But for [King] George III, war would have been unknown throughout the world today. The English-speaking race would have been reorganised as a unit, with its central Parliament meeting alternately in New York and London, and it would have given peace to the world.
- Cecil Rhodes, July 19011 At the end of the 19th century the British Empire was the largest the world had ever seen, covering some 19 million square kilometres of territory and nearly a quarter of the world's population. Britain was also the pre-eminent global power, possessing the strongest navy in the world and the largest merchant fleet and dominating the global economy as the biggest investor, banker, insurer and commodity dealer.2 According to Niall Ferguson, author of Empire: How Britain Made the Modern World (2003), this Pax Britannica was not only a force for good, but also the "nearest thing there has ever been to a world government".3 Perhaps it was, though for the millions of indigenous peoples who had been colonised, often with great brutality, and whose lands and natural resources were now being plundered by the British while they were relegated to the status of second-class subjects, the benefits of being part of the British Empire were somewhat elusive.
Yet, despite all these apparent strengths, Britain was no longer at the peak of its power, a point it reached in the 1870s. Indeed, the start of the 20th century marked the final phases of its inevitable decline. The er osion of British power was occurring on two fronts: first, through the imperial expansion of the other European powers, which impinged on its military dominance; and second, by the gradual loss of its industrial and commercial supremacy, upon which its military might had rested. The British Establishment was already reading these portents of imperial decay. The First Lord of the Admiralty, for example, had warned in 1900 that in coming years Britain "...by itself will not be strong enough to hold its proper place alongside of the US or Russia and probably not Germany. We shall be thrust aside by sheer weight."4
It was in the midst of this pervading sense of gloom that, in 1909, a movement emerged which sought to preserve British power by converting its Empire into an "Imperial Federation" or "Imperial Union".5 This movement was known as the Round Table.
The Round Table occupies a special place in most populist accounts of the New World Order, the group given a pivotal role in the World Government conspiracy. David Icke, for example, writes that the Round Table "spawned a network of interconnecting groups in many countries working toward a common aim...world government".3 The reason for this focus on the Round Table is the rather sensational analysis of the group provided by Carroll Quigley (1910-1977) in his 1966 book, Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Time. A professor of history and international relations at Georgetown University, Quigley discussed the Round Table movement in some detail, claiming it formed the hub of an "international Anglophile network" which had exercised disproportionate influence over the American and British governments for much of the 20th century. More importantly, he personally confirmed the existence of this alleged network, citing some 20 years of studying its history, including gaining exclusive access to its documents over a two-year period; even claiming that for much of his life he was "close to it and to many of its instruments".7
For many researchers, Quigley's personal testimony has seemed reason enough to repeat his claims without exploring them much further, let alone without questioning their accuracy. Australian researcher Jeremy Lee, for instance, suggests Tragedy and Hope "exposed beyond argument" the existence of the New World Order conspiracy,8 while numerous other researchers continue to place the Round Table in key positions in wiring diagrams, linking it to the Council on Foreign Relations and Chatham House as though it were still a powerful organisation near or at the top of the New World Order hierarchy.9
It is not the intention of this article to join this consensus position of uncritically accepting Quigley's account of the Round Table's power-an acceptance based solely on his still unproven claims of special access.10 Nor is it the intention to embrace Gary Allen's claim that the Round Table was a "secret society... dedicated to establishing a world government".11 Equally, this article avoids the habit of more mainstream historians of minimising the role of the Round Table and relegating it to a mere footnote. Instead, this article endeavours to establish that while Quigley's claims contain some elements of truth, the Round Table's contribution to the New World Order is more complex than is commonly supposed.
In fact, the movement is an unlikely participant in the push for global governance. Founded by advocates of Anglo-Saxon racial and political superiority, their scheme for imperial federation originally intended to consolidate the British Empire to protect it from disintegration and an expected challenge from Germany, the Round Table, at least initially, represented imperialist rather than internationalist ideals.
Moreover, despite its apparent wealth and political connections and an ambitious propaganda program, the Round Table conspicuously failed to achieve its goal of imperial federation. It also fell short in its attempts to remould the League of Nations concept into a form that would support the Round Table's imperialist ambitions. The movement would also be beset by divisions between those who viewed the federation of the British Empire as an end in itself, and those who believed imperial federation should be a stepping-stone to world government.
Nevertheless, the movement's vision of a world ruled by an Anglo-American federation represented one of the first attempts in the 20th century by a power-elite clique to bypass democracy in order to achieve its goal of overriding national sovereignty and establishing a supranational form of governance. Yet, as this article seeks to demonstrate, the Round Table movement's legacy was not one of success but of failure. Its members' efforts to arrest Britain's decline by unifying the Empire soon proved futile, and their dream of ruling the world slipped from their grasp. CECIL RHODES AND HIS IMPERIAL VISION
The Round Table was the product of two people: Cecil Rhodes (1853-1902) and Lord Alfred Milner (1854-1925). This was not to be a living partnership, given Rhodes's untimely death well before the Round Table was founded and their limited contacts while he was alive, but more of a posthumous association in which Milner sought to realise Rhodes's dream of a unified British Empire. As prominent Round Table member Leopold Amery (1873-1955) later observed, "If the vision was Rhodes', it was Milner who over some twenty years laid securely the foundations of a system whose power...throughout the English-speaking world...would be difficult to exaggerate".12 While his claims of the Round Table's power can be forgiven as wishful thinking, Amery by no means overstates the importance of Rhodes and Milner.
Cecil Rhodes is better known as the founder and primary owner of the famous diamond company, De Beers; as creator of the colonies of Northern and Southern Rhodesia (now Zambia and Zimbabwe); and as Prime Minister of the Cape Colony from 1890 to 1896.13 Compelled by a life-threatening heart condition to leave Britain, Rhodes had travelled in the 1870s to southern Africa where he made his fortune in the diamond-mining boom in the Kimberley region. It was there that Rhodes first demonstrated his desire for centralised control.
Rhodes believed the intense competition between the hundreds of small mining companies was damaging the viability of the diamond industry. His solution was to establish a company with monopoly control over the supply of diamonds, thus making it more profitable in the long term. In 1888 Rhodes realised his vision, collaborating with share dealer Alfred Beit and the London bankers Nathaniel M. Rothschild and Sons to buy out rival mining companies throughout the Kimberley region. The product of this collusion was a single diamond mining company, De Beers Consolidated Mines. This bold move gave Rhodes and his backers "control of the commanding heights of the Cape economy" (Thomas) and made him, "almost overnight, the most powerful man in Africa" (Rotberg).14
As Prime Minister of the Cape Colony, Chairman of De Beers and one of the richest and most aggressive imperialists in southern Africa, Rhodes commanded considerable power and his exploits earned him the admiring accolade of "the Colossus of Africa". Driven by an imperialist fervour, the Colossus embarked on a number of bold schemes devoted to the expansion and consolidation of British rule in Africa. Some of these plans were partially successful, such as the annexation of Matabeleland and Mashonaland in support of the British South Africa Company's goal of controlling all the land in the interior of Africa between the Limpopo and the Nile. Other schemes, such as his attempt to overthrow the Boer government in the Orange Free State through the Jameson Raid and his plans for a trans-African railway stretching from the Cape to Cairo, were for him personally costly and conspicuous failures.
Yet, in pursuing these various projects, Rhodes was not enacting his own ideas but using the plans of others to fulfil his broader vision. As one historian observed: "Rhodes was not a thinker; he was doer. He appropriated the ideas of others rather than conceiving ideas himself."15 Significantly, the only exception to this rule was his most ambitious grand design of all: imperial federation.
This is not an accepted fact in most accounts, including in Quigley's book where the famous British artist John Ruskin is cited as the sole source of Rhodes's enthusiasm for imperial federation. Rhodes is said to have attended the inaugural lecture given at Oxford in 1870 by Ruskin, then Professor of Fine Arts, and to have been so inspired that he kept a copy of the lecture with him for the next 30 years, regarding it as "one of his greatest possessions" (Quigley).16 The problem with this version of events is that Rhodes did not attend Oxford until September 1873, thus obviously missing Ruskin's lecture; more importantly, as Rotberg notes, there is "absolutely no evidence...that Rhodes was ever affected by Ruskin's popularity and the cult which helped spread his message of light, right and duty".17 There are certainly good grounds for supposing that Rhodes would have agreed with most of Ruskin's message that Britain's destiny, "the highest ever set before a nation", was to make it "for all the world a source of light" by founding colonies "as far and as fast as she is able to".18 There is, however, no single source of inspiration for Rhodes's dream of unifying the British Empire.
The range of influences on Rhodes's imperial thinking was legion. His favourite books included the works of Classical Greek and Roman scholars, such as Aristotle's Ethics, Plato's Republic, Plutarch's Lives, Marcus Aurelius' Meditations, and Thucydides' History, or were about the Roman Empire-evident in his avid reading and rereading of Edward Gibbons's six-volume The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire (1776-1788). These books had exposed Rhodes to the cosmopolitanism of the Stoics and also to arguments extolling the virtues of imperialism. From these, it seems, he had concluded that it was Britain's destiny to succeed Rome as the ruler of the world.19
Another key influence was William Winwood Reade's book, The Martyrdom of Man (1872), a neo-Darwinian tome which presents a universal history of humanity supporting the argument that suffering is necessary to the achievement of progress. Rhodes had read Martyrdom, describing it as a "creepy book", but he also said, somewhat ominously, that it had "made me what I am".20
He also found inspiration in the imperialist fervour generated by Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli's expansion of the British Empire in the 1870s. Disraeli himself was an advocate of imperial federation.
Arguably, it was from this rich concoction of ideas and influences, rather than from Oxford itself-where he apparently learned little-that Rhodes had developed his own unique vision of imperial federation. RHODES AND HIS "CONFESSION OF FAITH"
Rhodes first put his vision of imperial unity to paper on 2 June 1877 in his handwritten testimony, the so-called "Confession of Faith". In the Confession, Rhodes stated he had concluded that his chosen calling in life was not marriage, travel or the accumulation of wealth, but to make himself useful to his country. Expressing his belief in the inherent racial and cultural superiority of Anglo-Saxons, Rhodes argued that only the British should rule the world:
I contend that we are the finest race in the world and the more of the world we inhabit the better it is for the human race. Just fancy those parts that are at present inhabited by the most despicable of human beings; what an alteration there would be in them if they were brought under Anglo-Saxon influence... Added to which the absorption of the greater portion of the world under our rule simply means the end of all wars.21 To this end, Rhodes put forward his own vision of an expanded British Empire that would be achieved by the formation of a secret society:
Why should we not form a secret society with but one object: the furtherance of the British Empire and the bringing of the whole uncivilised world under British rule for the recovery of the United States for making the Anglo-Saxon race but one Empire. What a dream, and yet it is probable, it is possible.22 This secret society would have "its members in every part of the British Empire", including in the schools and universities to select new members and in the Colonial legislatures, where they would "advocate the closer union of England and colonies, to crush all disloyalty and every movement for the severance of our Empire". He also envisaged this secret society owning "portions of the press, for the press rules the mind of the people".23
Rhodes's motivation for creating his own secret society stemmed from his disappointment and contempt for Freemasonry, which he had recently joined. His disdain for the Craft had been almost immediate, demonstrated at his induction banquet in June 1877 where, as a new life member for the Apollo Chapter of the Masonic Order, Rhodes scandalised his brethren by casually revealing the mystic cult secrets of the 33rd Degree Rite.24 In his Confession, Rhodes denigrated the Freemasons as an essentially pointless organisation whose members "devote themselves to what at times appear the most ridiculous and absurd rites without an object and without an end". However, this was not a blanket rejection of secret societies, as he expressed his admiration for the Jesuits whom he believed had achieved much despite their "bad cause" and "bad leaders".25
Elements of Rhodes's Confession were incorporated into his wills, of which eight were produced over the years as his fortune and ambitions increased but his cardiovascular problems worsened, reminding the Colossus that his time in this world was short. His second will of 19 September 1877, for example, was produced following a "heart attack" he had suffered in August of that year.26 Although it had only two executors, that document clarified Rhodes's essential vision of establishing a "Secret Society" devoted to "the extension of British rule throughout the world", including the "ultimate recovery of the United States as an integral part of the British Empire". This would culminate in:
...consolidation of the whole Empire, the inauguration of a system of Colonial Representation in the Imperial Parliament which may tend to weld together the disjointed members of the Empire, and finally the foundation of so great a power as to hereafter render wars impossible and promote the best interests of humanity.27 All that remained was to bring about this desired state of affairs, and in successive wills Rhodes continuously refined his envisaged secret society. In a letter accompanying his fourth will, written in June 1888, Rhodes instructed Lord Nathaniel M. Rothschild (1840-1915)-his collaborator and financier at De Beers and to whom he originally left most of his fortune-to obtain the Constitution of the Jesuits and "insert English Empire for Roman Catholic Religion" so the secret society could use the document as its charter.28
But Lord Rothschild, although a supporter of imperial expansion, soon proved unworthy of this task. For one, Rothschild failed to meet Rhodes's immediate demands for assistance in achieving his various schemes in Africa. This frustrated the Colossus of Africa, who had apparently believed in the great power of the Rothschild name to work the all-too-numerous miracles he required.29
Lord Rothschild also seemed unable to absorb Rhodes's ultimate imperial vision. The disappointment was obvious. Rhodes was to confide to his friend Lord Esher in 1891 that Lord Rothschild "...is absolutely incapable of understanding my ideas. I have endeavoured to explain them to him, but I could see from the look on his face that it made no impression...and that I was simply wasting my time." The fate of Britain's richest banker was to be removed from Rhodes's subsequent wills and replaced with an anonymous trustee.30 STEAD AND THE "ANGLO-AMERICAN RE-UNION"
Rhodes was to find a more understanding audience through his friendship with William T. Stead (1849-1912), editor of the Pall Mall Gazette and founder of the periodical, Review of Reviews. Stead was an ardent supporter of imperialism, conceiving it in Ruskinian terms of Britain's moral duty to the rest of the world, which he defined as the "imperialism of responsibility". He was a supporter of imperial federation, evident in the avowed purpose of Review of Reviews of "promoting the re-union of the English-speaking race".31
However, Stead had also been a member of the South Africa Committee, which was opposed to Rhodes's brutal methods of expanding British rule in southern Africa. Nevertheless, it was an article by Stead in the Pall Mall Gazette, endorsing an "Anglo-American re-union", that had prompted Rhodes to seek him out during his visit to England in April 1889. Their subsequent meeting was to have a profound effect on Stead, who was to put aside his previous reservations and write excitedly of his newfound admiration for Rhodes, proclaiming that he had never before "met a man who, upon broad Imperial matters, was so entirely of my way of thinking". Stead was especially impressed with Rhodes's "gorgeous" ideas for the "federation, expansion and consolidation of the Empire".32
The impact appears to have been mutual, with Rhodes giving Stead a gift of �2,000 to settle an adverse libel judgement and promising �20,000 to promote their ideas of imperial federation through the British media. In time, Rhodes was to show his confidence in Stead by naming him a trustee in one his wills.33 Stead was also to have an impact on the Anglo-American component of Rhodes's imperial vision. It is noted by Quigley that Rhodes accepted Stead's proposal to modify his vision of imperial federation to make "Washington the capital of the whole organisation or allow parts of the empire to become states of the American Union".34 According to Stead's own account (and Quigley's most likely source), it was during Rhodes's visit to England in February 1891 that the diamond magnate had finally:35
...expressed his readiness to adopt the course from which he had at first recoiled...that of securing the unity of the English-speaking race by consenting to the absorption of the British Empire in the American Union if it could not be secured any other way... [H]e expressed his deliberate conviction that English-speaking re-union was so great an end in itself as to justify even the sacrifice of the distinctive features and independent existence of the British Empire. This Anglo-American arrangement thus became one of the central components of his envisaged supranational enterprise, if not an obsession. Rhodes often blamed King George III for the loss of the American colonies (see epigraph), and once lamented to Stead that "if we had not lost America...the peace of the world [would have been] secured for all Eternity!" The postscript to his will of September 1893, for example, expressed his belief that the merger of Britain and the United States would "take the government of the whole world", leading to the "cessation of all wars and one language throughout the world".36
Elsewhere, Rhodes envisaged joining the British House of Commons to the United States Congress, establishing an "Imperial Parliament" that would sit for five-year periods, alternating between London and Washington.37
Rhodes's vision can appear quite idealistic, even na�ve, in its motivations. Quigley contends that Rhodes's utopian scheme for a world-dominating Anglo-American Federation was driven not by greed or other materialist wants but by a sincere belief in Britain's mission to spread its culture and values worldwide for the common good. However, Rhodes also made some quite rational calculations about British power, particularly its declining economic fortunes. He recognised that British trade was suffering due to "hostile tariffs" imposed by America and Europe. As he was to tell Prime Minister Gladstone, the only logical solution was the "further acquisition of territory", giving Britain a domain large enough to maintain tariffs against the rest of the world. "Great Britain's position depends on her trade," Rhodes argued, saying that if Britain did not "take and open up the dependencies of the world which are at present devoted to barbarism, we shall shut out the world's trade".38
Quite simply, Rhodes did not believe that free trade in itself would benefit Britain unless there were some political action to support it, preferably in the form of imperial expansion and consolidation. "Being a Free Trader," he was to write to Stead, "I believe that until the world comes to its senses you should declare war with those who are trying to boycott your manufactures." He had been particularly taken by South African politician Jan Hendrik Hofmeyr's proposal, first raised at the 1887 Colonial Conference, of an Empire-wide two-per-cent tariff against foreign goods. "The politics of the next hundred years are going to be tariffs and nothing else," Rhodes proclaimed while Prime Minister of the Cape Colony. In his letter to Stead, Rhodes identified the only possible solution: "You might finish the [tariff] war by union with America and universal peace, I mean after a hundred years and a secret society organised like [St Ignatius] Loyola's [founder of the Jesuits]."39 THE NEW WEISHAUPT
In pursuing this course, Rhodes was in many respects one of the first true modern heirs to Adam Weishaupt, founder of the Bavarian Illuminati. A Professor of Law at the University of Ingolstadt and a former a Jesuit priest, Weishaupt created the Illuminati in 1776 to achieve his radical, utopian goal of transforming society. He envisaged a world devoid of "princes and nations", in which the human race would "become one family".40
Rhodes's similarities with Weishaupt are threefold: first, he came to the same conclusion as Weishaupt that creating his own secret society for the purposes of changing elite opinion was the only means to ensure that his goals could be achieved; second, he was similarly unimpressed by the Freemasons and the Jesuits, yet he copied their methods; and finally, his ultimate goal was essentially the same as Weishaupt, in that he sought to create a world order in which peace would prevail as divisions would be overcome by a global civilisation, albeit an Anglo-Saxon one.
There were a number of important differences, however, with Rhodes being influenced by Classical philosophers rather than by the Enlightenment theorists whom Weishaupt admired; this had made him into an ardent imperialist rather than the cosmopolitan idealist that Weishaupt clearly was. Unlike Weishaupt, a radical thinker who aspired to overthrow the existing political and religious order, Rhodes sought only to expand and preserve what he regarded as the absolute pinnacle of human civilisation: the British Empire.
Furthermore, Weishaupt was an academic of limited means, whose only hope of realising his vision was to use the Illuminati to try to infiltrate existing centres of power and sway elite opinion. His ambitious endeavour met with some success, but ultimately ran afoul of the Bavarian authorities, culminating in his exile and the banning of the Illuminati.
Rhodes, in contrast, with a controlling stake in southern Africa's diamond monopoly, two terms as Prime Minister of the Cape Colony and feted by Britain's Establishment, had at his disposal enormous financial and political resources-and, as such, ample opportunity to act on his ideas without fear of persecution by the state because, especially in southern Africa, he was the state. 3. Albert Pike

