1. On February 3, 2009, a surrogate UFO-E.T.-coverup whistleblower named "Bob" phoned in to the late-night syndicated radio program Coast-to-Coast AM (hosted by George Noory). "Bob related the circumstances of his acquisition of certain 16-mm film footage showing President Eisenhower and the late aviation pioneer Howard Hughes inspecting the apparent remains of a crash-landed flying saucer and its alien crew. (See my below-quoted transcript of "Bob's" account.) This latest evidence implicating Eisenhower in the federal government's sequestering of hard evidence of UFO-E.T. reality dovetails with earlier leakage to certain UFOlogists of a copy of the so-called Eisenhower Briefing Document from the allegedly CIA-created/managed "Majestic-12" operation that began during the late 1940s.

2. In order to unearth the whole story of Eisenhower's UFO-E.T. connection, I submit this letter as a freedom-of-information request that you send me a copy of all CIA-generated and CIA-received records pertaining to the film footage revealed by "Bob's" account. One or more copies of that footage (and/or references thereto) may be housed in the same compartment as that which contains the radar data and other technical material that certain CIA personnel confiscated from former FAA official John J. Callahan during his investigation of the UFO encounter experienced by a Japanese 747 cargo jet over Alaska on Nov. 17, 1986. (Refer to my FOIA-CIA case No. F-2008-01781, which soon will be litigated in U. S. District Court for the District of Columbia.) I therefore ask that your ensuing records search include that special compartment.

Did President Eisenhower Meet with Aliens in 1954?

One of the first conclusions an impartial observer must make about the subject of UFOs is that rumors and circumstance play far too great a role in what ought to be a more exacting quest for knowledge. It is just such an observation which once led Dr. Carl Sagan to comment dryly that UFOs "are more a matter for religion and superstition than they are for science."
While this dismissal is perhaps unscientific in its own right, the point is well taken. Attend any gathering of "UFO people" you want, and simply listen. Rumors abound. Perhaps worse, however, is that some of these rumors manage to circulate for years (even decades) without anyone making a reasonable effort to get to the bottom of them.

One of the most persistent of these is a story that President Eisenhower visited Edwards Air Force Base in early 1954, and either viewed the bodies of dead aliens and the wreckage of their craft, or met with live aliens on some sort of diplomatic mission to earth.

The story takes many forms, with the common thread being that Ike mysteriously disappeared one evening while on a vacation to Palm Springs, and that he was spirited to Edwards to view (or meet) aliens. It is said that he returned by dawn and shortly thereafter ordered absolute secrecy about anything having to do with UFOs.

No doubt one of the reasons that this particular rumor has continued to circulate for such a long time is that there are a number of verifiable facts associated with it--some of them rather curious.

For example, President Eisenhower did indeed make a trip to Palm Springs between February 17th and 24th, 1954, and on the evening of Saturday, February 20th, he did disappear! When members of the press learned that the president was not where he should be, rumors ran rampant that he had either died or was seriously ill.

The story even managed to get onto a press wire before being killed moments later. To quell the fuss, White House Press Secretary James Haggerty called an urgent late evening press conference to announce "solemnly" that the president had been enjoying fried chicken earlier that evening, had knocked a cap off a tooth, and had been taken to a local dentist for treatment.

When Ike turned up as scheduled the next morning for an early church service, the matter seemed ended. Although the Palm Springs trip was billed as a "vacation for the president", the trip appears to have come up rather suddenly.

In addition, it is a matter of record that Ike had returned from a quail shooting vacation in Georgia less than a week before leaving for Palm Springs.

While the incidence of a local dentist being called upon to treat a president of the United States is unusual enough that it should constitute a rather memorable event for those involved, the dentist's widow, in a June, 1979 interview, was curiously unable to recall any specifics relating to her husband's alleged involvement in the affair--not even the time of day it had occurred. Yet her memory appeared flawless when asked to relate details of her and her husband's attendance (by presidential invitation) at a steak fry the following evening, where her husband was introduced as "the dentist who had treated the president".

This would appear to suggest a cover story, the details of which would have easily been repeated at the time, but quite naturally forgotten 25 years later. Research at the Eisenhower Library has uncovered two other facts inconsistent with the dentist story.

The first is that while the library maintains an extensive index of records relating to the president's health, there is no record of any dental work having been performed at all during February, 1954. A file on "Dentists" contains nothing concerning any such incident either. Secondly, there is a large file containing copies of all sorts of acknowledgments which were sent by the White House to people who had something to do with the Palm Springs trip.

There are letters, for example, to people who sent flowers, people who met the airplane, people who had offered to play golf, etc. There is even a thank you letter to the minister who presided over the Sunday service Ike attended. Yet there is no record of any acknowledgment having been sent to "the dentist who treated the president."

If the matter were as routine as Haggerty attempts to make it appear, then the absence of these records seems strangely inconsistent. The rumor of the president's alleged visit to Edwards is not a new one. UFO contactee fringe writers began making unsupported claims about it less than two months after Ike's trip.

So did a bizarre fellow from the Hollywood hills named Gerald Light, who, in an April 16, 1954 letter to the head of a Southern California metaphysical organization, actually claimed to have been at Edwards where he saw Ike, the saucers and the aliens. Light's letter has been controversial for years and copies of it have turned up in all sorts of places, including the National Enquirer.

Investigation into Mr. Light's background, however, turned up the fact that he was an elderly mystic who believed that psychic "out-of-body-experiences" were a logical extension of the reality of life and should be treated as such. In the final analysis, Light's alleged visit to Edwards was just such an experience.

And so the story ends. Clearly something unusual occurred involving the president on the evening of February 20, 1954. Whether it was a trip to the dentist, a trip to see flying saucers, or something altogether different and unrelated, no one can say. It's the stuff rumors are made of.

efore the reader mentally assigns the author to a padded cell, let me assure the reader that David provides corroborative evidence, including the transcript of his taped interview with Princess Diana's closest confidante, in which she relates Diana's awareness of the House of Windsor's reptilian ancestry (Diana referred to them as "the lizards").

he author provides an in-depth account of Diana's ritual murder and investigative cover-up, including the fact that the chauffeur appeared to have been a Monarch mind-control victim, who was programmed to drive away from the intended destination and crash into the thirteenth column in the Pont de L'Alma tunnel. The tunnel is an ancient Illuminati sacrificial site. Since the book went to press, I've been informed by a high-ranking Illuminatus that Diana's "first aid" in the tunnel included being bludgeoned to death with an oxygen cylinder.

he Mother Goddess's story may seem improbable, but this reviewer, after watching many hours of the Mother Goddess's videotaped comments made under the influence of sodium amytol, and obtaining corroborative information from other mind-control survivors, finds her story very credible. If it were not, neither of us would be subjected to our current harassment involving wire taps, directed-energy microwave beams, nor surveillance by Naval Intelligence and NSA operatives. The Reader's attention is also drawn to the autobiographical book "Trance-Formation of America', by mind-control victim Cathy O'Brien, in which she claims that she saw George Bush shapeshift into reptilian form and alleges that former education secretary Bennett told her that the Illuminati relocated here from another region of the universe.

In an attempt to regain their control over her, the Illuminati subjected her to intense harassment, including electroshock torture at a private house in Sherman Oaks (other Monarch survivors have also been abused there).

hortly after the child-custody hearing, one of the psychologists, Dr. Daniel Schiele was confined for two weeks in a mental institution and was found hanged on the day of his release. The Mother Goddess claims that in order to terrorize her into rejoining the Illuminati, she was shown a videotape of the hanging, which was perpetrated by four men, three of whom had attended her custody hearing.

he book also discloses little known, yet very important, facts about American history, e.g. that the United States of America is not the name of a country, but a corporation formerly known as the Virginia company, owned by Britain (similarly, the IRS is a private corporation, distinct from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, incorporated in Delaware in 1933 by three nazis, in order to fund the nazi military with U.S. tax money).

he Illuminati dragons contemptuously regard humans as cattle; their planned agenda has been outlined in several documents, including National Security Counsel Policy Directive 200, which calls for a fifty percent population reduction by means of plague, famine and controlled nuclear warfare (presumably using the Y2K millenium bug debacle as a precursor). The survivors are to be subjected to mind-controlled slavery.

he adage "what you don't know can hurt you" is very true when it comes to Illuminati intent. Thanks to David Icke, the Illuminati's biggest secret has been publicly revealed for the first time, despite the best efforts of the Illuminati-controlled media to suppress it. As the author states in the book, the Illuminati foments wars and mayhem in order to create terror, the vibrations of which become encoded onto the earth's ley lines, thus inhibiting the spiritual growth of humanity.

he Illuminati are supremely confident that their intended imposition of a State of National Emergency in major nations (after blaming terrorists for the detonation of Israeli-developed briefcase-sized nuclear bombs, according to former CIA director Bill Colby) and it's accompanying gun seizures, will enable them to permanently enslave the entire human race. Even the best laid plans can go awry, however, as Napoleon discovered when eighty percent of his troops perished during his Russian campaign - all because the French uniforms had tin buttons. The buttons became brittle and disintegrated in the sub-zero Russian winter. Fending off slashing sabers with one hand, while holding up one's pants with the other, is not effective military strategy.

ar from being omnipotent (the Illuminati privately refer to themselves as Olympians) they have made an incredibly stupid military blunder; most homes in the Western world possess a potentially lethal weapon. It is not a gun, but a microwave oven. For several years, pamphlets have been distributed at survival meets illustrating that by removing the magnetron, capacitor and cooling fan from a microwave oven and mounting them on a metal chassis, the result is a deadly beam weapon, capable of igniting wood at a distance of five hundred feet, and more than adequate to cook the brains of United Nations goons during house-to-house gun seizures. Many such home-made weapons have doubtlessly been equipped with inverters, enabling them to be operated from automobiles. Moreover, the technology exists in the private sector to construct inexpensive weaponry capable of eliminating aircraft and satellites (Mossbauer and R.F. modified lasers and Gavreau infra-sonic cannons).

lthough not wishing to foment violence, let this book review serve notice to the treasonous fifth column (military, law enforcement, judicial, political and IRS personnel) who conspire to effect the enslavement of humankind by the Illuminati dragons: in your lust for self-aggrandizement, you have backed the losing side. Unless you refrain from your present murderous course of action, you will be publicly exposed, brought to justice and tried for high treason.

he Mother Goddess and David Icke have placed their lives in jeopardy, not to mention ridicule by the Illuminati-controlled media, in order to bring you , dear reader, the most important expose you will probably ever encounter. it is not possible to compromise with the Illuminati dragons, as was exemplified by the House of Windsor's callous attitude toward the death of Princess Diana. The only hope for humankind is by forcing the dragons to flee this planet. This is achievable if sufficient members of the public (especially college students) read the book, watch the video and inform others of its contents, thus enabling political winds of change to blow over every continent. This will truly demonstrate that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword.

3. 1988, DNA Sample From Khoury Abduction Raises Big Questions

 

Mystery Blonde Leaves Hair Behind -- But Who Was She?

An abduction case from Australia has resulted in what may be the world's first DNA test of abduction-related biological material.

The intriguing results raise many questions about the physical nature of abduction and also illustrate the need for more intensive scientific research on this worldwide mystery.

The full case report by leading Australian researcher Bill Chalker was published in the Spring 1999 edition of International UFO Reporter, the quarterly journal of the Chicago-based J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS). The following summary is published with Chalker's permission and assistance.

Peter Khoury, the subject of this case, was born in Lebanon in 1964 and moved to Australia in 1973. There he met his future wife Vivian at school in 1981. Peter and Vivian were married in 1990 and now have two children. They live in Sydney. Peter works in the building trades and has owned his own business in cement rendering.

Peter and Vivian had their first UFO experience in February 1988, a simple sighting of unusual moving lights. But in July of that year, Peter had a deeply disturbing, consciously remembered contact experience that, he says, changed his life. While lying on his bed, he felt something grab his ankles. He suddenly felt numb and paralyzed, but remained conscious.

Then he noticed three or four small hooded figures alongside the bed. He experienced telepathic communication with one or more of these beings; he was told to relax and not be afraid because "it would be like last time." He then saw that they were about to insert a long needle into the side of his head, whereupon he blacked out.

He jolted awake some time later, leaped out of bed and ran into the living room where he found his father and brother apparently dozing. Both he and his brother felt that only 10 minutes had passed since they had last been awake, but they soon realized that an hour or more had passed. The next morning, Peter and Vivian noticed that there was an obvious puncture mark on the side of his head, with a trace of dried blood.

At this time, Peter had never heard of alien abduction. His memories were vivid and alarming, but he could find neither answers nor comfort from friends and acquaintances. Then, some months later, he and Vivian drove by a roadside billboard with an image of Whitley Strieber's book "Communion," and they immediately got the book. Peter found numerous details in Strieber's account that matched his own strange experience.

Peter's subsequent attempts to connect with local UFO groups and experiencers proved frustrating. Eventually, in April 1993, he resolved to found a new group in Sydney, the UFO Experience Support Association (UFOESA), dedicated to helping people understand and cope with their unusual encounters. He remains the coordinator of that group today.

In July 1992, Peter had the experience that became the focus of this case study. Because the experience had disturbing sexual aspects, Peter was very reticent to talk about it. He first mentioned it to Bill Chalker, one of Australia's leading researchers, in 1996. He showed Chalker that he had recovered an unusual strand of hair from the encounter.

At the time, Chalker felt he could not do anything with the physical evidence, but over the next several years, he assembled a group of scientists and forensic investigators willing to work on UFO-related cases.

With his "invisible college" associates, Chalker discussed the possibility of doing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification and sequencing of mitochondrial DNA that might be recovered from Peter Khoury's hair sample. In early 1998, these researchers -- now calling themselves the Anomaly Physical Evidence Group -- agreed to do the DNA testing on the hair sample.

Chalker points out that "alien" beings are most often described by experiencers as having no visible hair. But one type -- sometimes called "Nordic" -- is described fairly often as having distinctly human-like features including hair, often (though not always) blond in color.

A number of well-known abduction cases have involved human-looking beings with hair, including the 1975 abduction reported by Travis Walton in Arizona, and the 1957 Brazilian abduction reported by Antonio Villas Boas. Peter Khoury's case has some similarity to that of Villas Boas, who said he was forced to have sex with an aggressive humanoid female aboard a landed UFO.

 

Khoury told Chalker that his encounter of July 23, 1992 began at 7:30 in the morning while he was in bed. He had recently been injured at work and was taking pain medication. Earlier that morning, he had driven his wife to work, then returned home and went back to bed for a short while. Suddenly, he bolted wide awake and sat up. There were two humanoid females sitting on the bed, both entirely naked.

 

These two women looked human in nearly every way. They had well proportioned adult bodies. One looked somewhat Asian, with straight dark shoulder-length hair and dark eyes. The other looked perhaps Scandinavian, with light-colored ("maybe bluish") eyes and long blond hair that fell half-way down her back. Her hair was especially notable to Peter Khoury. "I had never seen a hair style like that. It was curled something like Farrah Fawcett, but to an extreme... It just looked really exotic in a way," he told Chalker.

 

But Khoury felt that these women were not exactly human. Their faces were somewhat odd -- not unattractive, but too chiseled, with very high cheekbones and eyes that were two or three times larger than normal. Khoury took special notice of the blonde. Her face was too long, he felt. "I have never seen a human looking like that," he said.

 

The blonde, who was sitting in a kneeling position on the bed, seemed to be in charge. Khoury thought she was communicating telepathically with the dark-haired woman, who was sitting with her legs partly folded under her. There was something stiff, almost blank, in the expressions of the women, Khoury thought.

 

Though stunned by the sudden appearance of the women, Khoury had only a few moments to consider how they could possibly have arrived in his bedroom before the blonde reached out with both her hands and cupped the back of his head, drawing his face toward her chest. He resisted. She pulled harder.

He kept pulling back. "She was pretty strong," he told Chalker. "She pulled me over and my mouth was basically on her nipple. And I bit."

Khoury said he doesn't know why he bit the woman, but even though he felt a small piece of her nipple come away in his teeth, she did not cry out. But "the expression on her face was like, 'this isn't the way.' In a way it was shock or confusion... She looked at the Asian one... and looked at me like, this isn't the way it's supposed to happen. You've done this wrong."

Involuntarily, Khoury swallowed the small fragment in his mouth, and it caught in his throat. He went into a coughing fit. Suddenly, the two women simply disappeared.

 

Once he realized the women were gone, he tried to clear his throat by drinking water. It didn't work. Then he had an urge to go to the bathroom. He realized that his penis felt very painful. Standing in the bathroom, he pulled back the foreskin and found two thin blond strands of hair wrapped tightly around.

He struggled to unravel the pieces of hair as the pain became an intense burning sensation. Finally he managed to removed the two pieces of hair and immediately put them in a small sealable plastic bag.

 

"The reason I did that was because I knew that there was no way, no way at all, that a hair that size and wrapped around the way it was should have been there.... Thinking of these women, the thing in my throat, the hair, something bizarre had just happened." Khoury resolved to keep the hair sample in case it should ever prove useful in shedding light on his experiences.

 

The thing in Khoury's throat stayed there for three days. He coughed constantly. He tried clearing his throat with water, bread, anything he could think of, but nothing helped. On the third day, the feeling in his throat just went away.

 

He did not want to tell his wife how his coughing fit had come about, but two weeks later he decided to tell her. "I was shocked," he told Chalker. "She accepted it better than I did."

 

The pieces of hair, carefully stored away since the encounter, became the subject of the first openly-reported scientific DNA test on a possible abduction-related sample.

The blond hairs were extremely thin and almost clear in color. It was determined that the hair was not chemically treated, because if it had been, little or no mitochondrial DNA could have been recovered. However, using the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) process, good quality DNA was recovered.

For comparison, samples were also taken of Peter Khoury's hair and that of his wife Vivian. DNA was successfully extracted from Peter's hair, but no usable DNA was recovered from Vivian's hair, possibly because of chemical treatment.

After thorough testing of the hair samples, the scientists of the Anomaly Physical Evidence Group arrived at a startling conclusion. The thin blond hair, which appeared to have come from a light-skinned caucasian-type woman, could not have come from a normal human of that racial type. Instead, though human, the hair showed five distinctive DNA markers that are characteristic of a rare sub-group of the Chinese Mongoloid racial type.

A detailed survey of the literature on variations in mitochondrial DNA, comprising tens of thousands of samples, showed only four other people on record with all five of the distinctive markers in the blond hair. All four were Chinese, with black hair.

Mitochondrial DNA is passed only from mother to child and therefore offers a means of tracing ancient ancestry on the mother's side. The findings suggest that all four of the Chinese subjects share a common female ancestor with the blonde woman. But there is no easy explanation for how this could be.

Testing for nuclear DNA, if such could be recovered from the blond hair, would be more complex and expensive than the tests run so far, but might show that the lineage of the blonde's father was even stranger than that of her mother. But such testing must await funding that has yet to be found. So far, the members of the Anomaly Physical Evidence Group have financed all their work themselves.

Without the blond hair sample, the story told by Peter Khoury is but one more in an almost endless sequence of wrenching, but unprovable, abduction accounts. The hair, however, changes everything. It undeniably exists, and thorough forensic testing shows that it is anomalous. It seems likely that no person with blond hair and an exact DNA match to Khoury's blonde could be found in the city of Sydney, nor on the continent of Australia, nor -- probably -- anywhere in the world.

Who then was the being whose blond hair inexplicably became wrapped around Peter Khoury's penis?

"Are we dealing with 'humans' from elsewhere, namely those with human DNA, albeit very rare and somewhat anomolous?" asks Bill Chalker. "This case raises all sorts of issues, such as human 'panspermia'" -- the theory that human-like beings may have migrated to Earth in the fairly recent past from elsewhere in the galaxy, perhaps giving rise to the sudden appearance of modern homo sapiens sapiens, a species not directly descended from their immediate predecessors, the Neanderthals.

"Also, given the Asian mongoloid connection, we looked at the problem of European-like rare Asian types in the past," Chalker says. "The controversial saga of the Taklamakan mummies in remote Western China is turning the early history of China on its head. These mummies include people who are quite tall, some 6 feet or so, and some are blond. I'm not suggesting a connection here, but you can understand this investigation has opened up all sorts of interesting possibilities about the biological nature of some of the beings implicated in abduction cases."

These questions will not be easy to answer. But supporting the work of the Anomaly Physical Evidence Group could help. A TAXONOMY OF ET'S

Notes about different races of aliens from an alien's perspective.

There are countless types of extraterrestrials encountered by individuals all over the world, in all walks of life. Below are listed four of the most prevalent groups, with information on their origins and motives for visiting planet Earth at this time.

 ZETA RETICULI:

These beings range from three to seven feet tall, however, most are around four feet. The taller ones, including those reported as overseeing abduction experiences, are known as the Elders. The Zeta Reticuli were originally quite tall, but with time manipulated themselves to become very short - in adapting to an existence within caverns deep beneath the surface of their severely polluted homeworld.

There are many subgroups of Reticuli interacting with Earth at this time, not all with the same agenda. All look more or less alike: oversized cranium, slender build, vestigial nose, mouth and ears, large wraparound, black eyes, hairless, with a pale grey, beige, blue, purple, green, or chalk white complexion. They operate with a hive consciousness, but not every group has the same philosophical outlook.

Their planet was once the home of two conflicting societies. One was of direct descent from Lyra and followed the Lyran tenet of service-to- all. The other was descended from Vega and followed the Vegan tenet of service-to-self. A group belonging to the latter, involved with Earth, is primarily interacting with the Secret Government (also called the Illuminati and Global Elite). They are also one of the races responsible for the widespread cattle mutilations, as they are conducting genetic experiments in an attempt to rescue their dying species. The beige- skinned Zetas carry a large percentage of Vegan genetics in their biological systems; for the Vegan race of humans eventually became dark-skinned due to the magnitude of their sun - also called Alpha Lyrae.

Another group of Reticuli, who follow the Lyran tenet of service-to-all, is also deeply involved with Earth. A massive fleet of them came to the planet shortly after the turn of the century, and is still here. Like their rogue brethren, they are conducting a genetic research project with the aim of revitalising their dying species. However, the benefits are not intended to be exclusive to them alone - they are creating a human- Reticulan crossrace incorporating the best traits from both species. They value our extreme individuality and offer us the gift of their extraordinary oneness. It shall be a magnificent integration of two races from either extremes of the spectrum. The created hybrid race later becomes known as the Essassani.

Most UFO abductees involved in the Essassani Project have strong personal links with the Zeta Reticuli, as many have had incarnations on the Zeta planet. When the hybridisation has been perfected, certain humans will be given the opportunity to relocate to the future Essassani homeworld; primarily to act as caretakers, then later incarnate into the new race.

 REPTOIDS:

There are many races belonging to the reptilian lifestream, a group far older than that of the human. The reptoids commonly witnessed by Earthlings, come from the Draco constellation; about eight feet tall, covered in lizard scales, with ferocious talons. They are quite a self-involved race, only interested in space exploration for the purpose of conquest. Many wars have been waged between the Draconians and humanoids in the past; the latter often becoming slave races to the former. Reptoids tend to be great warriors, owing to their physical strength, natural body armour, and firey temper.

The Draconians do not maintain diplomatic relations with many planets, but are in contact with several other reptilian races. They are also in contact with the Global Elite, for the prospect of using this planet as a slave and food colony attracts them here. They have no respect for humans and would have invaded long ago if we did not have such outstanding support from our benign space brothers.

NORDIC HUMANS: The ancestors of humanity were Nordic in appearance, and those of red, brown and yellow skin evolved these distinctions as a result of environmental differences experienced by each respective colony. The black race is indigenous to Earth, and developed to Homo sapiens through the periodical insertion of DNA into their biological systems by other humanoid races (of Lyran descent).

Humanity is now an intergalactic species and its seed is spread via the system of wormhole transit routes which permeate the cosmos. One major wormhole portal exists in the constellation of Lyra. Most humanoids inhabiting our corner of the galaxy are descendants of the seven-feet-tall Nordics which came through this portal many millions of years ago. (Earth humans have become shorter as a result of a dramatic increase in the planet's level of gravity, since the end of Atlantis.)

This group primarily colonised the stars of the Lyra system, and later the Pleiades. A party from the Vega colony shortly settled in the Sirius system. These Sirian humans are usually dark-haired, with white skins because they left Vega at a time before the Vegans evolved into a dark- skinned race. The latter, including an outpost in the Pleiades, were responsible for a colony in the northern section of Atlantis. The descendants of this settlement are now known as the Native Americans.

The colonies of Vega and Sirius have long since evolved beyond the philosophy of self-aggrandisement; however, there are several renegade groups active which still retain the old values. Many of these are working with the secret government, and issue from the past.

The Zetas' world once occupied the Lyra system. However, the planet's space-time envelope became distorted as a result of a nuclear holocaust, causing it to slip through a wormhole into the binary system of Zeta Reticuli; part of the Reticulum constellation. (Reticulum means The Net - named as such because it "caught" the Zetas' planet?) Their world is now the third planet around Reticuli 2. Many colonies have been established on other planets, primarily in the systems of Reticulum, Orion, and Sirius. A group of self-serving Reticuli has long been established on the fourth planet around Reticuli 2. Another on a planet around Alpha Orionis, also called Betelgeuse.

MONGOLOID HUMANS: The Oriental races are descendants of the colony from Vega which populated the constellation of Orion. This colony developed into the form we call Mongoloid or Oriental, as a result of their Orion environment; mainly planets in the vicinity of Orion's Belt. Their height ranges from five to seven feet tall, and skin tone varies depending on the magnitude of their particular sun.

