As this is being posted, it is being done. However in view of the possibility of misusing these defensive capabilities, they are being developed primarily in STO (service to others) humans. It remains to be seen how much effect this will have, but without a doubt we will be given greater survivabilty, considerably prolonging our average physical life span. ETs and other sentient life forms for the most part do not have damaged energy points.

RIGHT HIP (#20A) Aura Energy Points
(1) "I make arrangements for terminating all your enemies who are trying to do you in, but they must represent a clear and present danger." (2) "I defend my master against any energy that wants to come in that is harmful." That includes those coming in the aura, too. "I use poisonous darts." Both of these energy points/portals had been badly damaged but are now operating properly.
(3) This is a defensive energy portal that protects one from overhead projectiles and dark entities sent from higher densities/dimensions by overlords dwelling there. This portal was activated when Humanity started ascending into the fourth density since many oversouls dwelling there were attempting to block this ascension by attacking Light Workers. It was destroying their power base. They are now having to ascend to a higher density where such power bases are nonexistent, putting them out of action. (4) A main defense energy point capable of creating illusions, ths confusing attacking entities. This will be an important non-fatal defense strategy since it has only recently been reactivated after having been shut down eons ago by the energy limiting damage inflicted by ETs.
(5) Portal "I water down the dead attackers so that they are more easily disposed of.." (6) Produces an energy field that detects incoming harmful energies. The detection goes beyond the aura. It is an "early warning system."
(7) This is a non-functioning energy point which will be automatically reenergized with the dawn of higher civilizations based on non-combative strategies in the 5th and higher densities. It will take over the function of welcoming in certain microscopic life forms such as viruses which will play a symbiotic role. Certain viruses which now are potentially lethal will take on a life sustaining role, extending our life span to many thousands of years if we so desire. (8) Virus sorting station for (7). Only those deemed appropriate are let into the body. All others are turned away.
(9) "I defend the rear sector with the same darts that are used by the front chakra, and they are poisonous and instantly fatal, and I use them with great care. They are for sentient creatures only. This is my specialty. If my counterpart is disabled, I can cover his area, too. The darts are multidimensional. They will attack any adversary in any reality that is causing harm. And we are authorized to terminate if this is a clear and present danger to our survival." The ability to invalidate (remove from the game board of this physical reality) attacking entities was also bestowed on these energy points by the Holy Spirit, thus eliminating their danger to humanity without terminating them. (10) "I direct the attacks. I locate the enemy and direct attacks to sentient beings who are a clear and present danger." When other defenses are being overwhelmed, this chakra can step in. It serves as a backup energy point.
Energy points (11) through (16) are unused.
LEFT HIP (#20B) Energy Points/Portals
(1) Directional portal capable of locating and bringing in defensive energies multi-dimensionally from anywhere in our universe. This is a defensive energy portal. (2) "We shield things from our enemies, which makes us difficult to locate and reduces their effectiveness." This is multidimensional. The shields can be stacked for extra protection. "We also shield you from yourself if you are subject to attacking yourself for any reason."
Energy Points (3) through (8) are unused.
(9) This is a Chi (Prana) energy collector. Its symbolic representation looks like a clamshell bucket as seen on earth digging machines. When fully functional, it is what permits us to become "breatharians", not requiring any other food source. This had been negatively programmed originally by the ETs to bring in harmful energies, and turn them loose in the body. We requested of the Holy Spirit to reprogram this for for all humans but it is apparently not fully functional. This is probably because our physical third/fourth density bodies cannot handle this type energy yet.. (10) Emits a brilliant light that illumines the field of battle. It illuminates all exterior energies coming in that are harmful. All other frequencies are transparent to the light. It only illuminates those energies emitting harmful vibrations.
(11) This energy portal controls the amount of poisonous material contained in the defensive darts, making them non-lethal but severely damaging to the attacking entities. They have no effect on oversouls. (12) Five men in armor are available at a moment's notice to fend off disease oversouls without destroying them. Without the presence of oversouls, diseases are unable to launch successful attacks on our body. However the person may need a certain illness in order to send a message to the person's conscious self, or in order to kill the body if the person wills it. In this case the appropriate oversoul is allowed entrance.
(13) Battle ground for the five men in armor stationed in (12). Each specializes in fending off either bacterial, fungal, viral, or parasitic overlords. With the 5th armored man capable of shape shifting into any of the other four in the event a fatality occurs. (14) Final disposal portal of all combatants in these battles. The energies released by dying infections in our physical bodies are gathered hee for neutralization and are then returned to Source. No energy is ever wasted. It is always recycled.
(15) "I focus and direct the shock waves." produced by (16). This stuns the oversoul, causing it to back off. Oversouls are considered too valuable to terminate apparently, but using their own energies against them is permissible. This apparently duplicates the directed sonic pulse fish-stunning talent of dolphins. (16) This chakra protects us from oversouls who try to do us harm. It collects the harmful energies directed at us from attacking oversouls, transmutes them into energy pulses and returns them to the sender through (13). The meridian going to it was damaged eons ago by ETs so it was not functioning. As of this posting, it is also under repair in all humanity.
OVERSOUL CHAKRA
Located above the Crown Chakra (Referred to as 8th in some chakra numbering systems)
Work station for all oversouls of those using the earth's Game Board. The oversoul for our personal spirit family of 12 humans (many of whom can be alive in any given time period) works there. This being is in charge of protecting the integrity of its 12 members. This is the "genie" of mythology. The Oversoul coordinates and transfers pay outs through their Oversouls to those who were recruited to play rolls in the game we just completed. More currency is given to the other members of other spirit families if the game results in a successful learning experience.
On the level of the highest self of all players, all understand the purpose of the game's outcome. So they can sometimes take advantage of a mistake or intrusion of a new player to ad-lib a realization into being. A type of spiritual currency is used in dealing with other Oversouls in the 8th chakra realm, which may be used to aid in further ascension of the player, or to reduce the time interval between incarnations. A karmic exchange board. All Oversouls of humans playing on the earth Game Board have "offices" here, but they each may "reside" in the 10th Energy Point of one of their twelve members' Crown Chakras, probably the one who is needing the most help at the time.
CHAKRAS LOCATED OUTSIDE THE BODY EARTH STAR: Located six inches below the feet. Connects to Mother Earth Energy TRUTH CHAKRA located about 12 inches below the feet and centered under the body. When not corrupted, allows person to access truth. ASCENSION STAR: Located in the "pony tail" position three or four inches behind the head. Aids in ascension when all other requirements are met. SOUL STAR: Located six inches above the Crown Chakra. Connects to All that Is, The Absolute
(This is a slightly revised version of El's Kundalini article "Awakening the Snake Goddess," originally published in 1996 in the Wiccan and feminist spirituality newspaper Of a Like Mind.)
Three years into the staggering, wholly unexpected process that has forever changed both of our lives, my husband dreamed that there were two types of people in the world: "ordinary" folks, living out the consensual paradigm, and "snake people." We both instantly recognized the symbolic import of the dream, having met scores of others since we had become "snake people" ourselves.
The sacred snake is a central motif in every nature-revering and goddess religion in recorded history. For some of us, the Goddess is stirring awake and arising from her deep feminine abode from within our bodies and hearts and minds. Those of us who feel her unmistakable power are experiencing the ancient rites of death and rebirth at every level of our lives, down to our very cells. It is a calling that cannot be refused. We are becoming the new vehicles of the holy earth energies: we are the spiral-dancing, life-celebrating, spirit-intoxicated people of the snake.