Albert Pike's Background

Very few outsiders know about the intimate plans of Albert Pike and the architects of the New World Order.   In the 19th Century Albert Pike established a framework for bringing about the One World Order.  Based on a vision revealed to him, Albert Pike wrote a blueprint of events that would play themselves out in the 20th century, with even more of these events yet to come.  It is this blueprint which we believe unseen leaders are following today, knowingly or not, to engineer the planned Third and Final World War.

About Albert Pike

Albert Pike was born on December 29, 1809, in Boston, and was the oldest of six children born to Benjamin and Sarah Andrews Pike.  He studied at Harvard, and later served as a Brigadier-General in the Confederate Army. After the Civil War, Pike was found guilty of treason and jailed, only to be pardoned by fellow Freemason President Andrew Johnson on April 22, 1866, who met with him the next day at the White House. On June 20, 1867, Scottish Rite officials conferred upon Johnson the 4th to 32nd Freemasonry degrees, and he later went to Boston to dedicate a Masonic Temple.

Pike was said to be a genius, able to read and write in 16 different languages, although I cannot find a record anywhere of what those languages were.  In addition, he is widely accused of plagiarism, so take with a pinch of salt.   At various stages of his life we was a poet, philosopher, frontiersman, soldier, humanitarian and philanthropist.  A 33rd degree Mason, he was one of the founding fathers, and head of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, being the Grand Commander of North American Freemasonry from 1859 and retained that position until his death in 1891. In 1869, he was a top leader in the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.

Pike was said to be a Satanist, who indulged in the occult, and he apparently possessed a bracelet which he used to summon Lucifer, with whom he had constant communication. He was the Grand Master of a Luciferian group known as the Order of the Palladium (or Sovereign Council of Wisdom), which had been founded in Paris in 1737. Palladism had been brought to Greece from Egypt by Pythagoras in the fifth century, and it was this cult of Satan that was introduced to the inner circle of the Masonic lodges. It was aligned with the Palladium of the Templars. In 1801, Issac Long, a Jew, brought a statue of Baphomet (Satan) to Charleston, South Carolina, where he helped to establish the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite. Long apparently chose Charleston because it was geographically located on the 33rd parallel of latitude (incidentally, so is Baghdad), and this council is considered to be the Mother Supreme Council of all Masonic Lodges of the World.

Pike was Long's successor, and he changed the name of the Order to the New and Reformed Palladian Rite (or Reformed Palladium). The Order contained two degrees:

• Adelph (or Brother), and

• Companion of Ulysses (or Companion of Penelope).

Pike's right-hand man was Phileas Walder, from Switzerland, who was a former Lutheran minister, a Masonic leader, occultist, and spiritualist. Pike also worked closely with Giusseppe Mazzini of Italy (1805-1872) who was a 33rd degree Mason, who became head of the Illuminati in 1834, and who founded the Mafia in 1860. Together with Mazzini, Lord Henry Palmerston of England (1784-1865, 33rd degree Mason), and Otto von Bismarck from Germany (1815-1898, 33rd degree Mason), Albert Pike intended to use the Palladian Rite to create a Satanic umbrella group that would tie all Masonic groups together.

Albert Pike died on April 2, 1891, and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, although the corpse of Pike currently lies in the headquarters of the Council of the 33rd degree of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in Washington, D.C.  (see The Deadly Deception, by Jim Shaw - former 33rd degree Mason and Past Master of all Scottish Rite bodies.)

The Albert Pike Monument

Albert Pike made his mark before the war in Arkansas as a lawyer and writer, but as a Confederate Brigadier General, he was, according to the Arkansas Democrat of July 31, 1978, a complete "WASH-OUT," not a hero.  Yet, Gen. Albert Pike is the only Confederate general with a statue on federal property in Washington, DC. He was honoured, not as a commander or even as a lawyer, but as Southern regional leader of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. The statue stands on a pedestal near the foot of Capitol Hill, between the Department of Labor building and the Municipal Building, between 3rd and 4th Streets, on D Street, NW.  More detail about the monument, including a photo and map can be found here.  Further background on the colorful history of the statue can be found at the Masonic Info website.  During the 1992 presidential campaign, Lyndon H. LaRouche and his vice presidential running mate, the Reverend James Bevel, launched a mobilization to remove the statue of General Albert Pike from Washington, D.C.'s Judiciary Square. On February 1, the campaign drew an angry attack from freemasonic leader C. Fred Kleinknecht, who attempted to defend both Pike and the Ku Klux Klan from LaRouche and Bevel's attack.  A speech given by LaRouche defending his actions can be found here (March 20, 1992).  And a speech by Anton Chaitkin entitled 'Why Albert Pike's Statue Must Fall' can be found here (September 21, 1992).

The Illuminati and Albert Pike

Adam Weishaupt (1748 - 1811) formed the Order of Perfectibilists on May 1, 1776 (to this day celebrated as May Day throughout many western countries), which later became known as the Illuminati, a secret society whose name means "Enlightened Ones".  Although the Order was founded to provide an opportunity for the free exchange of ideas, Weishaupt's background as a Jesuit seems to have influenced the actual character of the society, such that the express aim of this Order became to abolish Christianity, and overturn all civil government.

An Italian revolutionary leader, Giusseppe Mazzini (1805-1872), a 33rd degree Mason, was selected by the Illuminati to head their worldwide operations in 1834.  (Mazzini also founded the Mafia in 1860).  Because of Mazzini's revolutionary activities in Europe, the Bavarian government cracked down on the Illuminati and other secret societies for allegedly plotting a massive overthrow of Europe's monarchies.  As the secrets of the Illuminati were revealed, they were persecuted and eventually disbanded, only to re-establish themselves in the depths of other organizations, of which Freemasonry was one.

During his leadership, Mazzini enticed Albert Pike into the (now formally disbanded, but still operating) Illuminati. Pike was fascinated by the idea of a one world government, and when asked by Mazzini, readily agreed to write a ritual tome that guided the transition from average high-ranking mason into a top-ranking Illuminati mason (33rd degree). Since Mazzini also wanted Pike to head the Illuminati's American chapter, he clearly felt Pike was worthy of such a task. Mazzini's intention was that once a mason had made his way up the Freemason ladder and proven himself worthy, the highest ranking members would offer membership to the secret 'society within a society'. 

It is for this reason that most Freemasons vehemently deny the evil intentions of their fraternity.  Since the vast majority never reach the 30th degree, they would not be aware of the real purpose behind Masonry.  When instructing Pike how the tome should be developed, Mazzini wrote the following to Pike in a letter dated January 22, 1870.  Remember that Freemasonry wasn't started by Pike - rather it was infiltrated by the Illuminati who were looking for a respectable forum in which to hide their clandestine activities:

"We must allow all the federations to continue just as they are, with their systems, their central authorities and their diverse modes of correspondence between high grades of the same rite, organized as they are at the present, but we must create a super rite, which will remain unknown, to which we will call those Masons of high degree whom we shall select. With regard to our brothers in Masonry, these men must be pledges to the strictest secrecy. Through this supreme rite, we will govern all Freemasonry which will become the one international center, the more powerful because its direction will be unknown." ¹

In 1871, Pike published the 861 page Masonic handbook known as the Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.

After Mazzini's death on March 11, 1872, Pike appointed Adriano Lemmi (1822-1896, 33rd degree Mason), a banker from Florence, Italy, to run their subversive activities in Europe. Lemmi was a supporter of patriot and revolutionary Giuseppe Garibaldi, and may have been active in the Luciferian Society founded by Pike.  Lemmi, in turn, was succeeded by Lenin and Trotsky, then by Stalin. The revolutionary activities of all these men were financed by British, French, German, and American international bankers; all of them dominated by the House of Rothschild.

Between 1859 and 1871, Pike worked out a military blueprint for three world wars and various revolutions throughout the world which he considered would forward the conspiracy to its final stage in the 20th Century.

In addition to the Supreme Council in Charleston, South Carolina, Pike established Supreme Councils in Rome, Italy (led by Mazzini); London, England (led by Palmerston); and Berlin, Germany (led by Bismarck). He set up 23 subordinate councils in strategic places throughout the world, including five Grand Central Directories in Washington, DC (North America), Montevideo (South America), Naples (Europe), Calcutta (Asia), and Mauritius (Africa), which were used to gather information. All of these branches have been the secret headquarters for the Illuminati's activities ever since.

Albert Pike and Three World Wars

Albert Pike received a vision, which he described in a letter that he wrote to Mazzini, dated August 15, 1871. This letter graphically outlined plans for three world wars that were seen as necessary to bring about the One World Order, and we can marvel at how accurately it has predicted events that have already taken place.

Pike's Letter to Mazzini

It is a commonly believed fallacy that for a short time, the Pike letter to Mazzini was on display in the British Museum Library in London, and it was copied by William Guy Carr, former Intelligence Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy.  The British Library has confirmed in writing to me that such a document has never been in their possession.  Furthermore, in Carr's book, Satan, Prince of this World, Carr includes the following footnote:

"The Keeper of Manuscripts recently informed the author that this letter is NOT catalogued in the British Museum Library.  It seems strange that a man of Cardinal Rodriguez's knowledge should have said that it WAS in 1925".