At one time, most stars in the Orion constellation were controlled by the oppressive Orion Empire, whose headquarters was located in the Orion Nebula. Now only a handful of planets are controlled by the Empire, and it is no longer a major threat to outside systems. The clandestine Illuminati has strong connections with the Orion Empire (as it is a 'founder-member'), and the latter has been known to terrorise Earth humans in the guise of the Men in Black (note the Oriental features described by many witnesses). Now this form is used by several groups, not necessarily with malevolent intent.

It should be remembered that not all UFO visitors are coming from our present time. Most are capable of time travel, and indeed a lot of the primitive, self-serving groups are from the past. We are also being visited by humans from the future of our own planet, and many others in this area of the galaxy. Many groups work together. For example, the benign Zetas frequently employ Nordics in the capacity of empaths; to assist them in understanding our complex personalities.

It is quite normal for souls to have incarnations on an infinite series of planets, and many of us have at one time been members of some of these visiting civilisations; especially those descended from Lyra. Often we interchange between races: we may have incarnated on the astral Venus after having spent time in Zeta Reticuli. All of us are no different spiritually, and truly all racial groups are working as a symbiotic whole. We are each a teacher to others, and the major lesson all are learning is that advancement can only take place through integration.

RETICULAN IMPLANT TECHNOLOGY

Why we are implanted and what is involved.

The locator implant is to locate you and monitor your location. This can be placed anywhere in the body providing it is safe; normally it is within the skull. It can also be, and is, inserted into the nose and the ear, sometimes into the leg with like a pressure injection.

This device is quite simple, normally silicon - all it does is emit a vibration. When your next experience is due it will emit a frequency, and the ship closest to your area will home in on this signal. Its computer will receive your catalogue number and personal file: this is downloaded into the consciousness of the workers on board - all occupants of the ship. Therefore, they can appear to know you very well, because the downloaded information is the sum of all interactions with you; conducted by all beings involved in this programme. Although there is one particular being which has a special bond with you - one of the tall beings. These beings are normally non-physical, they move in and out of physicality.

The tall beings, as you call them, normally teleport from ship to ship. If you are due to be received into a ship, they will teleport themselves into that ship and await your arrival. Otherwise, in some cases, they will actually enter the place where you are to be taken from and travel to the ship with you. Or, in other cases, they will be on board a larger ship and the smaller ship in your area will take you to them in that larger ship.

These beings are also connected with you in a guiding capacity. Being primarily of a non-physical existence, their relationship with you is at first spiritual - you will probably have had a past-life connection.

Another implant is one that is inserted into the eye. This is extremely minute, very much smaller than a pin head. The purpose of this one is to monitor the activity in the eye, because we are researching your eye as it is different to ours. We would like to incorporate these components into a hybrid offspring. It records the activity in your eye, and how this is linked with your brain - the exchange of data. This implant is inserted with a laser beam.

The implant commonly placed in the nasal cavity is for communication. A communication facilitator, also to facilitate the reactivation of your pineal gland. We also place the locator implant in this area. Occasionally, the communication implant may make its way deeper into the brain, and when this occurs it is to manipulate your neurochemical activity somewhat, with the aim of controlling your memory of these experiences. Primarily we use a hypnotic suggestion that you do not remember.

Tne purpose of an implant placed in the ear is to reactivate your pituitary gland; where this implant will make its way deeper into your brain. Also, in cases where the individual is difficult to control in an altered state, this implant will emit a vibrational tone that will help alter their brainwave patterns. This implant can be used to monitor your hearing as well.

There are many different kinds of implants inserted into these places. In addition to physical implants there are many electronic or non- physical devices, which are implanted into your various bodies - especially the emotional body. Also, we have technology where we can insert an implant into your body without physical apparatus. It is, to use that word, 'apported' there - although this technology is only used by a minority of groups. There is also technology to repair damage caused by the insertion of implants - this again is not used by all groups.

If you are in the presence of another 'abductee', a vibrational resonance may occur between your implants - similar to interference from a radio station which is close to your broadcast frequency.

One purpose of a brain implant is to monitor your neurochemical activity and secretions. Other implants are used to stimulate your sexuality and monitor the activity in a situation with another partner.

We also inject you with various liquids which are to do with refining your cellular structure, curing certain illnesses and improving your compatibility with us. There is a gelatinous substance which we occasionally put over your skin - this is a cleansing agent and removes all germs. We also have electromagnetic devices which can cleanse your auric field for the time being.

There is much technology... we even have devices which we implant into you, not all the time, but these can assist in altering your vibrational rate during the transportation process. There are also implants that are attached to the heart area, although these are quite rare. In the case of a defective heart, these may be used. 

An implant which is inserted into the nasal cavity can also be used as a link with our computer systems, where an exchange of data can be accomplished.

Our implants are mostly of an organic tissue. We have technology similar to your microchips, but this employs the organic tissue, which is redesigned at the atomic level. So, in appearance it would be a small chip of silicon. Other designs include the small metallic ball that you know of.

In my articles I have discussed ethically advanced extraterrestrial races and degenerate devolving races but have not paid much attention to races that are basically indifferent and who deal with us like we deal with animals. I was rummaging through some files from years ago in my barn to see what the rats had not eaten in regards to Operation Right To Know history. I just happened on an article that I had been wanting to locate for years. It was an interview that was published July 9, 1989 in what I think was Tim Beckley's UFO Universe Magazine. All I have is a photocopy of the article called, Blowing The Whistle On The Government's UFO Coverup. I have not been able to find this article on theInternet.

The interview is with a three star general and this general is presenting some very detailed documentation and pictures to the person doing the interview. The general is only allowing the interviewer to see the pictures and secret reports, then plans to put the documentation back in a file before it is discovered. This is just one of those cases that falls through the cracks and is forgotten. The general had not been interested in the subject but the interviewer had got him interested and he made inquiries and pulled in some favors which blew his mind. Then his superiors wanted him to be part of the awareness program and he refused. He got into a lot of trouble and decided to retire.

Here is a little of the specific information in the article. The general says, "There have been several crashes of UFO's over the years. From all documentation and information available that I have seen with my own eyes as well as the physical evidence, this is in answer to your questions. 1. The aliens really do not have any sort of "invasion" planned for this planet. Aliens have visited this planet off and on for thousands of years. (The following comments should be of interest to Robert Collins if he is unaware of this article. There is some very specific information presented and I wonder how it compares to Bob's stories?)The general says, " Our U.S. guest is over 300 years old. There are both "good and bad" aliens just as there are good and bad humans. They are not all that different from us. The aliens utilize around 55% of their brain capacity or ability. The aliens do have DNA, just as we do. The alien which is the guest of the U.S. Government is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 96 pounds. Large head (no hair) large slanted eyes. Some of the aliens abilities include moderate telepathy and telekinesis.

 

The purpose of alien visitation to this planet is one of curiosity and scientific research. Not world domination as some wouldhave you believe. Cattle and humans have been used in alien and U.S. research for various biological applications. Most humans are not hurt in this research and experimentation. Some however have died due to complications and down-right carelessness.Several cross-breed "young" have been born to both human females and alien females. We as humans are fully biological compatible with most visiting aliens. Some are not. More than one type or "specie" of alien has visited this planet. They are listed by category ....

 

this information I could not retrieve. 2. The U.S. Government and the British have made secret treaty agreements with the aliens in exchange for technology and so-called "recon" missions during times of human conflict.


The aliens have basically agreed to not concern themselves with the wars or conflicts of humans. "Not to interfere" in society. Let the governments rule and decide. Exactly what the aliens get in return was not exactly made clear or available. Also, there are special "teams" which eradicate, discredit, harass and "trump-up charges" to control humans which experience any visitations from aliens, or make verifiable UFO sightings. This is one of the reasons I retired. It's too much for any government to impose upon the civilian population like this.


3. Many of the "strange" happenings which people experience with UFO sightings can be one of two things. First, simply an overactive and wishful imagination. Second and foremost is the influence of the vast mental power of the alien visitors. In the reports andexperiments conducted with live aliens, they have an incredible power of "telepathic suggestion." Combine this with their telekinetic abilities and just about anyone can be some-what directed to do or think just about anything.The general has this further to say, "Make no mistake, President Truman and later President Eisenhower gave specific direct orders to keep everything and I mean everything top secret.


" The "special group" assigned to oversee the alien situation and other government VIPs agree to gather all of the technology possible and put it to use for the benefit of the USA. I really wonder what other motives are there?"Further on he makes these very disturbing comments. The questioner asks when seeing the documentation, "why are children aboard these crafts?
 

My God! You don't mean the aliens are snatching our kids? What for?" The general says, "There are over a million missing children every year in the United States alone. Now not all of them have been taken by aliens. The aliens take about 2,200 children a year from the United States and other countries. Its all right there in the report attached to the three photographs. The rest of the missing children are the result of Mankind's Dark Side." "The children are used in several ways: Biological, to educate and return, experimentation, disease study. The same as adults.


"The questioner is looking at the report, "According to the report, implants are being used on the people that are taken aboard UFOs and returned. Some of these implants are microscopic in size (and smaller) and influence the growth, function and learning capabilities of the individual. This is a very detailed report. Could I have a copy?" The general says, "No. Sorry but you know our agreement was that you did not get to keep or copy any paperwork. As well as the other matters we discussed. I warned you that this material is very serious and real."It sounds like from this material that the aliens that the general is talking about are not that ethically different from us just a little more advance technologically.


This article just has the ring of truth about it and it has just disappeared in the vast amount of information and disinformation that has become available to the public over the years. One of the benefits of being in his field for so long is the large amount of information that gets stored in the brain and that pops out from time to time when needed.Some of this material is disturbing and should be looked at in context. This is why I try to describe a wide spectrum of extraterrestrial life and point out the overall context that the universe is a very big place and is full of intelligent species as well as less intelligent ones. I believe it is very important to keep the overall context of great evolutionary diversity even as one investigates specific species. Other wise we will become conceptually trapped as so many already are in their own little clump of trees and so get side tracked and are blinded to the overall context.

At the risk of repeating myself too often we need the overall context, the conceptual framework so as guide our decision making processes in order to make the right decisions and take the right actions. There seem to be some, on and off earth, that want to attack the public's decision making process so as to subvert it for their own special interest ends. We must not let this happen to us. Lets keep our eyes on the prize and the prize is the overall context of our lives. We must not accept anything less.

7. Alien contact covered up, says Apollo veteran Edgar Mitchell

And he says extra-terrestrials have visited Earth on several occasions - but the alien contact has been repeatedly covered up by governments for six decades. 

Dr Mitchell, 77, said during a radio interview that sources at the space agency who had had contact with aliens described the beings as 'little people who look strange to us.'

He said supposedly real-life ET's were similar to the traditional image of a small frame, large eyes and head.

Chillingly, he claimed our technology is "not nearly as sophisticated" as theirs and "had they been hostile", he warned "we would be been gone by now".

Dr Mitchell, along with with Apollo 14 commander Alan Shepard, holds the record for the longest ever moon walk, at nine hours and 17 minutes following their 1971 mission.

"I happen to have been privileged enough to be in on the fact that we've been visited on this planet and the UFO phenomena is real," Dr Mitchell said.

"It's been well covered up by all our governments for the last 60 years or so, but slowly it's leaked out and some of us have been privileged to have been briefed on some of it.

"I've been in military and intelligence circles, who know that beneath the surface of what has been public knowledge, yes - we have been visited. Reading the papers recently, it's been happening quite a bit."

Do you think aliens exist? And has it been covered up?
Dr Mitchell, who has a Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical engineering and a Doctor of Science degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics claimed Roswell was real and similar alien visits continue to be investigated.

He told the astonished Kerrang! radio host Nick Margerrison: "This is really starting to open up. I think we're headed for real disclosure and some serious organisations are moving in that direction."

Mr Margerrison said: "I thought I'd stumbled on some sort of astronaut humour but he was absolutely serious that aliens are definitely out there and there's no debating it."

Officials from NASA, however, were quick to play the comments down.

In a statement, a spokesman said: "NASA does not track UFOs. NASA is not involved in any sort of cover up about alien life on this planet or anywhere in the universe.

ALIEN LIFEFORMS MAY BE INSIDE EARTH

Life forms so alien that scientists may simply not have recognised evidence of their existence could inhabit the Earth, according to a leading scientist.

Dr Tom Gold, emeritus professor of astronomy at Cornell University in America, believes that organisms based on silicon - completely unrelated to all the carbon-based life man has encountered so far - may live at great depths.

 

In a forthcoming book he will suggest that scientists should take the possibility more seriously. Gold, who is a member of the Royal Society, previously predicted that vast amounts of more conventional bacteria live miles down within the Earth's crust.

Scientists initially dismissed the idea, but many now agree with him.

 

"So long as nobody suspects there could be silicon-based life, we may just not be clever enough to identify it," he said last week.

 

Rocks bearing signs of silicon-based organisms may already be sitting in laboratories, he believes, with their significance overlooked.

 

Every known living organism, from bacteria to mankind, is based on the chemistry of carbon, which forms the complex molecules such as DNA that are central to our existence. Scientists believe that if extraterrestrial life is found, the chances are that it, too, will be carbon-based.

 

Silicon has many chemical similarities to carbon, prompting scholars and science fiction writers to dream up new life forms.

Huge "space slugs" that can swallow space ships appear in the film The Empire Strikes Back; in an episode of Star Trek a rock-like alien attacked Captain Kirk's crew; and killer parasites based on silicon surfaced in The X-Files when scientists explored the interior of a volcano.

 

Gold's life forms, if they exist, would most likely be micro-organisms capable of withstanding enormous pressures and temperatures, living in tiny pores inside rock deep within the Earth's crust. They could draw energy from dissolved gases and surrounding minerals.

 

Gold's ideas, which centre on an alternative explanation for oil and mineral deposits, will be published in his book, The Deep Hot Biosphere, in January.

 

"It is speculative but logical that there could be a large bio-chemical system very deep down which works better at high temperatures and pressures," he said.

 

Others are sceptical. Dr Harold Klein, who headed the Viking lander project team that searched for signs of life on Mars in the 1970s, pointed out that silicon was far inferior to carbon at forming the complex polymers crucial for life.

 

"I personally doubt the idea of silicon-based life. If we do find organisms far down inside the Earth, I'd bet they'd be carbon-based," he said.

 

Nevertheless, he urges future missions to Mars to carry an instrument to test for non-carbon-based organisms - just in case.

It is possible that the chemistry of silicon is altered sufficiently by the great temperatures and pressures deep in the Earth to make it more suited to forming complex molecules, according to David Noever, a research scientist at Nasa's new Astrobiology Institute.

 

He said some scientists at the American space agency were treating the idea of silicon-based organisms seriously, particularly with a view to searching for extraterrestrial life.

 

"It's almost naive to assume all life must be carbon-based; I could possibly make good cases for life based on both silicon and phosphorus," he said.

 

Silicon is used by some carbon-based single-cell organisms called diatoms to form protective shells, according to Dr David Williams, a diatom researcher at the Natural History Museum in London. But diatoms are still fundamentally carbon-based.

 

However, bizarre organisms have been found in recent years deep in the Earth's crust. Steve Jones, professor of genetics at University College London, said: "There's an unknown universe down there that has already produced organisms with metabolisms so strange that, by comparison, man and mushrooms are almost identical, so God knows what else they'll find."

 

Microbes have been found living on the ocean floor at depths and temperatures where life was previously thought unsustainable.

 

Without knowing what silicon-based life forms might be like, said Dr Harry Elderfield, an earth scientist at Cambridge University, it is almost impossible to predict how scientists could even test for them.

 

Yet Gold has been described by Stephen Jay Gould, president of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, as one of the most iconoclastic scientists - but one who is often right.

Bob Dean:  ...Don't get me started there. I am not anti-Semitic, but I have no illusions about the Israelis. I've known a number of them fairly well for many years through my service in the military. They're a great people and they're struggling to survive like everybody else.
Bill Ryan:  Yes.
Bob:  Anyhow, Barry Chamish has provided information about a number of things that have been going on in Israel. It's stuff you'll never you read in the newspaper, because the newspaper is filled with the Palestinians, Gaza and all that.
Bill:  Sure.
Bob:  One little point which I always tell people is that Israeli archeologists have concluded that the foundation stones which they have excavated at the Temple Mount, what they call the Mount of Zion...
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  The Temple Mount is where the Temple used to be.
Kerry Cassidy:  I've been there.
Bob:  The Temple was there until 70 AD when the Romans tore it down. The Muslims now have built a beautiful mosque on top of it. I can't remember the name of it. But you know, this Mountain, is what it is; it's a small mountain.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  The Israeli archeologists have determined that the foundation stones at the very bottom are thousands of years old. These stones are the same size as the stones in the temple at Baalbek.
Bill:  Baalbek has giant ones.
Bob:  Yes. If you're familiar with Baalbek...
Bill:  Yes. Absolutely.
Bob:  Those stones there...
Bill:  Yes, they weigh 1100 tons.
Bob:  There's even one outside there, that's hauled from the quarry.
Kerry:  We were just looking at a video about that.
Bill:  Yep. Sure.
Bob:  They never were able to put it up for some reason, probably because they got into war with each other.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:   But anyhow, the stones they've discovered at the foundation of the Temple Mount are of a size and age that match the Baalbek-era stones.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  They estimate they've been there for 10,000 years.
Bill:  Yes. So how come this hasn't been made public? 
Bob:  Well, that's a good question.
Bill:  What's the secret?
Bob:  And Barry makes the point that, like so many things in our country... Like they finally found, you know, they identified the Ararat Anomaly through the Keyhole 11.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And they've never released that, have they?
Bill:  Well. Sure.
Bob:  They put that Top Secret.
Bill:  Well, that's just too sensitive.
Bob:  Why would they put the Ararat Anomaly Top Secret?
Bill:  It would upset a lot of people, wouldn't it?
Bob:  Would it? The Muslims?
Kerry:  Well, you're talking about the Ark, right?

Kerry:  Well, the reason's obvious, isn't it? Because they're really not willing to share what happened during the last cataclysm.
Bob:  How many scientists are willing to talk about anything that even hints or smacks of religion or the Bible or theological history...
Bill:  OK. OK.
Bob:  ..."all this bullshit about Jesus and God" ...and all that? Have you ever talked to an atheist? I hope you haven't. Avoid them like the plague.
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  Well, I have. But I'm not sure that's the only reason why they don't....
Bob:  Well, I don't know why. I do know that they declared the Arafat Anomaly, once they found out what the hell they had up there with the Keyhole. They inserted a team up there, for God's sakes. They extracted them and they brought out artifacts.
Bill:  What did they find? Do you know what they found?
Bob:  I don't know what they found. All I know is that they found "anomalous artifacts".
Bill:  Right. OK.
Bob:  Now, what the hell did they find other than a bunch of pieces of old wood? I don't know.
Bill:  Yes. OK.
Bob:  It's "anomalous artifacts". For a long time the anomaly on the Ararat Mountain was known as an anomaly.  Apparently now they discovered it was a boat. It wasn't really an anomaly.
Bill:  Hm.
Bob:  They said: "It's a god-damn boat."
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  I think I said that in the conference today, those very words. [laughs]
Bill:  You said that on video with us as well.
Bob:  Did I?
Bill:  Oh yes, you did. Oh yes... a god-damn boat.. Oh yes.
Bob:  Bleep me out, if I say something on the interview that's inappropriate.
Bill:  Oh, it's very appropriate.
Bob:  By all means, bleep me out. [laughs]
Bill:  It was exactly the right way to put it.
Bob:  I've been bleeped on television before, you know. I won't tell you about that. Anyhow, the documentary the Israeli archeologists are filming, they're not releasing it to the public.
Bill:  Uh huh.
Bob:  But they've declared that the stones are probably at least 10,000 years old. And of course that blows the hell out of the idea that the whole temple was built by Solomon.
Bill:  Yes. Right.
Bob:  Solomon only went back, what, 1000 BC? 900 BC?
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Somewhere in that vicinity. Anyhow, these stones are 40 feet long, 10 feet high, and 8 feet thick.
Bill:  40 by 10 by 8.
Bob:  Forty feet long. Almost identical to the ones at Baalbek. I found that intriguing.
Bill:  Yes. That's incredible. That is so interesting.
Bob:  And the other thing that Barry Chamish has shared... [turns to Ken Elliott, a friend of Bob and ourselves] Did you ever meet Barry? Israeli UFO researcher. He's very famous.
Ken Elliott:  No, no.
Bob:  Is that the Nephilim have been showing up all over the place. That's the word he used: Nephilim.
Bill:  Now, what does that mean?
Bob:  What I think it means? In Hebrew, it probably means the "Sons of God." 
Bill:  Right.
Kerry:  It's synonymous with the Anunnaki.
Bill:  Is it synonymous with the Anunnaki?
Bob:  I think so.
Ken:  I think so.
Bill:  It's a different word that was used by the Sumerians, isn't it?
Kerry:  But, as you know, that's a general term. So what do you think he meant?
Bob:  Anyhow, they've had reports. One farmer there... They've turned part of the Negev into a garden, with irrigation. They've got incredible farms at the edge of the Negev Desert. It was a farmer's area, pretty good-sized piece of land, growing all kinds of things.
He hears a commotion outside in his garden and he flicks on the light which illuminates not only his doorstep but the yard out there. He opens the door and there's this guy standing there, in some kind of a suit. He described it as kind of a space suit.
Kerry:  Wow.
Bob:  He was nine feet tall!
Bill:  Yes. Anunnaki.
Kerry:  Fabulous.
Bob:  This farmer goes to his door and looks up at this guy, who's this massive human being. He looks human -- arms, legs, head inside a device of some kind. He looks up at this guy. Of course, his immediate instinct is to slam the door and run. And he did. He went back and told his wife and she said: Have you been drinking again? Or something like that.
Kerry:  [laughs]
Bob:  She goes to the front door, and of course there was no-one there. This is not just one incident. This has apparently happened three times.
Bill:  Hm.
Bob:  And so the word out among the Israeli UFO researchers is: The Nephilim are back.
Kerry:  Okay, very interesting.
Miriam Delicado:  That is very interesting.
Bill:  Well, we don't know what they want yet, but they're showing up at peoples' houses. That's quite funny.
Kerry:  Well, you know I had a very important dream about that.
Bob:  The size of the individual was such that he intimidated the hell out of the farmer.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  But he disappeared. And this has happened, according to Chamish, about three times so far.
Bill:  Incredible. Is this in the public domain anywhere?
Bob:  In Israel.
Bill:  It is in Israel.
Bob:  Yes.
Bill:  OK. So it's not like this is off record. This has actually been published.
Bob:  The stones... the part about the stones has not been officially released.
Bill:  OK. Is that anything that we can talk about, or is it off record?
Bob:  No. By all means.