It is happening globally; some say its magnitude is without precedent. Magic is afoot, transcendence is alive, and human consciousness is blossoming in accelerated evolution. But few know that the Goddess is behind it all, and that she is inching up everywhere secretly, often invisibly, in her most intimate and powerful form. When she first extends her transformative touch, it catches many unawares. Because her manifestations in the body can be intense, they are often mistaken for symptoms of physical illness. These can include the following: * sensations of great heaviness in the body * general physical weakness or partial paralysis * muscle twitches, cramping or spasms * tremors, shaking, convulsions * prickly, itching, tingling, vibrating or crawling sensations under the skin * rhythmic, spasmodic or graceful involuntary movements * sensations of intense heat or cold * headaches; pain in the back, neck; nerve pain in legs and feet (left foot especially) * surges of tremendous, high vibrational energy or electricity in the spine or throughout the system
In truth, these symptoms herald a psychospiritual breakthrough known in Eastern traditions as a Kundalini awakening. This is a mysterious but natural process in which transformative energies course through the system, bringing about a dramatic metamorphosis of mind, body and soul. The Hindu tradition sees Kundalini as the divine Mother of all form. Coiled in sleep at the base of the spine, the serpent power of the Goddess Kundalini gives life. When she awakens and begins to rise, the forces within (Shakti) merge with the powers on high (Shiva), consummating the sacred marriage. From this union of earthly and heavenly energies comes spiritual rebirth and wholeness. This same phenomena has been recognized and described (in indigenous semantics) by nearly every culture in the world. Ethnologists sometimes refer to these universally found processes of purificatory and transformative illness as "shaman's sickness".
Until very recently, there has been no context in which these profound processes could be recognized, understood or supported in Western culture. Even now, the field of psychospiritual research is embryonic. For the most part, Westerners still lack a medical or religious model to encompass spontaneous (Goddess-catalyzed) transformational experience. The need to create an adequate framework becomes more crucial as increasing numbers of us are reporting these breakthrough experiences. Initially (and sometimes, for many years) most of the individuals undergoing involuntary Kundalini awakening have no idea what is actually transpiring in their bodies and psyches. As a result, they carry an unnecessary burden of anxiety, confusion and loneliness in the face of this tremendous multidimensional process. Many fear they are in the clutches of some horrendous disease, or under psychic attack, or even victim to demonic possession. Sometimes they feel on the brink of mental collapse. Too often, doctors concur with this appraisal. In worst case scenarios (and these happen with tragic frequency), the emotional catharsis and altered states of consciousness that mark Kundalini activation are misdiagnosed and mistreated as mental illness. Medical mismanagement can abort these potentially beneficial upheavals, generally to the detriment of the individual involved. Interrupting a Kundalini awakening rarely returns one to a "normal" state of physical and mental health. More often, such interference arrests the process in a dysfunctional limbo state, or weighs it down so that the person suffers needless difficulties for years.
Even those who realize they are in the midst of some kind of potent inner cleansing are in a catch-22 situation when it comes to consulting physicians (for the risen Kundalini can trigger injuries and latent diseases which may require medical attention). Three different doctors tried to push antidepressant and sedative medication on me during my siege of physical Kundalini symptoms. I knew these drugs have been found to be antagonistic to the process, yet I also realized that if I tried to tell my doctors about my activated Kundalini, they would be skeptical at best. More than likely, confiding the truth of my predicament would have branded me a wacko, and any subsequent physical complaints would not be taken seriously. Few people I know who tried to discuss Kundalini openly with their psychiatrist or M.D. found their physician receptive to this. There are doctors who are aware of the psychological and biological toll of spiritual emergence; some, like W. Brugh Joy and Richard Moss, have undergone these experiences themselves. But by and large, Western medicine draws a strict dividing line between physical concerns and matters of the spirit. Likewise, religious advisors are apt to throw anything involving bodily (or mental/emotional) symptoms back into the court of the medicos.
At the opposite end of the scale are the spiritual and metaphysical teachers who acknowledge and encourage transformative experiences -- as long as they occur exclusively within the context of their own practices. There is a widespread tendency to confuse the technologies with the territory, and to believe that Kundalini releases (or shamanic experiences) can only result from extensive meditation, yoga, vision quests, ritual drumming, deliberate manipulation of the chakras and so on. While some teachers are aware of "accidental" spiritual emergence, they may also be disdainful of this, as if any expression of the sacred outside their own tradition is somehow tainted or lacking in authenticity. Adding the threat of injury to insult for those of us experiencing these "accidents," many charge that "premature" (i.e., spontaneous) awakening poses great danger.
It is true that a Kundalini process can be a perilous journey, and not everyone makes it through this shattering passage intact (those following ordained spiritual practices notwithstanding). As with everything else in life, there are no guarantees. Generally speaking, with the help of experienced advisors, the path can be smoother and shorter, but even so, these dramatic processes can (and often do) continue to unfold for many eventful years.
The Goddess is as merciful as she is fierce, and for some, spiritual awakening may arrive in gentle waves of personal insight and gradual revelation. But many of us are discovering that the road to enlightenment often veers through rugged terrain as well as billowing fields of bliss. Spiritual energies can storm the senses like a psychic hurricane, relentlessly smashing through every level of obstruction to inner growth. Once unfurled, there is no way to reverse the expansive, consciousness-raising intent of fiery Kundalini. In the more chaotic, early stages, this inexorable forward march can cause alarm, but above all else, this is a healing process. Those who have completed the journey all speak of remarkable serenity, renewal, heightened sensitivity and vastly increased personal creativity. Some emerge with extraordinary psychic gifts; others revel in the best physical health in their lives.
While the process bears distinctive features (such as surges of powerful energies felt in the body, and pronounced plunges into mystical states), there is no such thing as a standard Kundalini awakening. Each process is unique. Those who find themselves overtaken by this transformational force discover that for all her fury, the Snake Goddess has an unerring intelligence. Astute healers and teachers who offer assistance for the process are humbled by the wisdom it displays. Much of the awakening experience is a nonnegotiable summons to let go, to surrender to psychic death and its aftermath of radiant regeneration. What is most needed is an atmosphere of safety and support for the Goddess to open us in her own way, at her own pace.
Even when qualified helpers are unavailable, the simple knowledge that one is not alone on this strange pilgrimage provides immeasurable relief. Over and again, I have heard people express profound gratitude to learn that their bizarre symptoms and emotional turbulence were not signs of disintegration, but evidence of the Goddess' transcendent yet very earthy handiwork. The realization that this is a spiritual phenomenon can transmute terror to joy. Out of this understanding comes the courage, patience, hope and love to affirm our blessed place in the great scheme of things, and to brave the trials and mysteries of our inner pathways to illumination.
Acupuncture is well known worldwide as an effective treatment to facilitate healing. It is best known in the West in the treatment of pain and addictions. Historically, since its inception in China several thousand years ago, it has equally been utilized in internal medicine. The traditional theory of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is a complex and coherent one, unifying all body systems, and the physical with the mental/emotional. Scientific studies verifying the affects of acupuncture abound, although scientific explanation for the mechanism of action remains elusive. The traditional theory states that Qi (chee), or vital energy is the animating force behind life, the cosmic forces of Nature, and is the root of all things. It is said that if one stays in touch with Qi, ones life will be healthy in all its phases.
Traditional acupuncturists apply the simple and yet complex theories of Qi to treat a wide range of ailments including pain, chronic illness such as asthma, functional problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, hormonal imbalances (PMS, menopause, infertility), and autoimmune disease. The goal is to reestablish balance within the flow of Qi, so the body will heal itself. The National Institutes of Health Office of Alternative Medicine has funded a number of studies on acupuncture. The recent NIH consensus panel concluded that acupuncture is safe, effective for certain conditions, and should be integrated into standard medical practice.