It appears that Carr learned about this letter from Cardinal Caro y Rodriguez of Santiago, Chile, who wrote The Mystery of Freemasonry Unveiled. 

To date, no conclusive proof exists to show that this letter was ever written.  Nevertheless, the letter is widely quoted and the topic of much discussion.

Following are apparently extracts of the letter, showing how Three World Wars have been planned for many generations.

"The First World War must be brought about in order to permit the Illuminati to overthrow the power of the Czars in Russia and of making that country a fortress of atheistic Communism. The divergences caused by the "agentur" (agents) of the Illuminati between the British and Germanic Empires will be used to foment this war. At the end of the war, Communism will be built and used in order to destroy the other governments and in order to weaken the religions." ²

Students of history will recognize that the political alliances of England on one side and Germany on the other, forged between 1871 and 1898 by Otto von Bismarck, co-conspirator of Albert Pike, were instrumental in bringing about the First World War.

"The Second World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences between the Fascists and the political Zionists. This war must be brought about so that Nazism is destroyed and that the political Zionism be strong enough to institute a sovereign state of Israel in Palestine. During the Second World War, International Communism must become strong enough in order to balance Christendom, which would be then restrained and held in check until the time when we would need it for the final social cataclysm." ³

After this Second World War, Communism was made strong enough to begin taking over weaker governments. In 1945, at the Potsdam Conference between Truman, Churchill, and Stalin, a large portion of Europe was simply handed over to Russia, and on the other side of the world, the aftermath of the war with Japan helped to sweep the tide of Communism into China.  

(Readers who argue that the terms Nazism and Zionism were not known in 1871 should remember that the Illuminati invented both these movements.  In addition, Communism as an ideology, and as a coined phrase, originates in France during the Revolution.  In 1785, Restif coined the phrase four years before revolution broke out.  Restif and Babeuf, in turn, were influenced by Rousseau - as was the most famous conspirator of them all, Adam Weishaupt.)

"The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World. The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other. Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil. Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view. This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time." ⁴

Since the terrorist attacks of Sept 11, 2001, world events, and in particular in the Middle East, show a growing unrest and instability between Modern Zionism and the Arabic World. This is completely in line with the call for a Third World War to be fought between the two, and their allies on both sides. This Third World War is still to come, and recent events show us that it is not far off.

In 1954, the most powerful men in the world met for the first time under the auspices of the Dutch royal crown and the Rockefeller family in the luxurious Hotel Bilderberg of the small Dutch town of Oosterbeck. For an entire weekend they debated the future of the world. When it was over, they decided to meet once every year to exchange ideas and analyze international affairs. They named themselves the Bilderberg Club. Since then, they have gathered yearly in a luxurious hotel somewhere in the world to decide the future of humanity.

In more than fifty years of meetings that brings together unprecedented power and money in the same time and place, never has any information been leaked as to what subjects were debated during the Bilderberg Club meetings. Bilderberg, one of the world�s most powerful secret organizations is run out of an 18m2 offices, staffed by one person, using one telephone line and a single fax number. There is no web page and no brass name plate on the door. The independent press has never been allowed in, and no statements have ever been released on the attendees� conclusions nor has any agenda for a Bilderberg meeting been made public. How, in God�s name, can this be possible when Bilderberg�s elite membership list includes all of the most powerful individuals who run the Planet?

Leaders of the Bilderberg Club argue that this discretion is necessary to allow participants in the debates to speak freely without being on the record or reported publicly. Otherwise, Bilderbergers state, they would be forced to speak in the language of a press release. Doubtlessly, this discretion allows the Bilderberg Club to deliberate more freely, but that does not respond to the fundamental question: What do the world�s most powerful people talk about in these meetings?�

Any modern democratic system protects the right to privacy, but doesn�t the public have a right to know what their political leaders are talking about when they meet the wealthiest business leaders of their respective countries?

What guarantees do citizens have that the Bilderberg Club isn�t a centre for influence trafficking and lobbying if they aren�t allowed to know what their representatives talk about at the Club�s secret gatherings? Why are the Davos World Economic Forum and G8 meetings carried in every newspaper, given front page coverage, with thousands of journalists in attendance, while no one covers Bilderberg Club meetings even though they are annually attended by Presidents of the International Monetary Fund, The World Bank, Federal Reserve, chairmen of 100 most powerful corporations in the world such as DaimlerChrysler, Coca Cola, British Petroleum, Chase Manhattan Bank, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Vice Presidents of the United States, Directors of the CIA and the FBI, General Secretaries of NATO, American Senators and members of Congress, European Prime Ministers and leaders of opposition parties, top editors and CEOs of the leading newspapers in the world. It is surprising that no mainstream corporate media outlets consider a gathering of such figures, whose wealth far exceeds the combined wealth of all United States citizens, to be newsworthy when a trip by any one of them on their own makes headline news on TV.

Amongst the names appearing on the initial list of invitees which this journalist had access to in January 2007 stand out the names of the now disgraced John Browne, British Petroleum�s Chief Executive Officer and the disgraced and fired former chief of the World Bank, Paul Wolfowitz. It will be interesting to see if either of these men makes an appearance at Bilderberg 2007. The Bilderbergers have no trouble accepting criminals into the fold as long as their misdeeds are conducted away from public spotlight and scrutiny. Once exposed, the culprits are generally discarded. Lord Conrad Black, former chief executive of Hollinger media group is a case in point.

Two others names on the original January 2007 list should raise a few eyebrows. One of them is Bernard Kouchner, the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs in the right wing Nicolas Sarkozy government in France. Kouchner is a former founder of ONG Doctors without Borders. He was absent from Bilderberg 2006 in Ottawa, Canada. Could his government position been arranged prior to the French national elections? For my money, the surprise appearance of year award should go to Mahmood Sariolghalam, Associate Professor of International Relations, School of Economic and Political Sciences, National University of Iran. What is an Iranian doing at a NATO alliance controlled Bilderberg conference? We will know soon enough. Bilderberg 2007 is indeed a good time to look behind the scenes.

Aside from the Irak quagmire, energy problems continue to dominate Bilderberger discussions. Oil and natural gas are finite, non-renewable resources. That�s because once used up it cannot be replenished. As the world turns, and as oil and natural gas supplies dwindle while demand soars dramatically, especially with Indian and Chinese booming economies who want all the trinkets and privileges of an American way of life, we, as the Planet, have crossed the midpoint of oil production and discovery. From now on, the only sure thing is that supply will continue to diminish and prices will continue to increase. In these conditions world conflict is a physical certainty. End of oil means end of world�s financial system, something which has already been acknowledged by Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times, two full time members of the Bilderberger inner circle. Goldman Sachs oil report, [another full time member of the Bilderberger elite] published on March 30, 2005 increased the oil price range for the year 2005-6 from $55-$80 per barrel to $55-$105. During 2006 meeting, Bilderbergers have confirmed that their short range price estimate for oil for the 2007-08 continues to hover around US$105-150/barrel. No wonder Jose Barroso, President of the European Commission, announced several months ago during the unveiling of the new European energy policy that the time has come for a �post-industrial age.??? To bring the world into the post industrial age, you first need to destroy the world�s economic base and create another Great Depression. When people are poor, they don�t spend money, they don�t travel, and they don�t consume.

As the economic impact sinks in, and as the after effects of Peak Oil become evident in the face of breakdown of civilization, the United States will be forced to challenge Europe, Russia and China for the hegemony of control and the ever depleting hydrocarbon, non-renewable reserves most of which are contained in the Middle East. That will be point number two on the Bilderberg 2007 agenda.

Third item on the agenda is European relations with Russia not only in Europe but also in Central Asia. With Moscow making a deal with Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan over the transport of gas to Europe, the US geo-strategic goal of driving a wedge between the Central Asian countries and Russia lies in shambles. While the US says this is "not good for Europe", the Europeans are divided. Iran, overnight has become America�s last hope in the energy war.

Iran war, after two years of huffing and puffing by the Bush government is definitely off the table. Furthermore, with France, Russia, Japan and China investing heavily in Iran, the world has drawn a line in the sand and the U.S. will be told at the conference not to cross it. There is blood in the water, and blood in the water usually leads to a good fight.

That notwithstanding, the United States needs to control the region, not only for its oil reserves but, most importantly to help it sustain world economic hegemony. Under this strategic design, regional states will be turned to weak domains of sectarian sheikhs with little or no sovereignty and, by implications, a pathetic agenda of their economic development. Regional chaos favours the spread of Islamic fundamentalism, which in turn reinforces the process of political and social disintegration supported by the Bilderbergers.�

With Blair leaving, the UK will be told yet again, that they must, at all cost, do what is necessary to integrate the country into the European Community.

Finally, with Wolfowitz resigning from the World Bank, Bilderberg luminaries will try to come to a consensus on how best to overhaul not only the bank but its sister organization, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by a Spaniard, Rodrigo Rato. Wolfowitz became entangled in controversy seven weeks ago after World Bank whistleblowers leaked to the Washington-based non-governmental organization Government Accountability Project (GAP) documents that showed Wolfowitz pushing a high pay raise in a secondment deal to the US State Department for his girlfriend.

We, as a society, are at a crossroads. In almost every corner of the planet, stress points are beginning to fracture. The roads we take from here will determine the very future of humanity. It was former British Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli, who stated that �the world is governed by very different personages from what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.???

It is not up to God to bring us back from the �New Dark Age??? planned for us. IT IS UP TO US. When presidents, prime ministers, bankers and generals rub shoulders with European royalty at the annual secret Bilderberg meeting, they discuss the business of running markets and wars without being accountable to the public.

Bilderberg's Plans for the World
The Bilderberg group's secret annual meeting determines many of the headlines and news developments that you will read about in the coming months. But the Establishment media completely black out any news of it and remain strangely reluctant to lift the curtain hiding this major event. A number of high-ranking members of the press who attend the annual meeting are sworn to secrecy, and news editors are held responsible if any of their journalists "inadvertently" report on what takes place. Yet few have ever heard of this exclusive and secretive group of the world's most powerful financiers, industrialists and political figures.
Although the Bilderberg group has lost some of its past lustre, on 5 to 8 May 2005 it met at Rottach-Egern (in Munich, Germany) under its usual secrecy that makes a freemasonry lodge look like a playgroup. Staff at the hotel were photographed and put through special clearance. From porters to senior managers, the employees were warned (under the threat of never working in their country again) about the consequences of revealing any details of the guests to the press.
The discussions that the Bilderbergers engaged in this year and the consensus they reached—deciding how the world should deal with European–American relations, the Middle East powder keg, the Iraq war, the global economy and how to stave off war in Iran—will influence the course of Western civilisation and the future of the entire planet. Ironically, they met behind closed doors, protected by a phalanx of armed guards.
After three straight years of open hostility and tension amongst the European, British and American Bilderbergers, caused by the war in Iraq, the aura of complete congeniality amongst them has returned. Bilderbergers have reaffirmed and remain united in their long-term goal to strengthen the role the United Nations plays in regulating global conflicts and relations.
However, it is important to understand that the Americans are no more the "Hawks" than the European Bilderbergers are the "Doves". Europeans joined in supporting the 1991 invasion of Iraq by US President George Bush Senior, celebrating (in the words of notable Bilderberg hunter Jim Tucker) the end of "America's Vietnam syndrome". Europeans also supported former US President Bill Clinton's invasion of Yugoslavia, bringing NATO into the operation.

UN Global Oil Tax and Peacebuilding Proposals
A much discussed subject in 2005 at Rottach-Egern was the concept of imposing a UN tax on people worldwide through a direct tax on oil at the well-head. This, in fact, sets a precedent. If enacted, it would be the first time that a non-governmental agency (read the United Nations) directly benefited from a tax on citizens of free and enslaved nations. The Bilderberg proposal calls for a tiny UN levy at the outset, which the consumer would hardly notice.
Jim Tucker, formerly of the court-killed Spotlight magazine, wrote in the American Free Press (14–21 June 2004) that: "...establishing the principle that the UN can directly tax citizens of the world is important to Bilderberg. It is another giant step toward world government. Bilderbergers know that publicly promoting a UN tax on all people on Earth would meet with outrage. But they are patient; it [Bilderberg] first proposed a direct world tax years ago and celebrates the fact that it is now in the public dialogue with little public attention or concern."
Bilderberg wants "tax harmonisation" so that high-tax countries can compete with more tax-friendly nations—including the United States—for foreign investment. They would "harmonise" taxes by forcing the rate in the US and other countries to rise so that socialist Sweden's 58-per-cent level would be "competitive".
According to sources, an unidentified guest at the conference asked how global taxation can be sold to the American public. One European Union commissioner suggested using as the battering ram the rhetoric of helping countries build peaceful, stable societies once conflict subsides. Someone asked for the timing of the appeal. A former commissioner mentioned that the best time to ask for cash is once the conflict subsides and the world is subjected to brutal images of destruction. A Norwegian Bilderberger disagreed. What looked to be Björn T. Grydeland, Norway's ambassador to the European Union, said that, on the contrary, it's much easier to get world attention and money for a region when a conflict rages.
This was confirmed a posteriori when Denmark's foreign minister Per Stig Moller, during a debate in the United Nations on 26 May, stated on the record that "[i]f the international community is not able to act swiftly, the fragile peace is at risk, with loss of more lives as a consequence". Denmark holds the EU presidency until 1 July 2005, when it will be replaced by the UK. [The changeover took place just before we went to press. Ed.]
Bilderbergers are planning to use what they nominated as a UN Peacebuilding Commission, apparently to help win the peace in post-conflict countries, as one of the tools in secretly imposing the UN tax on an unsuspecting world population.
Jim Tucker said as much in his Bilderberg report in the American Free Press (23 May) when he wrote: "There was some informal discussion of timing for a vote in the United Nations on establishing a direct global tax by imposing a 10-cents-a-barrel levy on oil at the well-head. This is important to the Bilderberg goal of establishing the UN as a formal world government. Such a direct tax on individuals is symbolically important. Bilderberg's global tax proposal has been pending before the UN for three years but the issue has been blacked out by the Bilderberg-controlled US media."
Mark R. Warner, governor of Virginia and a first-time Bilderberg invitee, expressed concern about how much additional financial responsibility the United States would take on as a result. At this point, José M. Durão Barroso, president of the European Commission, expressed a view held by many within Bilderberg that the United States does not provide a fair share of economic aid to poor countries. My sources confirm Jim Tucker's report that "Kissinger and David Rockefeller, among other Americans, beamed and nodded approval".
Although the US pays more into the foreign-aid piggy bank than any country in the world, the Bilderbergers and the United Nations are poised to demand much more funding from it to meet the Peacebuilding proposal.