Bob:  Well, I think it's interesting, the fact that those stones... I've always been fascinated by the Baalbek stories. I've never been able to go there, you know. The years that I had Top Secret clearance I would never be allowed to go there. They wouldn't even let me go to Berlin, for Christ's sake, when I was at SHAPE.
Kerry:  Why not?
Bob:  Because of my clearance. You see, Europe was divided, honey. Germany was divided.
Kerry:  Right.
Bob:  There was East Berlin, West Berlin. My kids were able to go to West Berlin on a tour because they were in high school. I wanted to go to West Berlin. I wanted to visit the Brandenburg Gate. I wanted to see a number of things.
I wanted to get into the Berlin Museum but that was in East Berlin because that had the Lolladoff plate in it. That is an anomaly that is dynamite.
Bill:  What's it called again?
Bob:  Lolladoff.
Bill:  The Lolladoff plate.
Kerry:  And what's the significance of that?
Bob:  It's named after a Russian archeologist who brought it back from Tibet.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  Before World War II began.
Kerry:  And when is it dated?
Bob:  They can't date it, honey. It's a metallic substance that they can't even consider what it is.
Kerry:  Oh.
Bill:  Things like that can't be dated. They're inorganic.
Bob:  I've shown the Lolladoff plate in my presentations a number of times and I have a slide of it.
Bill:  I'd like to check it out.
Bob:  Which I will be delighted to share with you. I can get a print made of it. But the point is, the Lolladoff plate was an anomaly with a little Gray on it and symbols all around.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  Lolladoff brought it back from Tibet around 1930 or somewhere back then. And that's in the Berlin Museum in East Berlin. Well, it's now just Berlin. But I couldn't even travel to Berlin when I was there because I had cosmic clearance.
Kerry:  I have a question for you, Bob. In your speech did I misunderstand you, or did you say that you had worked on aircraft carriers?
Bob:  No. I have been on aircraft carriers. My son worked on aircraft carriers for 12 years.
Kerry:  OK. So that was how you got on aircraft carriers.
Bob:  Yes. I had two, what they know as Tiger cruises. Eric was at sea for 12 years. He served on four separate Nimitz class carriers.
Twice when they had completed their tour in the Pacific, Mediterranean, wherever, they would come back to Pearl [Harbor] and they would re-stage so to speak at Pearl. And the aircraft, the entire air wing on the carriers, would generally leave the carrier there at Pearl Harbor and fly directly back to Alameda, to their air base.
And then the ship would then proceed from Pearl Harbor on to Alameda, which is in San Francisco Bay, and they would invite family members of crew members to come aboard at Pearl Harbor and ride with them from Pearl Harbor to Alameda.
Kerry:  Great.
Bob:  And they called these Tiger cruises. And I have the privilege of being on two of them.
Kerry:  How long does it take on one of those to go between the two?
Bob:  Oh, they could make it in a short time, but it takes about a week. But they could make it in three days. Those damn carriers go so fast. That's another classified thing. No one knows how fast they can go.
Bill:  We know they go fast.
Bob:  Well, my son said one time they were playing with a Russian trawler in the Mediterranean. They were being shadowed, so the captain decided to play games with the Russian trawler. And they slammed this big nuclear-powered aircraft carrier -- a thousand feet long -- slammed it into high gear, whatever they do, you know...
Bill:  [laughs] Right.
Bob:  ...and the bow rose somewhat.
Bill:  Really? That's hard to imagine.
Bob:  Yes! And this massive carrier throws up what they call "rooster tails".
Bill:  Really?!
Bob:  Really!
Bill:  That's impossible to imagine!
Bob:  Yes. Well, you know what a rooster tail is.
Bill:  Yes. I do. Exactly, like you get with a little speedboat.
Bob:  This massive carrier throws up rooster tails and this thing goes, and they left the Russian trawler way the hell back there. And the Russians, I'm sure, are saying: What are they doing? You know. And the captain of the carrier is playing a game.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Now they're not taking aircraft aboard and launching aircraft at this moment because they slow down for that.
Bill:  Of course.
Bob:  They threw up rooster tails, and Eric says it was really hilarious to be on the massive ship that he was on with 5,000 crewmen, for God's sake. Can you imagine? A ship with 5,000 crew?
Bill:  That's incredible to imagine. But you can't just do that with screw propellers, can you? They must be doing something else.
Kerry:  There's special technology, isn't there? There would have to be.
Bob:  Oh, they have nuclear power.
Bill:  Well, yes.
Bob:  They have nuclear power.
Kerry:  No. But also to part the water in front of you. [To Bill[ Isn't that the technology that Henry [Deacon] was talking about? [To Bob] We have a witness that talked about this.
Bill:  Yes. Henry was talking about that.
Bob:  No, no. They didn't part the water. They just rose up in speedboat fashion. They turned on the power with these nuclear reactors. And they have, I think, four enormous 12- or 14-foot screws back there.
Now, can you imagine 12- and 14-foot screws? And there are four of them? Two on each side. And they're tied to two nuclear reactors? One reactor for two screws and another reactor for two screws, and they open it up, the power they've got. So anyway they walked away from the trawler, he said, and it was hilarious.
No one knows what they'll do. Eric says: Pop, it's over 50 miles an hour along the ocean. Over 50 miles an hour!
Bill:  We heard, actually, that these things can do 80 knots.
Bob:  I wouldn't doubt that for a minute.
Bill:  I mean, which is very hard to believe.
Bob:  Listen, did I share something? What this commander told me at that cookout in Whidbey Island? This anti-submarine warfare officer that I had a chance to meet.
We were drinking beer and eating clams. This was when my son was assigned at Whidbey Island. His squadron was there. Whidbey Island is off the coast of Seattle there in Puget Sound. Beautiful place. But there's this good-sized Naval base there.
And I'm visiting the Whidbey Island at the time. It was kind of a sad story because my wife, Eric's mother, and I were in the process of getting a divorce and we'd gone up there to share that with Eric, to lay it out why we were divorcing.
Anyhow, during the cookout and the party and we're all having a few, I bring up the subject of submarines, the Soviet submarine threat, because I'd been reading about it, you know. The Soviets had been building massive Typhoon type subs.
And I asked the young man at the time, I said: Are you guys able to stay on top of those things? I mean, do you monitor them well?
And he was in anti-submarine warfare and that's where... The state of the art in those days was that they would drop these electronic, electromagnetic buoys, and then the buoy would radio to the plane and the guys were flying around in the planes monitoring the buoy and the buoy's telling them what's underneath. You know that story.
Bill:  What year was this? About?
Bob:  In the early '90s. After '91, before '95. Somewhere in there.
Bill:  OK.
Kerry:  So what did he say?
Bob:  Anyhow, I said: Are you guys on top of the Soviets? Are you following them? He says: Mr. Dean, he says, the minute they pull out of harbor, we're with them all the way.
Bill:  Right.
Bob:  We monitor them from the moment they leave harbor until they go back.
Bill:  Of course. Yes.
Bob:  He says: The Soviets are no problem. He says: They're big, they're lumbersome, they're good, they're fast. We don't...
Kerry:  We have a witness that says there are some submarines, though, off the coast of California right now.
Bob:  Well, there used to be Soviet subs on both coasts. They used to be on permanent station off the west coast, off the east coast. And every time they'd take up station, we'd know exactly where they were. And, literally, if push had come to shove, we could have eliminated them immediately.
And some of them are what they call boomers. They launch missiles. And the Soviets got pretty good at it before they... well, they're still good at it.
Bill:  Sure.
Bob:  You know, the SS-18 that I knew about before I retired from FEMA was... I lived in Tucson and the SS-18 had targeted Tucson because we had Titan missiles all around us there for a long time. 
But getting back to the story, I asked this young man: Are the Soviets a threat? And he said: No, not at all. We monitor them closely. We know where they are at any time. He says: They show up big on our sonar, the whole nine yards.
We had emplaced sonar devices all over the Atlantic and all over the Pacific -- God knows how much it cost -- where we could monitor anything that was going on under the surface, on the surface.
Like Denny Blair said one time, he said to a Chinese admiral... He says: I own the water and I own the air above the water. So don't talk threateningly to me. And Denny Blair at that time was a 4-star admiral who was PAC COM, or CINC COM, Pacific commander-in-chief. CINCPAC, I think he called it.
Anyhow, getting on with the story, let me finish this. He says: The one thing that interests us the most that we cannot figure out, he says, are the underwater objects that are the size of aircraft carriers that are traveling over 200 miles an hour.
And he says: That is our primary concern at the moment. He says: We don't know who they are, what they are, and what they're doing down there, but, he says, they're traveling at enormous rates of speed under water and they're the size of aircraft carriers.
Bill:  Mm hm.
Kerry:  Incredible.
Bob:  And he says: Some of our naval scientists are beginning to suspect that they're the cause of what you know of as "rogue waves".
Bill:  OK. Hm.
Bob:  He says: Do you know what a rogue wave is?
I says: Well, I've heard about them. They come out of nowhere and they can turn ships upside-down. On a calm sea, you know, there's nothing out there, and all of a sudden there's an 80-foot wave comes in. If the ship doesn't hit it prow-on, it sometimes can turn a good-sized vessel sideways or upside-down.
He says: But that troubles us.
And this was in the early '90s. We don't really know what they are, who they are, or what they're up to. All we know is they're fast and they're big.
And I said: Well, I got a nagging suspicion of who they might be. [laughs] But I... you know, I'm not an expert. I'm not really quotable. I could tell you who I think they might be. I'd come out of the closet, as it were, in '91 and I was speaking publicly about this phenomenon then. But that's a little tidbit that I have on my list of tidbits.
Bill:  That's a lovely story. But if those were ET craft that can just go through the water like they can go through the air, that it's a fluid makes no difference, then you would expect them to be able to go much faster than that.
Bob:  Probably.
Bill:  They could go as fast as they wanted to.
Bob:  Considering, Bill, that they build... they put a field around themselves.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Essentially they are not part of the physical reality at that moment.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  They are within a field that they have generated. And they do that out there.
Bill:  Exactly. Yes.
Bob:  And that field protects and insulates them and they can go as fast as they want within that field. And essentially what we're monitoring is the field moving.
Bill:  Exactly. Yes.
Bob:  OK. You've done your homework.
Bill:  Yes, sure. Actually, 200 mph would be pretty slow compared with what their capability would be.
Bob:  Well, that's what he shared with me.
Kerry:  And this admiral had how many stars? How many stars did this admiral you were talking to have?
Bob:  At the time, this was a commander.
Kerry:  Tell me the number of stars.
Bob:  Commander... No, they don't wear stars. Admirals wear stars.
Kerry:  He wasn't an admiral. I'm sorry, is admiral above or below commander?
Bob:  Well, let me give you a quick rundown here. My kid entered the service as an Ensign, a little gold bar. In the Army we'd call that a Second Lieutenant. The next rank up is Lieutenant Junior Grade, a little silver bar. In the Army we call that First Lieutenant.
The next step in the Navy would be Lieutenant Commander, that's a little gold oak leaf. In the Army we'd call that a Major. The next rank up in the Navy is Commander, wearing a silver oak leaf. And in the Army we call that rank Lieutenant Colonel.
The next rank up in the Navy is Captain, wearing a little silver eagle, four stripes on his sleeve. In the Army we call that a Full Colonel, "Bird Colonel". The next step would be Brigadier General, one star. Major General, two stars. Lieutenant General, 3 stars. And General, 4 stars.
The Admirals in the Navy: Rear Admiral, one star. Rear Admiral Second Grade, 2 stars. Vice Admiral, 3 stars. And Full Admiral, 4 stars.
Bill:  OK.
Kerry:  OK. Thank you very much for that.
Bob:  You're welcome.
Kerry:  We have gotten information from someone saying that they think there was some problem with the Navy's control of the ET situation sometime over the last year, where they seem to be losing ground or losing power within the factions, you know, Army vs. Navy vs. Air Force. Is that true? It doesn't ring true to me. But I wondered if you've heard anything about that.
Bob:  All I've known is that at the very beginning of the whole damn thing that the Navy has been the primary service in this whole thing. And I don't know where it began. Probably back to the fact that the Navy recovered a UFO off the coast of San Diego in 1941.
Kerry:  And we've never heard that story. Can you elaborate on that one?
Bob:  A lot of researchers are well aware of it. You know, you all hear about Roswell and all that hoopdeedoo about Roswell, and nobody seems to grasp that there wasn't one crash and retrieval. There were three crashes and retrievals. And there have been crashes and retrievals all over the country, and all over the planet, for years.
And the military even reached the point some years ago, which many of us who were in the service knew about, is that they didn't think they were crashing. They thought they were giving us hardware.
Bill:  Hm.
Kerry:  [laughs]
Bob:  Because in some places they found the object on the desert floor, or wherever, fully intact. And in some cases there was remnants of a crew aboard. And in other cases the object was empty, no crew to be found.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And they really began to be suspicious when they saw that. And they began, a couple of them said: Hey, it's like they're giving us this hardware.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  They're handing this us this technology. And in the cases of where there were little Grays aboard... And you've heard me say this, and this is common knowledge among researchers, that there were little Grays aboard.
There were survivors; there were two or three dead; one or two were still alive. They hauled them off to where the hell is it? Wright-Patterson. They had labs there at the time. They have labs everywhere now. There are labs up the road here.
Kerry:  Yes. Absolutely. [laughs]
Bob:  The point is, they kept expecting them to come back to retrieve their little crew.
Bill:  And they should easily have been able to.
Bob:  And of course they could have done it any time they wanted.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And they didn't. And several cynics said: Hell, they didn't give a damn one way or the other about retrieving that little guy. Because those little guys in many cases were not an evolved species.
The crash in northern Germany in 1962, Timmendorfer Strand, on the Baltic. There were twelve little bodies aboard and the physicians who autopsied them said they were absolutely identical and not one of them appeared to have anything that we could recognize as a reproductive organ. So they began to be suspicious that they might be laboratory products.
Bill:  And expendable.
Bob:  And the ones they grabbed at Roswell and Kingman and a couple other places. Right across the river over there in Kingman, Arizona, there was a crash.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  They retrieved two of the little guys who were alive. They took 'em back. They kept thinking that "They" were gonna come back and get them. And the cynics said: Hell, they just wrote them off. Like the joke about the potato chips, they went back and made more.
Bill:  Yes
Bob:  Now that is... I find that kind of sad, really. When you create an advanced creature that has the capability of functioning as a crew member of a ship, the question that I come up with that troubles me somewhat from a spiritual point of view -- is there a level of sentience in that creature? That someone would just write them off and let them go and leave them alone and forget it?
Kerry:  Well, our Mr. X said...
Bob:  And then I had an experience in Southeast Asia when I found out... [long pause] ... Excuse me. We left guys behind in 'Nam. [voice choked up] I'm sorry. Forgive me. We left them behind knowingly.
           
Bill:  Yes.
Voice:  And they knew it going in.
Bob:  We signed this deal with the North Vietnamese. We had made a promise that when we began to withdraw from Vietnam we were gonna give the North Vietnamese a couple of billion dollars in reparations. Did you know that story?
Bill:  No, I didn't.
Bob:  We were gonna give them a couple of billion, so-called reparations for the damage we had done over Hanoi. Well, we never gave them a dime because our political people back in Washington got into a big knock-down drag-out brawl and said: Not only no, but Hell no. We're not giving them anything.
Well when we said that, the North Vietnamese said: Well, screw you. You can kiss your boys goodbye. And there were several hundred of them.
Bill:  Yes. Sure. And they were regarded as being less valuable than...
Bob:  They wrote them off like they didn't have any value. And I served for 27 years in the Army and I never met a man, Bill, in all my years of service, that did not have value.
Bill:  Of course.
Bob:  The idea we'd leave them behind knowingly, and telling their next of kin that they're missing in action or they're killed in action, and those guys were in prison camps, alive, and could have been repatriated.
Well then, this commentary about these little Grays began to make some sense. They wrote them off. They went back and made more.
Well, if you want to be a total cynic, as I've almost become over the years, we went back and made more.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And some of the ones we made are now dying in Iraq.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  I have a grandson dying in Kansas, after his second tour in Iraq.
Kerry:  Oh really.
Bob:  His heart is coming apart. His brain was scrambled.
Kerry:  What from? Do you know?
Bob:  One of those whatever they call it, those improvised...
Kerry:  Bio-warfare?
Bob:  IED. They're bombs. They blow up. They improvise them; they put 'em beside the road.
Bill:  Improvised Explosive Device.
Bob:  There you are. IED.  Anyhow, one went off right next to his personnel carrier. Killed a couple of his friends; shook him up. His brain was bruised and damaged, but the damage to his heart, they can't... The VA's got him under a complete care and support in Kansas, some clinic out there. My youngest grandson.
But over the years you see these things. We've got people in government, for God's sake, that are capable of almost anything.
And I've had these young women come up to me... well, they're not so young anymore. They come up to me, who have been grabbed and used in these experiments, for God's sake. You've probably talked to some of them. And they come up and share with me heartbreaking stories because they know that I can understand, and I will be sympathetic or at least compassionate enough to listen to them.
We've got a government which I said Sunday: If you people think you know the government you've got, you don't know the government you've got.
You talk about Black Government, Shadow Government. It doesn't matter what term you use. There are professionals in power that function as government that no one ever elected, that is not responsible or accountable to anybody, not to the House or the Senate or to the President or the American people. And many of them are in the intelligence agencies.
Kerry:  But Bob, have you come across any overt Nazism in your experience?
Bob:  Hell yes. Don't you know that NASA was formed by Nazis?
Kerry:  Well, we do, actually.
Bob:  Well, that's fairly common knowledge. You just never realized how vast it was.
Kerry:  All right.
Bob:  You didn't realize how... You all know about Wernher von Braun. Wernher was just the number-one guy in that program. There were at least a dozen if not more Nazis who were brought in under...
Kerry:  Did you know any of them?
Bob:  ...Paperclip. And many of them were prosecutable, who should have been held up in front of the Nuremburg trials. And we had them here and we gave them high pay, bought them beautiful homes; brought them and their families, and they worked for the NASA program for years.
Well, it wasn't merely NASA. We had a number of them working in Central Intelligence. As a matter of fact, the CIA was an offshoot of an old organization; I forget the name of it.
Kerry:  The OSS. [Office of Strategic Services]
Bob:  Strategic Service. That was built on a Nazi profile. That was built on a Nazi plan. And the old OSS had a whole bunch of Nazis in it. So that when the war was over, we had planeloads of Nazis being flown out Germany, for Christ's sake, to the United States, being treated like celebrities.
Bill:  Yes, that's true.
Bob:  The only thing that never came out - their names. We brought Nazis with their families and there's a big joke going around ... oh there are Nazis in Argentina. Bullshit. There are Nazis in Washington, DC. There are Nazis in Hollywood, in Beverly Hills.
But most of the old guys are gone now but their heirs are alive and well. Many of them are in government. And if I were, if had my notes at hand, I could probably name a few for you.
I got up in front... Well, you were there. Didn't you see me Sunday?
Kerry:  Yes.
Bob:  I stood up in front and held this folder filled with... Here's my notes. I didn't even get one-third of the way through there.
I wanted to share another tidbit with you while I think about it because, you know... my mind at this stage. You push my button and I go dancing around here. The point is there was another piece of information I found tremendously interesting. A researcher by the name of Tellinger in South Africa.
Bill:  Michael Tellinger.
Bob:  You know Michael?
Bill:  Not personally.
Bob:  Oh, he's brilliant.
Bill:  I've listened to his story and seen his stuff.
Bob:  Well, have you heard the story he's telling now? South African archeologists have discovered what they think are Anunnaki laboratories.
Bill:  Yep.
Bob:  Adjacent to an ancient gold mine.
Bill:  That's 70,000 years old.
Bob:  At least.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  I find that interesting.
Bill:  That's interesting stuff.
Bob:  Now, what a laboratory would look like to an archeologist after 70,000 years, [Kerry laughs] I can't imagine. But the very word was used. Tellinger said that apparently they discovered what appears to be the remnants of an ancient laboratory adjacent to an ancient gold mine. I didn't hear the term 70,000 years. I just heard that it was ancient.
Bill:  It's at least 70,000 years old.
Bob:  Really.
Bill:  What I heard was about a year ago. They found some clearly artificial stone structures that were so old that the mainstream archeologists couldn't believe that they weren't natural. But if you look at them, you've got what Tellinger describes as South Africa's Stonehenge.
Bob:  Or older.
Bill:  Yes. Much, much older.
Bob:  As colorful as Stonehenge is, it's not that big. There are things out there... Are you familiar with Nabta Playa? The site in Egypt?
Bill:  No. I'm not.
Bob:  In southern Egypt? Nabta Playa? Oh my gosh! They've discovered remnants of what was apparently a calendar in the desert.
Bill:  A calendar?
Bob:  A calendar. A stone calendar that's laid out in the desert at a place in southern Egypt, west of the Nile. I'm trying to place how it is according to... where's the dam?
Bill:  The Aswan Dam?
Bob:  It's south of Aswan and west of the river. And they found this site called Nabta Playa. They estimate the age of this thing is 150,000 years old. But it's a stone calendar. And when they recorded that and measured it and checked it out... and they've done that.
There's a book out called The Origin Map.
Bill:  Right.
Bob:  OK? I can't remember the name of the author. [ed. note: Thomas Brophy]. But you can find the book. The Origin Map. This stone calendar apparently has a detailed map, not only of the solar system, but the galaxy.
Bill:  Oh wonderful.
Bob:  It maps the galaxy! And they can determine the age of it because, by taking and computerizing what they found, the location and placement, they can age it, like going back, and that's when they figured it was over 100,000 years old.

Bob:  The writer escapes me. Find the book, read the book, then find the author and interview him. What an interview that would be!
Kerry:  Absolutely. Bob, I want to ask you a question. We saw Sitchin in L.A.
Bob:  Yes.
Kerry:  And he said to the audience... An audience member asked him if the reason we went into Iraq was because of the Anunnaki. And he hemmed and hawed and then he finally said: Yes.
Bob:  He said Yes? I'm not surprised.
Kerry:  Yes. What do you know about that?
Bill:  What his exact words were is - because I have a good memory for details of conversations - the question was: Is the war in Iraq connected in any way with the Anunnaki? And he paused for a long time. And then he said: This answer is full of landmines, but yes. And then he didn't say any more.
Bob:  That old codger! I have tremendous admiration and respect for him.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  But I'm not at all surprised.
Bill:  What did he mean? [laughs]
Bob:  Well, let me tell you what he might have meant. I can tell you from what limited knowledge I have. I can tell you that most of the gang that tore apart and went through the Baghdad Museum...
Kerry:  Mm hm.
Bob:  ...were our people.
Bill:  Of course.
Bob:  Oh, you knew that.
Kerry:  Well, we figure...
Bill:  That's been heavily surmised by people trying to figure out what was really going on there.     
Bob:  Oh yes, they were our people. And that Lieutenant Colonel, or Colonel, that Marine Colonel that we put there in charge of the museum? You know who I'm talking about?
Bill:  I don't, actually.
Bob:  We put a Marine Colonel in charge of the museum to look after it and hopefully regain all of the stuff that had been looted.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  And to safeguard it after the mob had left.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Well that Lieu... This is probably going to get my ass into a jam, but that Marine Colonel knew exactly who those people in that mob were.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:   And they went in that museum and they walked away with specific items.
Bill:  Specific items?
Bob:  They had a list...
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  ...of what to bring back from that museum.
Bill:  Yes. Shocking.
Bob:  And so much of what was stolen [is] irreplaceable, worth its weight in gold, or platinum, or...
Kerry:  But the question is, they took it somewhere.
Bob:  Cylinder stones.
Bill:  Yes, exactly.
Kerry:  But you know, Dan Burisch says that we have the Looking Glass technology on those cylinder stones. And that's time-travel technology that you can get off the stones. And there's a stargate underneath in Iraq.
Bob:  Kerry, when you travel in space, you travel in time. You cannot separate space-time. Space-time, time-space, space-time, it's all the same. You cannot travel out there without traveling in time.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Time is not at all what we think. And you've heard this again and again and again, and I've been working to try to get my mind to wrap around it and I can't. But that yesterday and today and tomorrow, it's all the same. There's only one eternal Now.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Now I can't wrap my poor old brain around that. [To Bill] Perhaps you can. [To Kerry] You ought to interview this guy [Bill] sometime.
Kerry:  Oh, we're going to.
Bob:  Don't put him on the... don't let him do the interview. You interview him!
Kerry:  OK! [laughs]
Bob:  Because I've already intuitively picked up on this dude that he knows a hell of a lot more than he's ever shared with anybody!
Kerry:  Exactly.
Bob:  I bring something up and he knows all about it already.
Ken:  His poor old nimble brain sure draws a crowd, doesn't it?
Bob:  Anyhow. Where were we? Oh, we were at Nabta Playa.
Kerry:  No, we were in Iraq, and the Anunnaki.
Bill:  The cylinder seals.
Bob:  Yes. The cylinder seals.
Kerry:  And the Anunnaki.
Bob:  Yes, well look, honey. I said this Sunday, didn't I? The Anunnaki are all around us. It was that crew that met Ike in '54 at Muroc. That was the Anunnaki, the same group that built Ur. It's the same group that built the ziggurat that poor old John Paul II wanted to visit before he died.
Miriam:  I don't know even a quarter of... I don't even know an eighth of what you all know and understand, but as you're talking about this I seem to recall someone, somewhere, sharing with me that the indigenous people all over the world are starting to have people visiting, trying to dig up their sites, and they are looking for technologies.
I am under the impression from my contact that I've had, that part of this is - the reasoning behind it is - that there's an ultimate device that they are trying to find all of the parts for that are all over the Earth. What do you know about that?
Bob:  Who's doing the digging?
Miriam:  I'm not sure what group it is that's doing the digging but it's definitely... it's definitely, you know, an organization.
Bob:  A human, a national entity of some kind?
Miriam:  Yes, absolutely.
Bob:  All right. Well, I'm not surprised. I wouldn't be at all surprised. They have learned that there is knowledge of ancient societies' traditions. You know, just to give you a brief example of the Dogon in Africa who knew all about - what the hell's the planet or the star out there?
Bill:  Sirius.
Miriam:  The dog star.
Bob:  Sirius A and Sirius B. We didn't discover Sirius B until what, 30 years ago? And the Dogon knew about it.
Bill:  They knew all about it for thousands of years.
Bob:  I mean that's a tiny example. And the Nabta Playa thing out there in the desert. The stuff that was rifled out of the museum in Baghdad.
Kerry:  What about the idea of a stargate in Iraq?
Bob:  I don't think it's there anymore, because they don't need it. Stargates can be opened at any time, at any place by them, at their choosing. They open a portal any time they want. And if you don't believe me, read The Search for the Skin Walker. [ed. note: The Hunt for the Skinwalker] You know who George Napp is? I hope you interview him.
Bill:  It's the Skinwalker Ranch.
Bob:  The Skinwalker Ranch up in Utah.
Kerry:  Yes, I've heard him speak about it.
Bob:  Bob Bigelow who I've known for some years, billionaire in Vegas up here, paid out of pocket to establish a research center up there at the Skinwalker Ranch for years and years and years. And the book that George Knapp and the British scientist - I can't remember the name of the guy that worked with him [ed. note: Colm Kelleher] -- was under contract with Bigelow for many years. The name is escaping me.        
The Skinwalker Ranch story was just the tiny tip of a large iceberg. That particular location apparently was a site selected by them. There's some of them out there - and they come and go off that particular location and have been doing it for centuries.
The Indians have these stories that go back hundreds of years of "The Others" coming through these doorways. Well, they open the doorways any time and any place they want.
I don't think there's anything left in Baghdad or in Iraq. I could be wrong. There could be something underground that hasn't been dug up yet. I know we had a team over there digging like hell in Ur.
Miriam:  Exactly. Yes.
Bob:  I had the newspaper article, and I've got it with me, from the New York Times of poor old John Paul wanting, asking for God's sake, asking Saddam Hussein for permission...
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  ...to make what the Vatican considered a holy - what was the word that I...?
Kerry:  Pilgrimage.
Bob:  A holy pilgrimage to Ur!
Bill:  That's as weird as it gets, isn't it?
Bob:  Now, when you consider the meaning first of all, of pilgrimage and holy - and this was in the release; the Vatican said this - a holy pilgrimage to Ur before he died.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And he asked Saddam Hussein for permission and the son of a bitch turned him down, wouldn't allow him to come.
But the point is, what motivated John Paul II to want to make his pilgrimage to Ur? Could it have been the information that [Archbishop James] McIntyre gave to Pope Pius II?
Kerry:  Exactly.
Bob:  Because of the event that happened up at Muroc in '54?
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  But we have information the Vatican's also had visitations from a certain group.
Bob:  Oh! Oh! Listen, they have! Of course! I've got it in my file. I wanted to get to it Sunday and didn't have time. I have a good friend in Rome, Cristoforo Barbato.
Bill:  Barbato? You know him?
Kerry:  He's a friend of yours?
Bob:  Yes, I've known Cris for years.
Bill:  You know him personally. OK.
Kerry:  We've been trying to interview him.
Bob:  Oh, he's a dear young man. He's bright and delightful. I consider him a good friend.
Bill:  He told us he didn't speak English.
Bob:  Oh, bullshit. [laughter]
Kerry:  I can't believe that.