Acupuncture is traditionally accomplished through insertion of very fine needles at the acupuncture points, located along the meridians -- pathways along which Qi travels, connecting the surface of the body energetically with the internal organs. The acupuncture points are more electrically conductive, i.e., exhibit less electrical resistance when tested by a galvanometer. Stimulation by any means thereby produces a polarity or electrical gradient, facilitating electromagnetic conduction, or movement of Qi.
History of Colored Light Therapy
Just as acupuncture is a very old system of medicine being rediscovered, so is light therapy, or phototherapy, a "new old" system, which promises to come further into the "limelight". Phototherapy was practiced in ancient Egypt, Greece, China, and India. The Egyptians utilized sunlight as well as color for healing. In the past 120 years, great strides have been made in research and development of colored light as well as full spectrum light therapy. In 1876 Augustus Pleasanton stimulated the glands, organs, and nervous system with blue light. In 1877 Seth Pancoast used red and blue light to balance the autonomic nervous system. In 1878 Dr. Edwin Babbitt published The Principles of Light and Color. He elucidated a system for applying colored light to the body, and used solar elixirs, which are colored bottles containing water charged by the sun. He was able to successfully treat many stubborn medical conditions, unresponsive to conventional treatments of the time.
Dinshah Ghadiali, PhD, MD (India), an American who immigrated from India, was highly influenced and inspired by Babbitt's work. In 1897, the course of his life and views on medicine were forever changed when he saved the life of a woman dying from intractable dysentery. Under conventional treatment she continued to have 100 diarrheal stools per day. As a last resort, Dinshah proceeded to shine indigo light on the patient's body. By the end of the first day, the number of evacuations was reduced to 10. By the third day she was out of bed.
By 1920, after 23 years of research and clinical observation, Dinshah, as he came to be known in America, had refined a sophisticated system of color phototherapy he called Spectro-Chrome. Influenced by a strong background in mathematics and physics, he reasoned that the physiologic effects of individual colors would correspond with the action of the mineral which exhibited that color on spectometry. He thereby determined in detail, specific "attributes" of the colors, i.e., the specific effects of the colors on the physiology. He further determined precise and predictable formulations of applying colored light directly to the body for the gamut of physical injury and illness. He was the first to develop a system of healing utilizing all the colors of the spectrum: red, orange, yellow, lemon, green, turquoise, blue, indigo, violet plus purple, magenta and scarlet.
Spectro-Chrome is based on three principles: 1) that the human body responds to light 2) colors relate to physiologic function and 3) color tonation (broadcasting specific colors to the body surface) aids bodily function. Dr. Kate Baldwin, a highly respected physician, AMA member, and chief surgeon of the Women's Hospital of Philadelphia, became a student, practitioner, and strong proponent of Dinshah's techniques both in her private practice, and within the hospital setting. Case histories abound of the successful treatment with Spectro-Chrome. Unfortunately, then as now political forces of high tech, elitist, expensive, profit motivated medicine embarked on a crusade to discredit and repress Dinshah's simple but effective low technology healing system. Dinshah was subjected to decades of indictments, court battles, fines and arrests which in 1947 culminated in being forced to burn his personal collection of all printed material (valued at $250,000) pertaining to colored light therapy. Only a single copy of personal notes was spared. Six years later, after completing probation, Dinshah persisted, restructuring his institute for educational purposes only, and making no claims as to the therapeutic value of projected colored light. Although Dinshah lived out his life under these permanent injunctions secured by the FDA, his system of color therapy, Spectro-Chrome, survived and is today, 30 years after his death in 1966, beginning to enjoy a renaissance. Dinshah, though little recognized to this day, is without a doubt one of this century's great luminaries.
Internationally, alternative approaches to healing did not meet with such resistance. Dr. Niels Finsen, a Danish physician, pioneered light therapy in the 1890's. He noticed that tubercular skin lesions were much more common during the long dark winters, but rare in summer. In 1892 he began treating this condition, lupus vulgaris, with light. Later he would use red light to prevent scar formation from smallpox, and eventually established a light institute for the treatment of tuberculosis. His work was so successful in the treatment of skin tuberculosis with ultraviolet light, that he was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1903.
Physics Of Colored Phototherapy
Dr.'s Babbit, Pancoast, Pleasanton, Baldwin, Finsen and Dinshah provide us with ample empirical evidence of the value of colored light in medicine. The scientific explanation for this rests in quantum physics and color theory: the photoelectric effect first discovered by Hertz, and the theory of light elucidated by Einstein. By the photoelectric effect, when light strikes any material substance, electrons are discharged, creating a current. In other words, light interacts with matter as the energy of the light is transferred to electrons.
In 1905, Einstein offered an explanation for this phenomenon with his Corpuscular Theory of Light, for which he was awarded his only Nobel Prize. He proposed that light is composed of corpuscular units called photons. A photon is the smallest unit of light and has a dual nature, being both particle and wave at the same time. A photon travels at the speed of light and its energy is related to the frequency of radiation. The energy of the photon is transmitted to the electron. The shorter the waves of light the greater the energy of the photon, which results in stronger acceleration when that energy is transferred to the electron. The intensity of the light determines how many photons strike a given surface, and likewise, how many electrons are discharged. The higher the intensity, the greater the quantity of photons and the greater the number of electrons activated. The wave theory of light, held prior to this, was unable to account for the photoelectric effect.
Color Theory
Color is frequency. Specifically, color is frequency within the visible spectrum of light, which composes a very small band of the total electromagnetic spectrum, from violet at 400 nanometers (higher energy photon) through red at 780 nanometers (lower energy photon). Beyond violet in increasingly shorter wavelengths, are ultraviolet light, x-rays, and gamma radiation which contain tremendous amounts of energy. Infrared and radio waves are longer wavelengths outside the red end, with very little energy.
Each color of the spectrum is composed of a band of frequencies. Therapeutic application of light to the body is accomplished by applying a single monochromatic wavelength within that band. It has been said that when the body is healthy, it may be able to filter out from white light or sunlight, whatever color frequency it needs. But if a person's health is compromised the necessary color must be supplied. As stated by the photoelectric effect, the frequency of radiation determines the energy of the electrons emitted. This supports the rationale behind Dinshah's empiric system of color attributes; individual frequencies have specific effects.
Bridging Color Therapy and Acupuncture
There is much work going on these days in the use of full spectrum and colored light for mind/body healing. There is no doubt that light is necessary for health, and even life itself. The term "malillumination syndrome" has been coined to explain the vegetative effects on health from being undernourished by light. We now understand that individual sensitivity to diminished full spectrum light underlies seasonal affective disorder. Dr. Dan Oren, at the National Institutes of Mental Health, has brought colored light into this equation, finding that green light is more effective than red in the treatment of S.A.D.. Colored light therapy through the eyes, and applied to the body, is being utilized in the fields of psychology, optometry, chiropractic, medicine, and acupuncture.
Colored light has a particular ability to balance the autonomic nervous system, which is crucial in most chronic and functional disorders as it regulates all of the automatic processes of the human body: breathing, the beating of the heart, the functioning of the digestive tract, the stress response. Light as an environmental stimulant, is second only to food in its impact on controlling bodily functions. Interestingly, light through the eyes reaches not only to the visual centers of the brain, but also the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is the brain's brain. It organizes information from our external and internal environments, initiates the stress response, regulates immune function, reproduction, thirst, hunger, temperature, emotions, and sleep patterns. It houses the body's biological clock, controls most of the functions of the pituitary gland, and controls the autonomic nervous system. Light from the hypothalamus is then sent to the pineal gland, the body's light meter and only gland in the body not controlled by higher neurological centers. It transforms retinally perceived light waves into neuronal impulses and hormonal messages through melatonin production. Melatonin is both created and released by the pineal gland in response to light and darkness. The pineal gland and melatonin are our physiologic and hormonal connection to our environment and the universe. In Oriental medicine, we say that the human being is created when the Qi (energy) of Heaven and the Qi of Earth come together. I postulate that the Qi of Heaven continues to enter the formed human body through the pineal organ in the form of light.