NGOs and the Global Neighbourhood
The rise of the NGOs (non-governmental organisations) is a development that former US President Clinton suddenly (one day after it was discussed at Rottach-Egern) suggested to be among "the most remarkable things that have happened since the fall of the Berlin Wall". Ironically, Clinton's statement was picked up by the Wall Street Journal, a paper represented at the Bilderberg meetings by its vice-president, Robert L. Bartley, until his death in December 2003, and its editorial page editor, Paul Gigot.
The Bilderbergers have been vigorously debating, for the first time, whether to have unelected, self-appointed environmental activists given positions of governmental authority on the governing board of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP)—the agency which controls the use of the atmosphere, outer space, the oceans and, for all practical purposes, biodiversity. This invitation for "civil society" to participate in global governance is described as "expanding democracy".
According to sources within Bilderberg, the status of NGOs would be elevated even further in the future. NGO activity would include agitating at the local level, lobbying at the national level and producing studies to justify global taxation through UN organisations such as Global Plan, one of Bilderberg's pet projects for over a decade.
The strategy to advance the global governance agenda specifically includes programs to discredit individuals and organisations that generate "internal political pressure" or "populist action" that fails to support the new global ethic. The ultimate objective, according to sources, is to suppress democracy.
If the plan proceeds, UNEP, along with all the environmental treaties under its jurisdiction, would ultimately be governed by a special body of environmental activists, chosen only from accredited NGOs appointed by delegates to the General Assembly who are themselves appointed by the President of the United States, who himself is controlled by the Rockefeller–Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)–Bilderberg interlocking leadership.
This new mechanism would provide a direct route from the local, "on-the-ground", NGO affiliates of national and international NGOs to the highest levels of global governance. For example, the Greater Yellowstone Coalition, a group of affiliated NGOs, recently petitioned the World Heritage Committee of UNESCO asking for intervention in the plans of a private company to mine gold on private land near Yellowstone Park. The UNESCO committee did intervene, and immediately listed Yellowstone as a "World Heritage Site in Danger". Under the terms of the World Heritage Convention, the United States is required to protect the park, even beyond the borders of the park and onto private lands if necessary.
The ideas being discussed, if implemented, would bring all the people of the world into a global neighbourhood, managed by a worldwide bureaucracy under the direct authority of a minute handful of appointed individuals and policed by thousands of individuals, paid by accredited NGOs, and all certified to support a belief system that to many people is unbelievable and unacceptable.

A Lesson for Tony Blair
Bilderbergers are celebrating the result they wanted: the return of a much humbled Tony Blair to 10 Downing Street, with a much reduced parliamentary majority.
European Bilderbergers are still angry at him for supporting America's war in Iraq. While teaching Blair a useful lesson in international politics, Bilderbergers feel he is a far safer candidate to continue on the path of European integration than his conservative rival, Michael Howard.

The EU Referendum in France
The first day of secret meetings at Bilderberg 2005 was dominated by talk of the European Union referendum in France and whether President Chirac could persuade France to vote "Yes" on 29 May. A "Yes" vote, according to sources within Bilderberg, would put a lot of pressure on Tony Blair to finally deliver Britain into the waiting arms of the New World Order through its own referendum on the treaty, scheduled for 2006. Matthias Nass, Deputy Editor of Die Zeit, wondered out loud that a "No" vote in France could undoubtedly cause political turmoil in Europe and overshadow Britain's six-month EU presidency starting on 1 July.
Bilderbergers hope that Blair and Chirac, whose at times open animosity has spilled into the public arena on more than one occasion, can work together for mutual benefit and political survival. Another European Bilderberger added that both leaders must put behind them as quickly as possible all past disputes on such topics as Iraq, the liberalisation of Europe's economy and the future of the budget rebate that Britain receives from the EU, and work towards complete European integration—which could disintegrate if France's often "hard-headed and obstinate people", in the words of a British Bilderberger, do not do the right thing, meaning give up voluntarily their independence for the "greater good" of a European federal super-state!
A German Bilderberger insider said that France's "Yes" vote is in trouble because of the "outsourcing of jobs". "Jobs in Germany and France are going to Asia and Latvia [to take advantage of cheap labour]." Latvia is one of the former Soviet republics that have been admitted to the European Union, bringing the total membership to 25 nations. A German politician wondered out loud how Tony Blair will go about convincing Britons to embrace the European Constitution when, due to the outsourcing of jobs, both Germany and France are suffering 10 per cent unemployment while Britain is doing well economically.

The Neo-conservative Lobby
In full force was that faction: the so-called "neo-conservatives", who have determined that Israel's security should come at the expense of the safety of the United States and be central to all US foreign policy decisions.
Most notable among them is Richard N. Perle, who was investigated by the FBI for conducting espionage on behalf of Israel. Perle played a critical role in pushing the United States into the war against Iraq. On 27 March 2003, he was forced to resign from the Pentagon's Defense Policy Board after it was learned he'd been advising Goldman Sachs International, an habitual Bilderberg attendee, on how it might profit from the war in Iraq.
Another neo-conservative figure on hand was Michael A. Ledeen, an "intellectual's intellectual". Ledeen serves for the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a think-tank founded in 1943 and with which Richard Perle has long been associated. AEI and the Brookings Institution operate a Joint Center for Regulatory Studies (JCRS), the purpose being to hold lawmakers and regulators "accountable for their decisions by providing thoughtful, objective analyses of existing regulatory programs and new regulatory proposals". The JCRS pushes for cost-benefit analysis of regulations, which fits with AEI's (and the Bilderbergers') ultimate goal of deregulation.
These neo-conservatives were also joined this year at Bilderberg by a handful of other former top Washington policymakers and publicists known for their sympathies for Israel, including: Richard N. Haass, former State Department official and president of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR); Richard Holbrooke, former assistant secretary of state and "father" of the Dayton Accord; Dennis Ross, of the pro-Israel Washington Institute for Near East Policy, effectively an offshoot of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs (JINSA); and Paul Wolfowitz, the newly elected World Bank president.

American Criminals: Public Policy in Private
In the United States, the Logan Act states explicitly that it is against the law for federal officials to attend secret meetings with private citizens to develop public policies.
Although Bilderberg 2005 was missing one of its luminaries—US State Department official John Bolton, who was testifying before the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations—the US Government was well represented in Rottach-Egern by: Allan E. Hubbard, Assistant to the President for Economic Policy and director of the National Economic Council; William Luti, Deputy Under-Secretary of Defense; James Wolfensohn, outgoing president of the World Bank; and Paul Wolfowitz, Deputy Secretary of State, an ideologue of the Iraq war and incoming president of the World Bank. By attending the Bilderberg 2005 meeting, these people broke United States federal law.

Journalistic Whores
Bilderberg, at one time or another, has had representatives of all major US and European newspapers and network news outlets attend. High-ranking membes of the inadequately named "international free press" attend on their solemn promise to report nothing. This is how Bilderberg keeps its news blackout virtually complete in the United States and Europe.
This year's invitees included: Nicolas Beytout, editor-in-chief of Le Figaro; Oscar Bronner, publisher and editor of Der Standard; Donald Graham, chairman of the Washington Post; Matthias Nass, deputy editor of Die Zeit; Norman Pearlstine, editor-in-chief of Time; J. Robert S. Prichard, president and CEO of Torstar Media Group (Toronto Star); Cüneyt Ulsevere, columnist for Hürriyet; John Vinocur, senior correspondent for the International Herald Tribune; Martin Wolf, associate editor of the Financial Times; Fareed Zakaria, editor of Newsweek International; Klaus Zumwinkel, chairman of Deutsche Post; and John Micklethwait, US editor of The Economist and Adrian Wooldridge, Washington correspondent for The Economist. Micklethwait and Wooldridge acted as the meeting's rapporteurs.

Declining Energy Reserves and Economic Downturn
Of course, discussion at Bilderberg 2005 turned to oil. An American Bilderberger expressed concern over the sky-rocketing oil price. One oil industry insider at the meeting remarked that growth is not possible without energy, and that according to all indicators the world's energy supply is coming to an end much faster than the world leaders have anticipated.
According to sources, Bilderbergers estimate the extractable world's oil supply will last a maximum of 35 years under current economic development and population. However, one of the representatives of an oil cartel remarked that they must factor into the equation the population explosion and economic growth as well as demand for oil in China and India. Under the revised conditions, there is apparently only enough oil to last for 20 years. No oil spells the end of the world's financial system—which has already been acknowledged by the Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times, two newspapers that are regularly represented at the annual Bilderberg conference. The conclusion: expect a severe downturn in the world's economy over the next two years as Bilderbergers try to safeguard the remaining oil supply by taking money out of people's hands. In a recession or, at worst, a depression, the population will be forced to dramatically cut down their spending habits, thus ensuring a longer supply of oil to the world's rich as they try to figure out what to do.
During cocktails one afternoon, a European Bilderberger noted that there is no plausible alternative to hydrocarbon energy. One American insider stated that currently the world uses between four and six barrels of oil for every new barrel it finds, and that the prospects for a short-term breakthrough are slim at best. This confirms a public statement made in 2003 by IHS Energy, the world's most respected consulting firm cataloguing oil reserves and discoveries, that for the first time since the 1920s there was not a single discovery of an oil field in excess of 500 million barrels.
One invitee asked for an estimate of the world's accessible conventional oil supply. The amount was quoted at approximately one trillion barrels. As a side note of interest, the planet consumes a billion (1,000,000,000) barrels of oil every 11.5 days. Another Bilderberger asked about the hydrogen alternative to oil. The US Government official agreed gloomily that hydrogen's salvation of the world's imminent energy crisis is a fantasy.
At the 2005 Bilderberg conference, the oil industry was represented by: John Browne, chief executive officer of BP; Sir John Kerr, director of Royal Dutch/Shell; Peter D. Sutherland, chairman of BP; and Jeroen van der Veer, chairman of the committee of managing directors at Royal Dutch/ Shell. (Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands, Royal Dutch/Shell's principal shareholder, is a fully fledged member of the Bilderbergers. Her father, Prince Bernhard, was one of the founders of the group back in 1954.)
It should be noted that in late 2003, oil and gas giant Royal Dutch/Shell announced it had overstated its reserves by as much as 20 per cent; in early 2004 it reduced its estimated oil and gas reserves by about 4.5 billion barrels, but in October had to apply an additional cut of 1.15 billion barrels in reserve estimates. In fact, Shell's three cuts in reserve estimates prompted the resignation of its co-chairman. The Los Angeles Times (18 January 2005) reported: "For petroleum firms, reserves amount to nothing less than 'the value of the company'."
At Rottach-Egern in May 2005, the industry's top executives tried to figure out how to keep the truth about diminishing oil reserves from reaching the public. Public knowledge of the diminishing reserves directly translates into lower share prices which could destroy financial markets, leading to a collapse of the world economy.
An American Bilderberger wondered what it would take for the oil price to go back to US$25 a barrel. Another American Bilderberger, believed to be Allan Hubbard, laconically stated that the general public does not realise that the price for cheap oil can be the bursting of the debt bubble. Cheap oil slows economic growth because it depresses commodity prices and reduces world liquidity.
There is a strong indication, based on the information reported from the Bilderberg 2005 meeting in Rottach-Egern, that the US Federal Reserve is extremely concerned about the debt bubble. One American Bilderberger reported that if the price of oil were to go down to its previous low of $25 a barrel, the debt-driven asset bubble would explode. Martin S. Feldstein, president of the National Bureau of Economic Research, added that $50 a barrel involves greater cash flow.
According to publicly available information, the United States consumes daily approximately 20 million barrels of oil out of a total world consumption of 84 million barrels. At $50 a barrel, the aggregate oil bill for the US comes to $1 billion a day, $365 billion a year, about 3 per cent of 2004 US gross domestic product (GDP). About 60 per cent of US consumption is imported at a cost of $600 million a day, or $219 billion a year.
A short, stout man asked if the surging oil price would influence economic growth. Someone sitting in the front row noted that higher energy prices do not take money out of the economy; they merely shift profit allocation from one business sector to another. After further discussion, a US General commented that war spending helps jump-start the economy, noting that the trick to keeping the opposition at bay is to limit collateral damage to foreign soil.
A British Bilderberger noted that oil at $120 a barrel would greatly benefit Britain and the United States, but Russia and China would be the biggest winners. An expert in international relations and policy studies noted that for the Chinese this would be a real bonanza. The Chinese import energy not for domestic consumption but, instead, to fuel its growing cheap exports—a cost that would be duly passed on to foreign buyers. A European banker pointed out that Russia could effectively devalue the dollar by re-denominating its energy trade with Europe from dollars into euros, forcing Europe's central banks to rebalance their foreign exchange reserves in favour of the euro. Jean-Claude Trichet, Governor of the European Central Bank, was present during the debate.