Bob:  Well, he doesn't speak it that well.

Kerry:  So what is Cristoforo telling you? I mean, he knows all about Nibiru. Is he part of the...
Bob:  Well, Cris has gotten most of his information from a couple of close friends who are Jesuits. And I've known Jesuits for years. I used to sit and drink and have big parties with Jesuits when I ran an Officer's Club in Nuremburg years ago during the Occupation. And the Jesuits are the scholars of Catholicism.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And they not only run the intelligence service, which I jokingly said Sunday is probably one of the world's finest, if not the finest because every damned Catholic priest in the world is a member of the, you know, feeding information into the intelligence service.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  So the Vatican's got unpaid agents all over the damned place.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Anyhow, Cris has got this connection with these Jesuits in Rome and they're members of this, apparently, this Vatican security organization. And they reached out to him. He didn't reach out to them, they reached out to him. It's happened to me time and time again over my years.
And they wanted him to... because they knew he had people who listened to him, he had connections within the UFO community, as it were. And they wanted him to know they are deeply, deeply involved with the Tenth Planet.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And that the Vatican is deeply concerned about it.
Kerry:  Is there a chance it's disinfo? Planted purposely?
Bob:  Oh, you always have to face that, that you have in intelligence operations over the years you always have the problem of disinformation. Our authorities are good at it. There's always that possibility.
Kerry:  The Vatican must be good at that as well.
Bob:  But the problem is, in such things you learn to sift and weigh and evaluate, and you check other sources and you compare this source with that source, and you try to end up intuitively grasping for yourself: Is there any validity to this?
And after a time, and you work at it, and you learn after a while to get pretty good at it because you develop your own inner gut feeling -- which they call intuition -- that this is going good and that ain't. And I've learned over the years, the hard way, to weigh and sift and figure out what was right. I think the story is basically true.
Kerry:  OK.
Bob:   I've assumed, from what I...
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  Does Barbato think it's true?
Bob:  Cris thinks it's true.
Kerry:  OK.
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  But he's gone into hiding. We were told they tried to get him fired from his job. In fact he lost his job. He couldn't get another job. Did you hear that? Because he writes for magazines and they wouldn't - they closed him down. He was talking too much.
Bob:  Cris has had bumpy roads along the way and I don't want to put this on tape.
Kerry:  All right.
Bill:  OK.
Kerry:  But isn't this the Vatican's tactics? You know they broke into our car when we were parked in the Milan airport.
Bob:  I'm not surprised.
Kerry:  And it was right after we talked to Luca Scantamburlo. They thought we had something. They thought he'd given us something. He didn't give us anything. But he was talking about Nibiru.
Bob:  You realize what a dynamite subject this is to the Vatican?
Bill:  Oh yes.
Miriam:  By the way, the Vatican is a very interesting place.
Bob:  Yes, they wouldn't let me in.
Kerry:  Have you been there?
Miriam:  I think I was there last night in my visions.

Bob:  I was denied access.

Bob:  It has nothing to do with guys coming and going from different places.
Miriam:  It has nothing to do with it. And Kerry and Bill are supporters of that, fully.

And the only other thing to say in closing is that there is mining going on all over the planet and everyone has this idea that it's being done for gold and silver and all of these other matters. But I have a feeling that that is actually not what's going on.
If you take a look at the locations where all of this pit mining is going on or where they're trying to go, a lot of these areas are sacred places. And I believe it is because they are trying to find the way underground, not just to an underground base or to create one, but to the actual underground. And they're trying to see if it's real. That's what they're trying to do.
Bob:  Well if they wanted to ask me some advice I would tell them to go to Mount Hayes, Alaska and just try to start mining. You know what's under Mount Hayes? [laughs] I'm sorry.
Miriam:  I know it's a...
Bob:  I'm teasing you.
Miriam:  A base?
Bob:  There is a major ET facility under Mount Hayes in Alaska.
Miriam:  Yes. Mm hm. Well, I know that they've been in certain areas where they've been trying to get to, and I personally know of at least two locations where there are bases underground. Three, actually, that I've never talked about, ever. And I won't share that publicly.
But I do know of three locations and that they've been trying for years to get mining into those areas and they've been stopped every time.
Bob:  Well, it's a hell of a... They're not going to succeed. If they dig in the wrong place, they're up the creek.
Miriam:  They are. They're totally up the creek.
Bob:  If they were to try mining in Mount Perdido in the Pyrenees, they would run into a real mess.
Bill:  Yes. How do you know this, Bob, about Mount Hayes and Perdido? Where does your information come from?
Bob:  A variety of sources. There's one remote viewer that I probably evaluate and trust.

Bob:  Let me tell you a little vignette here, and then I have to go to the Gentleman's Lounge because I'm need of a - what is it they call it? A flash of illumination? [laughter] And I have to go to the men's room to get it, you see.
Ingo was taken to Mount Hayes by a chap by the name of James Axelrod...
Bill:  Oh yes.
Bob:  ...who at the time was Director of Special Programs in the CIA. James Axelrod - I don't know, James may be dead now. Obama's got an Axelrod in his staff! I don't know whether they're related or not. Could be.
But James Axelrod was the Director of Special Programs in CIA for some years ago, took old Ingo, after interviewing, using him, asking him to assist them in some of their remote viewing -- which he did. Gave them information on the Moon that blew them away.
The point is, they took Ingo up to Mount Hayes to purposely demonstrate and show him the coming-in of a massive ET ship.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  And they watched it materialize over a lake...
Bill:  I heard that story.
Bob:  ...at the base of Mount Hayes.
Bill:  I heard that story. Yes.
Bob:  OK. Now, Ingo didn't at the time know where the hell he was, so he didn't know where Mount Hayes was or anything like it. But the ship materialized and it came in through time.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  It wasn't just a space ship; it was a time ship. And Axelrod did it purposely to show Ingo what they were dealing with.
And if you want to know about underground bases, the guy who first began to find out all about them was... Price.
Bill:  Pat Price.
Bob:  Pat Price. Pat's gone for years now.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  He was a cop. Loved to have known him. He was my kind of guy. Pat was the one - they said that they'd never got a remote viewer as accurate as Price had been.
He came up initially with these locations, and he came up with four of them. One at Pine Gap, the other one at Mount Perdido, the other one underground in Zimbabwe.
Bill:  Oh really! I haven't heard that one.
Bob:  Well, I've got notes. I've even got map photographs of these locations in my files. It was in Alaska, Perdido in the Pyrenees, Pine Gap, Zimbabwe.
I've learned from my connections with intelligence, and the Navy people primarily, that there is a major ET facility on a mountain in Puerto Rico. And there is a massive undersea location off Puerto Rico in a place called the Puerto Rican Trench.
Bill:  Yes, which is very deep.
Kerry:  Yes, they're actually filming - I don't know if it's Jaime or someone else - there's a film-maker who films UFOs, the evidence of the UFOs going in and out of the water. Right?
Bob:  Well, apparently they come in in a lake. They come out of a lake in Puerto Rico.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  There's a place called Cabo San Lucas, I think in Puerto Rico, which is just...
Kerry:  Cabo San Lucas is in Baja.
Bob:  Well, there's also...
Kerry:  So maybe it's the same name.
Bob:  Maybe I'm wrong, but it sounds like Cabo San Lucas.
Kerry:  It's quite possible.
Bob:  But there's a major ET facility there. And the one that I find most intriguing is the major US-ET joint operation in the Kwajalein Atoll in the Pacific.
Bill:  Yes. I've heard that. Kwajalein.
Bob:  We have a joint facility there on Kwajalein with them. I would say it's mostly with the same group.
Kerry:  Which group?
Bob:  The Anunnaki .
Kerry:  The Anunnaki, meaning the tall...
Bob:  Well, that's generic.
Kerry:  I mean, because some of these bases are Gray bases.
Bob:  Well, there are two Grays, you know. There are two groups of Grays.
There are Grays that appear to be an evolved species. You know, they bleed, they reproduce like we do. They're almost human in a sense. They're five feet, sometimes taller, five and a half. Their skin's not gray, it's kind of an off-white.
Kerry:  But their agendas...
Bob:  They have round eyes.
Kerry:  ...are different.
Bob:  And they are apparently benevolent people.
Bill:  Yes. Yes.
Bob:  But so are the ones supposedly from the Pleiades. Are they benevolent? The indications we've received from people I say I trust...
Kerry:  Yes.
Bob:  ...is that...
Kerry:  It's just there are some that are not, so it's important to make the distinction.
Bob:  Listen, there are different groups with different agendas and they're not in total agreement with each other. However, thank God, thanking the big cheese in this, there are at least two groups, perhaps three, that are supportive of us, that would like to see us survive as a species.
Kerry:  Yes.
Bob:  And they appear to be working together.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  Although they may have separate agendas, they do have an agreement or an understanding among themselves that they're going to have to help bring the human race through our transition here. Which is not easy.
Yes, you're right, there are different groups with different agendas. I've been told that they all have their own agendas. And some of them are not so nice.
Kerry:  Right.
Bob:  We have encountered some that are not nice at all. I don't mean to say that they are purposefully malevolent. They just don't like human beings. They look upon us like the...
A commander told me about two he worked with outside of Nellis. They're working with us, they respect us, they know that we have a potential to be better than we are. They want to see us make it.
But there are others that couldn't care less whether we make it or not. They are so advanced, apparently, not only technologically but spiritually and socially, they're at a point where they have very little compassion for us as a primitive species.
Now how much compassion do we show to chimpanzees in the zoo? How much compassion do we show to monkeys in the wild?
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  You know, do we show compassion to the Bonobo - or whatever you call it? That group of chimps that are apparently one step beyond regular chimps? The Bonobo - is those the ones that walk upright?
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  How much compassion do we show to them? We put needles in them; we put them in laboratories.
Kerry:  Well, OK, but a lack of compassion is a lack of evolvement in a species...
Bob:  I think so.
Kerry:  ...regardless of how evolved they are technologically.
Bill:  Right. Just because you're technologically smart doesn't mean you're spiritually wise.
Bob:  Yes. They don't go together necessarily.
Kerry:  The name of the game is it's a spiritual game in the final analysis. And they're not winning that game just because they're technologically advanced.
Bob:  No, they're not.
Kerry:  And that's why they're here - part of the reason.
Bob:   It could be why they don't like us very much. Because we human beings appear to have a spark.
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  Absolutely.
Bob:  Humans have a spark of divinity within. Now I'm not saying this - and I'm not telling you with any authority, but I'm telling you there could be species out there that do not have that spark of divinity.
And the question is: Do they have a conscience? And the theological people will say: Do they have a soul? Hell, I don't know. I've often wondered whether I had a soul. And until I began my remote viewing and had my out-of-body experiences, I was never quite certain of it.
But I do know now. Yes indeed, I do have a soul. And so do you, and so do you.
Bill:  I know that for sure.
Bob:  I know you know that.
Bill:  Bob, I want to ask you two quick questions, because we have to go, and so do you. One question is about Ike and Muroc in 1954. Was there another meeting at Holloman?
Bob:  Yes.
Bill:  Because some people talk about Holloman as well.
Bob:  Oh yes.
Bill:  So there were two meetings. One was at Muroc and one was at Holloman.
Bob:  Yes. Holloman.
Bill:  Which one was first? Muroc was first?
Bob:  Muroc, I think, was the first one, in '54. Holloman was '52 or '53, maybe. [Ed note: Bob meant to say '54, or '55.] I think Michael Salla has a list.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  If you've followed him, you saw his presentation? I don't know whether that's totally accurate or not. It may be. But there have been meetings at several bases over the years at different places.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And they were not all with the same group.
Bill:  Of course. Yes.
Bob:  There's a rumor and a story that I've heard repeatedly from different sources which I think might have some validity to it, that Kennedy met a group from the Pleiades.
Bill:  Oh really? I had not heard that.
Bob:  That Kennedy met the Tall Blonds.
Bill:  OK. That's interesting. That's very interesting.
Kerry:  Well that makes sense.
Bob:  Well, it all seems to fit, doesn't it?
Bill:  That's great.
Bob:  They're pieces of an enormous jigsaw puzzle. And you start putting them all together, and you think: Oh my God, look at that picture.
I think that does make sense. I think Jack Kennedy met this group, the Tall Blonds. Now, whether that was a contributing factor to his death, I don't know.
Bill:  OK.
Bob:  I do know that rumor continually surfaces that he planned total disclosure before he died. There are people that even suspect that that was the reason he was killed. That's the Wise Men. You've heard my term I use.
Bill:  The Wise Men. Yes?
Bob:  The Wise Men. The Magi...
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  Right.
Bob:  ...didn't want it because it wasn't time.
Kerry:  Are you aware that there's a change in the Magi, you know, basically in that whole group?
Bob:  Well...
Kerry:  And that they've gone through a transition, and they have different leaders now?
Bob:  Funerals take their toll on the Magi. [laughs]
Kerry:  Yes.
Bob:  As they used to say: Progress is measured by one funeral at a time. You've heard that?
Bill:  Yes. [laughs]
Kerry:  Yes.
Bill:  That was Max Planck who said that. Yes. That's right.
Bob:  The old scientists drop dead, and the new scientists come out with a broader view and an open mind.
Bill:  Yep.
Bob:  Yes, the Magi has changed several times. The last I heard from sources, well, my friend at the Arlington Institute - is that there are now about 40 of them. When they meet at the country club there in Virginia, they need more tables and chairs now. They meet annually, supposedly. And as I jokingly say: It's not A country club, it's THE country club.
Bill:  THE country club. Yes.
Bob:  An old retiree friend of mine who is at death's door used to run that place. He ran the bar; he ran the dining room.
Bill:  Incredible.
Bob:  And I asked him one time: Why the hell do you do that, knowing what the hell they're up to?
And he honestly said this to me. He says: Let me tell you.
He says: Neither one of us is stupid.
He says: The perks are good.
He says: I eat anything I want any time I want.
He says: I smoke the very best cigars that are air-delivered to us here from Cuba. The finest cigars, as good if not better than what Castro smokes.
He says: We're drinking the finest Scotch we can get from Scotland.
And he says: It's so good that the Scots don't export it and sell it. They drink it themselves.
And he says: We get cases of it from Scotland.
He says: Now here I am.
And he says: You, you old fart -- this was some years back -- told me you like bourbon. I like Scotch.
So he says: I got the best cigars, I got the best Scotch, I got the best steaks, and I got a place to live.
He says: And I live in a comfortable suite at the Country Club. All my bills are paid.
And he says: My pension goes into the bank and I never touch it.
He says: Why the hell wouldn't I do this? You would, too, if you were given the chance.
And I jokingly said: Is there an opening? [laughter] Is there another job? l'lI work for you, you old bastard, you know. [laughter]
We served together. We were in Korea together.
Bill:  Incredible. Did he know anything about what was discussed in those meetings or was he not present?
Bob:  He had a vague idea of the agenda. Yes, they discussed... You hear these rumors about, hell I forget what they call themselves, the Bilderbergers? And another group, The Council of Foreign Relations?
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  You find these wise men in all of those groups. They're members of all of them. And there's another, a third group that I can't remember.
Bill:  The Trilateral Commission.
Bob:  The Trilateral...
Bill:  Yes. Commission.
Bob:  And they're represented on all of them.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  And they literally - I don't know whether this is true - I hate to go; I've gotta run. I don't know - they said to me they pick who runs for elections.
Bill:  Oh yes!
Kerry:  Absolutely!
Bob:  Whoever's in that White House has been approved.
Bill:  Yes.
Kerry:  Yes.
Bill:  That's the straight of it. They control the whole thing.
Bob:  And I look at this young man, bright young kid there that's living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Has he been approved? Obviously he has. And if he hasn't been, God bless him, because...
I hope his Secret Service people are on their toes. Because if Obama tries to pull anything at all that is not in accordance with their agenda, he's up shit creek. And you may quote me!
Bill:  We will quote you. [Kerry laughs] Just a little bit of interest... just a tidbit for you here. We met somebody who met Obama in the 1980s when Obama was 20-something years old. And he said that at that point Obama knew that he was going to be president.
Bob:  He'd been selected.
Bill:  Yes.
Bob:  He has shown that confidence over the years.
Bill:  Yes. And it wasn't that he - what was really interesting - it wasn't that he knew that he would be in for a shot at the presidency. He knew he would be president.
Bob:  Well, that's what my old buddy told me. He said that they pick them. And if they get to the office, they've been selected. Now what Jack Kennedy did, I don't know. I know Jack was put in there primarily by his old man's money.
Now, whether he changed his plans while he was in office? I have no idea what happened there. Jim Marrs has got it all in his book.
Bill:  Oh yes.
Kerry:  Yes.
Bob:  I'm not surprised. You know I've learned enough about the program and the process in the Shadow Government, and the ones who really call the shots. And I said to the people on Sunday, I says: The government you think you've got's not the government you've got.
Bill:  Yes. Exactly.
Bob:  I wouldn't be surprised, Bill, whether they're pulling the shots there, that they're selecting. It wouldn't surprise me because I know the same damned process is going on in the Vatican. They picked the present Pope.
Bill:  Of course. Yes.
Bob:  The Kraut, who had been a member of...

Bob:  ...Hitler's youth when he was a kid. They selected. It's a game...

Bob:  Let me tell you something. You could not be accomplishing what the two of you are doing unless what you've been doing has been approved and encouraged by someone.
Kerry:  Absolutely. We've been told we have protection.
Bob:  I'm not surprised. Well, I have! The reason I'm here, honey, is that I've had a charmed life.
Kerry:  I know. I know. Well they chose well, didn't they?
Bob:  Well, I look at you and I think you're a pretty good-looking chick. Yes, I think they chose pretty well. Now, I'm surprised you associate yourself with old cowboys like this one here. [pointing to Bill]

I said: Well, you just haven't been listening closely! [laughter] I've said a few!

Bob:  Well, you know how it's weighed. You know, good thing / bad thing, the overall picture is in the middle.

11. Argentina: Woman Visited by 14 “Extraterrestrials”

Argentina: Woman Visited by 14 “Extraterrestrials”
 
The event occurred at a house in Florencio Varela and the case promises to have worldwide repercussions
 
They were fourteen aliens in total. Suddenly, in the middle of the night, they were surrounding the bed she shared with her husband and small daughter. They looked at her silently, and at no moment did she feel fear. She wanted to wake up her husband, to have him witness what was occurring before her very eyes, but the Vistors advised her telepathically that he would remain asleep, as he was still not yet ready. Then, the beings revealed all of their secrets to her during a 40 minute time period. This is a “contact” experience between a young woman from the town of Florencio Varela and a group of aliens – a case whose mysterious elements have the research community on tenterhooks, and promises to become known worldwide.

The entire episode forms part of an impressive investigation undertaken by the renowned founders of Grupo OVNI – Jorge Marron and Daniel Valverdi – who managed to secure an interview last week with the young woman, 23, who lives in a house in Florencio Varela along with her husband and child. “The case is currently under investigation and the analyses have not yet been completed. We are working with a multi-disciplinary team of experts who have contributed their manpower to unravel the case. As we can tell right now, it is 90% true,” Valverdi told Expedientes Secretos.
 
“Karina” is the name of the protagonist, and the story is truly enthralling. Among other revelations, she said that the aliens visit our planet on six-month rotations, and are replaced by a new group. They also explained that the circles and shapes that appear on the fields are signals they employ among themselves, and finally explained that there are dozens of civilizations from other planets that come down and interact on Earth to study it (and surely to study us).
 
“I never had an experience of this sort. It happened two and a half months ago. We were in bed – my husband, my baby and me. They were asleep and I was trying to fall asleep. Suddenly I felt lights, and when I opened my eyes there was nothing there. I closed my eyes again, and the same thing happened. Like a flash of light. I opened my eyes, but all I could see was the [pilot light] on the stove,” explained Karina, on audio recordings broadcast on the Codigo OVNI radio show (FM Apuntes, Mondays, 22:00 hrs.)
 
“The fourth time that this happened, I felt it closer. I opened my eyes and saw the beings standing beside me. I was lying between my husband and my daughter. I uncovered myself and sat up. They were around the bed, fourteen of them, all of them short except for one: this last one was beside my husband, staring at him fixedly. The small ones were all around, and measured 1.30 meters or so. They were slightly taller than my bed’s sommier, which is rather tall,” said the young woman.
 
In her description of the events to researches Marron and Valverdi, the witness explained that she tried to wake her husband, but was unable to do so. “I even dug my nails into him, but nothing. The baby was on the other side, on her stomach, but neither of them reacted. At that time, one of the beings told me not to wake up my husband, because he was not ready. I realize that they spoke to me telepathically, and I could answer them in the same way,”  Karina explained.
 
They were practically alike. The only difference was the height of one of their number. They were skinny, with long necks and small heads. Their eyes were black, like almonds, slanted, and their mouths were also small. They had little wrinkles on their face and the head was oval. They had shoulders; their fingers were long and had no nails,” described the woman, who was standing beside a group of aliens who touched her hair, the palms of her hands and lifted one of her arms.”
 
“Five of them were on the left, four facing me and five on the right side of the bed. I was the only one who wasn’t paralyzed. We communicated for some 40 minutes, mouths closed. That is to say, I spoke by my mouth didn’t move. I managed to touch one of the little ones, and he touched my face. I just felt the need to touch him, and in fact I felt peaceful in their company. I never had the impression that they could harm my daughter or any one of us,” Karina insists.
 
“Suddenly he made a movement (sic),” said the witness. “He touched me with two fingers, and finally brushed a finger along my forehead. They told me they had come to give me answers about a black book (the Bible) and that what I was thinking was in fact true. When I asked them a question, they told me everything, with details.”
 
In her conversation with the researchers, Karina stated “the tall one was looking at my husband all the time. His head was slightly smaller than the others, because the small ones had rather larger heads. It felt like touching a baby’s skin – they had little wrinkles, but I couldn’t feel them when I touched one of them. The skin was cold and the color was odd, neither white nor gray. They had a skin tone that doesn’t exist here.”

12. Astronaut Gordon Cooper Says Aliens Are Here!

To many UFO enthusiasts, Gordon Cooper is a legend. An original Mercury astronaut, he was one of those clear-eyed, ambitious, optimistic, straight-arrow Americans with "the right stuff" as Tom Wolfe put it -- men who made the U.S. space program synonymous with success and national pride. But unlike most of his fellow astronauts, Gordon Cooper has said for decades that he believes at least some UFOs are alien spacecraft.

With the assistance of a mutual friend, I met Gordon Cooper at his office in Van Nuys, California on February 8.

He isn't as big as I expected, neither in height nor build. (In retrospect, it occurs to me that large size would be no asset in the space program.) At 68, he is balding. He still has the signature grin, toothy and slightly cock-eyed. He has sharp blue eyes. He speaks quietly, clearly and concisely. We simply pulled up a few chairs around his desk and started talking.

I said I had enjoyed Dennis Quaid's film portrayal of Cooper in "The Right Stuff" and asked how he had liked it. "I liked it. He did a pretty good job" he said. "So did you think of yourself as a hotdog back then" I asked. "Yes, I guess so"

We talked about the space program. He had gone up in Mercury 9 in May, 1963 and completed 22 orbits, an American record at the time.

Then in August, 1965, he went up again in Gemini 5 with Charles "Pete" Conrad and stayed aloft eight days, going 122 orbits, a world record. They had purposely set out to get ahead of the Soviets in at least a symbolic way. It was a turning point in the space race. We were already headed for the moon. We got there. The Soviets never did.

Cooper was going to go to the moon, but Alan Shepherd went instead, and then the Apollo program was cancelled. Cooper was going to go to Mars, too. Few Americans even know that NASA was well along on plans for a manned Mars mission, with a landing projected for 1981. Cooper was in line for commander of the mission. It would have been a nuclear powered spacecraft, assembled in earth orbit after parts were sent aloft on a series of Saturn 1-Bs. The nuclear engines were ready, Cooper said. A lot of the spacecraft was ready. They were still working on the lander, he said... and then that program was cancelled, too. "By Senator Proxmire. The worst enemy America ever had" Cooper said.

I asked him about his famous UFO sighting. It was in 1951 over Germany. He and several other pilots were flying F-86 jets -- "We were super-sonic, barely" he said -- when they looked up and saw what appeared to be a large group of "double lenticular shaped" aircraft, classic flying saucers, flying in formation. He said these craft were much higher than his plane could go, though he couldn't tell how high. They were going faster too, though he couldn't tell how much faster. Over the next two or three days, he and other pilots saw "several hundred" of these craft. Cooper said they flew formation maneuvers very much like his own squadron would fly. He and the other witnesses were uniformly convinced they were seeing a technology that wasn't human.