So we are just starting to recognize, investigate, and understand the integral and profound role light plays in regulating and maintaining health in the body/mind. Its application to acupuncture is natural.
Russian researchers at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine, have shown that light applied to the human skin penetrates the body between 2 and 30 mm, depending on the color frequency (another explanation for the individual color attributes). They were able to track the light by magnifying it with a photomultiplier, and measuring it with a photometric unit. The researchers found that only certain areas of the body were able to transfer light beneath the surface, and that these areas corresponded to the acupuncture points. Not only that, the light was conducted within the body along the acupuncture meridians. Although light penetration may be superficial, deeper physiological processes may be stimulated. It seems that the meridians are a light transferal system in the body somewhat like optical fiber. Just as light through fiber optics is being used to store information in computers, and transfer it almost instantly around the globe, perhaps the meridian system as a conductor of light provides the coherent unified theory of a subtle energy information system within the body. This could be the missing link, uniting materialistic medicine with subtle energy healing modalities, and bridge the gap between physics and metaphysics. The transmission of photons, which you recall, travel at the speed of light within the meridian system, may be a more fundamental aspect of Qi than electromagnetic energy which deals with relatively inert ions or electrons.
Dr. Tiina Karu, Ph.D., with the Laser Technology Center in Russia, and affiliated with the University of California at Berkeley, has researched the effects of light on the cell since the 1980's. She has found that there are photo-receptors at the molecular - cellular level which, when triggered, activate a number of biological reactions: DNA / RNA synthesis, increase cAMP levels, protein and collagen synthesis, and cellular proliferation. The result is rapid regeneration, normalization and healing of damaged cellular tissue. In essence, light is a trigger for the rearrangement of cellular metabolism.
Surprising new research from Cornell University also supports this supposition that the body absorbs light through the skin, and that this light has physiological action. Chronobiologist Scott Campbell found that the biological clock could be reset by shining light on the back of the knee. Prior to this it was believed that the light had to be transmitted through the eyes. This has important implications for the treatment of seasonal affective disorder and sleep disorders linked to aberrations in circadian rhythm.
Coherent vs. Incoherent Light
Light therapy in combination with acupuncture is actually quite common, interfacing through the use of laser technology. Laser, an acronym for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation, is simply light which is coherent. Coherent light beams have minimum divergence and maximum parallelism over distance. This is as opposed to incoherent light which is regular visible light beams which scatter. Hot lasers are used in surgery to cut, cauterize, and destroy tissues. Lower power lasers, referred to as "soft" or "cold" lasers, are used in place of acupuncture ("needleless acupuncture") in clinics, research facilities and hospitals around the world to produce therapeutic effects through photobiostimulation. Soft lasers are classified by the FDA as Class III, nonsignificant risk medical devices for investigational purposes only.
There is a vast amount of research documenting the biological responses and efficacy of laser biostimulation, much of which is applicable to incoherent light. It has a homeostatic effect: promoting skin regeneration or reducing scar tissue, decreasing pain or promoting enhanced sensitivity in numb areas, reducing swelling and irritation or improving circulation and enhancing the immune system. However, soft laser treatment is not without risk. It can be overused in intensity and duration. It is harmful if it comes in contact with the eyes. There is also thought that if used for a prolonged period, it can damage acupuncture points, leading to reduced effectiveness, as taught at acupuncture seminars at the University of Washington.
In all the excitement over laser, sight has been lost of the prior work done with incoherent light. Dr. Karu (noted above) contends that coherent light is not necessary, that incoherent light is equally effective at producing clinical results. Furthermore, she found that coherent light is converted to incoherent light in the body. The exact effect depends on the wavelength, dose and intensity. In Israel, medical doctors utilize incoherent light transmitted by light emitting diodes (LED's) in the practice of neurology, dentistry, dermatology, physiotherapy, and in cosmetic applications to promote collagen and elastin formation.
As often happens in life, I became intrigued with the use of colored light in conjunction with acupuncture by circumstance. A friend introduced me to a penlight device for applying colored light to acupuncture points, but the device was clumsy and the light was not intense enough. Shortly after, I became acquainted with the work of the noted French physician, Dr. Paul Nogier, who is most well known for developing auricular acupuncture and the Vascular Autonomic Signal. He had first experimented with the autonomic nerve wreath in the iris to help establish the light connection to the body's sympathetic nervous system. Nogier and his colleague Dr. Rene Bourdiol, co-authored a book on the subject in 1975 (Treatise on Iridodiagnosis). Later, Bourdiol, in his book Auriculo-Somatology, described how Nogier used colored and pulsed light on the ear to affect the body's energy systems. This information, along with the knowledge of Dinshah's work peaked my interest in photostimulation of acupuncture points.
Photon Stimulator
The device we have been using for applying colored light to acupuncture points is called the Photon Stimulator. It can be used on its own, or in conjunction with standard acupuncture treatment. Its design seems to address many of the problems of prior colored light devices, making it both effective and user friendly. The PS is a plug-in unit comprised of a xenon plasma gas tube which provides full spectrum light. The light is pulsed and transmitted through high grade optic fiber to the handpiece with a precise tip where the light is focused. The combined aspects of being a plug-in unit vs. battery powered, the high wattage xenon bulb, and the optic fiber which transmits 99.4% of the light to the tip, insure high intensity stimulation of the skin. As previously stated, higher intensity means a greater number of electrons discharged. In practice, this translates to shorter treatment times.
Some of the other problems we encountered in other machines were the bulky nature of the applicator, and lack of color specificity. Both of these issues seem to be adequately addressed. The design of the lightweight handpiece facilitates precise location and treatment of either points or areas on the body, or in the ear where precision is a must. The PS utilizes color gel filters manufactured by Roscolene, the world's top photographic filter company. Roscolene gel filters minimize dye migration and pigment fading. They are the same precise frequencies researched for over 50 years by Dinshah. Each color gel filter comes in a 35 mm slide casing, making it convenient and quick to change colors by dropping them in and out of a slot.
Our experience, and those of both colleagues and patients utilizing the PS have shown that very short treatment times are effective. Only 15 - 30 seconds are necessary at each point. The light is pulsed, reinforcing the stimulation. The flicker rate is adjustable between 0 - 10 hertz. We usually set it around 5 hz. This seems to feel best and has some scientific basis. Nogier found that 5 hz is optimal in facilitating balance within the autonomic nervous system, creating a window of opportunity wherein organ systems can be accessed and affected. Light Therapy Dr. Norm Shealy, MD, a holistic physician, researcher, and founder of the American Holistic Medical Association, speculates that light works through the connective tissue, affecting cellular memory and output of neurotransmitters. He uses 7.8 hz which is theoretically the background human frequency, based on the Schumann resonance, the frequency of the earth.
Case Histories
The following are case histories from my experience, and the experience of colleagues utilizing the Photon Stimulator for photobiostimulation.