Globalised Trading and the Rift with China
European and American Bilderbergers, realising the most urgent of needs to expand into developing markets in order to help sustain the illusion of endless growth, have agreed to name Pascal Lamy, a French socialist and fanatical supporter of a European super-state, as the next World Trade Organization (WTO) president. It should be remembered that Washington gave conditional support to Lamy's nomination in exchange for European support of Paul Wolfowitz as head of the World Bank.
According to insider sources within the Bilderbergers, Lamy was chosen to help steer the global trading system through a time of rising protectionist sentiment in rich countries such as France and Germany, both reeling from high unemployment and reticent to accept increasingly muscular demands for market access from emerging economies. Third World States, for example, are insisting on cuts to EU and US farm subsidies. The WTO liberalisation drive collapsed in acrimony in Seattle in 1999 and again in Cancún in 2003.
The Bilderbergers have secretly agreed on the need to force the poor countries into a globalised market for cheap goods while simultaneously forcing the poor into becoming customers. The current rift with China is a good example, as the Chinese have flooded Western countries with cheap goods, amongst them textiles, driving down prices. As a trade-off, the Bilderbergers have entered into an emerging market ripe and vulnerable to superior Western know-how. Similar developing countries are slowly acquiring more purchasing power, and the industrialised world is gaining a foothold in their domestic economies by targeting them for cheap exports.
Further discussion on China was led off with a series of rhetorical questions from the speaker. Is China really abusing its competitive advantage, or is it being victimised by the US and the EU? Is a trade war imminent? Should China revalue the yuan (its currency), and, if so, how should it do this?
An American Bilderberger noted that China in 2005 is one of the leading world economic powers whose actions influence the world economy. Another American, believed to be but not positively identified as Michael Ledeen of the American Enterprise Institute, said that if China doesn't revalue the yuan it would cause the entire world trade system to go out of whack. Someone mentioned that the current situation could be dangerous for the Chinese economy due to the creation of excess liquidity.
Elena Nemirovskaya, founder of the Moscow School of Political Studies, asked what would happen if the yuan were allowed to float freely. An economist responded that this could bring about serious consequences to the world's financial markets. China's foreign exchange reserves are to a large extent made up of US Treasury bills. An appreciation of the yuan would cause its dollar reserves to depreciate.
A German Bilderberger pointed out that this could force the Federal Reserve to have to raise interest rates, thus causing the current housing boom in the US to come to a screeching halt. An oversized Dutchman pointed out that the International Monetary Fund needs to play an active role in helping the yuan.
"Is there a real danger, then," asked an Italian Bilderberger, "of this dispute deteriorating into an all-out trade war?" "Not likely," according to an unidentified blond man from Scandinavia, believed to be a Swede, "because China has totally integrated itself into the market economy."
An American Bilderberger and a member of the US Government noted that all the posturing is part of the act to keep the voters back home happy.
China's moves into the Mekong region did not go unnoticed at the conference. William J. Luti, US Deputy Under-Secretary of Defense for Near Eastern and South Asian Affairs, explained that China's rapid expansion into the Mekong region, comprising Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam, could threaten US interests in the area. Such moves by China would give it an enhanced role in South-East Asia.
Over the last several years, China has invested heavily in transport infrastructure development linking China's southwestern Yunan province and the Mekong region.
A European Bilderberger pointed out that China is heavily dependent on oil imports. Someone asked for a figure. A tall, lanky man with glasses, believed to be Jeroen van der Veer, Chairman of Royal Dutch Shell, responded that some 40 per cent of China's supply is imported. In fact, China's move into the Mekong region is the result of acute awareness that the country's energy supplies are vulnerable to interference. Overall, 32 per cent of energy supplies, China's lifeblood, passes through the narrow and easily blocked Strait of Malacca.

Indonesia–Malaysia Stand-off
A political and military confrontation between Indonesia and Malaysia in the oil-rich Sulawesi Sea (both claim territorial right to the area of Ambalat) was the topic of much animated discussion among several American and European Bilderbergers during Friday afternoon cocktails. An American Bilderberger waving his cigar suggested using the United Nations to "further a peace policy in the region".
In fact, Bilderbergers at the lounge table all agreed that such a conflict might well give them an excuse to garrison the disputed area with UN "Peacekeepers" and thus ensure their ultimate control over the exploitation of this treasure, meaning untapped oil reserves.

Nobel Peace Prize Pressure
The appearance at Bilderberg 2005 of Nobel Peace Prize Committee Secretary Geir Lundestad was considered likely to mean, according to sources familiar with the discussion, a full court press by the American, British and Israeli delegation to the Nobel committee to prevent the Israeli nuclear technician Mordechai Vanunu from winning the coveted award.
Vanunu spent 18 years in an Israeli prison—eleven and a half of them in solitary confinement—for providing evidence of Israel's nuclear arsenal to the London Sunday Times newspaper in October 1986. Should Vanunu win the Nobel for peace, it would bring uncomfortable attention to the Israeli nuclear arsenal, especially in the face of growing evidence that Israel and the United States are about to punish Iran for trying to develop its own nuclear weapons.
Strong pressure was applied on Lundestad not to choose Hans Blix, the UN weapons inspector in Iraq, nor Mohamed El Baradei, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, whom President Bush had tried to remove for not being tough enough on Iran.
Some of this year's other nominees are US President George W. Bush and UK Prime Minister Tony Blair for supposedly protecting world peace; the European Union; French President Jacques Chirac, the main culprit for the "No" vote on the European Constitution; former Czech President Václav Havel; the now-deceased Pope John Paul II; Cuban dissident Oswaldo Payá; and US Senator Richard Lugar and former senator Sam Nunn for their Cooperative Threat Reduction Program, which is intended to dismantle nuclear weapons left over from the Soviet Union.

The Iran–Russia–China Alliance
According to reports, a French Bilderberger pointedly asked Henry Kissinger if the US Government's sabre-rattling against Iran means the beginning of new hostilities. Richard Haass, CFR President, after asking for his turn to speak, dismissed the notion of an Iran invasion as unrealistic due to the sheer physical size of the country and its population size, not to mention the billions of dollars involved in getting the operation off the ground. Up to the eyeballs in the Iraq quagmire, the United States military is wary of any new adventures in hostile terrain against a much healthier enemy, both better prepared and organised.
A Swiss Bilderberger asked if a hypothetical attack on Iran would involve a pre-emptive strike against its nuclear sites. Richard Haass replied that such an attack would prove to be counterproductive because Tehran's counterattack options could range from "unleashing terrorism and promoting instability in Iraq, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia, to triggering oil price increases that could trigger a global economic crisis". During dinner, according to several sources, Richard Perle criticised Haass's position and explained his opposition to his view.
A woman believed to be Heather Munroe-Blum, Vice-Chancellor of McGill University, Quebec, Canada, asked a rhetorical question about what would happen if Iran were to continue building its nuclear arsenal. Haass replied that in this scenario, the United States would have no choice but to grant Iran the same status as it does to Pakistan and India.
A US General commented that the China–Iran–Russia alliance is changing the geopolitical situation in the area. Rapprochement between Russia and China is viewed by the Bilderbergers as a significant event not to be taken lightly, even though it has received little media attention in the West.
A secret US Government report was cited wherein, according to sources, the Chinese have spent upwards of several billion dollars in acquiring Russia's latest and most sophisticated weapons technology. Someone pointed out that the Sino–Russian alliance is not limited to military trade and that the non-military exchange of goods has grown 100 per cent since the beginning of the Bush presidency.
A delegate at the conference, believed but not positively identified by Secret Service sources to be Anatoly Sharansky, a former Israeli Minister for Jerusalem and Diaspora Affairs, stated categorically during Friday night cocktails that the counterweight to the Moscow–Beijing–Tehran axis is the US–Israel–Turkey alliance. A financial expert from a European nation intervened by stating that Russia is much better off financially today than four years ago because tax revenue generated by fuel and arms production and exports as a result of heavy emphasis on military production has financed strong growth of wages and pension incomes, boosting private consumption.
A German Bilderberger pointedly asked Richard Perle if the "war on terrorism" will intensify over the second term of the Bush presidency. Perle reportedly gave no reply but screwed up his face and looked away.
The feeling of "enough is enough" wasn't limited to the European Bilderbergers, wary of Bush's delirious, Hitler-like proclamations of regime changes worldwide. Bilderberg luminary Richard Haass pointedly told Richard Perle during Saturday night cocktails that the Bush Administration has overestimated its ability to change the world. Haass, according to several sources at the conference, is reported to have stated that regime change can be attractive because it is "less distasteful than diplomacy and less dangerous than living with new nuclear states". However, he noted: "There is only one problem: it is highly unlikely to have the desired effect soon enough."

A Possible Attack on Iran's Nuclear Facilities
The presence of US General James L. Jones, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, and Retired US Army General John M. Keane at the Bilderberg meeting in Germany suggested to us that the next stage of the conquest is about to begin.
An American neo-con at an afternoon drink-fest said he was convinced that the "Iranian opposition movement" will unseat the mullahs. Nicolas Beytout of Le Figaro exclaimed: "You don't really believe that!" A tall, bald, well-dressed Swiss gentleman, believed to be Pascal Couchepin, head of the powerful Department of Home Affairs, replied reflexively that it will only succeed in having the Iranians rally behind their government. He ended by saying: "You don't know Iranians."
Tempers boiled over momentarily when a French Bilderberger, raising his voice, told Kissinger that "an attack on Iran will escalate out of control". According to sources working for the CIA and the special unit of the US Army charged with protecting the US delegation at Rottach-Egern, both the CIA and the FBI are in open revolt against the Bush White House.
A member of the Greek Parliament asked Eival Gilady, strategic adviser to Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon: "What would happen if Iran were to retaliate?" Someone pointed out that even if the United States or Israel were to show restraint in their use of tactical nuclear weapons, an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities would surely not only engulf neighbour states, raising the likelihood of a broader war, but also succeed in creating a nuclear disaster through nuclear radiation spilling over a wide area.
As a follow-up question, someone asked: "How much of this war has to do with America doing its utmost to prevent Iran from becoming a regional power?" A French Bilderberger wished to know if the impending attack on Iran would involve the United States and Israel working in tandem, or if it would be a NATO operation. The question was directed at NATO Secretary-General Jaap G. de Hoop Scheffer. Another European Bilderberger wanted to know how the US was planning to cope with three wars simultaneously, referring to Iraq, Afghanistan and now Iran.
The reader should be reminded that there are now 150,000 US troops deployed in Iraq who are unable to move to another theatre of operations because of effective resistance tactics. The Israeli delegation was pressed to answer if Israel is prepared to use nuclear weapons against Iran. The answer was incoherent.
What is so terrifying about Iran as a theatre of operations is that, according to our deep sources (both of whom belong to the Bilderberg group), there are two alternative dates set for the invasion. The earliest possible date would be in the "deadest of summer", some time in August, and the other alternative is a late autumn campaign. This substantially confirms the information provided by Scott Ritter, the ex-Marine turned UNSCOM weapons inspector, who stated that "George W. Bush has signed off on plans to bomb Iran in June 2005" (Aljazeera, 30 March 2005), although he did go on to clarify that the June date suggests that the US and Israel are "in a state of readiness".

Russian vs American Foreign Policy
Policy discussion began with a European expert on international relations pointing out that over the next several years Russia is poised to assert itself and increasingly challenge Bush Government foreign policy goals.
Someone openly asked the committee if the world is safer today than in 2001 and if it will be safer in four years' time. A Dutchman responded by saying there is little doubt that the hand of international terrorism has been substantially strengthened by the US Government's heavy-handed policy in the Middle East. A Danish Bilderberger wondered about what had happened to the US promise to take a lower-key approach in Iraq—referring to the heavy-handed tactics employed by American troops in the siege of Fallujah, which played an important role in alienating a large cross-section of moderate Arab states. Additionally, the Dutchman pointed out, terrorism hasn't been confined to the Iraq theatre of operations but has escalated across Asia, Africa and most of the Middle East.
A blonde woman, believed to be Thérèse Delpech, Director of Strategic Affairs for the Atomic Energy Commission, said that unilateralist policy actions by the US will only succeed in alienating friendly nations and emboldening enemy combatants. "US is not all-powerful. It must coordinate its policy with other great powers to achieve its ends."
An oil expert believed to be from Britain, possibly Sir John Kerr of Royal Dutch Shell, focused on the oil pipeline from Siberia to northern China. The Bilderbergers openly wondered at the medium-term repercussions of this deal. An American investment banker asked just how much oil is expected to flow through this pipeline. Another member of the oil cartel offered 65–80 million tonnes per year as a ballpark figure.

India's Missile Tests
During Saturday night cocktails at the bar, neo-con Richard Perle was seen and heard talking to a group of Bilderbergers, amongst them Philippe Camus, President of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS), Donald Graham of the Washington Post and General James L. Jones about the near-future test-firing of India's Agni 3 intermediate-range ballistic missile capable of carrying nuclear warheads. General Jones added that such a weapon would greatly increase India's capabilities because, according to the four-star general, India's strategic deterrents will be able to strike targets deep inside neighbouring China. In fact, Dr M. Natarajan, head of the prestigious Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), said as much two weeks later on 17 May in New Delhi.

The 2005 German Elections
The Bilderbergers also discussed how to dust off the "boring" image of Angela Merkel, Germany's "future leader", ahead of the German elections on 18 September 2005.
A short, oversized male Bilderberger offered an opinion that in order for the widest cross-section of the German public to accept Merkel (leader of the Christian Democratic Union opposition) as Chancellor, it would be important to give a new definition to the term "family values". German Bilderbergers well versed in the conservative Bavarian collective psyche believe that Merkel, a divorcee with a doctorate in physics, doesn't have a "reliable" enough image to attract sufficient votes in this staunchly conservative area of the country. According to people within earshot of the discussion, the idea "in the up-coming campaign would be to stress the importance of families rather than marriage as an institution".
Bilderbergers pushing Gerhard Schroeder aside in favour of a new candidate could very well signify that, after three years of strife between American and European Bilderbergers over the war in Iraq, the secret society is ready to move forward with a much- revised and more cohesive policy. It must be remembered that Schroeder, along with French President Chirac, was one of the most vociferous European critics of the US-led Iraq intervention.
Both Schroeder, representing the left, and Merkel, representing the right, are owned by the Bilderbergers. It has been the group's policy since its inception in 1954 to own both horses in the race.
For the record, every US President belongs to the Bilderberg group or its interlocked sister organisation, the Council on Foreign Relations. Although Bush Junior didn't personally attend the meeting in Rottach-Egern, the US Government was well represented by William Luti, Richard Perle, Dennis Ross and Allan Hubbard.

Towards a One World Government
History teaches by analogy, not identity. The historical experience is not one of staying in the present and looking back; rather, it is one of going back into the past and returning to the present with a wider and more intense consciousness of the restrictions of our former outlook.
If democracy is the rule of the people, then secret government agendas and sinister, influence-peddling cliques which stand for cunning selfishness are incompatible with it. The whole idea of clandestine spheres of influence waging secret campaigns is therefore foreign to the notion of democracy and must be fought with zealous determination.
Through lies and obfuscations, Bilderbergers are desperately trying to foist onto the unwilling world population a totalitarian One World Government, a single global currency and a syncretic universal religion.
Those of us who care deeply about the future of politics—domestic and international—cannot afford to ignore the fact that the grimly political One World Government is no longer merely a shadow subculture. It has, in fact, emerged as the dominant force in world affairs. ∞

Confessions of a Covert Agent

Psychological Operations is my specialty. PsyOps.
Everything I've done has been highly classified, all black programs
and black operations. Some people I know thought I worked for the CIA,
but it's much more complicated than that. I've worked with people in
the CIA, DIA, NSC, NSA, SAIC, Army Intel and many more lesser known
agencies within the intelligence apparatus.

Before focusing on PsyOps I started out running covert combat
missions, special operations. I was good at what I did and rose
through the ranks fast. When the "War on Terror" started I was paid a
lot of money to consult with private military contractors. When
private paramilitary units needed to get the jobs done that paid the
most money they would come to me with checkbooks filled with US
taxpayer dough.