Cooper and his fellow pilots reported the sightings to their superiors. In due course, the official explanation was relayed back down. "High flying seed pods"

Though the UFO subject frequently must endure strange episodes of official denial and obfuscation, this offering of "seed pods" in answer to Cooper's sighting struck me as one of the wackiest I've heard. "You knew this was crazy" I said to him. "How could you put up with it"

His answer was simple. "I was in the Air Force. I wanted to fly"

But Cooper had already made up his own mind that UFOs represented visitations from elsewhere, and in time he made his position clear. He wrote a letter to the United Nations in 1978. It said, in part, "I do believe UFOs exist and that the truly unexplained ones are from some other technically advanced civilization... I believe that these extraterrestrial vehicles and their crews are visiting this planet from other planets, which are obviously a little more advanced than we are here on earth... I feel that we need to have a top-level, coordinated program to scientifically collect and analyze data from all over the earth concerning any type of encounter, and to determine how best to interface with these visitors in a friendly fashion"

Cooper was convinced by 1978 that these visitors, most of them at least, were friendly. He holds to that view today.

I asked him if he ever saw anything other-worldly while he was in space. "Nothing" he said. Did the other astronauts, any of them, see anything? "I don't think so" he said. How about on the moon? Anything at all? "Nothing on the moon" he said. I was surprised.

I said that most researchers in this field are sure that someone in government knows a lot more than they're saying. He agreed. "So how can we get the truth to come out" I asked. "I think that's pretty much up to THEM -- the aliens" he said. "They seem to show themselves when and where and to whom they want. I wish they would pick some people who really want to meet them, instead of a couple of fishermen in Pascagoula, Mississippi" -- referring to the famous 1973 abduction of Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker.

"Would you want to meet them, Gordon" I asked. "Heck yes" he said. "I'd give them a good welcome"

I told him I didn't think we had to wait for the aliens to begin discussing the truth about what is known. Didn't the government already have a lot of information? What about Roswell, for example?

"Well, I'm pretty sure something was picked up at Roswell"

What about bodies?

"Maybe, yes. But I think there were better ones than Roswell" he said. "We got some live ones"

Live ones? Live aliens? Of course one hears all the rumors and wild tales. Did Gordon know for sure that there were some live aliens?

"I knew a guy who brought one in" he said.

What? Brought one in? What did that mean, exactly?

It was back in the mid-1950s, at White Sands Proving Ground in the middle of the New Mexico desert. His friend -- Gordon called him Moser, and said that Moser had passed away just a few years ago -- was a rocket scientist. He was working by himself on a rocket engine test bed, getting ready for a test the next day. Suddenly, without warning, he heard a voice say his name. He didn't know where it came from. He looked around, saw no one. The voice said his name again. "Then the voice said, 'Don't worry, I'm above you in a craft a few miles up.'"

Gordon said the voice belonged to a person who wanted Moser to provide lots of basic information about earth and humans, so that this visitor could begin to adjust to living here. An arrangement was struck whereby Moser would bring the visitor library books, the visitor would read them at incredible speed, then Moser would go get some more. On more than one occasion, Moser went aboard the visitor's craft. The visitor looked human enough to pass on the street, but he was not used to earth gravity and had a hard time breathing our air. It took him five years to acclimate to earth conditions. Then he started living on the surface. Moser stayed in close touch with him.

I asked Gordon if he ever met the visitor. "No. I hinted around again and again, but Moser never introduced us"

Where is the visitor now? Gordon said he doesn't know. The visitor learned to blend into human society and became a businessman, Moser said.

Why was the visitor here? Gordon said Moser told him the visitor's people had been in space a long time. They were a very old race, and their planet had died when their sun died. They didn't want to invade or change our society. They just wanted to live on solid ground. Earth took some getting used to, but Moser's visitor friend had adjusted well. Presumably there were many others, but Gordon didn't claim to know about that.

There had been another opportunity for him to meet aliens, but it fell through, he said. It was in 1972 or 1973, just after he left the space program. He was in touch with a group of people who were making contacts at Giant Rock in the Mojave Desert of California. There was to be an arrangment whereby Gordon and a small group of others could attend one of these contact events and even record it on film. The day before the scheduled event, there was a preliminary meeting where something went wrong. Gordon said he wasn't there and doesn't know exactly what happened; but it resulted in cancelling the next day's event. He had assumed he would see one or more craft and alien occupants up close, in daylight. He says he never saw any such thing.

But he speaks as one who knows -- to his own satisfaction, at least -- that a variety of alien types are visiting the earth. He says he's convinced that most of them are benevolent, although some may be unfriendly or even dangerous. He didn't seem too concerned about the negative types.

I asked him if he thought there had been any technology transfer. He said it was quite possible that the story told by Bob Lazar about saucers at a secret base in Nevada was true; and that wreckage had probably been recovered at Roswell and elsewhere. I asked him if he thought the rumors about a landing at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico were true, and he said he thought perhaps they were.

Having previously learned of Gordon's friendly relations with the "Black" world of super-secrecy -- one of his business partners was formerly a top official in the Lockheed Skunk Works, and Gordon has worked from time to time with various intelligence agencies, including the CIA -- I have to assume that he knows far more than he would ever divulge to me, particularly in this kind of get-acquainted conversation.

Nonetheless, I found him remarkably open and willing to make quite amazing assertions. I'm convinced he really believes that aliens are here. That being the case, I'm glad he also seems convinced that most of our alien visitors are friendly.

Antonio La Rubia habitually arises at 2:00 a.m., brushes his teeth, washes and leaves his home at 2:15 or 2:20 a.m. On the morning in question he feels he must have left at 2:20 for that was when his watch stopped. He walked to a large field near his home and when he got to the near corner of it, which he estimated to be 70 meters (235 feet) across, at least, as the field is 70 meters across, the object's bulk extended beyond the boundaries of the field.

Antonio thought the object, which was a dull leaden color and shaped like a hat, was resting on the ground.

As soon as Mr. La Rubia realized what he was seeing (he had never believed in the existence of UFOs previously) he decided to run back home.

(Initially, La Rubia thought the object was the bus he had to ride to go to the terminal of the Oriental Bus Company where he was employed as a bus driver.)

Antonio was unable to run, however, for at the moment he decided to retreat, an intensely bright light lit up the area. La Rubia was standing by an electric pole which became illuminated by the brilliant blue light. At that moment Antonio saw three "robots" positioned near him. They were one meter, 40 centimeters (about four feet) tall, but their antennae, which jutted out of the middle (tops) of their heads extended far enough to extend beyond his height (which is approximately five feet, five inches). The heads of the creatures were shaped like American footballs, which a band extending across the middle, horizontally, which looked like a row of small mirrors of a blue shade, one a little darker than the others.

The bodies, Antonio said, were stocky, the trunk broader than his own (he is muscular, but of slender build). They had appendages for arms which he compared to elephants' trunks, and which narrowed down to pointed tips, resembling one finger. Their bodies were made of a rough substance resembling scales. Antonio, when questioned, said he didn't think the scales were "armor", for the robots moved around freely and the "scales" did not seem to impede them in any way. The trunks were rounded at the bottom ending in a single leg. Antonio's first impression was that they were sitting on something, but didn't feel this was the case. This leg ended in a "platform" the size and shape of a saucer. Antonio compared this leg and "platform" to the stools utilized on ships. All of this outer part of the bodies looked like a dull shade of aluminum.

In the field, one of the "robots" stood in front of him, one at the side and another behind him. When the blue light had come on, he could no longer move. Antonio flailed about with his arms, but found he was imprisoned in a "bell" (glass or Mason) jar. Otherwise he felt quite normal except that he felt quite nervous. He could not move, but the "creatures" floated along. They were all of the same stature, but one of them was holding what appeared to be a syringe (an instrument used to give an injection). This "robot" raised its appendage, pointed the syringe at La Rubia, and Antonio moved from his position without feeling it, toward the disc. Although he felt himself moving toward the disc, he does not know how he entered it. As he approached it, he felt a tremor, then found himself in a corridor of aluminum substance, and beyond it a wall. Two of the "robots" went one way, one another. He looked down the corridor, saw the field, and it seemed that the skin of the UFO was transparent and he felt the craft had lifted from the ground. He got the impression the object was moving from south to north.

As he was looking back and out, a bright blue light came on again and he now found himself in a large, circular room. The light appeared to come from the ceiling and became lighter in hue as it came down the "wall", until it blended with the aluminum color of the walls.

In this huge chamber he saw a dozen of the "entities" on one side and another twelve on the other side; reminding him of children in a classroom because their "single legs" looked like seats.

Antonio had been struggling all the while, unable to make a sound. But suddenly he was able to shout; "What do you want? Who are you?" To his great surprise, all of the creatures fell to the floor and he assumed that the sound of his voice must have caused this. The light came on strong again, blinding him. He continued to struggle, partly from fear, but also because he had had extreme difficulty breathing since he first entered the craft. He did not hear his own breathing but could hear breathing sounds coming from the entities which was puzzling to him as they appeared to him to be robots.

When Antonio began shouting, all of the entities raised their appendages to the tip of their antennae, holding them. Prior to that, the antennae had been spinning so fast that he could not determine their exact shape. When they held them, with their appendages, he could see that their shape resembled that of a teaspoon.

The only fixture in the whole enclosure was a small piano-like affair in front of Antonio. It was a box-shaped thing about 15-17 centimeters (6 inches) in width standing on 2 supporting poles, which reached to the height of Antonio's chest. At the extremity of the box, on each side there were antennae jutting up, and to one side the keys, which reminded him of a piano.

There was also something that looked like a tin (can) on it into which the beings inserted some objects which they took from their belts.

At this juncture Antonio explained that the beings wore belts from which hung, by hooks, apparatuses which resembled syringes (injection apparatuses) which they inserted into the box (or "piano"). Each time this was done, an image appeared on the wall of the UFO in color, showing a different scene.

Antonio was shown a series of pictures in color and every time this was done, the being introduced the syringe-like thing to the "box", pressed a key and the picture appeared. The pictures Antonio remembers are as follows:

1. Himself, nude, lying on an invisible (?) table, swinging his arms about, his legs lying straight and two of the beings examining him with their little bluish lights, directing it at his chest and head, with another entity examining his head with a blue light which had no beam. It made everything blue, including his hair (which he saw in the "picture").

When this scene was over, another being approached the "console", introduced another "thing" into it, and another scene appears:

3. Antonio was dressed, carrying his shopping bag, his teeth were chattering and he looked nervous. No sound came from him, and one arm was swinging.

4. This picture showed a horse and cart, being drawn over a dirt road. Antonio did not recognize the location but there appeared a cart-man, a peasant, wearing a straw hat, bare-footed and with a torn shirt.

5. Antonio saw a picture of a light orange ball with himself standing beside it.

6. In this picture, the "ball" was seen once again, this time bluish in color, with one of the "beings" standing beside it.

7. This picture is most difficult to describe and whereas we have condensed his words before. "Dog was shown, trying to get at one of these beings, also shown in the picture the dog was big, and slobbering at the mouth, trying hard to get at the being, unable to reach it and looked very angry. Then the dog gave out 4 or 5 barks. At this point, the being started to melt, from top to bottom, like porridge."

8. A factory was seen, apparently one of "theirs" where the UFOs (crafts?) are manufactured. The scene was white and stretched out, so he could not see the end of it. There were 3 rows of UFOs, the 2 on their right were UFOs nearly ready, and the one on the left were UFOs in the making -- at the "skeleton" stage. There were "millions" of "beings" or "robots" walking around but Antonio noticed no tools.

9. This picture showed a train, like the Japanese trains currently being used in Brazil, but older, something the worse for wear, windowless, entering a tunnel, whereupon it was lost from view.

10. This showed an avenue compared with Avenida Presidente Vargas, one of the busiest thoroughfares in Rio de Janeiro, jammed with cars.

Antonio's list seems to end here but that he described a scene he saw after the one where he saw himself naked, wherein he saw himself dressed, vomiting and passing stools in this trousers. Fortunately the latter did not come to pass, as he was at home when he became very ill.

Antonio told about when the beings took blood from him; one of them came over to the center of the hall where he was standing, took one of the "syringes" from his belt with his right appendage, passed it over to his left appendage, where it started to rotate, spinning so fast that Antonio could not follow it with his eyes. Then the gadget was pointed at him, whereupon his arm lifted, against his will, and the syringe was stuck into the middle finger of his right hand. He saw the syringe filling until it nearly overflowed. He was sure it was his blood for it was the only color he saw in the whole place -- everything else was blue or white, or metallic-like. He didn't understand how this could be, for he did not feel the prick and there was no mark after it was accomplished. Then the being who had taken the blood pointed at a picture on the wall and drew three circles, presumably with Antonio's blood, and dissected them with an L-shaped mark.

Antonio thinks that the blood-drawing experience came before, or in between the showing of pictures for Antonio says that after the busy street scene was shown he was "thrown" overboard and fell into a street almost opposite the Paciencia station. When he landed, there was one of the "beings" beside him. All his belongings were with him, even his bag, which had not been with him on the craft.

Then Antonio looked at his watch, which read 2:20 a.m. He was on the ground, looked behind him and saw nothing. He then looked up and saw what appeared to be the bottom of a dark, smooth balloon, lifting up. It was huge in size and ascended until he could no longer see it.

Asked if there had been additional witnesses and La Rubia said there was, but the man is a known drunk and therefore not reliable. He (the drunk) told numerous people he'd seen a UFO that morning.

Antonio went over to Paciencia station, asked the time and it was either 2:50 or 2:55 a.m. He set his watch at the correct time. There was a bus passing at 3:10 and he caught it and arrived at work on time. He felt ill and nervous and ached all over. He drove the bus, nevertheless, but now and again his vision darkened. He worked all day and again all day Friday, but when he arrived home that night he went to bed.

It was at this junction in his narrative that Antonio recalled another "picture" which he had forgotten. In this one he saw himself with smoke coming out of his back, and the pain and heat which he was now feeling (when he arrived home) seemed to be connected with the picture. The pictures he saw in the UFO seemed to have depicted all of the suffering he was now experiencing except the one where he passed stools in his drawers.

Antonio told his wife nothing of what had happened to him. That Friday night his bowels were loose and he felt miserable. The next day, Saturday, he was still very ill and missed work. Sunday was the same -- he could not go to work. That night (Sunday) the burning feeling started, which spread throughout his body and was very painful. His wife rubbed him with alcohol which relieved the distress somewhat. On Monday morning, he went back to the bus company to say he had to quit, and he had difficulty breathing, was burning and itching and asked a fellow employee to hose him down with water. His fellow workers told him he looked "as green as grass." When he walked he had an empty feeling as though walking on a cloud. This feeling persisted as late as 33 days after the incident.

The Monday that he was at the bus company and experiencing the burning feeling, the company nurse wanted to give him a tranquilizing injection but he refused, afraid that it would make him worse. The personnel at the clinic thought he had gone mad and ropes were brought to constrain him and was taken to the hospital where it was generally thought he was mad because he babbled about UFOs.

Before being taken to the hospital, however, La Rubia was given a hearing by the bus company psychologist, Dr. Nely Carbonell, who pronounced him psychologically normal but nevertheless called an ambulance to take him to the hospital.

Antonio was surprised when the hospital doctors pronounced him normal despite his extreme discomfort. However, when one of the doctors visited him for his INPS (Worker's Employer Relief) and heard about the UFO, he called in six other doctors, saying that the case was serious and worthy of further study. Also, Antonio was registering a high fever (about 103 degrees F) which could have been dangerous to him had it persisted.

The most puzzling new facts in this case are the showing of the pictures, not in themselves as such, but what did the beings wish to communicate? This is the task for many specialized scientists to try to unravel. What message did they wish to convey? The simplest seems that, as we harm them, they can harm us. That there are many of them, as there are many of us. That they can tell our future but we cannot tell theirs. That they isolate people in an invisible bell (Mason) jar. And so on.

Doctoring Villas Boas and aliens on ice

In the late 1950s, Brazil seems to have become the testing ground either of an alien power… or those pulling the UFO string, putting forward the first successful stories of UFO abductions and crashes. In both, the esteemed Doctor Olavo Fontes seems to have been part of the experiment.

In the spring of 1957, Dr. Olavo T. Fontes, a gastroenterologist at the National School of Medicine in Rio de Janeiro, joined APRO, Aerial Phenomena Research Organisation, an American UFO organisation, as representative for Brazil. Brazil had been visited by “flying saucers” in the early fifties. But with Fontes joining the organisation, the APRO files began to bulge with the cases he investigated and filed. A professor at the National School, Fontes was also in private practice and his time was pretty much his own. He told the Lorenzens, who had founded APRO, that he had thought the “saucers” were a typical Yankee phenomenon, until they showed up in Brazil.

It seems that as soon Fontes joined APRO, Brazil’s UFOs literally exploded. On September 14, 1957, Ibrahim Sued, a well known Rio Janeiro society columnist, reported that he had received information, in fact a fragment, of a flying disc.
The story was apparently sent in by a reader of his popular column. The letter began that “I wish to give you something of the highest interest to a newspaperman, about the flying discs. If you believe that they are real, of course. I didn’t believe anything said or published about them. But just a few days ago I was forced to change my mind.” The man claimed he was fishing at a place close to the town of Ubatuba, Sao Paulo, when he saw a flying disc. “It approached the beach at unbelievable speed and an accident, i.e. a crash into the sea, seemed imminent. At the last moment, however, when it was almost striking the waters, it made a sharp turn upward and climbed rapidly on a fantastic impulse. We followed the spectacle with our eyes, startled, when we saw the disc explode in flames. It disintegrated into thousands of fiery fragments, which fell sparkling with magnificent brightness. […] Most of these fragments, almost all, fell into the sea. But a number of small pieces fell close to the beach and we picked up a large amount of this material which was as light as paper. I am enclosing a small sample of it.”
Sued had, it seemed, been handed the Holy UFO Grail, but already, the first problem was that signature of the person sending in the letter was illegible and no address was given. Fontes contacted Sued on the day the article appeared and immediately went to his apartment to see the fragment at the journalist’s apartment: “three small pieces of dull grey solid substance that appeared to be a metal of some sort.” A professional analysis of the sample a few days later revealed that the metal was magnesium, an extremely high purity. That was in itself of some interest, but hardly the “Holy Grail”.

A few months later, in February 1958, Fontes himself became the subject of UFO attention. He stated that he was “warned off” by American and Brazilian officials (the officials claimed to be from Naval Intelligence) to stop his work into UFOs. Remarkably, after having warned him off, the officers then confided in him that six UFOs had crashed throughout the world since the Second World War: three in North America, one in the Sahara Desert, one in Scandinavia and one in Britain. In his report about the encounter to APRO, he wrote: “I was told all of these discs were small craft – 32, 77 or 99ft in diameter. In all of them were found crew members’ bodies. They were little men, and ranged in height from 32 to 46in. They were dead in all cases, killed in the crashes. The examination of the bodies showed they were definitely humanoid, but obviously not from this planet.”

This “admission” to Fontes has been regarded by some UFO researchers as being among the best evidence for international government knowledge of an extraterrestrial presence on Earth. But even from Fontes’ account, it is clear that this was, in fact, an exercise in misinformation and myth-making. Why would Brazilian Army officials, ostensibly trying to discourage Fontes’s research, share information with him that was supposedly even being withheld from the country’s president? And why was Fontes then allowed to publish an account of his experience?

Though in retrospect the Fontes case may be the small pea in the pot amongst the now hundreds of alleged “UFO whistleblowers”, at the time, the Fontes case marked the introduction of some significant new elements into the developing UFO mythology: it was the first serious claim of the recovery of crashed UFOs and dead aliens. The case was also the first suggestion that military scientists were developing new technologies based on the captured craft – the so-called “reverse engineering”.
But perhaps the most significant aspects of this affair are its timing and its link with the first reported abduction of a human by aliens. This was the classic case of Antonio Villas Boas, a Brazilian farmer who claimed to have been forcibly taken aboard a UFO in October 1957, during which he had a sexual encounter with one of its humanoid female occupants. Boas’s story was several years before the Hill abduction made headline news in the States; Boas’s recall of the experience was furthermore without the need for hypnotic regression.
In the weeks following this alleged extraterrestrial rape, Boas claimed to suffer from nausea, headaches, lesions on the skin and weakness. Seeing a newspaper ad by Jose Martins, who wanted to speak to people who had had UFO encounters, Villas Boas contacted Martins; Martins then contacted Fontes, to examine the farmer. Fontes concluded that Villas Boas had been exposed to a large dose of radiation and was suffering from mild radiation sickness.

It is here that the timing because of primary interest. Fontes met Boas on February 22, 1958; it was just four days later that he was summoned to the meeting with Army officials, in which he was “told off”. Initially, upon meeting Villas-Boas, Fontes had been noncommittal about the abduction story, but the encounter with the Army led him to accept it as genuine – and a major new dimension was added to the growing UFO literature. The question is: is this timeline coincidence? Or design?

Though the Villas-Boas story was investigated in 1958, the story did not “break” until almost a decade later; like the infamous MJ-12 documents, we note that such stories take a long time to develop.
But in 1958, Fontes did write a report to APRO, though it is not clear how many people read it. Dr. Walter K. Bühler, president of the Sociedad Brasileira de Estudios Sobre Discos Voadores (SBDEDV), apparently heard a rumour about the Villas-Boas stroy, but it took him several years before he tracked down the abductee himself. The earliest known publication of the Villas Boas story was in the SBESDV Bulletin of April-June 1962 and from this moment onwards, it took a further few years before the case made its appearance in UFO books, specifically in the US.
As with the MJ12, it seems that major carrots were dangled in front of the key people, to remind them, if not urge them, to continue and scale up their desire to get their UFO story out. In June 1993, Bühler stated that in 1962-3, his organisation had received an anonymous letter from the US, inviting Villas-Boas to visit this country in order to examine a recovered flying saucer in the possession of the American military. It was obviously meant to underline that by publishing the Villas-Boas story, they were “obviously” on the right path. And as with Fontes in 1958, we see a most curious behaviour, which has no logic to it whatsoever. What advantage could the US government possibly have gained by showing Villas-Boas such a top secret discovery – if of course there was one? Instead, it seems that the US was actively trying to encourage belief in “aliens on ice”.

So what was really going on in Brazil? A clue may be derived from the so-called “attacks” on the Itaipu garrison. Weirdness at this Atlantic coast fortress began when two Brazilian soldiers were subjected to a heat assault, while a UFO hovered above them at 2.03 am on November 3, 1957. (Time-wise, we need to remember that it was just over a fortnight earlier that Antonio Villas-Boas had his exotic alien encounter.) It left the soldiers not only stunned, but also unconscious. Equally, the army garrison’s electrical system failed during the terrifying encounter. Believing themselves to be under enemy attack, the garrison mobilised in time to see an orange light rising up from the fort and moving across the sky. And that seemed to be it.
The obvious question here would be whether someone – the US military – were practising modern warfare upon a friendly nation’s army, to see how they would react to “unconventional” attacks. As for Dr. Olavo Fontes, the series of incidents made him conclude that there was indeed a “military” objective to this UFO activity. However, rather than identify the US or any other country as the real culprit behind these war games, he saw the attack on the Itaipu garrison as the opening round in a massive UFO invasion of Northern Brazil – which obviously never materialised.

As mentioned, Olavo Fontes wrote the detail of his meeting with these Naval Intelligence officers down in a letter on February 27, 1958, and sent it to APRO. He wrote how “in discussions that lasted almost 2 hours, 2 intelligence officers from the Brazillian Naval Ministry disclosed the following info”: “(1)** They told me that all govt’s of the world, and military authorities know flying saucers exist, and they are craft from off world, and have proof of both things.
(2)** Six flying discs have crashed [up to 1958], on this earth, and were captured and taken apart by military forces, and scientists of the countries involved – under the most rigid and ruthless security restrictions, to keep the matter absolutely secret.” Fontes then provided the detail of where the crashes had occurred and what aliens had been recovered: “(3)** Examination of the instruments and devices found, showed the ships were propelled by an extremely powerful electromagnetic field. Evidence shows it is a ROTATING and OSCILLATING HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD, that produces some type of gravity effect yet not understood.
(4)** All ships were carefully dismantled and studied. Unfortunately, the important problem was not solved; How the fields were produced, and what was the source of the tremendous amount of electric energy released in these fields. No clues were found in any of the discs examined. Apparently they got their power from nowhere.” Fontes then explained about how some ships seemed to use nuclear power – an intriguing item of information in light of Fontes’ recent examination of Villas-Boas, which had revealed him to be suffering from radiation sickness. Were these intelligence officers trying to cement certain beliefs into Fontes’ head? The logical conclusion has to be that they were.
Fontes continued: “(6)** These visitors from outer space are dangerous when apprehended, and definitely hostile when attacked. We have already lost many planes in attempting to shoot one down.” This is where the document seems to take on its most intriguing allegation: “We have no defense against them until now. They outperform easily against any of our fighters, [which] have no defense against them. Guided missiles are also useless, they can fly still faster, and manoeuvre around them, as if they were toys, or can interfere with their electrical systems after launch rendering them ineffective, or if they like, explode them before they reach their target.”
The implication of this statement is that as resistance is futile, the Brazilian army, in case of attack, should just stand down and surrender. If followed, what great advantages that would give to any nation to any nation that would be able to create a fake alien invasion and illicit a “no response” from the country’s army!
For Fontes, it lead to this conclusion: “(7)** They [the aliens] have not, until now, shown any interest in contacting us. They are obviously preparing a planet-wide huge military type operation to interfere against us. We have no idea what this operation will be.”
There were however three scenarios: “A - Total war, followed by mass landings, to destroy our power, enslave the remnants of our population, and colonize the planet.
B - Police-action to stop our plans for the conquest of space, and to avoid our dangerous progress in the field of atomic weapons: this would involve mass landings at strategic points with occupation by force in limited areas of vital interests for their purposes.
C - “Friendly” interference, followed by military intimidation to make us agree with their plans for us, whatever they may be: avoiding open war or any other kind of direct interference: patrolling and eventual police-action only outside our atmosphere.”