Chronic Wrist Pain and Immobility
A 28 year old woman was suffering from chronic pain and limited range of motion of her right wrist subsequent to a fracture and internal fixation (surgical intervention) about 6 months previous. Curiously, she asked me what was the meaning of a point in the right ear located in the area called the scaphoid fossa. It corresponded with the wrist point in the ear. She had recently had an irresistible urge to pierce her ear there, and had intuitively treated herself! Because it was a chronic problem, first we applied lemon to master points in the ear for pain control -- Point 0, Shenmen, and Thalamus. Then purple was applied to ear wrist point. Immediately, she had less pain and improved range of motion.
Asthma
An 11 year old boy with chronic asthma developed an asthma attack while playing with my son at our house. Since he was not in acute distress, I offered the color treatment and he agreed. He had an inhaler if we needed to resort to that. Since he was in the middle of an attack, we needed to sedate the lungs, and rev up the adrenals. Purple was applied to auricular Lung, and body points Lung 1, and CV 17 in center of the chest. Then scarlet was applied to auricular kidney and adrenal points, and body point Kidney 3. He calmed down considerably within 5 minutes, and was totally better within 10 minutes. He commented that when this happens and he uses his inhaler, he continues to cough throughout the day, but he was symptom free and felt great after the auricular light treatment.
Wound Care
A young boy suffered a skin abrasion on his leg from a lacrosse accident. The wound was infected and not healing quickly, but did not show signs of cellulitis. One treatment was given with green light over the affected area. It was quite remarkable as visible healing was apparent immediately. The redness went out of the skin right before our eyes. We then went on with his regular acupuncture treatment for migraine headaches, and the wound healed well without further incident.
Cellulitis
A 40 year old woman with cellulitis was not responding to antibiotics. Her doctor recommended hospitalization for IV antibiotic treatment. As a last resort, she asked for help from her acupuncturist. We treated the local area three times that day, and once the next day alternating green and blue light over the local area. The inflammation came down to a point where the infection was manageable with oral antibiotics, and hospitalization was avoided.
Anosmia
A 52 year old woman had totally lost her sense of taste and smell for one year subsequent to an injury of the olfactory nerve suffered in a motor vehicle accident. She consulted an acupuncturist, but had no improvement. She then consulted our office. We had had some success with similar conditions in the past using scalp, auricular, and local treatment. this time, in addition, we used red light on scalp and ear points. Within 7 treatments, she got results which took 18 - 20 treatments to get without the help of the light. She regained 70 - 80% of her prior sense of taste and smell.
Tic Douloureux
A 43 Year old MS patient had not been able to eat solid food or speak normally for 6 weeks secondary to severe facial neuralgia. Acupuncture was done on scalp and ear points, but local needling was not possible because of the extreme sensitivity. Purple light was applied to local facial points. After the third treatment, she was able to eat a whole meal.
Chronic Pain, a Patient Testimonial
"Possibly the most noteworthy treatment that I have had that has truly changed my entire quality of life has been the complete elimination of pain brought about by the Multiple Sclerosis. The entire right side of my body suffered from deep pains where my muscles and tendons just plain hurt. I felt like I had played an entire football game getting hit exclusively on the right side of my body. Talking to other people suffering from MS, they also share similar stories of their pains. Well, Dr. Chernoff talked to me about a treatment she felt confident would work. The treatment is Photon Stimulator Color Therapy which I like because it is completely non-intrusive to the body. Discussion
We have been using colored light therapy in our practices for two years. As with any healing system or modality, light therapy is neither a magic bullet nor a cure all. But it has clearly shown itself to be an invaluable asset. We use it in combination with standard acupuncture treatment, or rely on it for the sole treatment. It is wonderful to use with children, and with patients who are needle phobic or are hypersensitive. Some patients use it at home on themselves and their family, as it is safe and simple to apply.
The Dinshah system of color therapy dovetails nicely with traditional Oriental medicine theory, which relates colors to the internal organs and meridian system. Yellow builds the pancreas and improves digestion, red is hot and stimulating, magenta strengthens the kidneys and adrenals. the warm colors (red, orange, yellow, lemon, scarlet) strengthen and tonify, while the cool colors (turquoise, blue, indigo, violet, purple) sedate, calm, ease pain and inflammation. The Photon Stimulator includes a manual which has sample treatments and the basics of the Dinshah color system so one can start using it right away. Other sources are cited for those who want to delve more deeply.
What has been most notable from the beginning of this exploration, is the rapidity with which healing can take place with something as seemingly simple and noninvasive as light. It compels one to stop and reconsider what our true nature is -- that we are in a very literal sense light beings as ancient mystical teachings profess. There is new scientific evidence to support this. Fritz Popp, a German physicist and chemist, published research in the mid 1980's documenting that the cells of all living things radiate light. He further hypothesized that photons are carriers of information in living systems. Dr. G.J. Hyland, of the Department of Physics at the University of Warwick, UK, has recently (1998) published research also demonstrating that living systems spontaneously emit biophotons. Findings of this type seem natural and expected to those who accept the energetic nature of reality. At the same time, it validates the concept of Qi, which has been such a stumbling block to the acceptance of Chinese medicine in the West.
The efficacy of this particular light therapy device has also led us to reconsider the nature of light. Perhaps not all light is created equal. Dr. John Ott's work on the benefits of full spectrum light, and conversely, the deleterious effects of fluorescent lighting on both physical and mental health and well being is well documented and prolific. Psychologist Dr. Warren Hathaway investigated the effects of full spectrum lighting on the performance of 300 ten to twelve year-olds in the Canadian school system. Compared to those exposed to cool white fluorescent or sodium vapor lamps, the full spectrum group excelled physically and academically. They had fewer sick days, greater gains in height and weight, and made greater academic progress. His findings were reported at the 1992 meeting of the American Psychological Association.
This research indicates that light has positive or negative effects depending on which frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum are present. Peter Bros, in his book, Light, goes a step further. He postulates that light is actually made of what gives it off, by emission of electrons from the source. So the light emitted from a full spectrum fluorescent bulb would be different in nature from the full spectrum light emitted by one of the noble plasma gases, as it is in the case of the Photon Stimulator, and certainly different from that emitted by an incandescent bulb. Perhaps, by accident, this explains the overall overall effectiveness, and sometimes amazing results which have been observed. It is to be noted that the original Rife device employed radiation from generated from another noble gas, argon.
Therapeutic use of colored light is in its infancy. There are more questions than answers. The field is wide open for research which, I am sure will, secure the invaluable role of light in medicine of the 21st century.

Some people can see the human aura. Some of us never have and some have on occasion but do not usually. First off it is not a really big deal if you do or don't see the aura . It really does not seem to have any bearing on a persons actual spiritual state in any case. Many people never see auras, feel energy, hear mystical information or have visions and many of these people can be just as good or better as healing practitioners and have as deep or deeper spiritual realization than people who do get the bells and whistles . Don't let this minor matter discourage you and if you do get the effects don't get all impressed with yourself either.
Most people when they do see an aura do not see much more than a misty outline and often dismiss that as optical illusion or heat waves. This is subtle energy so it is much more often quite light and ephemeral as the energy field is also pulsing and shifting. constantly. The aura is not the optical reaction you see when you gaze at an object of one colour for a long time then look away. It is not the spots you get in front of your eyes when you look at a bright light. Nor is it the optical flashes and such you might get from eye strain or migraine headaches. There are a multitude of theories and methods for seeing the aura most of them work some are easier than others to use.
Crystals can be programmed to assist you with seeing auras and receiving information Though the first time I tried to program a crystal for this function I actually made it easier for other people to see my aura instead.