I've seen the worst things imaginable, hell on earth. Had friends die
in my arms. Seen piles of rotten corpses. Seen men, women and children
tortured. I've seen the eyes of terrified and confused children being
sold into a vicious life of slavery and an early death.
I could get a lot more graphic, but you get the idea.
That was my life, and all along I was told that I was fighting for
freedom and working for the "good guys." What a ridiculous comment
that is! In the black world, that is, in the covert world, there
aren't any "good guys" — just varying degrees of evil.
As Brigadier General Butler famously stated, "War is a racket." It
doesn't have anything to do with freedom and democracy. It is not good
fighting evil. There's just a bunch of old greedy gangsta
motherfuckers making obscene amounts of cash and breeding hatred,
violence, terrorists and sex slaves.

The truth is, there is no oversight! Meaning, you can get away with
anything, nothing is illegal because no one knows about it, or the few
who do are either in on it or have a vested interest in keeping quiet.
Whether you're runnin' guns, weapons, drugs, gold, diamonds, women,
children, it just doesn't matter. As long as the old guard gets their
resources, it's all good. And in the end, it's all about power. The
people who really run this planet know that natural resources (oil,
water, coltan, cobalt, etc.) are the key. The "War on Terror" is just
a front for a geo-strategic resource grab on a massive scale. Even the
wars in Northern Africa are all about exploitation of resources. Once
the good ole CIA boys at Bechtel did their NASA satellite studies of
the Democratic Republic of Congo's (DRC) mineral resources and
discovered that it was the "richest patch of earth on the planet," all
hell broke loose! They figured out that the DRC has 80% of the world's
coltan, among many other vital resources. Without coltan, you can't
have any technology that requires a computer chip: computers, cell
phones, satellites and weapon systems, of course. So Bechtel, the
CitiBank boys, the World Bank, IMF and various covert elements have
been supplying brutal regime after brutal regime in the region. Well
over four million and counting have died there.

Same thing with oil in the Middle East. Do you think they really give
a shit about Iraqi freedom? We worked hard to make you believe that,
but c'mon, they don't give a shit about the Iraqi people. They've
killed about a MILLION of them! And that's NOT an exaggeration! They
sure as hell give a shit about Iraqi oil though. They also care about
Saudi oil, and have a nice deal with a dictatorship that brutally
oppresses their people. If freedom and democracy are the issue, how
about freeing the Saudi people? Why do you think 15 of the 9/11
terrorists came from Saudi Arabia? We support a regime that oppresses
those people. We support them because they cooperate on the oil front.
So, why strike back at them? Let's hit Iraq. They don't give us any
oil - let's get'em!

If you look at the history of covert special operations, it's all
about securing a piece of land that has some valuable resource. Once
the resource is identified, special ops figures out the most efficient
way to suppress or extinguish the population that is unfortunate
enough to live near it. Then the big companies come in, from the
United Fruit Company to the Bechtels and Halliburtons of the world.
That is the way it has been and still is, from John D. Rockefeller and
Allen Dulles right through Kissinger, Bush Sr. and Cheney. Millions of
innocent civilians have been slaughtered. Let me repeat that: Millions
of innocent civilians have been slaughtered. And I'm not kidding you.
These are evil motherfuckers and they are no friends of ours. These
things don't have anything to do with protecting the US people or
standing up for freedom and democracy. They don't give a shit about
the average American. In this age of the global economy, the concept
of nation state is obsolete. If only proud Americans could understand
that. Pride in the American way is just another propaganda device for
PsyOps agents — people like me — to use to manipulate you and make you
think that black is white and white is black.

If you were to ask me who is a bigger threat to the people of the US,
Cheney or bin Laden, or who has done more damage to the US, I would
say Cheney without hesitation. Cheney, along with Bush Sr. and
Kissinger, has been running the covert world for about 40 years now.
A little side note for you: I firmly believe Robert Gates, the current
Secretary of Defense and Bush Sr.'s right-hand man in the covert
world, used computer cryptography and software security assets to get
Bush Jr. elected both times. I do not have direct knowledge of the
operation, but research "Robert Gates," "Bill Owens," "electronic
voting security," "HAVA," "VoteHere" and "Scientific Applications
International Corp." [We will post more on this in the near future.]
The operation went so well that Gates was going to be made the first
ever Director of National Intelligence. He turned down the job, but
then took the Secretary of Defense position when Rumsfeld was removed
from his public position. I don't think there will ever be solid
evidence linking directly to members of the administration; it's all a
tangled web of plausible deniability. But I do think it will
eventually be proven that the elections were manipulated to deliver
Bush the victory. Many people in the covert world take this for
granted, as common sense.

Please don't confuse this as partisan propaganda. I don't give a shit
about the Democrat or Republican PsyOps mind-fuck dynamic. They're
just labels to divide a potentially powerful united US public.
It's hard to get the average American to understand these things. Most
everyone in this country has been mind-fucked since birth. For a very
blatant example, you can look at the advertising industry and the way
they have increased intensely their focus on the youth. It's all about
breeding impulsive emotionally driven consumers through repetition -
over and over again - buy, buy, buy. You hear something enough and you
internalize the message. It becomes something like the air you
breathe, like gravity. It's there, omnipresent, but you don't realize
it or consciously think about it. It becomes the spring from which
your thoughts leap forth.

What it all boils down to is the exposure rate. You take a simple
message and you repeat it over and over, such as mentioning Saddam and
9/11. You don't have to say Saddam was involved in 9/11, because that
is not true. You just have to mention Saddam and 9/11 in the same
simple repetitive message thousands of times and people will support
an attack on a country that didn't have anything to do with 9/11
because they've been psychologically conditioned to link the two.
It's psychological operations on a grand scale, mass psychology. The
scientific art of manipulating public opinion is 100 years old now.
PsyOps have evolved to the point, thanks to the all pervasive mass
media, where we can make you believe, or at least passively accept,
whatever we want you to. I secretly worked with the world's most
powerful media companies to get you to believe what "they" want you to
believe. The media is the most efficient weapon of tyranny and
oppression ever created. No need to physically control populations
anymore when you can do it mentally - program it in, internalize the
rules.

To give a little more background on publicly revealed psychological
operations, in 1977, after the Congressional Church Committee
investigated CIA manipulation of the news media, and right after
George Bush Sr. left his post as the Director of the CIA, famed
Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein searched a little deeper into what
was known as Operation Mockingbird. He revealed that over 400 US
journalists were actually carrying out clandestine CIA PsyOps
services. Bernstein identified operations involving almost every major
US news outlet, most notably The New York Times, CBS and Time
magazine. The CIA responded to all of this with a "limited hangout." A
"limited hangout" is CIA speak for when classified information gets
out and you have to make it seem as if you are "coming clean" with all
the information on the operation, but in reality you are really just
admitting part of the operation so you can cover up other deeper parts
and continue the program. This worked very effectively for them, as
the US public quickly moved on and this operation has largely been
forgotten. Currently, I would estimate, with cable news and the
Internet now, that there are well over a thousand covert operatives
spread throughout the news media. They have a firm grip on television,
newspapers, wire services, radio and magazines. However, with the
Internet - that's their weak spot - it's too decentralized and
difficult to control.

The Pentagon's Information Operations Roadmap now describes the
Internet as an enemy "weapons system." The Pentagon doesn't hide the
fact that they want total control over information, or as they call it
"information dominance." They very plainly state that they seek to
"control land, sea, space and information." This is what they refer to
as "full spectrum dominance." If you don't think they see this as a
top priority, look at Iraq. The plan to "embed" journalists with the
military in Iraq was a strategic operation that considered "journalism
as part of psychological operations." The journalists that weren't
"embedded" were considered "enemy combatants." More journalists have
been killed in Iraq than in any other war, and it is the US doing a
large portion of the killing.

Before I go too far here, the point I want to make to the US public,
the bottom line is that the most power crazed and greed addicted
people are above the law and get away with everything. In the covert
world rules do not apply. Democracy is a fairy tale. Nothing is what
it seems, reality isn't real. Through the looking glass Alice goes.
I've fought against it and got nowhere. I've informed people that I
naively thought could do something, but nothing could be done. I took
all the blood money I've made and donated it to humanitarian causes.
Will it make a difference? No. Not in the grand scheme of things, but
in the short run it may save a few people… maybe. And that's all I can
hope for at this point.

I've become so cynical! I live with guilt and cynicism weighing on my
every move, my every thought.

When you've seen the things I have seen, been involved with the things
I've been involved with, when you've spent the majority of your life
living like I have, what do you do when you decide to give it up and
get out? Can you ever get out?

I was able to get out, thus far, when no one I knew thought I could
get out. But once you lived in the covert world, "normal" civilian
life feels like a prison sentence. Then again, the covert world was a
prison sentence.

I've been strongly advised to keep a very low profile and forget about
things for a while. But I find it hard to just fade into the night
when we are reaching an event horizon, a breaking point. Despite my
cynicism, there is a part of me that knows I have to keep fighting.
The stakes are just too high, higher then they've ever been. The human
species is in serious trouble, facing a set of crises unlike anything
we've ever faced before. Unless these covert forces are exposed, and
ultimately eliminated, I don't see how we can even begin to make the
bold actions that we need to start making now - and I mean right
fucking now! These covert forces are a root cause and driver, a cancer
spreading through the system and planet.

As far as I can tell, you can't change the system from within the
intelligence community itself. This includes the Senate Intel
Committee. If the urgently needed changes are ever to happen, it has
to come from the US public. Now I know first hand how the American
public has been conditioned to be apathetic and not get involved in
politics and has been fed a steady diet of misinformation. But
propaganda only works to the point where the population being
propagandized is not feeling the direct impact and negative
consequences on a personal level in their daily lives. That's why the
draft played a large role in bringing an end to Vietnam. We need
another draft to push the mainstream over the edge and into action,
but the façade is beginning to crack - 9/11 had some effect, the war
in Iraq certainly, Katrina, massive job loses and an economic downturn
that has really just begun have all factored into creating a critical
mass. Even the most propagandized population in the history of
civilization will have to act when their very survival and well-being
is directly threatened and impacted. I just hope enough people will
understand the need for bold decisive action now, before it's too late.
So, to the people who have awareness of the problems facing us, if I
could give advice, it would be this:

1. Try the Bush Administration for war crimes. If the case could
ever be brought to court, the evidence to convict is definitely there.
This is why the administration has been strongly against the
International Criminal Court. If we are to begin repairing this
country, and the world, we must begin by showing these power crazed
and covert forces that they are accountable. If we can convict someone
like Cheney, we will send a powerful message to the covert world. If
we let them walk, we will keep having these problems. New people will
follow them and take their place.

2. Investigate where all the military spending has been vanishing
off to. There are literally trillions of taxpayer dollars unaccounted
for. This money is fueling the covert world and terrorism in general.
As part of this, I would include an investigation into war
profiteering as well.

3. Make it mandatory that all electronic voting machines must have
a 100% verifiable paper trail.

4. Get people into the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) who
will smash the current media ownership rules. The concentration of
media ownership is the foundation of the covert power structure.
Without that, the whole thing is a house of cards. That's why the FCC
is currently trying to ram through rules that will further consolidate
media ownership before the Bush administration leaves office. As part
of this, it is pivotal that we protect the open architecture of the
Internet. The media belongs to the people, as does the government, in
theory anyway, but we need an information system that actually serves
the public interest.

5. Declare a national and global emergency on the environmental
front. We have already reached the breaking point. We need organized,
governmental, policy driven, bold action now.

6. We need to address entities that now have power over the
Constitution, such as the undemocratic and unelected corporate global
governing structure - institutions like the World Trade Organization
(WTO) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and "agreements" like
NAFTA and DR-CAFTA, to name a few. Most Americans don't even know what
these power structures are, let alone that they have power that
supersedes the Constitution. We must also address the National
Security Act, that's where the ultimate power of our country lies. The
National Security Act has effectively made the Constitution
meaningless and is the primary driver of the covert world. The PATRIOT
Act and various other newly granted powers must also be drastically
revised or eliminated completely in order to protect our civil liberties.

7. Lastly, we need to have publicly financed elections. As long as
we have a system that requires candidates to raise tens of millions of
dollars to even be considered for office, we will have politicians who
bend over backwards for the richest one percent and the most powerful
elements of society at the citizens' expense. An important aspect of
this has to be a requirement for large media companies to provide
candidates with free airtime. Candidates have to spend the majority of
their money on advertising in the mainstream media. That's why the
major news media spend so much time focusing on who is raising the
most money, because they are the ones who end up with all that money.
Once we have publicly financed elections and free airtime for
candidates, we will get people in office who will work in the
interests of the public because they are not beholden to the large and
powerful entities. When you have politicians depending on the public
instead of the private sector for survival, all the issues mentioned
above could be addressed because they won't have to fear the
withdrawal of support from large corporations and the wealthy and
powerful who do not want these things to happen. This will also enable
us to eliminate tax breaks for the richest one percent, put an end to
corporate welfare practices, and stop funding for obscene military and
prison industrial companies that are profiting off of disasters and no
longer serve security interests. Then we can redirect that money into
environmental, education, health care and social security programs, to
mention a few.

In the current political environment this may all sound like an
unrealistic pipe dream, but these are the seven pivotal things that
MUST happen. If all seven don't happen within the next few years, we
will have set the world on a disastrously irreversible course. This is
"the unfortunate reality of our current situation." It is not going to
be easy, but you better start fighting for it now, while we still can.
It really does come down to us. You have to personally, in your daily
life, do everything you can. With enough public pressure all of these
things are achievable. Once we get a small portion of the population
acting in this direction, it will quickly catch on and spread. Even
though the overwhelming majority of the US population is incredibly
propagandized on the surface, just underneath is the realization of
the need for mass action. They just need leaders to point this out.
The mainstream just needs a spark. Do what you can to set it off. It
is a matter of unprecedented significance.

13. CONSPIRACY TO STEAL WANTA S $4.5 TRILLION FUND EXPOSED

The list of banks with accounts holding funds belonging to the Ambassador, was published in the posting dated 26th October 2006 entitled AUTHORITATIVE LIST OF THE WANTA BANKS.

The earlier posting on the offer made by Ambassador Leo Wanta to the Austrian authorities remains accurate, valid and unaltered by subsequent developments.

It is up to Vienna either to accept
or to reject his offer of massive taxation windfalls.
Ever since the formally agreed and signed-off Settlement for Ambassador Leo Wanta of $4.5 trillion, which he has made over to his Virginia-based corporation AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, was hijacked by the Criminal Gangs running the US Government in July 2006, the Ambassadors associates and key investigators, operating deep within the financial system, have been able to monitor what has been happening to the funds, who is benefiting, and which institutions are associated with these serial fraudulent transactions.