 

 

The alien invasion never happened. But neither, it seems, did the logical conclusion ever get drawn, not by Fontes, or by other observers. Fontes claimed that the officers told him that “(9)** ALL INFO. ABOUT THE UFO SUBJECT IS NOT ONLY CLASSIFIED OR RESERVED FOR OFFICIAL USES, IT IS TOP - SECRET.
CIVILIAN AUTHORITIES, AND MILITARY OFFICERS IN GENERAL ARE NOT ENTITLED TO KNOW. EVEN OUR PRESIDENT IS NOT INFORMED OF THE WHOLE TRUTH.”
It seems that Fontes never questioned why he, of all people, was told the “truth”. Fontes had already been identified as a prolific writer of reports to APRO; he had furthermore an impeccable scientific standing: a doctor. By providing him with this “information”, the officers must have known that there was a 99% likelihood that he would do his best to make sure that this private revelation would receive a massive airing.
That is precisely what happened. A scenario that the contactee phenomenon had failed to create in the US (creating credible “evidence” of alien visitations and contact with civilians), Brazil, via Fontes’s prolific writing and a slightly changed scenario, was able to accomplish. The “Roswell Revelation” was still two decades into the future, but the seeds were sown in Brazil in late 1958, early 1958.

17. Elite are the Draconis

These Aliens are proportional in size to modern humans.

They have a snake like or lizard appearance.

The information about these creatures varies from source to source. Supposedly they consider their ancient outpost and want to have complete control over it because their planet is unable to adequately support life. The Greys are supposedly subservient to the Reptilians.

Humans should feel threatened by them.

They have been breeding with you and living amongst you for centuries.

They are Humanoid in shape and Reptilian in heritage.

Their leader Elite are the Draconis. They are from Draco in the Six Star Constellation Orion.

Orion is the 16th Galaxy, shares within and lies partly in the 17th and 18th galaxy, The Milky way. These Reptilians stand from 8 feet down to 6 feet in height, with dark green scaly skin. Their leader is Haaton, a warrior, who is a Draconian. He is a Reptilian who defected from them while on Earth and reformed to fight against The Reptilians, on behalf of humans. He is the commander of Ashtar command. The Ashtar command are beings from The Pleiades and Aldebaran Constellation.

There are 16 different kinds of reptilians seen these days by abductees. They are all cold blooded and have to have a balanced environment to maintain body temperature. The "soldier class" species can bury themselves in the ground and wait long periods of time in order to ambush their enemy. These reptoids have scales which protect them from moisture loss. They have long thin arms reaching just above the knees. At the end of these long arms they have 3 webbed fingers with and opposing thumb. The Serpent race lives underground. The reptilian species direct the efforts of the worker class which are about 4 feet tall. These are currently referred to as Greys or EBE's (Extraterrestrial Biological Entities), and are the largest group of E.T.'s to be encountered by the surface humans.

David Icke wrote: "In a remarkable period of 15 days as I travelled, around the United States in 1998, I met more than a dozen separate people who told me of how they had seen humans transform into reptiles and go back again in front of their eyes. Two television presenters had just such an experience while interviewing, a man who was in favour of the global centralisation of power known as the New World Order. After the live interview, the male presenter said to his colleague that he had experienced an amazing sight during the interview. He had seen the man's face transform into a lizard-like creature and then return to human. His female fellow presenter was astounded because she had seen the interviewee's hands turn reptilian. The male presenter also told me of an experience a policeman friend had while making a routine visit: to an office block in Aurora, near Denver, Colorado. The policeman had commented to an executive of one of the companies on the ground: floor of the extreme nature of security in the building. She told him he should look at the higher floors if he wanted to know how extensive it reallywas.

She also pointed to a lift which only went to certain floors at the top of the building and, as they chatted, she told him of something she had seen some weeks earlier. The lift had opened and a very strange figure had emerged. He was white to the point of: being albino, but he had a face shaped like a lizard and his eye pupils were vertical like a reptile's. This lizard-like figure, had walked out of the lift and in to an official-looking car waiting outside. The policeman was so intrigued that he used his own time to check on the companies at the top of the building served, by the mystery lift. He found they were all fronts for the Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA.

Then there are the experiences of Cathy O'Brian, the mind controlled slave of the United States government for more than 25 years, which she details in her astonishing book, Trance Formation Of America, written with Mark Phillips. She was sexually abused as a child and as an adult by a stream of famous people named in her book. Among them were the US Presidents, Gerald Ford, Bill Clinton and, most appallingly, George Bush, a: major player in the Brotherhood, as my books and others have long exposed. It was Bush, a paedophile and serial killer, who regularly abused and raped Cathy's daughter, Kelly O'Brien, as a toddler before her mother's courageous exposure of these staggering events forced the authorities to remove Kelly from the mind control programme known as Project Monarch. Cathy writes in Trance Formation Of America of how George Bush was sitting in front of her in his office in Washington DC when, he opened a book at a page depicting "lizard-like aliens from a far off, deep space place."

" Bush then claimed to be an 'alien' himself and appeared, before her eyes, to transform 'like a chameleon' into a reptile. Cathy believed that some kind of hologram had been activated to achieve this and from her understanding at the time I can see why she rationalised her experience in this way. Anyone would, because the truth is too fantastic to comprehend until you see the build up of evidence. 'There's no doubt that alien~based mind programmes are part of these mind control projects and that the whole UFO-extraterrestrial scene is being massively manipulated, not least through Hollywood films designed to mould public thinking. Cathy says in her book that George Lucas, the producer of Star Wars, is an operative with NASA; and the National Security Agency, the 'parent' body of the CIA." But given the evidence presented by so many other people, I don't believe that what Bush said and Cathy saw was just a mind control programme.

I think he was revealing the Biggest Secret, that a reptilian race from another dimension has been controlling the planet for thousands of years. I know other people who have seen Bush shape-shift into a reptilian, The president of Mexico in the 1980s, Miguel DeLa Madrid; also used Cathy in her mind controlled state. She said he told her the legend of the Iguana and explained that lizard-like extraterrestrials had descended upon the Mayans in Mexico. The Mayan pyramids, their advanced astronomical technology and ~ the sacrifice of virgins, was inspired by lizard-like aliens, he told her."' He added that these reptilians interbred with the Mayans to produce a form of life they could inhabit. De La Madrid told Cathy that these reptile-human bloodlines could, fluctuate between a human and iguana appearance through chameleon-like abilities .- "a perfect vehicle for transforming into world leaders", he said. De la Madrid claimed to have Mayan-lizard ancestry in his blood which allowed him to transform back to an iguana at will. He then changed before her eyes, as Bush had, and appeared to have a lizard-like tongue and eyes."

Cathy understandably believed this to be another holographic projection, but was it really? Or was De La Madrid saying something very close to the truth? This theme of being like a chameleon is merely another term for 'shape-shifting', a theme you find throughout the ancient world and ' among open minded people, in the modern one too, Shapeshifting is the ability to use your mind to project another physical image for people to see. Everything is energy vibrating, at different speeds, so if you use your mind to re-vibrate that energy to a different resonance, you can appear in any form you choose. Many witnesses have described ' how the so-called ~ 'Men in Black' materialise and dernaterialise when they threaten people who are communicating information about extraterrestrials and UFOs. They can do this because they are interdimensional beings who can appear in any form. This is the main reason for the obsession with interbreeding among the Elite bloodline families. They are seeking to maintain a genetic structure which allows them to move between the dimensions and shape-shift between a human and reptilian appearance. Once the genetic structure falls too far from it's reptilian origin, they can't shapeshift in this way. --- Based on Icke's research. There are 3 kinds of them:

1. "Full-blood" reptilians using an apparent human form to hide their true nature.

2. "Hybrids" or reptile-human crossbreed bloodlines, who are possessed by reptilians from the fourth dimension.

3. Reptilians who manifest directly in this dimension, but can't hold that state indefinitely.

Linda, you have probably encountered the 2nd type... but I wonder if there is a fourth type.. that is... pure humans who can be possessed by them, or I wonder if there should be genetic linkage for smooth possession to occur.

Anyway. I'm kinda weary already of this "reptilians hosting humans" aspect since there seems to be many witnesses and it may be a fact. I'm now mainly interested in the first type and would really like to know if there are indeed full blood shapeshifting reptilians (such as Bush). It would be of most gravious seriousness if even a bit of the latter is true. And everything will never be the same again (this means if Jesus is real and his consciousness can set us free.. then we can go to him so as to lock into his collective in order to stay away from the reptilian holds... that is... if Jesus exist. But if he does not.. and there are more evidence he does not... then we are on our own (and don't have to be deceived by beings of darkness claiming to be Jesus)). The following is Icke's further comment of this reptile bloodlines and hosting aspect which needs to be scrutinized in dead seriousness.

"Around 450,000 years ago the Anunnaki arrived, a reptilian race led by the winged, albino-white Draco, and they sought to take over the planet. It is probable that they had by this time also settled and occupied! Mars. For a long time the Anunnaki lived openly as reptilians, but for whatever reason, possibly hostility from other extraterrestrial races and humanity, they literally went undercover. They set out to hijack the planet by appearing to be human.

This included a crossbreeding programme which created human-reptilian, hybrid bloodlines through which they could operate from the lower fourth dimension. The fourth dimensional reptilians wear their human bodies like a genetic overcoat and when one body dies the same reptilian 'moves house' to another body and continues the Agenda into another generation. You could think of it as wearing and discarding space suits.� These creatures are the ones the psychics see as reptilians inside human: physical bodies. It seems that they need to occupy a very reptilian dominated genetic stream to do this, hence certain bloodlines always end up in the positions of power.

Other less pure crossbreed human-reptilians are those bodies which are possessed by a reptilian consciousness from the fourth dimension and these are people who psychics see as essentially human, but 'overshadowed' by a reptilian. The crossbreeding to infuse reptilian genetics into these bloodlines makes this possession far easier than for those with fewer reptilian genes. This is why the Brotherhood maintains such detailed records of the genetic lines. They then know which people can be possessed more easily than others, The reptilians seek, however, to influence everyone by stimulating the behaviour patterns of the reptile region of the brain: hierarchical thinking, aggression, conflict, division, lack of compassion and a need for ritual. By ritual I don't just mean dressing up in a Satanic ceremony. There are many examples of the human obsession with ritual, including doing the same things at the same time, day after day, week after week.

The reptilians have used the white race as their main route to global control, but they have crossbred with all races including the Chinese, Japanese, Arabs and those known as Jewish. All this allows the reptilians to control apparently unconnected people and organisations. It is the extraterrestrial version of members of the same secret society working in many places of influence, while the rest of the population have no idea that they are connected. You can look at a series of apparently different human beings in different positions of power who come to the same conclusion and agree the same policy. That would appear to be a policy born of democracy and open debate. But what if the same force is controlling all of them? That would then be dictatorship, but unless you knew the true situation how could you tell? This is what is happening with the reptilians working through human bodies and the secret society network these bloodlines have created or infiltrated.

The Book of Enoch says that those born of the Nefilim blood (the reptile-human hybrids) are, because of their ancestral spirit, destined to "afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle and work destruction on the earth"." In other words, those bodies can be possessed by their 'ancestral spirit' - the reptilians of the lower fourth dimension In the United States there is an organisation called the Sons of Jared, named after the father of Enoch. They pledge an 'implacable war' against the descendants of the Watchers who "as notorious pharaohs, kings and dictators, have throughout history dominated mankind". In their publication, the Jaredite Advocate, they condemn the Watchers as "like super-gangsters, a celestial Mafia ruling the world"."

Many people ask me how today's Brotherhood Elite can cause such death, destruction and suffering, without showing any emotion. At least some of the reptile genetic streams do not appear to feel emotion like humans and they seem to be far more ruthless, too. I've just described George Bush, Henry Kissinger, David Rockefeller and so on, and that's not surprising because they are examples of the reptile race at work in the human sphere." --- "The more I look at this, the more it it clear to me that what the reptilians did on Mars they have done here. They infiltrated the home population through interbreeding and took the place over. It seems to me that there were already reptile-Aryan bloodlines among the Martians when they came to Earth. One of the main locations for the Anunnaki and the Martians or Aryans, particularly during and after the Venus cataclysm of around 4,800 BC, were the mountains of Turkey, Iran and Kurdistan, and it was from here that they and their hybrids re-emerged when the waters receded. It was they who created the 'instant' advanced civilisations in the low lands of Sumer, Egypt, Babylon and the Indus Valley.

A particular centre for the Anunnaki reptilians would seem to have been the Caucasus Mountains and this is an area that will appear again and again in this story. I feel there was a major breeding programme in this region, probably underground, which produced a very large number of hybrid reptile-human crossbreeds. One area of research that, is highly relevant to this region are the number of people with Rh negative or rhesus negative blood: Often rhesus negative babies turn blue immediately after birth. This is the origin of the term 'blue bloods' for royal bloodlines and; other terms like 'true blue'. It is speculated that the 'blue' bloodlines could be of Martian decent and from wherever the Martian bloodlines came from before that. Far more white people are Rh negative than blacks or Asians.

The genes of the albino-white 'royal' Draco appear to have been used to create the "royal' reptile-human hybrid bloodlines which have been used to rule the world since ancient times. These were the ones known to the ancients as the demi-gods, who were given the task of middlemen, controlling the population and running the world according to the Agenda of their reptile masters. What is clear is that while the Annunaki interbred with many Earth races, the white race has been their main vehicle for taking over the planet and the 'royal' Draco at the top of their hierarchy are albino white.

Significantly, when you look at ancient accounts, many of their hybrid creations had blond hair and blue eyes. A major change would seem to have taken place soon after the Venus upheavals because the Ubaid culture (5,000-4,000 BC), in what is now Iraq, worshipped gods who were depicted as lizard-humanoids while the Sumerians (4,000-5,000 BC), who lived in the same area, depict their gods as very human. This change, and the crossbreeding programme in the Caucasus region, are fundamentally connected, I'm sure."

The structure of existence is that this non-local, conscious and intelligent component of existence is unchangeable and is unaffected by relativity or changes in space, time , matter and so forth. And yet paradoxically it is very present in every grain of sand and every galaxy - only in a form which is always one, indivisible and whole.

Through its organizing and integrating aspects, non-locality exists at the very local level, whether one considers the microscopic or macroscopic level of existence. That is, the cosmos is integrated in such a fashion that there is absolute integration at every level - and so the mystics were right when they said that one could behold the cosmos in a drop of water.

From this Pre-existent, Absolute field of intelligence and consciousness emerges all else. Again, paradoxically, the unified field of consciousness and intelligence, while indivisible, is present at every level, no matter how small or large. The Absolute remains the Absolute - and yet it is present in every quark - but not bound or limited or divided by the quark.

For this wonderful Nothingness (which is the fullness of absolute awareness) to give rise to the expressed cosmos, with all of its stars and galaxies and atoms and peoples, a creative process exists which is at once simple and elegantly complex. That is, from the plane of the Absolute - that pervasive, ever-present and indivisible state- creation comes forth and is maintained by what has been termed the Creator aspect of God. The critical elements of this process are will, the sound component of thought, then the visual component of thought and then the structural aspect of the astral world and then the matrix of the material world, expanding and encompassing the entirety of the universe.

The Creator aspect of the Absolute, through the operation of His Will, creates the cosmos from very subtle to very material as follows:

* The sound component of pure idea-forms/thought give rise to the aspect (you may think dimension if you must) of the universal which is the sound quality of the idea/thought for each and every created thing - whether an ant or a galaxy. Evolution and change occurs around and through the blue-print of this initial idea form of creation. The entirety of the cosmos exists as and through this sound component of thought. The essence of non-local, omnipresent mind/intelligence is present at this and every stage which follows. In some traditions, this idea/sound component or form of the entire universe and everything within it is called the causal or causative world'. In Biblical and other traditions I believe this is what is meant by the Word of God, In the beginning there was the Word...'.

* The sound/idea component of thought then gives rise to a less abstract but still very fine and subtle aspect which some have called îastral' but which I prefer to regard as the conscious-intelligent visual (CIV). This aspect, which has within it the blueprint causal or idea/thought/ sound of the causal world, is more defined and is îseen' or visible as expressed thought-related forms. It is vast and beautiful and many lucid dreams involve interactions with that realm or aspect. The military man who had the out of body experience had an astral or CIV body interaction with an ET craft, which was phase shifted primarily into this energy form or aspect (more on this later).

* Absolute, undifferentiated Mind, together with the causal idea/sound/thought form and the CIV or astral form create a matrix which supports or gives rise to the so-called material universe. The blue-print, if you will, of ideas/thought/sound and subtle CIV form actually supports and helps create the more gross or expressed material universe. But the material universe has within it the unitive, indivisible Absolute mind, as well as the causal and CIV aspects. Indeed, each and every aspect of the expressed material universe which science can study and measure with current instruments has associated with it all of these finer aspects or spectra of energy. It is incorrect to regard, therefore, these aspects as purely distant îother dimensions' since the warp and woof of the material cosmos is conscious, thought form based and has an astral or CIV matrix within it (or associated with it).

This rather brief and simple overview admittedly leaves out a number of details, best left to another treatment. However, it should be noted that at each level described above there are many gradations and expressions of detail. That is, the causal and CIV aspects have within them a multitude of differentiations, expressions and laws of function much like the material cosmos has fine sub-atomic particles and vast swirling galaxies and clusters of galaxies. Indeed, the details and laws affecting these vast realms dwarf those of the material cosmos and it is too obtuse a matter to elucidate in this paper.

The human being ( and this would include other non-homosapien higher intelligent life forms, ie ET s) has every aspect (or dimension) folded within him. Human consciousness, or spirit, is always connected, however unknowingly by the individual, to the Absolute conscious being. In fact, as mentioned earlier, consciousness or pure mind in its essential aspect is simply that whereby we are awake - or that whereby we are. It is a unitive state and is not divisible. It is always essentially one with the Absolute, but we are trained to see only multiplicity and separation. Thus individuation overwhelms the unitive state - and we think we are separate. It is a perceptual defect which the practices of all religions, in the form of rituals, prayer and meditation, attempt to correct.

An ancient Sufi tradition attributed to Ali states "Thinkest thyself a puny form when within thee the universe is folded?" This rhetorical question serves as a reminder of the holographic nature of mind and the human being's potential place in the universe: Through the experience of the non-local, omnipresent aspect of mind or consciousness, every aspect of the universe can be directly accessed and experienced. This is because the non-local aspect of consciousness is essential to awareness itself. It is always there' and need only be experienced.

This aspect or nature of mind is why people occasionally have spontaneous experiences of non-locality: They will have a dream and the next day, or the next year, the events perceived in the dream will unfold precisely as seen. How can this happen?

The nature of mind is that it is unitive, indivisible and present at every point in time and space - but bound or limited by no aspect of space or time. This means that both distant points in space and time can be accessed through this faculty. Human history is filled with such accounts, and while they are generally dismissed as curiosities by modern day science, in fact they hold the key to understanding the next great leap in scientific exploration: The study of consciousness and non-local reality.

In the lucid dream, the individual experiences increasing non-locality as the so-called astral or CIV aspect of the person awakens or perceives a distant point in space and/or time. This is less mysterious once we understand that mind or consciousness is always existing in its basic nature as a unitive state which transcends the limits of both time and space. Through it, any point in space and time can be accessed, at first one at a time. This should not be confused with the prerogatives and powers of God however. God , the Absolute universal mind, knows all things at all times and at all places, all at once, all of the time. But the individual person, through the faculties described above and by the very nature of the unitive state of mind which is essential to his basic awareness, can experience precognition, inspiration, intuition, remote viewing and the like.

Dr. Robert Jahn at Princeton University has studied another aspect of this non-locality of consciousness as it pertains to mechanical systems. The reader should study the results of these experiments which demonstrate that mind and thought, directed for example at a random number generator, can affect the outcome of the device. This can be accomplished because there is a nexus or link between awareness and matter: the warp and woof of matter is woven in with consciousness and in fact is simply mind-stuff expressed at a different frequency. Thus, an individual can affect his body, another person's health through prayer and visualization or even mechanical systems via thought and consciousness.

Dr. Larry Dossey and others have collected many interesting scientific studies which demonstrate this non-local nature of mind or of reality. The reader should study these for a fuller understanding. History is filled with accounts of such enigmas: the person in prayer who spontaneously levitates, the adept who can materialize or dematerialize objects or teleport objects across the room etc. While easy to dismiss as anecdotal or superstitious tales, the history of humanity as well as recent scientific experiments clearly establish that consciousness is non-local, can operate outside of time and space as we define it and can clearly affect distant inanimate objects or machines.

This is easily understood once the basic cosmology is appreciated: Consciousness is never divided, is present everywhere, is never limited by space or time and yet paradoxically is present at every point in space and time - in every atom and throughout every galaxy. Thus, the interface between consciousness and matter is essential, not contrived or difficult. Actuating events, then, becomes a matter of working in this nexus.

In previous papers I have discussed some of the unusual technological manifestations of ET s in recent times. Many of these aspects of ET activity get left out of reports or get suppressed even by main stream UFO organizations and researchers because they are so far out of the box' of conventional scientific norms. But it is precisely these unusual manifestations of ET technology which should interest us the most: They are the ones which will open the door to new understandings of the universe which make our current scientific knowledge look like kindergarten musings.

Back to the main problem: How are ET craft and personnel traversing the vastness of interstellar space and time? Well, it turns out that the rigidity of that vastness of space becomes quite flexible and can be largely bypassed once you frequency shift to the other side of the light barrier. In one quantum movement, the ET craft and all its occupants phase shift to a finer aspect of the cosmology outlined above, and exist then in an aspect or dimension which is more non-local than the material universe known to modern science. That is, the observed phenomenon of these objects which often seem to disappear and then reappear instantly at a considerable distance is due to the fact that they can phase shift in and out of the fixed time/space material aspect to one which is inherently more non-local. (Yes, non-locality is relatively relative.)

From what I have observed, this is done through very high energy physics and electronics which literally phase shift, in one quantum leap, the material ET craft and all its occupants into an aspect of the cosmology which closely approximates what was described above as astral or CIV. This is done through a complex interaction between powerful rotating electromagnetic fields and the gravitational field and mass inertia. When the craft is on this side of the crossing point of light, it is seen like any other material, manufactured object, but it can maneuver in ways which appear to negate mass inertia and gravity. Once it phase shifts onto the other side of the crossing point of light/matter, it seems to disappear. But it has not. It is in that place beyond our SETI Beta radio wave survey - the place where our military contact bumped into them in his astral body!

While in that form or energy spectrum (or dimension) the craft can hover, or move within the material universe at many, many multiples of the speed of light. The velocity is non-relativistic, at least as measured on this side of the light barrier. However, 1000 light years will not be traversed instantly because there is an element of îdrag' as it moves in this aspect through the material cosmos. Put another way, there is a component of the object which adheres to the underbelly of the material cosmos and there is a coefficient of cosmic drag which prevents the transport from being instantaneous across vast interstellar distances. Operating, then, in a sort of îjunction' between aspects (or dimensions) the ET craft can phase between either. Actually, it can also be partially in both.

The spacecraft then can be hovering outside the SETI Institute - and remain undetected by them unless it pops into the material aspect fully and then only if the people in the building bother to look outside, see the device- and honestly report it.

Similarly, ET communications systems are ones which interface with mind, thought and computerized telemetry. For decades, people have reported having what has been dismissed as telepathic experiences with UFOs. As soon as such accounts are admitted to, the scientific community howls and tosses out the entire case. Alas, they have tossed out the baby and the bath water. As Dr. Jahn and Dr. Dossey and others have demonstrated, mind and thought can interface with and affect material - even technological - systems. What is obvious from 35 years of experience with this phenomenon is that ET communication protocols are not using AT&T microwave systems to communicate in real time through interstellar distances. This cannot be done. They are using computerized systems which are advanced enough to interact directly with thought and consciousness, and by so doing access non-local spectra of energy, thus bypassing linear time and space.

Literally thousands of people have had interactions with these objects which have a thought/matter or telepathic component to them. I feel that we dismiss such accounts at our peril, as we may be slamming the door on the next great science: the science of consciousness and its interface with material and technological systems.

Do not confuse these systems with current human experiments with brain wave activity and links to computers: those are still using electromagnetic energy which only travels at the speed of light. The ET systems referred to here operate on the other side of the crossing point of light and, while technologically facilitated, interface with thought and mind directly. Through such a system, information can be instantly transmitted through millions of light years of space since the non-local aspect of mind, thought and energy are being utilized. The communication systems do not have real time delays due to the coefficient of cosmic drag mentioned above.

Essentially, there are spectra of energy which are sub-electromagnetic and sub-material - but which are nevertheless very real and very physical. The use of the term meta-physical in relation to this area is very incorrect and time-restricted: A hologram or a flashlight would be metaphysical or supernatural to a human 500 years ago! This is a key point, that the energy and spectra of energy referred to here are naturally occurring aspects of the creation. They are all around us and within us. It is not other'. It is not supernatural. It is not metaphysical. It has simply not be studied and understood adequately by modern science - and it has been by advanced ET civilizations which are interstellar competent.

There are numerous accounts, dating back for decades, of very ordinary humans seeing one of these ET craft and directly interacting with it by thought alone. That is, the person may think îOh, I wish it would move to the right' and the craft will move to the right, or as it starts to leave he may think, îI wish it would turn around and come back' whereupon it immediately stops, turns and comes over. A few such accounts may be dismissed as coincidence. But there are so many of them that empirically one must reach the assessment that these objects have telemetry capabilities which can interface with directed thought.

As I have written elsewhere, this class of ET technologies may be viewed generally as consciousness assisted technologies (CAT) and technology assisted consciousness (TAC). That is, their technologies utilize that nexus referred to above where mind/conscious thought interface technologically and reproducibly with matter, machine, communication devices etc. CAT is when the individual (or group) consciousness and thought assists or interfaces with a receptive device. TAC is when a device augments, projects or assists an individual or group's consciousness or thought.