Most people try too hard. Relax and kind of unfocus your eyes and allow yourself to observe, if you don't see anything different than usual that's fine. When out doors you might look along the tree line quite often the life force or aura of the trees and other plants is often visible as a kind of mist or faint glowing outline. Most exercises to see auras call for an area with indirect light kind of like that of a cloudy overcast day or early twilight. You also need a neutral or white plain background so it won't interfere with your observations. When you become familiar with seeing auras this won't be essential but at first it helps greatly.
You have probably already done one of the fastest ways to get a glimpse of your own aura which is to face a neutral coloured wall in indirect light and to hold your index finger together at eye level move your fingers until you get the optical illusion of having a floating third finger in the centre. The little flare of colour you may see at your finger tips is your aura.
You may be able to see your aura especially around your feet when you are in the bathtub if the light is soft, its easier with a white tub. Practice seeing someone else's aura by having them sit near a solid light coloured wall and just look without focusing especially around the neck and shoulders and head bright coloured clothing will make this more difficult. Near sighted people have the advantage because if they remove glasses or contacts they might achieve the unfocused vision naturally.
These are all open eye methods and while many people use closed eye meditations it is best to get an idea of what you sense with your eyes open .With your eyes closed it may be more of a challenge to separate your own information and imagination from the received input.
Many people have commented that when seeing auras they only see the "heat waves" or misty whitish outlines and are disappointed with themselves because they are not seeing lots of colour etc. I used to feel that way too I would occasionally see colours and or get symbolic imagery but most of the time with most people all I could see was the mist and waves. Many people find it easier to feel the energy of the aura In the first place there are permission issues many people are shielded by choice. Generally most of us will be able to see these things only with permission or compelling reason.
My personal experience is that and this is not true for everyone. Most of the time with most of the people what is there to see is the waves and misty outlines. with practice and by raising your frequency you might/will be able to see more from casual observation. Unless you have a particular need and or the specific permission of the subject and 'Your choice of Spiritual identifier here' or the person you are observing is feeling some relatively strong emotion or focusing intensely or in effective meditation etc.
Most auras tend to be fairly quiet you will see colours among the passionate, the impassioned, the angry, the seriously ill, the dedicated intellectual, the saint or sage, the happy pregnant woman, young children at play, etc. When people are in seriously impaired health with the potential to die they may see much more of the auric field of others. In that case often when their health improves or they decide to stay on Earth this heightened sensitivity may disappear. You also need yourself to be in a calm and detached but positive accepting mild anticipatory state not wrapped up in emotions or preconceptions that will effect, impede, or superimpose you own energies on the observed. People who see all layers of the aura with ease right off have probably spent lifetimes learning to do so and more importantly have learned to perceive without the blocks and restraints most of us have imposed on ourselves that restrict our awareness of our deeper vision and perceptions. We can release those blocks should we have the will and cause to do so.
Auras are not like neon lights very often these are mostly subtle effects and the emotional and mental layers may change constantly so we are talking about fleeting shifting subtle patterns of light and colour which are most often intermingled with other auric and energetic patterns and which are rarely isolated against a neutral background in soft light which is the best condition for observation. the Aura is not to be confused with the optical effect of staring into light bulbs etc. Soft light or twilight conditions are often best for aura observation. The restraint and repression that has been prevalent in today's society also has caused a holding in and dampening of the auras light.
The degree of visibility and activity of the observable aura does vary to a degree according to the cultural and social traditions of the observed person. Many Chi gong Masters and Buddhist Adepts for example may keep their aura pulled in tight to the physical body a lot of the time. Failing to see their aura does not mean that they or you are not skilled or spiritual.
You also need to become familiar with your own energy body. The more you know about your own energy the easier it will become to understand others energy. You need to be neutral there is a not striving but allowing state of being that assists and enhances many of the psy sensitivities. There are also pitfalls in rigidly adhering to some formula of interpretation of the human aura. Your intuition untainted by your own prejudices is vital here . Some of the older interpretive guides are for example inclined to ignore or discount positive qualities of red. Some past interpreters have given a more positive assessment of the quality of unquestioned obedience to authority then we are inclined to accept today.
What you may be interpreting. What you may perceive as you observe the aura and the information and colours in the aura. First of all the layers are not really layers like an onion has but areas of different frequency or wave pattern that interpenetrate each other. There are many more than the seven to twelve most people describe though for practical purposes that is enough to provide a general understanding of aura functions.
Generally what most people see when they observe an aura is some of the information from the first or etheric body visible next to the skin. This is mostly a bluish or greyish or whitish field. Weak spots and trauma may show as thinning or swelling in the aura or breaks leaks spurts of energy around the etheric outline of the body. They may also see information from the second or emotional body which is often seen as clouds or patterns of multi coloured light. traumas and injuries in this layer may show up as muddy or loud colours grey fogs black spots and sometimes shapes and symbols are seen in this energy field. Information and damage can be compressed and layered. Even when you do see or sense the aura you will not get all the information.
Barbara Brennon in her book 'Hands Of Light' describes the different energy bodies as alternating between structured form like the blue grid some see on the etheric (with physical related information) and the coloured clouds of the emotional body. The following part was taken down by me as though it were dictated to me (and could probably be considered as channelled.)
Your feelings thoughts and actions, your mission, pathway and dreams are all imprinted upon your aura from moment to moment and through the eternity. While a reader may see your own pattern, the perceiver and reader may also have their own code. The way they receive and interpret what they see may not be what is there, but may be a code of information for them filtered through their auric perception.
All your feelings, thought, acts and the actions taken upon you do impact upon your aura. Not everything is preordained, the passions and fears and restrictions and freedoms your past and possible futures are all held with in these currents. Generally many born at the same time may have the same basic tone on a soul level which is where expressions such as indigo children arise, but we are each separate beings so one of indigo soul tone for time may be pink or yellow or blue in personal colour brought into the incarnation yet have different colour visibly predominating from the experiences and action reaction of the life and life plan that they are moving through as well as showing the paths and flares of the colours of the momentary influences, both internal and external in the physical environment and from the spiritual creative plane being flow form and isness. Which is what is simply called God by many. and from all the emanations thereof.
How may I simplify? What you are, what you feel, what is, so one coming in to look upon your being may see "you are blue or yellow and green" and be seeing:
A. How you are feeling reacting at that moment.
B. How you have formed patterns of feeling and reacting from the moments before.
C. What the plan or pattern intention was that you have brought into the life with you.
D. Or how it harmonized or will unfold not unfold as 'planned'.
E. Your past and or future life possibilities.
F. What abilities you have brought into this life.
G. Your personal colours of personality, of nature, of innate wisdom.
H. Your soul tones or essence these may be both permanent and transient as to life and eternity.
I. Your community or collective colours which indicate the commune of spirit and time and which all of similar mission and 'cosmic heart' might share.
J. How God manifests through you.
These are but a few of the kind of thing that may be seen by the observer of your aura, and to mention that also manifestly visible may be elements of the influences and connections with the many other entities with whom you interact and flow with. The observer may see information and experience solely intended for that perceiver with you being only a messenger of it for them.
Each plane and each separate but intertwined energy body has its own colours. Perception will also vary from where the observer 'stands' and whether they see more than one area of influence and information at once someone who sees the rose of your God Lovingness and bliss of the fifth energy body only through the yellow filter of your or their adherences to the intellectual rational approach may perceive that as orange and say 'oh what a passionate physical tribal type that is' and have only seen the drop of water in the ocean of your being which is perfect in its being and becoming and Isness and beloved, as are we all.