International Currency Review is now authorised to disclose details of the latest diversionary operation surrounding the Ambassadors funds.

$4.5 TRILLION WANTA FUNDS REMAIN TAGGED AT GOLDMAN SACHS

In the first place, it is important to bear in mind, when reading what follows, that the $4.5 trillion REMAINS located in the form of a CHIP that is tagged in the name of Ambassador Leo Wanta and his Virginia-based corporation, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., in a US Treasury account with Goldman Sachs.

The US Treasury Secretary, Henry M. Paulson, was formerly the CEO of Goldman Sachs, which is using these funds for its own institutional and self-enrichment purposes.
Therefore, the convoluted operation described below has nothing to do with Wantas tagged funds, but reflects rather a diversionary and criminal conspiracy masterminded by none other than Henry M. Paulson himself, who has insisted on the telephone to several victims of his Departments capriciously aberrant behaviour in recent weeks, that I CONTROL THE SHOW, I DECIDE WHEN AND HOW TO RELEASE THE MONEY, IF I DECIDE TO PAY.

TREASURY AND CORRUPT BANKS CONSPIRE TO AVOID PAYMENT

In the light of intelligence developed by investigators working with Ambassador Wanta and his colleague, the Treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., it has emerged that Paulson thinks he is in charge of decisions concerning the disposition inter alia of Wantas funds, and that their placement is entirely a matter for him alone, and for no-one else not even the President of the United States, G.W.Bush Jr., who has hitherto been blamed for this breakdown of financial discipline and overt criminal activity at the highest levels in Washington.

PAULSON EMERGES AS THE MASTER CRIMINALIST OPERATIVE Contrary to earlier impressions, it has become clear that this man is a menace to the continued integrity of the US Government, and that power has corrupted him completely.

The latest example of his dangerous brinkmanship is the complex diversionary financial pass-the-parcel operation, described below, which was designed to enable both the Treasury and the Federal Reserve to claim that they have fulfilled their obligations towards (inter alia) Ambassador Wanta whereas in reality, what has been mounted is the Grandfather of all US Government Financial Scams:

According to a Compliance Officer speaking with authority on what he knows from the US Treasury, the $4.5 trillion of Wantas funds were included within funds that were Treasury-directed from the US Treasurys account with a large Wall Street institution, to the Federal Reserve, and thence to Bank of America, Los Angeles, CA, and thence again to Wachovia Bank, New York, from which disbursements were to be made (ostensibly) to various accounts including the Securities Account of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, with Morgan Stanley in New York.

This so-called Treasury Direct was DATA TRANSMITTED AT 7.30AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME on Friday 17th November 2006,

for immediate delivery of funds to the designated accounts, including, as noted, the Securities Account of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., with Morgan Stanley in New York. Bear mind that, as stated above, IN REALITY, Wantas funds REMAIN tagged in his and his corporations name, with Goldman Sachs and Company, New York

According to the same authoritative source, THE US TREASURY DEPARTMENT IS NOW FINISHED WITH THIS TRANSACTION.

Any failure to deliver the funds is therefore now supposedly a banking problem, and nothing to do with the Treasury and the Federal Reserve.
Clever, isnt it?

Because
WACHOVIA BANK IS IMPLICATED IN THE LATEST DIVERSION We are now authorised to state that the aforementioned US Treasury Direct was diverted/hijacked by the SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER WITH WACHOVIA BANK, New York, a CERTAIN Mr Robert Armenta (phonetic), WHO ALSO JUST HAPPENS TO BE A SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER WITH THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF NEW YORK.

This information has been verified by more than the usual two sources.

THE SAME COMPLIANCE OFFICER IS IMPLICATED IN THE MISSING $5.5 TRILLION OF OVER-THE-COUNTER CREDIT DERIVATIVE OBLIGATIONS (CDOs/CBO), alluded to in a Lipper HedgeWorld report from Basel, Switzerland, by Martin de SaPinto, Senior Financial Correspondent, dated 17th November 2006, posted at 7.47 am on that day.

In that report, referring to the fact that notional amounts of all types of derivatives contracts jumped to $369.9 trillion in the first half of 2006, representing an increase of 24% on the previous half-year period, it was explained that notional amounts in the interest rate segment (of aggregate derivatives contracts outstanding) are relatively huge compared to the actual risk involved.

This is implied by the gross market values for this segment, which total around $5.5 trillion, or 2% of the notional values that are outstanding.
Translated into the vernacular,
this means that $5.5 trillion has gone missing.

This development is not to be confused with, and is quite separate from, the $4.275 trillion of US Treasury Securities and Federal Reserve Notes
(FRNs) reported in early November to be in default in 3 European money centers a figure that is believed by now to be significantly larger.

THE TREASURY DIRECT FUNDS AND THE CBO FUNDS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED VIA WACHOVIA TO HSBC (BIRMINGHAM, UNITED KINGDOM), DEUTSCHE BANK (BERLIN) AND STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (DUBAI), BY THE BUSH-PAULSON-BERNANKE CRIMINALIST OPERATIVES WHO ARE SEEKING EVERY MEANS OF HOLDING ON TO THE FUNDS AND OF PREVENTING FULFILMENT OF THE WANTA SETTLEMENT, BOTH FOR SELF-ENRICHMENT PURPOSES AND ALSO BECAUSE THEY FEAR THAT IF WANTA IS PAID, HE WILL ENSURE THAT ALL CONCERNED ARE INDICTED AND SLAMMED INTO JAIL.

In reality, a 75-year Gag order will come into effect the moment he is paid (which WILL happen), and these aberrations will remain reported -- exclusively, it seems, by International Currency Review, as the controlled mainstream media is blind and has no real clue -
- for future financial historians to dissect.

At least, that was what the Ambassador originally had in mind, since he (correctly) believes that vengeance is the Lords.
However, according to law enforcement, as these official criminal operatives have become ever more brazen, and have compounded their past financial crimes by perpetrating fresh scams on the shaky assumption that they can continue to play fast and loose with the funds of others, it is becoming less and less likely that they can escape the inevitable crackdown and backlash that will ensue as they continue to play Russian routlette on this scale.

WACHOVIA BANK AND ITS SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER HAVE DISREGARDED THREE (3) FEDERAL RESERVE DIRECTIVES AND ONE (1) U.S. FEDERAL RESERVE ORDER TO EFFECT PAYMENT ON THE TREASURY DIRECT TRANSMITTALS FOR AMERITRUST GROUP, INC., IN FINAL SETTLEMENT OF THE $4.5 TRILLION.

Also deprived of their funds, which were to have been settled in tandem with the Ambassadors $4.5 trillion, are law firms who are represented by TROUTMAN SANDERS LLP and PARKER CHAPIN LLC.
It stands to reason that if you double-cross powerful legal firms, and deprive them of what is owed to them, you are running a level of risk which exceeds that entailed when you double-cross others.

This is the measure of the perpetrators arrogance.
IF WACHOVIA HAS TO BE CLOSED, THE MELTDOWN WILL SPREAD It should be pointed out that Wachovia Bank is one of the owners
of the privately-owned Federal Reserve System.

Wachovia Bank was advised on Friday the 17th November and again on Monday 20th November that steps will be taken to have the bank closed down if the Ambassadors funds are not paid into his Virginia-based corporations Securities Account with Morgan Stanley in New York, without further delay.

This will precipitate the global financial meltdown that these criminal idiots are evidently doing their utmost to precipitate.

On 15th November 2006, Mr Paulson was confronted by parties we are not permitted to name, concerning his culpable non-performance in respect of various outstanding Treasury obligations, of which the Wanta Settlement is just one of a number the largest being the Treasurys $32 trillion contract with the Chinese of 20th June 2006.

PAULSON USURPS THE POWER OF THE PRESIDENT

In response this legitimate enquiry, this former CEO of Goldman Sachs responded in a threatening tone of voice with the following arrogant statement:
I CONTROL THE SHOW, I DECIDE WHEN AND HOW TO RELEASE THE MONEY, IF I DECIDE TO PAY.

This reminds us of the Luciferian remark of one of his underlings last September, who was telephone-recorded saying:
Well pay when were Goddam ready.

By the above circuitous means, the Treasury thinks it has washed its hands of the Wanta Settlement, by arranging for its co-conspiring financial institutions to divert the funds which of course they are all handling illegally, laying themselves open to RICO litigation in the American courts -- in such a way that no-one can be blamed for the Treasurys non-performance.

Unfortunately for Mr Paulson, this despicably crooked little diversionary scheme designed to enable Goldman Sachs to keep the Ambassadors $4.5 trillion is not about to work out as planned.

We are advised that those directly participating in this devious hijacking operation, or with knowledge of it, include President George W. Bush Jr.
(who is in a position to order his colleagues to cease and desist from their fraudulent behaviour, even if Mr Paulson believes that HE is in charge), Vice-President Richard B. Cheney, Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, Federal Reserve Board Chairman Dr Ben Bernanke, and the Director of National Intelligence, John Negroponte.

CUNNING PLOT TO GET TREASURY AND FED OFF THE HOOK

The diversionary plot was arranged in the usual two-faced, deceitful manner -
- with the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve issuing instructions that the perpetrators wrongly imagined will enable both of them, and their senior officers, to deny any wrongdoing - and involving complicit institutions both in the United States and abroad.

All concerned are co-conspirators and accessories to the continuing facts of this official corruption. Apparently, because the corruption is officially condoned, the participating institutions and their senior officers (at home and abroad) believe that they will be in the clear when the day of reckoning arrives. We dont think so.

In fact, let us be clear about this: both the US and the foreign institutions that are illegally mishandling funds represented to be based upon those belonging to the Ambassador and other owners, are wide open to eventual RICO litigation in the US courts.

And since powerful law firms have been double-crossed and are victims of these officially perpetrated and condoned scams, the likelihood of such outcomes is far from academic. And another point has to be stressed. Although the Wanta funds have been annexed by Goldman Sachs and remain tagged in favour of Ambassador Leo Wanta and his corporation, as described above, the US Treasury has falsely represented, as has the Federal Reserve -
- through the Treasurys Directions and the Federal Reserves
3 Directives and one Order that the instructions that both have given, concern inter alia, the disposition of the $4.5 trillion belonging to the Ambassador.

DIVERSIONARY FINANCING OPERATION WILL NOT FLY

If you still follow us, it will therefore NOT be possible for present or past officers of either the Treasury or the Fed to claim in court that these instructions did not concern the Ambassadors funds (even though the actual funds remain annexed by Goldman Sachs).

In other words, the duplicity of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve in this conspiracy will unravel, and neither will be able to claim that their responsibilities were fulfilled.
To summarise: this reprobate attempt at obfuscation will not fly.
In a further twist to this diversionary obfuscation operation, Auditors appeared at the offices of Wachovia Bank, New York, at 8.30am, Eastern Standard Time, on Friday 17th November 2006,

to audit the banks books. The banks doors remained closed on that day until 11.00 am, when Wachovia refused to honour the three Federal Reserve Directives and the Federal Reserve Order, claiming lack of funds.

IN VIETNAM, CHINESE DEMAND ACTION, AND PUTIN AGREES

On 18th November, at the APEC meetings held in Vietnam - when Presidents Bush and Putin, dressed up in Vietnamese gowns, appeared to be exceedingly awkward in each others company and barely on speaking terms (since Putin has been financially shafted by President Bush)
- President Hu and President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin discussed The Wanta Plan and the US Treasurys non-performance in respect of it.

[The parties, apart from Bush, would not then have known about the Treasurys latest convoluted means of avoiding payment].
Also attending this meeting was the Chinese Finance Minister.
He addressed himself directly to President Bush in the presence of President Putin, and said:
Get it done, or we will do it. President Putin concurred.
The Americans are terrified that the Communist Chinese will indeed meet the obligations that the US Treasury refuses (by devious means) to honour.

Among the reasons that the Chinese are insisting on implementation of the Wanta Settlement, is that they understand better than anyone in Washington, that if it does not take place, the dollar will collapse and their economy will be crucified.

Since they are now the largest holders of real dollars cash in the world, they have informed the US authorities that they will meet the Treasurys obligations, if Mr Paulson is not prepared to do so which would of course give the Chinese Communist Government unprecedented leverage over the United States, in perpetuity.

Due to the greed and arrogance of the official criminal operatives holding power in Washington, these realities have not, evidently, made a sufficient impression inside brains of the officials concerned, whose eyes are green and evidently blind to the geopolitical dangers they are courting.
CHINESE TRUST NO-ONE IN AMERICA BUT WANTA AND COTTRELL

The other reason the Chinese mean what they say is that Ambassador Leo Wanta, and his colleague, Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., are the ONLY US financial experts that they trust. This trust is grounded in their experience of dealing with Leo Wanta many years ago, when he was meticulous in fulfilling his promises and meeting his financial obligations towards them.

Both the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell are held in the highest regard in Beijing for this reason alone. Naturally, they do not share the political orientation of the Chinese Communists:

But at this level of international finance, what matters is trust, which is a product of meeting ones obligations.
It should be recalled that basically the same people remain in power in Beijing as were there when Leo Wanta dealt with them honourably (as always) in years gone by.

The above statement has been approved by Ambassador Leo Wanta and by Michael C Cottrell M.S. The following brief further analysis addresses the duplicity built into Mr Paulsons speech on 20th November 2006 before the Economic Club of New York.
It contains clues as to the mentality of the gang leaders holding the highest positions in the US Government.

In case this is Not Sufficiently Understood, the Rest of the World (with the likely single exception of the crooks holding power in London) is beyond disgusted at the arrogance of the present bunch of US office-holders, and has drawn the appropriate conclusions which include:

NEVER TRUST ANYTHING THAT A US OFFICIAL SAYS.
IT IS GUARANTEED TO TURN OUT TO BE FALSE.
DUPLICITOUS NEW YORK SPEECH BY THE TREASURY SECRETARY

Many observers of the global financial crisis that we have been reporting for months which is hidden from the view of most people, given the flood of derivatives-based liquidity and the massive bonuses being paid out to traders and financiers in the City of London this Christmas
- will have noticed something curious about the remarks delivered by Henry M. Paulson, the US Treasury Secretary, before the Economic Club of New York on 20th November 2006.

The Financial Times, given its lack of understanding of what is going on behind the scenes, reported Paulsons speech straight, on the basis of the Treasurys pre-speech release.