For example, CSETI has located a former Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies scientist who, more than 35 years ago, while working on a covert research project, was given an ET communication device by a general. This scientist was asked to study and reverse engineer the device - that is, take it apart and figure out how it worked. Here is his story.

Upon receiving the device, which was a round object about the size of a grapefruit, dark and textured on the surface, it began to speak' to him directly in his awareness with thought. He was startled by this - especially when the device mentally told him that the people who had asked him to study the object had malice in their hearts and that the scientist should destroy the device!

After struggling with what to do about this conundrum, the scientist accidentally' over-heated the device in an experiment and it was destroyed ( at least materially). But after it was destroyed, he heard one last thought which said îThank you...'.

I know that this sounds very strange. But the strangest things are true, and this account is one of those very strange but true accounts. We may wish to run at light speed away from such information - and go back to our radio signals. But the future is here and if we do not meet it wisely others -like the general who originally provided the device - will hijack the future to places where we do not want to go.

Over the past 8 years, CSETI has gone all over the world pursuing this phenomenon and observing its manifestations. Others are better at photography, landing traces and the like. There are dozens of day light photographs of these devices. There is radar evidence. There are over 4000 landing traces documented by Ted Phillips. Dr. Richard Haines has hundreds of pilot accounts of these objects.

Our purpose has been to interact with these ET s on their level. To consider what their reality is and to go there. It is an experiment and an experience. It has been mind-blowing for all concerned.

Over these 8 years we have had experiences and seen phenomena which involve every aspect of what has been described qualitatively in this paper. A brief listing of this phenomena follows:

RV X 2. (See CSETI training materials) Our experiment, the CE-5 Initiative, involves numerous protocols, some obvious and practical, some very experimental and immensely controversial. One of the controversial protocols involves group access to non-local consciousness followed by remotely viewing (through consciousness) ET craft or persons which may be at a great distance or which may be nearby and phase - shifted beyond the visible spectrum of human sight. Once an object or person is îlocked on' and viewed, the process is reversed and the object or person is directed to the CSETI research site via CIV / visual thought component vectoring. That is, the ET object/person is shown clearly our coordinates and location via the CIV component discussed earlier. The CSETI research experiment in this protocol attempts to RV (remote view via consciousness) the ET object, connect to its CAT telemetry system and vector or guide the object to our exact location. Essentially, we are doing in a dynamic, applied setting what Dr. Jahn is doing at the Princeton PEAR lab experimentally: Connecting clearly directed conscious- visual thought to ET communications devices and attempt to do so with adequate precision so that they see us and we see them, and a trajectory is established for contact.

I am quite aware how ridiculous this may seem to some. But this is an experiment which not infrequently results in a object popping in over head - or more. While using lights, lasers and radio signals to vector and confirm contact, the core of the protocol does involve CAT (and often in response from the ET s TAC- see below).

Key to RV X 2 are the following components:

1. Human access to the non-local component of consciousness

2. Remote viewing of ET objects or persons with accuracy

3. Connecting to ET CAT communication systems while in the CIV mode of awareness

4. Clearly vectoring (guiding) the ET object into the research site area through sequential and coherent visual thought which shows the site from deep space down to the specific details of the site.

5. RV'ing the response if any from the ET s prior to appearance (interactive RV mode)

The entire protocol is done with the clear intent to establish peaceful contact and relations with these life forms.

During RV X 2 often more than one person will îlock on' to the same object or life form and receive the same information regarding its location and/or time and place of appearance. This information is regarded as unconfirmed unless an actual event seen by the group confirms it.

As a result, during these experiments around the world, we have had the following general types of experiences which demonstrate the technologies referred to earlier:

Sudden appearance of large structured craft (discs, triangles etc) which pop in' and then vanish in seconds and even a fraction of a second, but which is witnessed by multiple people.

Longer term appearance of objects, up to many minutes, which then disappear (phase shift out of visible/material perception)

Intelligent probes consisting of ball shaped objects, of various colors, which come over and even within the group and which are not only intelligently controlled, but are themselves conscious and intelligent (advance AI - artificial intelligence). Usually these are translucent to slightly opaque red , blue , green or golden spheres ranging in size from 6 inches to 1-2 feet. They interact consciously with the individual or group and then vanish. They are most likely demonstrations of TAC where the consciousness and thought (even personality) of an ET on board a craft is technologically assisted and projected in a controlled fashion into the group.

Anomalous beeping or high pitched tones which have an omni-directional component, as if heard from all directions at once. Often these occur after projecting over radio waves the CSETI beeping tones which are routinely transmitted from the site.

Anomalous electromagnetic effects (EM) on equipment, cars etc. Often, equipment will fail with a close approach of an ET craft, as happened in Mexico in 1993 when an 800 foot diameter silent triangle approached the group and all camera and other electronic equipment failed. Other manifestations include setting off radar detectors, laser detectors, car electronics dimming down or browning out, electrostatic energy on peoples' skin or clothing. On multiple occasions my compass has rotated counter-clockwise around the dial as a counter-clockwise rotating craft has approached. During one CIV/Material interface case (see below) the compass changed magnetic north to almost due south (off 160 degrees) and remained that way for nearly 3 months. It now works perfectly fine (until the next very close encounter!)

Fast-walker interactions. Frequently, after RV X2, the group will experience multiple objects which initially appear to be satellites - but which interact with directed thoughts or signals. For example, a high flying object will, as soon as a thought command is given, stop or change directions abruptly. Satellites do not back up, make right hand turns or descend suddenly and get brighter while interacting with people on the ground. These types of events have been witnessed by dozens of people during multiple CSETI research events.

CIV/Material interface phenomena. This is a broad category of phenomena when ET objects are just on the other side of the crossing point of light and matter - and begin to îbleed through' to this aspect or dimension. Frequently the team will observe sudden strobe-like light discharges all around us. These are not retinal firings from the eye since multiple people see them at the same instance. Subsequently, the form of an ET craft or even individual will appear faintly and then will form -as if some type of shimmering electronic hologram. These have appeared within the group itself or within a few feet from the group. During such very close encounters there are often multiple phenomena occurring: RV'ing of objects along with visual perception of scintillating craft or people, AI probes coming into the group and anomalous sounds being experienced. Not infrequently, participants will report being touched by someone, but when they look only a faint shimmering glow is seen. During prolonged events of this type, an unusual time/space dilation or contraction will occur: time seems to stand still - or proceed very quickly and the space around the group becomes more defined. These types of encounters have had durations of over 2 hours or may be very fleeting. In England in 1998, near Alton Barnes, after first seeing a very large circular craft on separate nights which would pop in and disappear in seconds, the group had the same object descend around them in a scintillating , sparkling form complete with discreet areas of ET life forms seen shimmering, spaced between each person in the group! The temperature of the setting raised at least 10-15 degrees Fahrenheit. All participants saw the object and the life forms. None of them were fully îhard' material, but rather remained only partly in this dimension.

In 1997, while in England on a training expedition, my trusted colleague Shari Adamiak and I were upstairs in a room in the manor house which we had leased. The remainder of the team, about 6 people, were out on the manor grounds. Suddenly, I saw a blue white light or object fly through the closed window and into the room. It hovered over by the fireplace and then expanded to become a shimmering ET about 3 feet tall, as if a subtle electronic hologram had appeared. It was conscious and sentient. It was just barely material and visible, but clearly so. This was an AI projection of the consciousness and CIV/astral form of an ET which had been projected into the room. What the other team members saw from outside (they were not initially aware that we were in that room and did not learn of our experience until the following morning) was a blue white object swooping down from the sky and flying into the window of the room where we were located. They all saw this object, but were unaware of the further experiences which Shari and I had with the person. This is another good example of TAC.

Lucid dream state interaction with ET craft and / or persons. Because the ET technological reality allows them to move seamlessly between the CIV dimension and this material one, and since their communications systems prefer CIV transmission modes, frequently individuals (and sometimes more than one individual) will have a detailed interaction during the dream state. Remember that the CIV/astral component and technologies which interface with that energy spectrum allow for easy interface with the dream state since the lucid dream state is the activation of the CIV/astral body or component of an individual. ET s can interface as easily with that aspect as we pick up a phone and call New York. It is my opinion that the most common way in which ET s have interacted with individual humans is in lucid dreams and not material contact (bodily contact). While material contact has occurred, it is risky and unnecessary once these more subtle technologies are mastered and understood. Once it is appreciated that the CIV/astral spectrum is the preferred field through which ET s must pass for interstellar communication and travel - and that it is the same spectrum activated or used in a lucid dream - it is easy to see why so many people report this type of experience. The RV X 2 protocol described above is a conscious activation of expanded awareness and CIV component to deliberately interface with ET technologies and individuals.

ET craft transfer through solid matter. On more than one occasion we have observed solid appearing ET objects or craft (daytime sightings with the sun shining off the metal surface) pass directly into a mountain without crashing. This is accomplished by a frequency shift in the material of the craft so that it can mesh or pass through matter of traditional density without actually affecting either. That is, a frequency phase shift allows one solid object to pass through another without interacting. Remember that most of what we call îsolid matter' is not solid at all - it is mostly space ( or something - hint: see the cosmology outlined above). This phenomenon has been reported for decades and has caused some to dismiss such accounts as ghost-like' or poltergeist. Actually, it is only another expression of ET technologies operating on a more profound or subtle level of existence which can alter the frequency of matter (they can also alter time/space relationships as well through similar means). I should also point out that covert military sources known by me personally have testified to the fact that at least by 1953 human secret projects were materializing and dematerialing objects and transferring them across defined spaces. If we were doing this covertly by 1953, one can only imagine what advance interstellar ET technologies can achieve.

This list could go on much further but what is described above should give the reader a sense of how unusual manifestations of ET technology may be. From the above, it is easy to understand why ET events can be confused with phenomena which originate from the CIV/astral or causal level, that is are not ET but have components of the same manifestations. No wonder the literature is filled with confusing accounts of ET s , angels, ghosts and strange phenomena of all stripes, all lumped in together. Of course, modern man would look like something supernatural to people a few hundred years ago: imagine showing up at a church meeting in Salem Massachusetts in 1692 with a cell phone, a hologram, a satellite TV and a Range Rover. You would be burned at the stake as a witch forthwith!

Still, it is important to keep in mind that the cosmos contains many levels of existence. There are CIV/astral and causal worlds and beings which are not ET. And yet there are ET s which some or much of the time interface with and utilize aspects of the physical cosmos which are in those subtle realms. It should also be remembered that not all ET s may be so advanced. Given the billions of galaxies each with billions of stars, it is likely that some ETs are the equivalent of human cave men while others may be at our level of evolution and yet others are millions of years more advanced than we are today. For those at the SETI Institute, may you find those ET s which are at our level and which are primarily still using linear radio wave technologies. Odds are, there are some out there.

But know this: ET s far advanced beyond radio signals and internal combustion engines do exist. They are here. They may be all around us. Let us open our minds and our eyes to the extraordinary opportunity that hovers right in front of us. For most of what is exists beyond the veil - through the crossing point of light. And it awaits our exploration.

19. Extraterrestrial Guides: The Great White Brotherhood in the Andes & Lake Titicaca

MS: We’re ready to launch into the presentation for this afternoon. This next presentation is about something that I hold very dear in my research on extraterrestrial life, which concerns the experiences of those that have had direct, face-to-face encounters with extraterrestrial beings. These people have a story to tell which is so profoundly transformative and, according to my research, is so disturbing to vested governmental and security interests that they have tried very hard, for over 60 years, to suppress this kind of information. So, it’s such a thrill to be able to hear from someone who comes forward and speaks with great authority from their own personal experience – someone whose voice hasn’t been muted, someone who has the dignity and the integrity to carry on despite whatever opposition he finds.
This person comes from Bolivia. He has had contact with extraterrestrials from the planets Venus, and Ganymede, which is one of the moons of Jupiter. And he has also had contact with the Inner Earth Beings – the Elders, who are those associated with the Great White Brotherhood. Luis Fernando Mostarjo has been having physical contact experiences since birth. In 1977, when he was 13, he began to speak about these experiences, and he continues to do so to this day. For over 30 years now he’s been speaking with great authority about his experiences. And for decades he’s been holding Contact Preparation Courses in the countries of South America – Argentina, Chile, Peru, Paraguay, El Salvador, and Central America – in Honduras, Costa Rica, in Mexico, in the US, and, of course, Bolivia. He’s published five books wherein he shares these experiences that he has had with extraterrestrials. I believe he has a few of the books at the back, so you can have a look at those…. There’s one translated into English. It’s definitely something worth having a look at. He has demonstrated, to detached observers, that his experiences are very real. He’s had people come from the TASS Agency to watch programmed UFO sightings. This is something that he has been able to succeed in manifesting, according to the communications he has had. So, I won’t take up any more of your time, Luis. I welcome you.  Luis will be translated by Manuel Roberto, who is also going to be our performer tonight. Manuel is multi-talented, multi-tasking like many of our great volunteers here. So with that, welcome, Luis and Manuel.