Embrace with joy your unfolding and the beauty of your aura which is manifest. You are, that is enough. Do not be consumed or concerned with what others may say of their perceptions of you and your entire entity through your Aura form but seek your own knowing and it will come to you. Remember that these are subtle colours impressions not a light show. The energy field surrounding the physical body can be seen by some as radiating and filled with light. I checked every book pamphlet and article and old lecture note I could find for what colours mean in the aura and just am going to put in almost everything any one said, obviously there are apparent conflicts. This information is also useful in choosing colour and crystals to use in healing and other work.

Healers often have green, blue, or violet in the aura, happily pregnant women run to pastels, lovers often have a glow of rose throughout the aura, intellectual activities can show up as yellow tones clear pure colours are indicative of stronger harmony than muddy colours. Spiritual light and colour is used for healing the aura and the physical body for deepening meditation and to promote specific effects in the energy field. As a tool for healing, colour can be gazed at, beamed as healing light, meditated on, bathed in, worn, used in art and in ritual such as candle magic and mandala work and painting.
There are many systems of colour healing and mandala work that can be used for healing, spiritual development, manifestation of material and non material goals these can involve the relationships of the shapes and colours used as well as the intention for which the Mandala is created. not all Mandalas are circular in form, but can be any shape of image which is focused on in meditation or prayer and manifestation.
There are many systems of colour healing using the colour associated with the chakra that rules a particular area of concern to strengthen the influence or the complimentary colour to reduce an overcharge of energy is probably the most common method. Colour is often an important guide when choosing crystals for various purposes some systems are based mainly on the colour of the crystals.
In more ways than one, Kundalini is an electrifying experience. A woman going through an extreme Kundalini process told me that her boyfriend got a shock every time he touched her, and her generally mellow-tempered cat's hair stood on end and it bolted away from her whenever she entered the room. She said her hands emitted such static electricity that papers and other small objects on tables would skitter away from her when she reached for them!
Shakti (the risen Kundalini) frequently interferes with household electricity. I know of several people who called in electricians to check all their home wiring (without finding defects) when this interference caused concern. Lights go dim or may flicker, or blink off and on in the vicinity of the awakening individual. I went through a period where I couldn't touch a light switch without the light bulb instantly burning out. Radio or TV channels may produce static in the presence of such a person. Electrical and mechanical equipment may break down far more frequently. One woman told me she had "burned out" four answering machines in a period of five weeks. There were times when my energy was so strong that if I simply walked into the room where Carl was using the computer or printer, these machines would instantly malfunction. As soon as I left the room, they would operate perfectly again! At the peak of her awakening, a woman told us her Kundalini voltage was strong enough to register on a compass; another was able to light an incandescent bulb simply by holding it in her hands.
Seemingly paranormal electromagnetic incidents are commonly reported. In my case, a television repeatedly turned itself on full blast in the middle of the night. Electrical appliances and battery-operated toys may turn on and off or malfunction like a movie scene announcing the landing of a UFO. Curiously, this kind of phenomena is frequently encountered by fibromyalgia victims, leading some to the speculation that FMS may be a severely physically impairing form of Kundalini awakening.
Objects may crack, move or fall in the presence of shakti. I went through a phase where whatever room I was in would make creaking, popping and other random noises for no apparent reason. One afternoon, I felt a sudden wild and emphatic throbbing in my spine. "Now what?" I thought, hoping this wasn't signaling some new physical disaster. After about 30 seconds, all this commotion in my spine stopped. I happened to turn on the TV and catch a news broadcast some while later, and it turned out that at the exact time I was feeling the throbbing in my spine, a moderate sized earthquake had struck in the region just east of us.
Vicki Noble had a similar synchronistic bodily manifestation as mine; a large boil developed on her back that she experienced as "a volcano needing to erupt." The day after she made this comment to her partner, "Mount Helens did erupt, and so did my boil!" (Shakti Woman).
These types of synchronistic inner and outer experiences are common with awakened Kundalini. I awoke the morning of April 19, 1995 feeling as if my body was full of shrapnel: I hurt all over. Later, I heard from many others who had similar stories; they had felt terrible on this day. Some felt "irrationally" angry or sad; others felt as if they were suffocating, buried alive or psychically exploding. Our sudden painful symptoms and reactions did not make sense to us until we heard news of the tragic Oklahoma bombing which occurred on this day.
As in the wake of NDE's and other encounters with the extraordinary, after Kundalini awakens, hypersensitivity is commonly experienced. Acute sensory awareness is technically known as "hyperesthesia" and is considered by the Aborigines to be the first stage in the entry into the mystical, primordial state they call "Dreamtime."
In his autobiography Of Water and the Spirit, the African shaman Malidoma Some says that newly spiritually initiated tribe members are "as vulnerable as a sick person who has passed the most critical stage of his or her illness and is now convalescing." The American healer/shaman Vicki Noble explains it this way: "Whereas it seems that the skin is the boundary of the person in 'normal' reality, when that same person opens psychically, the boundary expands. The person feels herself extending out beyond the body, taking up more space, feeling things in an extrasensory way. What we took for granted as a kind of density in the physical realm is suddenly called into question on every level." (from Shakti Woman)
There was a period in my awakening when for over a span of five or six months, my consciousness soared increasingly higher, evaporating my ordinary boundaries. Every few days I would find my awareness expanding in unexpected and often uncomfortable ways. At times, even my body seemed to dissolve in a staggering radiance of omnipresent energy. I developed hypersensitivity to both physical and mental vibrations. Everything became greatly amplified: colors were extremely vivid, odors pungent, tastes exquisite and sounds penetrating. As my hearing became more acute, if someone so much as dropped a pencil in the other room, I jumped as if a door had slammed. Sounds ceased to have an external quality; instead, every noise seemed to explode somewhere deep inside my brain.
I became painfully sensitive to the coarse and strident mental/subtle-field energy that is generally regarded as normal human output. I found I couldn't tolerate any programs on TV but nature documentaries. Eventually even these became too jarring. As my condition intensified, even if I wasn't watching television myself (and was in another part of the house), if someone else turned it on, I would feel as if psychic shrapnel was exploding out of the TV set. This would jolt me into painful bodily seizures. (Several other people with awakened Kundalini told me they experienced this same progression of intolerance for television "vibes.")
I've always loved to read, but here too, I found myself reacting adversely to anything written from ordinary third chakra consciousness (which covers the majority of printed material). I would feel physical pain (particularly in my solar plexus) when I tried to read these things. At the same time, I craved sacred writings: the Bible, the Upanishads, the yoga sutras, Buddhist texts, Native American and other ancient spiritual teachings, mystical poetry, etc. These scriptures were sustenance for me. At the pinnacle of my altered state, focusing to read anything was impossible.
I became sensitized to electric fields and discovered I couldn't be in the vicinity of operating electrical appliances (even a gently humming computer) without feeling electric shocks and disturbances in my aura. When meditating or asleep, this sensitivity was more exaggerated. My psychic and physical energy were so fragile and tenuously balanced at this time that the slightest stimulus would throw me into turmoil. For several months, if my husband so much as brushed his hand against me in our sleep, I would go into painful convulsions. Once, when my husband took a shower, I felt as if the earth's gravitational pull had suddenly increased tenfold. All the energy in my body was draining down to my feet. I couldn't tell if my energy was following the sound of the water flowing in the shower, or if it was being drawn by a magnetic pull from the water itself. Either way, it was a very strange experience.
My psychic antennae grew so acute, I overreacted to the slightest tension in the atmosphere. If anyone in my vicinity was even mildly annoyed or worried about something, I would be overcome by nausea. Other people's thoughts and feelings toward me had a strong psychic impact, even though I was living in almost total seclusion. Before the phone rang, I would know who was calling and the emotional state of the person making the call.