Those in the know will have been uncomfortably aware Mr Henry Paulsons smooth rhetoric diverged from the deplorably reprobate behaviour over which he, as US Treasury Secretary, is presiding.
There was a conspicuous mismatch between his lofty rhetoric, and what he has been up to behind the scenes.

VICTIMS OF TREASURY SCAMMING THREATENED BY PAULSON

For instance, deploying similarly offensive language to that used in September by one of his unfortunate underlings, Mr Paulson has told no less than THREE victims of his own Departments high-handed behaviour that he will pay what they are owed,
- if he decides to, when he feels like it, and on his own conditions. -

The tone of his comments was threatening, unpleasant, and reminiscent of a threat from a Chicago gangster.
Why has Mr Paulson lost his cool?
Because he, like all those who are misbehaving at the highest level in the United States these days, is on the defensive.

Since June 2006, the US Treasury, with the White House and the Federal Reserve, has presided over the illegal deployment, for institutional and personal gain, of the $4.5 trillion which is tagged in a Treasury Account at Goldman Sachs and Company, New York, in the name of Ambassador Leo Wanta and his Virginia-based corporation, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc.

No amount of illegal handling of these funds can hide or disguise the fact that they remain tagged and payable to the Ambassador and his Virginia-based corporation, not least since investigators and observers working with the Ambassador from deep inside the structures monitor every illegal movement of these funds.

PRINCIPLES-BASED SYSTEM FOR THE UNPRINCIPLED

Hank Paulsons main theme in his New York speech was the desirability of what he called a principles-based accounting system, as opposed to a rules-based one.

Excuse us? Principles?
Since when did Mr Paulsons Treasury exhibit any adherence to principles such as fulfilling its undertakings?

Take the latest example of its lack of principles.
On Friday, a senior US Treasury apparatchik informed Ambassador Wanta that the New York Securities House Account of his Virginia-based corporation would finally, at long last, be credited with the $4.5 trillion stolen from the Ambassador by the authorities last June.
(Actually, the $4.5 trillion should be paid plus compound interest:
but let us leave this point aside for a moment).

Specifically, the official voice at the other end of the telephone stated that the relevant Securities Account would be credited by 2.30 am on Monday morning Eastern Standard Time, 20th November 2006.

As has been the case in the past, this latest verbal undertaking from the US Treasury proved to be completely worthless [see above].

Instead of being credited as instructed by the Treasury (so that the Treasury believes it is covered), the sequence of events described above ensued. Yet another round of overnight pass-the parcel
involving several large US and foreign institutions, was kicked off this week, so that the banks concerned can book huge overnight profits to improve their corroded balance sheets.

DECODING THE TREASURY SECRETARYS UNPRINCIPLED RHETORIC

Yet on the self-same morning when the $4.5 trillion should have been credited to the AmeriTrust Groupe, Incs Securities Account with Morgan Stanley, the US Treasury Secretary had the gall to stand up before the Economic Club of New York, where he pontificated about the virtues of a principles-based accounting (and accountability) system, and how much more preferable such a system is to a Rules-Based System.

Let us decode the Treasury Secretarys duplicitous rhetoric for you:
** Principles-based =
a loose, vague environment in which verbal undertakings can be routinely reneged upon, false instruments and documents can be freely tendered, promises can always be broken, and in which undertakings are made of India-rubber: like those of the US Treasury.

If necessary, co-conspiring US and foreign financial institutions engaged in criminal operations can be roped in to legitimise whatever scam is intended.

In other words, a crooks charter.

** Rules-based =
a Capital Markets environment in which the Rule of Law prevails and in which breaches of trust and of undertakings result in appropriate lawsuits and RICO actions, triggering 3 times damages, plus the long-term imprisonment of the felons concerned, including official holders of high public positions either before or after they have left office.

Of course, given the US Treasurys notorious behaviour under both Mr Paulson and his predecessor, John Snow, it stands to reason that a loverly-jubbly principles-based Capital Markets environment, in which undertakings morph overnight and promises have no meaning, is just the kind of environment that current holders of the highest offices and other corrupt officials, plus their complicit intermediaries and institutional accessories to the fact of criminalised behaviour, naturally prefer.

WRONGDOERS WILL SEEK WAYS TO CIRCUMVENT THE RULES

Mr Paulson said at one point in his speech that that Rules by themselves cannot eliminate fraud.
Wrongdoers will seek out loopholes or ways to circumvent the rules.

One wonders whom exactly he meant by wrongdoers here.
Although he referenced the recent business scandals, was he ALSO speaking from his own and his official colleagues
perverted perspective, by any chance?

After all, the US Treasury over which Mr Paulson presides, remains in breach not only of its formal undertakings towards Ambassador Wanta and other victims, but also of its contract dated 20th June 2006 involving the disposition of $32 trillion with the Communist Chinese having failed to deliver, and having provided the Chinese with no more than paltry progress payments. This has understandably infuriated them.
Other victims, apart from the Chinese authorities and Ambassador Wanta, have, as noted, also been double-crossed by Paulsons Treasury.

So Paulson is no stranger to non-performance.
He is himself adept at
seeking out loopholes or ways to circumvent the rules.
Yet he boasted hypocritically in his speech of his 32 years experience in Capital Market business both in the United States and abroad.
He has served as the Chairman of Goldman Sachs, and his Series 7 and Series 24 securities qualifications, required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), oblige him (even though he may have forgotten this) to comply 100% with SEC regulations at all times, and to meet his legal obligations likewise.

Did he imagine that his audience would not be aware of his hypocrisy and double-talk in this context?

NEW YORK SPEECH A SMOKESCREEN
TO MASK TREASURY SCAMMING

The entire New York speech appears to have been designed to throw a smokescreen over the latest fraudulent behaviour with which, as detailed above, Mr Paulson is directly associated.

As we have reported, on Friday 17th November, auditors appeared at Wachovia Bank, which did not open its doors until 11.00 am.
This bank is believed to be implicated in the outright misappropriation and theft of between $9.0 trillion and $11.00 trillion.

The institution was warned on 17th November that the Ambassadors account must be credited by 2.30 am on Monday 20th November as promised, or steps will be taken to have this institution with which William Clinton, George Bush Sr. and John Negroponte, among other criminalist operatives, are involved closed down.

This threat was repeated on Monday 20th November, after the promised Wanta Settlement payment was again illegally obfuscated.

Last week, the Treasury Secretary suggested to powerful Chinese authorities that a tripartite arrangement should be implemented, involving the US Treasury, the Chinese parties, and the Ambassador and his colleague, Michael C Cottrell, M.S., under which the Treasury would not need to remit the $4.5 trillion of the Ambassadors tagged funds to Leo Wantas Virginia-based corporation, at all.

That would have enabled Goldman Sachs to hold on to the actual $4.5 trillion indefinitely, which appears to be Mr Paulsons objective.

In other words, this was just another two-faced ploy to try to avoid fulfilment of the Wanta Settlement, so that Goldman Sachs could keep the funds for ever.
Sorry, it isnt going to work out.

SEEING THROUGH ANOTHER TREASURY PRETEXT NOT TO PAY

The Chinese authorities who, like other extremely important foreign parties we cannot yet name, are furious that they have repeatedly been double-crossed by these duplicitous scoundrels in Washington retorted, cleverly, that this proposition needed to be cleared with the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell. As reported above, both are held in the highest possible regard in Beijing, given not least that Leo Wanta is the only US financial expert they trust, based on his impeccable behaviour towards them many years ago.

Naturally, neither the Ambassador nor Mr Cottrell would countenance such a prospectively fraudulent arrangement, and neither will the Chinese.
But this is the kind of set-up the Treasury Secretary invokes by a principles-based Capital Market environment.

Being interpreted, this means that he can change his principles
in accordance with whatever scam takes his fancy.
It may have suited him hitherto that President George W. Bush Jr.
has primarily been blamed for the crisis and bad publicity surrounding the hijacking of the Wanta funds, because such finger-pointing has provided cover for the disgraceful corruption over which he is himself presiding continuing the reprobate behaviour of his predecessor, John Snow.

U.S. TREASURY IS NOW AN EXTENSION OF GOLDMAN SACHS With the arrival of Mr Paulson, the Treasury has effectively become an extension of Goldman Sachs. Not only has Paulson installed Goldman Sachs-ites in Treasury positions, but he has wilfully ensured that the $4.5 trillion, tagged in the name of the Ambassador and his Virginia-based corporation, has been annexed by Goldman Sachs so that it can be used for personal and institutional enrichment, while diversionary financing operations supposedly related to the delayed Wanta Settlement and its non-performance, are run externally in order to obfuscate the central issue namely, that

GOLDMAN SACHS IS ILLEGALLY SITTING ON THE WANTA FUNDS UNDER THE SIGNATURE AND AUTHORITY OF THE U.S. TREASURY SECRETARY, WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY THE GOLDMAN SACHS CEO.

There has probably never been a more egregious conflict of interest in US, or world, financial history. No wonder Mr Paulson is pushing for Rules governing the Capital Markets in the United States to be Loosened or even Replaced by an environment which will be more conducive to saving him from being slammed in jail when he leaves office.

PAULSONS CANT ABOUT A PRINCIPLES-BASED SYSTEM

For in his New York speech, Mr Paulson subtly latched on to the concept that the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting system, used in a number of foreign markets, is different from ours.

He described IFRS as Principles-Based,which he then redefined as meaning that the system is organized around a relatively small number of ideas or concepts that provide a framework for thinking about specific issues.
The advantage of a principles-based system is that it is flexible and sensible in dealing with new or special situations.

Just the kind of malleable, India-rubber Capital Markets environment, in fact, that enables those without any scruples or integrity to play fast and loose with the funds of others such as the law firms represented by Troutman Sanders LLP and Parker Chapin LLC, the Chinese authorities, and Amb. Leo Wanta.

Mr Paulsons double-minded rhetoric at the Economic Club of New York fooled only those who were sitting on their brains. Everyone who is anyone in the international financial community and in key government circles worldwide, knows all about the Gangsterism of the US authorities since the summer when they hijacked the $4.5 trillion, tagged in the name of the Ambassador and his corporation, and started playing fast and loose with his funds, out of greed and unprincipled arrogance.

Henry Paulsons call for the US Capital Markets to dispense with the Rules-Based environment code for the Rule of Law in favour of a Rules-Free system, where principles are the privilege of the unprincipled, will not have pleased those who have experience of the US authorities criminal behaviour these past six months.

Nor, we fancy, will Mr Paulsons holier-than-thou rhetoric have pleased certain foreign Governments, who are beyond furious at the ruthless misbehaviour of the US authorities and who once foolishly placed their trust in this Administration, only to find that nothing that any US holder of high office says by way of undertaking, has any validity.
These people are shamefaced liars, deceivers and organised criminals.

SETTING THEMSELVES UP FOR BEING SLAMMED INTO JAIL

The Ambassador, whose famous integrity stands in sharp contrast to those officials who are co-conspirators and accessories to the fact of the scams that the Treasury has been presiding over since June 2006, will not play the US authorities increasingly desperate games.

With vast experience of global and official finance, the Ambassador knows that, as Mr Paulson reiterated last week, the $4.5 trillion will have to be duly credited to the Morgan Stanley Securities Account of his Commonwealth of Virginia-based corporation.

Every attempt by Mr Paulson and his co-conspirators to avoid payment of the Wanta Settlement funds, brings the United States of these endless financial scams closer than ever to winding up behind bars.

In case this statement is deemed by some ill-informed people to represent an empty threat, it should be understood that much of the intelligence published in this posting is derived from investigators working with Ambassador Leo Wanta, and from reliable and disgusted sources inside the financial structures.

MYSTERIOUS "men in suits" were lurking in the tunnel where Princess Diana died in a car crash, a key witness has revealed.
The witness claims he saw a dozen people standing in the shadows seconds before her tragic death in August 1997.

Record producer Jacques Morel, 59, believes that the group, which included photographers, expected to see Diana�s Mercedes "brought to a halt by another car." He claims her death was a "stunt" which went disastrously wrong.

Diana (pictured), boyfriend Dodi Al Fayed and driver Henri Paul died in the Paris tunnel when their car careered into a concrete pillar.

Morel, now living in Tunisia, says his evidence will prove vital and could provide the key to the most controversial investigation in history. He has told British detectives: "I remember exactly what happened on the night of the crash.

"I was driving home after a Chinese meal with my wife Moufida. As we entered the Alma tunnel I saw to my left a dozen shady figures on a tiny pavement by the side of the opposite carriageway. They were standing in a long line. The sight was unforgettable. The pavement is narrow and next to fast-moving traffic. It was certainly not a sensible place to stand around.
"A few seconds later there was an almighty bang and a flash of light. I realised there had been a crash.

"My first thought was that those inside the tunnel were connected with what had happened. This thought has never left me.

"A car coming from the opposite direction had gone straight into a pillar. All of the other drivers stopped, so I did too. There was a symphony of car horns then white smoke filled the tunnel.

"I rushed to the crash scene. My mobile would not work when I tried to call emergency services.

"I was devastated when I saw the Princess in her white trousers in the back of the car. She looked so serene and peaceful but it was the end. It was one of the most heartbreaking scenes of my life. I will never forget seeing her face. Others were lying around Diana.

"I saw the white Fiat Uno being driven away by someone I later learned was James Andanson."

Andanson, a well-known informer for the paparazzi and security services, committed suicide in mysterious circumstances three years later. His Uno has never been traced.

"Many people wanted to prove Diana was not being looked after properly," said Mr Morel.

On the night of her death she was being minded by security guards employed by Dodi�s father, Harrods owner Mohamed Al Fayed. She had rejected offers from the Paris authorities to provide police or military escorts.

Morel told Scotland Yard he believes Henri Paul was involved in the plot. He had been seen chatting animatedly to photographers earlier in the evening.

"I am certain Paul was paid to drive through the Alma Tunnel where the stunt was to take place," said Morel. "The cash was in his pocket when he was found dead."

Paul had more than �2,000 in cash on him. Larger sums were paid into his numerous bank accounts days before the crash.

Morel is so convinced that "people in high authority" are trying to prevent him telling the truth that he has fled his Paris home to live with his family in an isolated North African coastal village near Tunis.

"I know too much, so that�s why I�ve come here," said Morel. "The only people carrying out a proper investigation are the English and they are telling me to be careful."

Morel is to publish his theories in a book called The Witness. He said: "It might sound speculative to say people wanted to test out the security around Diana but my ideas are based on excellent contacts.

"The paparazzi would have co-operated in anything if it involved a hugely expensive picture."

British detectives, who say there are huge holes in the initial French inquiry, are expected to complete their report this year.