LF: Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you, Angelika and Michael, for allowing me the opportunity to be able to be here with all of you, to tell you about my experiences of over 30 years of contact not only with ETs, but also with the teachers of internal meditation. My experiences started in 1975, with telepathic communications. Through these communications they asked me to get out of the city.  These are beings who come from our solar system, from the second planet of our system. We call that planet Venus… The Morning Light.  They claim, in their communications, that, not only now but for many, many thousands of years, they are forming a Great Plan of assisting and helping this planet. These beings that come from Venus are here – their influence is felt, especially here in North America, Central America, and South America. Especially during the first or original cultures of the Americas. They manifested themselves telepathically.
They are here now trying to establish a bridge of communication with, because, for them, it’s part of a program of assistance. It is a mission of contact because the evolved worlds that are in this galaxy, who form the Confederation of Planets, have seen, at this time, not only the changes of this Earth, but also of the whole galaxy. They claim that this planet as we know it is not finished evolving. It is still transforming itself. Within this transformation, it is up to us to take a part, a role, in this planet regarding these changes that are happening. They claim, firstly, that the whole universe is pure energy, and, secondly, that this energy is dynamically acting upon all stars in the galaxy, which are continually transferring information. The universe, as we see it at night, is constituting itself into the universal consciousness. Our sun is receiving this cosmic energy and it is sending back to our planet, determining the conditions of life and living for humanity.
For thousands of years this cosmic energy was concentrated in the mythical mountains of Tibet. But, after the Second World War, this energy, which is part of the cosmic energy of the planet – and it had a masculine-positive form – was transferred to the Americas. In its feminine aspect, or negative charge….  Negative doesn’t mean bad, but a quality that is represented. The feminine energy is concentrated in the Americas, all along the Andes and going all the way up to Mt Shasta. This energy has its center in Lake Titicaca because it’s the highest place, at 3800 meters above sea level, forming a great place for concentrating the energy. Later on we are going to see more about that.  But I will to tell you this; the Great White Brotherhood has deposited there a wonderful instrument known as the Sun.
Now, the ET guides invited me, along with six other friends, to go to a place called the Animas at nine o’clock at night. They said they were going to come with their ships, confirming the telepathic communication that I had back in 1977. So, that date I went with my friends to this place, and what I saw changed my life. Five different objects appeared in front of my eyes. They started to send beams of light, as if they had powerful flashlights, that were illuminating great extensions of land, for about fifteen minutes. While that was happening, I received more telepathic communications from the ET guides who were claiming to start a new process of preparation, for us to be able to have physical contact with them – and not because they are better than we are, but because the fields of energy in which they move around are different than our fields of energy. They suggested that we need to start a different civilization for our physical structure, our thoughts, and to elevate our spiritual vibrations. They also suggested that we start a process of vegetarianism in order to elevate our vibration. Then they can come down and contact can be made.
They claim that around Lake Titicaca area they have supported the civilizations of two great solar cultures. One civilization is that of Tiahuanaco which, even today, very few people know about it, that is considered the most ancient in South America. But recently, excavation began and now it is about 10 percent excavated so far. I was telling them about the concentration of cosmic energy in this planet – the positive energy and the negative energy – that it is specifically concentrated in Tibet, in Lake Manasarovar; and also in Lake Titicaca, in South America.
It is curious to see these two photographs [Indicating the video image on left]. But down there, there are Tibetan people. So if there weren’t these Tibetan people here, then we could say that it looks to be the same place. The mountains of the Himalayas are very similar to those of the Andes.
Within this area in Lake Titicaca, and part of the Andes, there is a triangle of energy where the extraterrestrial guides were assisting the development of the original South American cultures until the Golden Age of Tiahuanaco. It is known today as the Solar Civilization. The Tiahuanaco civilization has been debased by the many theories that have been evolved. Some theories sustain that the Tiahuanacans began and developed the Golden City of America – the famous Paititi. In the Amazon section of Bolivia we have found archeological ruins which today don’t have any explanation because they are very different.
These ancient people had a very advanced technology by which to control the weather for farming and irrigation. There were very, very large pools that were created, located farther away, but they were built in order to feed many people, through the preparation of the land. They were able to feed millions of people, not just thousands. Regarding the Tiahuanaco civilization, there are many speculations over the origin of the famous Paititi. In the last few years, Gene Allen the famous British archeologist … Have you ever listened to this gentleman on the Discovery channel, British archeologist Gene Allen, who did a documentary about Atlantis in the Andes…. The satellite photographs have shown that there is a city underneath everything. With regard to all of these buildings, there are pools and canals of high technology that are very ancient, dating back thousands and thousands of years. Recently some archeologists have found, around the archeological ruins of Tiahuanaco, writing, dating from the pre-Sumerian period. This is obligating us to rewrite history.
With regard to Dr Michael Cremo’s lecture yesterday, he spoke about the archeological findings of some footprints, dating back millions of years ago. Recently, the Institute of Bolivian Archeology found a petrified footprint which, according to the carbon-14 analysis, was made during the Tertiary Age, about 15 million years ago. This footprint corresponds to a normal homo-sapien of about 5’12” and about 80lbs. It is important to know about these things because, certainly, something happened in the past indicating that there have been other civilizations much more developed than ours. But, they disappeared. They claim that the disappearance of previous civilizations was not only due to natural catastrophes, but also because of man himself.
That reason for the disappearance is the message that we need to take into account. It is what the ET guides are telling us about. They have been reminding us that we, too, are living our last opportunity toward evolving ourselves as a civilization. What we need to do now is discover precisely what happened in the past, learn the lesson from it, and plan for our future by understanding the past with regard to our present.
What you are looking at [image on left] is the remnant of what was the way of life in Atlantis, and the guides from Venus.
An astrologist has studied the Door Of The Sun, and he has determined that what is depicted, here [on the image], represents Venus. Venus has 292 days of rotation around the sun, and from that depiction on this Door Of The Sun, it is now known as the Calendar Of Venus.
It has been mentioned that not only the Tiahuanaco civilization was influenced on our planet by these off planet civilizations…. In the original cultures of North America, we know that the Apaches to this day are direct descendants of these guides. The information that they have is starting to be discovered, and it is also now being understood at this time. At this point, the ET guides have been contacting me and they are manifesting themselves to me. They have continuously invited me to different places where they manifest themselves, such as in the Andes, as well as in the Amazon. It is through these experiences of a contact program that I have become familiar with their presence.
Now, they claim that the greatest barrier for the human being is fear of the unknown. Consequently, they claim that what we must learn is to control our fears, our emotions, so that our contact with them can be possible.  So, they invited me to many inhospitable places, sometimes by myself, sometimes with a group, so that I could conquer my own fears and emotions – something very, very difficult to do.
I remember thinking, If the guides are observing me, nothing wrong can happen. But then when you start walking around in the middle of the night, and you’re 3 meters down the road, and suddenly you start feeling like someone is touching your back, that’s when you get chicken-skin.  Later, I realized that when you have this kind of experience a lot of emotions start coming up from inside you. So not only do you need to recognize them as they come up, you also need to overcome them. This is what constitutes the preparation of self-control. But in my case, this emotional preparation lasted more than a year. It lasted for 3 years. During this preparation process the guides gave me tools. They imparted to me a name which is known as the cosmic name. They claim that all the living beings in the universe have a unique key which is not duplicated to anyone else. It is your own unique cosmic name.
When you start working with your own key, a lot of memories start waking up from within your sub-consciousness. You start remembering who you are. You remember who you are and where you come from. You remember what is your present mission, and where you need to go in the future….During my experience when I was with the extraterrestrial guides, they asked me to extend my hands. When I did so, a ship started coming down. It was above me. It started sending me this energy which came down into my hands, in a physical form, like two pyramids. It was integrated inside of my body, a few centimeters above the thymus where there is the terminal of our radial nerves, and which allows the body to assimilate the energy. They explained to me that this experience and this tool is not only given to all the spiritual beings that are working for this change, but is also given to the planet for its transformation.
Since biblical times they have been giving these tools to other beings. If you remember in Genesis, when the people of Israel were leaving Egypt, the priests, in order to offer the host, did the ceremonies. They would put the two stones, known as the Urim and Thumim. Here in North America, the last record of this experience was with Joseph Smith, who also received two white stones in order to translate the golden plates. What the extraterrestrial guides are doing now, though, is giving us new tools that enable us to awaken our sixth sense – the sense of clairvoyance – so that we can see beyond our physical eyes, to see with our spiritual eye the life that exists in the next dimension. So, after three years, I became familiar with all of their ships. What I am telling you was witnessed by myself and by the group of people, my friends, who were with me.
Now, a ship … was in charge of opening a dimensional field known by them as the Door Of The Sender. These doors are a concentration of luminous energy that allows us to introduce ourselves to them by accelerating our vibration which dematerializes the molecules of the body so we can project ourselves to the place where they are waiting for us. This is not science fiction. Even today our own science is developing a machine of teleportation. It transports one particle here to another location there. This brings to mind the Philadelphia Project in the United States.  Through this program experience, the ET guides from Venus were wondering if I would be able to speak the truth of what they were telling me.
They are aware that the human being, since birth, learns by imitation. So, when we come into contact with a different civilization which is much more evolved than ours – one that has gone beyond war, illness, famine, lack – then we can come to understand this higher concept of life, and we can share it with other people in the very places where we live. We can help people who will then help other people to understand this higher concept of life.  They claim that some people believe that a great ship is going to come down out of the sky and magically change everything for us. No. It is the human being who must assume that responsibility of change. Right now is the time that we need to take full charge of our destiny.
After three years of preparation, I was in the middle of the Andes. They told me that at eight o’clock at night a ship was going to come to a valley called "Valle  Potosi". This ship was going to monitor the materialization of the door through which I would be able to get in touch with them, and through which I would arrive at a city not located on this planet, Earth, but on Venus in a valley known to them as … the Valley Of Silence. This is a place where there are concentrated the academy of the spiritual science of this civilization.
While I was in the Andes, when the ship was coming toward me, I wanted to leave but my curiosity keep me on.
An object similar to that one [on left] was between two hills. The ship was producing pulsations that were concentrating its energy like a half moon. It was a whitish color, and shining. Once the energy was materialized, they told me, “Come”. Immediately my heart started jumping. “Come,” they said again.
I started walking toward the energy coming from the ship. I began to go through the energy field and immediately I did not feel any weight. I had a sensation of vertigo, like when you are flying on an airplane, going through a turbulence, and there’s a lot of pressure in the head and chest. I wanted to leave, but I couldn’t because I was engulfed by the energy field that was pulling me forward, yet my feet were not touching the ground.
Immediately the starry night of the Andes began to transform itself into a magical valley. The sky had multi-colored forms. Immediately to my right, a being, with beautiful characteristics, said, “Don’t worry. You are here because the time has arrived for you to corroborate everything that I have told you before. My name is E’tel. During your time with us here we’re going to tell you about part of your mission, and the purpose of my presence with you.” Then he started to speak about what he was observing in the sky. It was the reaction of the clouds that surround Venus. It is known as the solar rain. That is what was producing the multi-colored sky. On this planet, Earth, there is something similar to that – the Aurora Borealis. He said that their life on Venus is subterranean. When a civilization is more evolved they don’t build above ground but mainly subterranean. And there is an explanation for that.
They believe that the ancient civilizations were trying to be as close as possible to the nucleus of the planet, to the telluric energy. That reminded me of the ancient civilizations who used to build their temples on top of a hill, or below the Earth, in order to connect the cosmic energy with the telluric energy. They said that they didn’t utilize angles, but circular and conic constructions.  That reminded me of the teepees of native North Americans. They said that in their current civilization, they have less than five million people, and that they are mainly feminine. That reminded me of the Greek mythology of the muses.
The civilization from Venus is very similar to ours, but we would say ours is very similar to theirs. And there is a simple reason for that. There has been a hybrid interaction. They claim that they have had a different genetic insertion than our human insertion. The famous missing link would be the extraterrestrial genetics which those people inserted, four or five thousand years ago – cybernetic energy and other special energies.  According to anthropological studies, in order to go from one state of evolution to another it takes hundreds of thousands of years, and in some cases even millions of years. So then, the question is, What happened in such a short span of time in human evolution that got us from the cave to taking trips to outer space?  This new genetic insertion evolved our own species. In a very short amount of time we jumped another step.
Now, the people on Venus feed themselves the same way that we do, except that they eat only a vegetable and mineral diet. Their physical development is assisted by methods that determine the quantities of minerals and calories that one needs. Their bodies have done away with many of the organs that we still have. We still have them because we eat more than what we should. In order to maintain their species, they still have physical contact for procreation. But their union is more pleasurable because of their spiritual experience. They said that in order for us to wake up and keep advancing as a species we need to continue getting closer to ourselves and helping one another. There is an evolution chain in the universe. Some of them have reached a very high level of development socially. They are able to share that freely to people like ourselves.
Something that really touched me was how E’tel looks. He is a being of about 5’ 12”. They have clear eyes. Their skin is whitish. Their ears are bigger than ours. Their attire was fitted close to the skin. E’tel said that in order to find true spirituality, going to the top of the mountain to sit and meditate for hours is not required. To find true spirituality you only need to understand the laws of nature and how to live in harmony with nature. True spirituality is not far away. It is very close to us. One’s true transformation comes from that which allows us to change our attitude, to think positively, to feel positive, so that we then act positively.
He took me to the presence of three elders – the wise people of Venus. They spoke lovingly to me through the universal language, which is not only telepathic, but is a series of ideograms, which is what they call a record [represented in image on right]. We know it as the Akashic Record. This is something that is in the Van Allen Radiation Belt around the Earth. It is continuously recording every thought of every one of us. In its physical form, there are seven shapes. That’s what the elders said.
Earth’s Akashic Records are protected by an internal government of the Earth. This internal government of the Earth is known as the Great White Brotherhood. And this Great White Brotherhood was formed at the end of the destruction of the ancient Atlantis civilization. Before the disappearance of their civilization, the elders of Atlantis protected their knowledge by placing it in trusted guardianships at the various colonies that they established in different locations inside the planet. It is at these places where the positive government of the Earth is residing. They are waiting lovingly for humanity to mature so that they can give us this knowledge and then the new humanity can be guided, like a road map, so that we don’t make the same mistakes again. That is how it was conveyed to me. So, near to where I used to live at Lake Titicaca, in another small lake known as Lago Winaymarka in the Almara language, there is one of these internal places. Part of my mission is to stay in touch with them because they are human beings, teachers who, for thousands of years, have understood the purpose of the Earth and of the creation of the cosmos.
Either way, since an image is worth more than a thousand words, I have made this recreation for you. This is close to what I saw and experienced with the guides of Venus [video simulation begins].
  This is a way to concentrate the solar energy. This is how the inhabitants of Venus receive the solar energy and then send it out to other places [image on left]. There is vegetation in this valley, but they live subterraneously. But it is not like being in a dark cave. Within the cave itself it looks like a real sky is above you. They said that when human beings reach this kind of understanding then they will take the reigns in their own hands and will change the future positively, not only for themselves but more importantly for everyone else as well.
The elders said that human beings go through four different stages. The first stage is omnipotence. In the first 2 years of life you always get the highest attention. The second stage is dependence. We don’t do anything without consulting with our family members. The third stage is the age of rebellion. This is when human beings, in its adolescence period, start to cut all the emotional ties so as to identify themselves as individuals.  Then we reach the fourth stage. There are very, very few that evolve in their lives to the fourth stage. The problems of the third stage of dependence are reflected in people’s daily lives. There are many people who get married so that they can have a husband or wife to depend on. There are people who require a political or a spiritual organization in order to follow a leader who tells them what to do.
The mature stage, the fourth stage, is where you have come to know what your own role in life is so that you don’t have to depend on a second or third person to tell you what you can or can’t do, what it is that you’re supposed to do with your life. When you arrive at that stage, when you know what you are to do and how to do it, that is what is known as the Awakening of the Consciousness. It is when you take into your own hands the reigns of your own destiny. That is when you start changing the future positively, not only for yourself but also for the wellbeing of others.
When you are the only one around who reaches that awakening, if there is no group of others, the elders said it is possible to start talking of changing at the personal level. Then you can start forming a system, like a pyramid, which we have been under for thousands of years. It is a horizontal system where you are recognizing what you have to share with others. But in order to become realized, it is more important to know what is lacking by finding in others the necessary substance for our own realization, then forming a common unity, in thought, in feeling, and in action. And that’s why we at this conference, trying to reach out to others, with feelings, with thoughts, and with actions, so we can vibrate like one, regardless of where each one of us is independently located.
When I came back from my contact with the guides, I became aware of what they had told me – that near Lake Titicaca there is a retreat of the White Brotherhood. The first thing that came to my hands was a map [on right]. This map was achieved with all the archeological findings around the Andes.
The archeologists have determined that there is a big net forming a square cross. This square cross, in the Aymara language, is known as a “Chakana.” It is going to show us that the people of this area have perfect knowledge of the geomagnetic movement of the Earth because their buildings were not haphazardly placed, but in special natural magnetic locations. The center of it is Tiahuanaco and the small lake.
So that you understand better what we are observing here [image below left], I started to investigate the symbolism of Andean cosmology. This is nothing new for the South Americans. This is a natural symbol in the original cultures. This is the Wiphala. This represents a  composition of light through a prism, or The Seven Rays.
All the population inherits knowledge of the organization of the civilization from Venus and the civilization of the Confederation. According to them, the world is divided by four regions.... When the four regions unite as one, they form what is called the Chakana. The Chakana is the square cross.
This Chakana is the map of the pyramids that are all over Central and South America. In their pure essence, the unity of the Four Regions symbolizes the mathematical representation of the geomagnetic movement of the Earth. Current archeologists know that there is a large temple in Lake Titicaca. They have started sub-aquatic archeology. They have discovered ruins underneath Lake Titicaca which is projected to be from thousands of years ago. There was life all around this area.
Lake Titicaca is divided into two sections. What you are seeing here is the main lake. This is the small lake, or, in Aymara, is Winaymarka. Winaymarka, in the Aymara language means, The Eternal City. It is amazing that geologists cannot explain why, at this point, there are two longitudinal cross sections, as if a great shovel has taken away a great portion of the Earth, creating this inundation on that side of the lake. Furthermore, that’s the evidence why all of this was realized.
One year after my contact and my interdimensional trip with the guides from Venus, contact happened to me again, but this time it was not in the countryside, but occurred in my own home. When I was about to go to sleep, one of the elders came to me in a holographic image. The first thing that I saw was the same as with the extraterrestrial guides – he had a light coming out of his eyes. He told me how the eyes are the mirror of the soul. Just then I realized that he was an elder, but with Nordic characteristics, from the north. He had a beard that was very fine. He had long, straight, white hair.
While I was observing his presence he told me, “I am Soromis. I love you, my son. The time has come to give you the key that will open the door of your consciousness.” When I heard that, I said, “Wow! Finally!” Immediately the elder said, “The key that can open the door of your consciousness is to love God above everything else, and to love everyone else as you love yourself.” That created a feeling like an earthquake within me. It was not a magnetic key. It was not an explanation of magnetics, or vibrations. Nothing strange that I didn’t already know. The elder told me, “True realization is not very far from you. It is very close to everyone if you are going towards your own light.”
At that moment I understood. You can understand this with your mind, but you can feel it with your heart. The elders are talking to your heart, not your mind. Their energy, their words and their thoughts have a certain level of understanding beyond what you are listening to. They are illuminating your understanding. I understood at this moment that if God is love then the only way to connect with that source of love is through action. And what is the action of love? It is to love. The action of love is translated in our lives through the action of service.
There is no advancement without service. The only way you can go forward is in understanding that we cannot give to others what we haven’t been able to find inside ourselves. That’s why the first job is one within yourself. But when you have found your own destiny, in the same way that the guides and the elders are sharing with us, then we have to share it with others in order to keep going forward. I understood that to love ourselves doesn’t mean to look at the mirror and say, “Wow, how beautiful I am! Now I can go and meet others.”  
To love oneself is the need to feed oneself at every plane of your development – in the physical plane, the mental plane, and the spiritual plane. In sum, we become an integral being. I understood that true love is not what has been taught to us. It is not blind. True love is conscious and intelligent because it allows us to give what everyone requires. The elder was there not only to let me know of this, but also to invite me to integrate myself with the luminous circle of Lake Titicaca. Extending the invitation to me so that I could assist, and so that I would be able to understand this tool, which is known by them as the Solar Disk.
This experience was beyond the previous one I’d had, going beyond the Earth. I was able to know and integrate myself with these elders who are very, very old. They are the guardians of human history. Today they have opened the doors so that this wisdom and knowledge can reach humanity, until 2012. That’s what I experienced during my travels to the internal retreat of Lake Titicaca. These are the islands of the small lake. This is one of the passages to the internal retreat. This is the actual Paititi, the lost city, The Eternal City, which is beneath the lake, and is also very similar to what I have experienced on Venus.
The elders are protecting the sun, which is known as the Solar Disk. What you are observing [image on left] is a tool which allows us to move through the forces of nature, and also through the most powerful force which is our own heart. This is an activating force of our own sun, of our own atomic structure.
The internal retreat is made of several small buildings. They are preserving an old civilization… It is the Eternal City that was protected and is still waiting for us to share this information that has been kept for millennia.
This photo [at right] is what one of the members of our group took as the image was materializing itself. It materialized automatically. It was the Master Solomis. You can see his face – eyes, nose, lips, beard. There is a veil that covers him. Are you seeing that? That’s Master Solomis. All through these experiences, the extraterrestrial guides, and Master Solomis, have been continuously accompanying us.
The guides of the Confederation said that the year 2005 was initiated to be seven definitive years in the historic process of humanity. They said that during these seven years we are going to start living the ultimate preparation. Why ”ultimate”? Because whatever we are going to live during this time has not been written, has not been lived. It has been prepared so that we can share the roots of the beginning of a new time and a new world.… In the year 2005, NASA took these photos [on left]. You can see all this magnetic energy which is concentrated around this small lake and forming the Chakana. This has about 10 kilometers on each side, exactly the [size of the] internal retreat underneath Lake Titicaca.
What is happening at this time in the Andes and in Bolivia itself, you probably have seen it in the news, that in the past five or six years there have been five presidents. Whoo! Pull your hairs out! But it has an explanation. Studies at NASA have determined that the concentration of zero gravity is what creates altered states. The society that is around this field is unstable. The people who are in search for spiritual knowledge or change take a big step in the process of awakening. The concentration of energy here – which was activated during the 1950s – offers a great opportunity to reach that transformation.
In 2012 there is going to be a council or meeting around this marvelous energy and the elders. What we are waiting for, with this process of preparation, what we are expecting, is that in the years before 2012, all of us together can come together, can live together, by preparing ourselves internally which has everything to do with the conscious management of our internal energies which will bring about the reality of contact between the elders and us.
This is a different film [still shot on left]. This is one of the guides. In this case there were other people around me who were observing it too. So, this film has been analyzed and has been on the news. That’s on the Bolivian television. In the last few months and years, the presence of the ships and of the extraterrestrial guides have been ongoing.
That’s another sighting from a few months ago [still shot on right]. It was being filmed from an airplane. They filmed it on radar. The object accompanied the airplane flight. For about 10 minutes it was suspended, immobile. There are white and blue lights. After remaining stationary in the sky for about 10 minutes, it starts moving above the city.
This is one of the photos [on left] that I like best because you can see the ship coming out. The energy that I saw in the first part of my trip, was exactly like that. This is like a dimensional door which is opening up at the same time that the ship is coming out … This is not my only experience to the internal lake. A couple of years ago I had another experience, which is not part of [the topic of] this conference, but I am telling you this because in that experience, while I was in the Andes at 4,000 feet elevation, I was in contact with a group of elders, who told me many things concerning this time. I feel inside myself that it goes along with this process [Earth Transformation] that you are living in Hawaii.
Hawaii is the central point of Ring of Fire. As part of my work about six years ago, the elders told me to go to the active volcanoes of Costa Rica. When I went to Costa Rica I suddenly felt that I needed to go to Hawaii. My trip [here, with you,] is a confirmation that the Plan is moving beyond my own will. The Ring of Fire synchronizes perfectly with the sun. The sun projects the program of life through the Ring of Fire. This Telluric energy is what moves humanity. It is what we feel at this moment. It is what we are receiving and perceiving, consciously or unconsciously.
During this trip [to the U.S.] the elders told me to start two councils. The first one was already done last year with people who came from seventeen different countries, who had been contacted at Lake Titicaca, in order to finalize whatever is missing for the advent of the new world, the new time; and also to initiate, at the world level, the true preparation of internal life. You are all welcome, so that together, united, we can take the next step with everything, until 2012.
Through our communications we have participated in the discovery of archeological ruins. My experience of contact was one of the few experiences that has physical evidence of the authenticity of this communication of the invitation given to six journalists, amongst whom were two journalists from the Russian TASS [News Agency].
All of these contacts, if you look at the dates [showing video clips], the contacts have been ongoing after thirty years up through today.
What you are seeing here [on left] is the door of a temple for the activation of solar energy. The elders have given me the command next to the shores of Lake Titicaca.
This photo is from last year… They [the ET ships] have been with me constantly….
Since last year we started to live in the activation of the solar energy. We are living the ultimate preparation, sharing the internal energies started by the elders, so that in the near future we can come back to the fountain where we all come from. Hopefully we can all come back to this so that all together we can say, Mission Accomplished.

20. Final Incarnation

The "Final Incarnation" wrote in Matrix V based on information and personal experiences he made in the Library:

"Higher Self Choices - Earth and Non-Earth Incarnations

 

Higher Selves who choose to accept the Earth Game challenge have a much more complicated incarnational path than those who choose not to go the Earth human route. The Earth Game is one with memory blocked and with many hundreds of incarnations going on simultaneously in many different bodies, time periods, etc.

Higher Selves who do not want Earth Game experience, but do want 3rd density experience can choose incarnations one at a time, sequentially in NON-Earth physicals. For example: Andromedan incarnations. When the Andromedan body has served its purpose and dies, and the Higher Self chooses to continue that experience, shim is born into a new Andromedan body with memory intact. It's like changing clothing. While this is valid 3rd density experience, you should be able to see how slowly the Higher Selves, who ch oose only this path, evolve. These incarnations are 'safe' but will eventually get them to higher levels.

Earth Game incarnations make for far more rapid development, as Robert Monroe said. When the Higher Self chooses the Earth path, the spirit has HUGE amounts of obstacles to overcome to rediscover shimself. That they DO make it to Final Incarnations shows it is possible for ALL who choose the Earth path to succeed. Nevertheless, many Higher Selves will decline this opportunity to play it safe. This is OK. No judgment here. Each is free to choose their own path.

If you have an incarnation in the sequential, alien incarnations, you can choose to go to the Earth rapid advancement path at any time. Once this choice is made, that Higher Self must complete it - no backing out. They realize this before accepting the challenge. The amount of emotions and sensory experiences in the Earth path are unparalleled and therefore attractive to the more daring Higher Selves.

Our concern here on the Earth path is not what others are doing in other alien incarnational paths, but to discover who we really are and connect to our Higher Self which is the repository of ALL our incarnational experiences. Once this is done, then you will know the direction YOUR Higher Self, the REAL YOU, will be going. This is why looking inward is far more valuable than outward.

 

Multiple Personalities - A New Perspective

As I wrote in earlier material, Earth incarnations, for those with Higher Selves, are simultaneous, not sequential, since ALL

incarnations occur at the same time. If the physical brain is damaged in a certain way either in birth or through trauma, the body can be damaged and other incarnations can bleed through into the physical of the damaged incarnation.

The only incarnation able and intended to handle input from other incarnations (your nnminantc) is vour Final Incarnation. When the damaged incarnation switches to another 'personality', the incarnation's energy stream from the person's Higher Self allows unprocessed/uncontrolled free-flowing input from incarnations close in frequency (time line) to manifest their energy through the damaged incarnations's body. This could not happen  if Earther incarnations were sequential since then there'd be only one energy stream from the Higher Self. The physical body is also very electric. Short circuits to certain areas of the brain can effect the energy stream from the Higher Self as the energy stream is filtered through the physical body.

Multiple personalities is NOT a normal situation by any means, yet it is also not the dreaded situation most people cringe from. This would be considered an experiential choice by the individual Higher Self.

Why? Who can say why a Higher Self would chose this situation except that person's Higher Self. More could be accessed in the Library on Monroe level 27, for those interested in this topic.

The multiple personalities syndrome is more serious to incarnations with less experience/ maturity. Those of low through mid-range incarnational levels really can become quite unbalanced by this disorder and require hospitalization. Remember, society and the Empire will do almost anything to keep you from realizing who you REALLY are.

If people understood multiple personalities from this perspective AND people were taught who they are without the religious/'scientific' bullshit, we wouldn't have all the problems we have today on Earth.

Some of you will find this information helpful in verifying simultaneous incarnations as well as assisting you in understanding more about this type of experience.

A Different Look At The Orion Queen & Aliens

The Orion queen FEARS death of the body. As such, she's been cloned and preserved by life extending drugs. Without death, you cannot gain the varied experiences the Higher Self needs to progress. Each Higher Self MUST incarnate in 3rd density genders, sexual orientations and gain a WIDE gamut of diverse experiences. The Higher Self, who became the Onion queen, is experiencing a very limited amount of experiences, only one gender and a huge dose of absolute power. The Onion queen is, beyond a doubt, a low level incarnation. Remember, alien incarnations are sequential, so there is NO input from other incarnations into that particular Higher Self as there is in simultaneous, short lived Earthen incarnations.

If Ancient Earthers were not tampered with by the aliens, the ideal lives they were leading would have kept experiences to a minimum and those Higher Selves would have progressed as slowly as other sequential incarnations. Simultaneous incarnations did not begin until the aliens altered the Earthen humans and created chaos on the planet.

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, the phoenix-like Higher Selves who accepted the challenge of Earthen incarnational paths are progressing as no others. The alien created chaos turned out to be the best matrix for the Higher Self to rapidly develop! Earthers seem to marvel at the huge incarnational periods aliens seem to go through.

They'll tell their contactees of living for hundreds of years, or, as with reptilian royalty it can be tens of thousands of years or more!

You should be able to see how slowly these Higher Selves, not participating in the Earthen fast track, will progress. They live on homogenous planets in pretty uniform societies. There are few challenges, it seems, unless they clash with other aliens, like the Onion Empire. So, if things are pretty ho-hum, is it any surprise that they proceed at a snail's pace when compared to Earthen incarnations?

 

Earthers who long for life spans as long as the aliens are body controlled, for it's the body that fears death, since the Higher Self is immortal. With the shorter lifetimes on Earth, we are able to gain FAR more varieties of experiences. Your Higher Self loves all these inputs from shim's incarnations as there is NO FEAR in those who chose the Earthen challenge despite the individual incarnational fears of the various stages of growth, the Higher Self WILL overcome.

The subject of "good" vs. "bad" reptilians is such a broad issue but I feel it is necessary to make some sense of this confusion so we each know where we stand on these issues. More and more people are beginning to "wake up" and become aware that we have been infiltrated by beings that are not quite "human". These "para-humans" which are part human and part...something else...walk amongst us in human forms yet are perceived as spiritually altered hybrid humans by many people. There are many explanations I could go into here but I will make it as simple as possible.

The reptoid/dragon like species referred to here are very old, older than the human race...and they have probably walked among us since the beginnings of history. The Sumerian myths of origin...as well as creation myths of most of our cultures around the world exemplify this belief.

Somewhere down the line, they have interbred with humans and continue to do so to produce humans with reptilian DNA in varying degrees. What I am saying is that we are all part reptilian. Some people have more of the reptilian characteristics and instincts than others. These human/reptilian beings are hybrids...which make up most of the humans on our planet.

I have noticed several processes by which the reptilian essence incorporates into humans, other than breeding. None of this has to do with soul quality...which is what most of the disagreement on "good" vs. "evil" reptilians is all about and which I will get into later.

The first group are self proclaimed reptilians who feel they are reincarnated or born into human bodies but are reptilians in spirit. These individuals, out of the ones I have come into contact with are very aware of who they are. They are highly intelligent generally, yet exhibit many of the instinctual reptilian characteristics. This group possesses an insight into their nature and most are on a personal mission to find their nitch in the human world. Many suffer from existential angst or depression....deep feelings of inferiority...but just as humans use this depression to grow emotionally, so do these reptilians. I have actually found this particular group to be the most advanced and fun to interact with. I have learned a lot about them and their nature from this group. I will refer to this group as "Group A".

The second group is a much broader group as they don't really have an assigned "human" form. These manifest themselves sometimes as actual humanoid reptilians or reptoids but have a prime interdimensional core to them. These guys look for vulnerable human hybrid bodies or "Hosts" to inhabit and try to live a somewhat normal existence through the host. This process in itself is an invasive activity, but at the same time is looked upon as SURVIVAL which they feel is the norm. They do not inhabit the human bodies all the time but linger about for waiting for opportune moments when the host has breaks in their spirit bodies which allow for the reptilians to enter. Human's who have these reptilian "handlers" hanging about may experience them in nocturnal attacks, incubus experiences or even channeled "guides" sometimes friendly and sometimes not so friendly. I'll call this group "Group B" reptilians. It is my personal belief that these particular reptilians when not inhabiting their "hosts" are living underground where survival is easier for them. Unless of course they find residing within human bodies serves their personal agendas of the moment.

THE TILT OF THE SCALES or G vs. E

When describing reptilians by herpetologist definitions, one can see the instinct driven natures of this species, their ambitions to excel regardless of the consequences, their lack of normal human emotion or values, their mating habits or gender confusion using a human body. Their adrenaline-based reactions seem to take place of emotions as we know them. These reptilians can be the highest of achievers...or the darkest of deceivers.

The reptilian's values differ from men at the deepest core level, in that the superficial achievements, their attainment of materials things, their conquests and their dominance are what they strive for. They are great egotists as well, looking down on humans as inferior. The reptilians do not play by the same rules that we do...they have different boundaries or social mores and therefore fewer self imposed restrictions on their behaviors. They have little use for such things as love relationships, admiration based on integrity, morals or philanthropic endeavors. They look at those human values as weaknesses. These differences in themselves do not make reptilians "evil" or humans "good". There is another element involved here.

One might question why the herpetic imaging....why the dragons, snakes and alligator images to depict these creatures? This motif was carefully chosen probably around the same time the Garden of Eden was created. Out of all the beasts and creatures of the time, the one who was most suited to depict lower base natures of darker forces was the reptile.

Satan chose the reptile to act out his wishes and manipulations upon mankind in order to work against God. Satan's point was to show God that mankind was nothing more than a mere instinctual animal, not made in His image as God intended. The snake was "hosted" by one of the "fallen angels" that led to the Fall of Man and Adam and Eve's expulsion from Eden.

The Battle For Your Soul

In today's world, Satan continues to spit in the face of God with lies, deceptions, and manipulations of humans using the less evolved reptilians. It is Satan's legions that take on the images of the dinosaur which speaks to men and manipulates him into being "less than" who he truly is, forcing men to lose sight of their inner light. This becomes a "Battle for the Soul" which is acted out by well meaning righteous individuals fighting both sides of this issue. As we all have elements of both man and animal/reptilian within our genes, we still have free will to create our lifestyles so they are not so open to demonic attack. 

Those who are in Group A, the reincarnated reptilians in human bodies will need to fight harder against the demonic manipulation. Demons look for weaknesses within our spirit...and they will surely use Group A's feelings of dislocation and isolation against them. Group A has a great advantage that most humans do not. They have the awareness of who they truly are and an innate understanding of both sides of the issues at hand. They also have the drive and the intellect to overcome the trickery at hand. This group will be essential in our planet's survival. The only hindrance might be the ego factor...the same trick pulled on Eve in the Garden.

As for Group B, there will be heroic scenarios acted out battling these demonic ones, and there will be great evil acted out as well. The outcome depends upon the soul quality of the individual who is used as a host...and the faith he/she holds. Those with certain personality disorders will have a worse time and be more predisposed to being hosted. The most common personality disorders associated with the "bad reptilians" are Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Anti-social Personality Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder, or a combination of any of these. The following descriptions of these personality disorders came from the DSM-IV, 4th edition.

Dependent Disorder usually manifests itself in today's culture with substance abuse such as meth-amphetamine addiction or alcoholism. Narcissism usually displays a pattern of grandiosity and entitlement, a preoccupation of fantasies of unlimited success, power or brilliance, exhibits interpersonal exploitative behavior to others to meet own ends, and believes he is "special" and only understood by other special high-status people, and shows a lack of empathy for others. He will also display arrogance, with beliefs that others are envious of him while he is in truth envious of them. 

Anti-social Personalities usually display deceitfulness, repeated lying, conning others, extreme aggressiveness, reckless disregard for the safety of others, irresponsibility and lack of remorse demonstrated by indifference to or rationalization of hurting, mistreating or stealing from another.

Borderline Personality Disorder is exhibited by a pattern of unstable and intense interpersonal relationships characterized by extremes of devaluation and idealization. Frantic efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment, identity disturbance, unstable self image, impulsivity in at least two areas that are self damaging (spending, sex, substance abuse, reckless driving, binge eating). Recurrent suicidal behavior or self mutilating behaviors. Chronic feelings of emptiness, inappropriate, intense anger with displays of temper and or physical fights, paranoid ideation or severe dissociative symptoms. Also, affective instability due to a marked reactivity of mood.

There are medications that can lessen the severity of these symptoms as well as counseling for "reality" checks. A personality disorder is not easily cured by either as it is a lifelong pattern of reacting and becomes a component of the personality. These are the ones that seem most predisposed to hosting though. 

Unfortunately, no one is immune to the hosting process. We all have times of troubles and ill health. I would bet every one of you who read this have a family member who is hosting a demon dressed in reptilian clothing. That is why we cannot abandon our hosty fellow humans. To abandon them is like allowing weeds to take over the garden. We must fight for them with our love. All beings can fight the negative forces that be. The first step is in awareness of the process to reduce mankind to animals. The second step is to know that no matter how lost you might feel you are, there is always hope. These beings (demons) have made fools of us all, but not for long. We have the power within us to rise above the manipulations...the dragon games. We have been made in God's image to walk in His path with Him. We have only to look upward, rise off our bellies and fly to the Father