During this tremendously heightened period, I discovered I could detect physical problems in other people by simply scanning their auras with my hands. When I would pass over an area of the body that was injured, I would feel sharp, stabbing sensations in my hand. The author and New Age teacher, W. Brugh Joy, developed this same ability after his spiritual awakening. Since he was already a M.D., he was able to establish and confirm medical diagnoses in this way.
I had a remarkable encounter with another psychic during this time. My only contact with this man was via the telephone. As we were talking, I could definitely feel myself being psychically explored. I literally felt something that had a very active and gently probing quality -- the sensation was very much like a little creature scurrying around within my aura (or subtle body). This man told me that my energy was so strong it was causing his body to shake so much he could hardly hold onto the phone receiver. To steady himself, he decided to put up a mental "wall." I didn't directly sense his wall, but I immediately appreciated the result: I was nearly knocked off my chair by tidal waves of my own deflected energy! This was startling but even more astonishing was that the energy boomeranging back to me had a euphoric effect. This was the most literal demonstration I had ever had of my own "good vibes." I was thrilled to be able to feel the unmistakable reality of psychic forces in this way. The man with whom I shared this experience was equally gratified to find someone of sufficient sensitivity to meet him at this level of consciousness.
Going out in public -- especially where there are crowds -- can be an ordeal for someone who is hypersensitive. Temporary agoraphobia (a misnomer which literally translates as "fear of open spaces" but, in this case, is actually avoidance of psychic bombardment emitting from the general populace) is common among those whose Kundalini is very active, The disturbance is the result of the individual's undefended and vastly heightened receptivity to chaotic internal and external energies invisibly broadcast by others. To someone who has never experienced the raw vulnerability of psychic openness, this may seem like a paranoid excuse for withdrawn or asocial behavior. The fact is that many people who have these psychic-sponge experiences were socially gregarious and extroverted personalities prior to their Kundalini awakening. Stage fright (or fear of public speaking) is the most common phobia reported by otherwise "normal" people, and in my own case, all throughout my twenties and thirties, I thought nothing of doing weekly stage readings of my poetry before large audiences. Yet during my most sensitive times, simply riding as passenger in a car through the most ordinary street traffic felt like running a gauntlet.
It's possible that what is considered normal sensory reception is actually a state of self-protective numbness. Everything in the modern world serves to disconnect us from our instincts and blunts our awareness: our social conditioning, emotional repression, our obsessive left-brain thinking, incessant noise pollution, the visual cacophony of glaring advertisements everywhere in sight, the myriad EM waves and electrical fields intersecting our living space, and perhaps even the artificiality of our diets, our architecture and clothing.
In his book Voices of the First Day, Robert Lawlor has pointed out that "The technological and industrial superiority of the northern hemisphere has been accomplished through a diminution of the bodily functions (such as decreased sensitivity to sensory stimuli and lowered sexual appetite) and a proportional increase in the conscious activities of the mind and brain." The use of metal and insulating glass structures in our buildings and rubber-soled shoes have all diminished our innate human sensitivity to the earth's geometric fields. Says Lawlor, "Western civilization is now enveloped in artificially induced magnetic fields that disrupt the organic functions of the body and mute human sensitivity to the magnetic ambience of the natural world."
Our basic physiology has been altered. "Almost all the functions of autonomic nervous system slow down when one is enclosed in a building or vehicle," says Lawlor, "because these functions are tuned to the subtle changes of natural light and geomagnetism." He speaks of studies revealing "the enormous physiological changes that occur in going from indoors to outdoors, or vice versa: breathing and heartbeat change; digestion, perspiration, and excretory functions alter; hormonal activity associated with the light-sensitive pituitary and pineal glands are also affected."
Even the structure of our language dulls our perceptions. "Our drive to impose generalities, categories, and fantastic projections on the world around us expresses the need to withdraw from the actual moment and to define the living uniqueness of nature with fictitious constructs or the familiar categories of our language and science," Lawlor observes. "We have closed ourselves off from the multilayered, spiritual dimensions of existence."
Add to these the manic pitch of our collective emotional state in a world based on competition and conflict and the toll of environmental toxins. When for the sake of self-preservation we learned to shield ourselves from the excesses of our screaming culture, we shut ourselves off from the raw vibrancy of existence. Life in its pure form is an intense sensory and psychically engaging experience. "Without awareness," says Ginny Whitelaw, "we essentially live the same day over and over." (BodyLearning: How the Mind Learns from the Body)
Spiritual awakening restores our original level of sensitivity, but this hurts when we are living in an embattled world. The problem then lies not in our level of sensitivity, but in the violent disharmony human beings have created and accepted as the normal state of affairs. Short of retreating to a pristine wilderness environment, we have little recourse in the midst of the disruptive factors of modern life. Our restored natural sensitivity becomes a mixed blessing.
You are a rainbow! You have colored energy wheels, called "chakras", both inside and outside of you, plus you are surrounded by layers of color, comprising your multi-body system. These are your etheric, astral, mental, emotional, causal and soul bodies. All of these subtle bodies are connected to you, and all of them have a corresponding color, which can be seen and read.
Color is a combination of sound and light, which can actually be measured by specialized equipment. Each color has a specific vibration. Each color vibration has a purpose, even a special sound, and tells a "story". Those who read auras have the ability to see whether a person is feeling happy or sad, or if their body is healthy or unhealthy. Disease, before it shows up within the physical body, shows up first in the etheric bodies. Kirlian cameras, which are able to photograph the astral/etheric bodies, can read auras to a certain extent. The higher vibrations associated with the emotional, mental and higher bodies are difficult to capture on film, (at least for now).
All things in the universe are made up of energy. This energy is known as atoms, molecules, electrons, protons and neutrons, to name just a few that we are familiar with. And these atoms are continually spinning and moving within their given form. NOTHING is static. Everything is alive. And everything has an aura or a "halo" around it. At the core of all light is love. And for the purpose of this article, the energy we now speak of, this light, this love, is you.
"Your" atoms, which make up the "you" that you are, have a consciousness. Your thoughts and feelings determine how healthy or unhealthy these "little bits" of you are, because they are here to serve you. You are their master, their creator. What you feed them, how you feel about yourself, what you read about, what you learn about and "buy into" - all of these things affect you and your atomic structure. Your atoms and molecules will do anything you ask them to do, consciously or unconsciously. If, for instance, you believe that everybody is getting the flu, then guess what? You will probably "catch it" too. Conversely, if you do not believe that you will get sick, and you believe this each and every day of your life, then you won't. You probably know people who never get sick, no matter what's going around. If you ask them why, they will probably say that they don't believe in getting sick.
Miracles occur when you step outside of mass consciousness thinking into universal consciousness thinking and understand that you can do anything, as long as you believe that you can.
So, you may ask, what has this got to do with color? It is because color plays an important role in both the reading of, and the balancing of, your overall health. Just as you drink water and eat food to replenish yourself, color can also be used to rebalance, refresh and recharge yourself. You can meditate on color and, through creative visualization, absorb colors within and around you. It's soul food! The following is some information on color, together with a "chakra charger" meditation, but for more in-depth knowledge about color, there are books and articles about this fascinating subject at the library, at bookstores, and on the internet.
Your Chakras
Your chakras are invisible energy wheels that spin inside of you, and also above you. They can become off balance due to illness, emotional or mental trauma, through feelings such as fear, anger, sadness, etc. There are 7 chakras that have always been recognized in the past, but there are two extra ones, which will also be discussed here. Please note, also, that there are many more chakras on their way, "waiting in the wings" to be activated. They will be, as humans, through love, continue to raise the level of their vibrations.
