2015: Court Rules Living ‘Off The Grid’ Is Illegal

For many, it’s a live long dream to get “off the grid” and live self-sufficiently. But unplugging from municipal services has been ruled illegal by a court in Cape Coral, Florida. Special Magistrate Harold S. Eskin ruled that Robin Speronis is not allowed to live on her own private property without being hooked up to the city’s water system. He admitted that she had the right to live without utility power, but said that her alternative power sources must always first be approved by the city. Speronis has been taking a stand for years not against the city of Cape Coral. Back in November of 2013 a code enforcement officer attempted to evict her for “living without utilities.” The city’s argument is that the International Property Maintenance Code was “violated” by her reliance on rain water rather than paying the city for water. The IPMC also would make it a crime for her […] Read More

2018: How You Were Tricked to Live in the Land of the Legally Dead

by Pao Chang, author of EsotericKnowledge.me The current reality of man is heavily controlled by words. As a result of that, words play a big role in shaping the reality and culture of man. Besides shaping the reality and culture of man, words also play an important role in trade. Some of the most important words used in the business of trading goods and services are related to the name. Your name plays a very important role in your life because it allows others to identify you and communicate with you. Furthermore, it allows you to operate in the realm of commerce and fiction, making it easier for you to trade goods and services with people not living close to you. Having a name can be a wonderful thing but if you do not know how to use it wisely, it can be a curse and prevent you from […] Read More

2017: Growing Mandatory Obedience and Defending Our Inalienable Rights

A growing number of us realize that certain freedoms we have taken for granted for so long are seriously under threat. Unscrupulous governmental authorities and corporations driven by self-interests are overseeing increasing agendas with intended outcomes designed to make us comply, forcing us into more and more mandatory obedience. For instance, in recent years, we have seen the push for mandatory vaccinations with threats of barring kids from school, job dismissal and refusal of medical treatment for those not accepting vaccination, regardless of dissenting views. As well as mandatory vaccinations there are plans to make employees submit their DNA records with threats of dismissal for non-compliance. All done under the guise of “health preventative measures” for the “greater good” of the people. Then there’s the case of the FDA’s approval for microchipped pills as part of the microchip agenda. We know that the globalists and their governmental authorities or […] Read More

2016: Proof That You Do Not Legally Own Any Property

As a United States Citizen or a “person”, did you know that you do not LEGALLY own anything? That is right! You do not legally own your body, name, land, home, cars, clothes, kids and money. This is why government agents can legally take your kids and property or throw you in jail for violating their so-called “laws”. If you were to truly own property, you would have the exclusive right to regulate it and therefore the government would not be able to legally confiscate it, unless you use it to harm someone. Is it hard for you to believe that you do not legally own anything? Read further and I will show you the evidence to prove that you do not legally own any property. Evidence That You Do Not Own Any Property According to Senate Document 43, 73rd Congress 1st Session, all property of United States Citizens […] Read More

2015: No One Should Place False Facts on Birth Certificates

Transparency and Truth There are three groups of American citizens whose birth certificates are falsified: those in the witness protection program, adopted people, and donor-conceived individuals. Currently, in the United States, there is no national law (or Supreme Court decision) to protect people created through reproductive technologies (or who have been adopted) to factual birth certificates. This country needs to ensure the total transparency and truth by repealing outdated laws, then modernizing and standardizing laws that govern the generation of birth certificates for these two groups of people. Inaccurate birth certificates are continually issued as “official” documents. Donor-conceived individuals receive only one birth certificate with the sperm or egg donor’s name omitted. Some birth certificates state “father unknown,” as is the case with many children whose single mothers do not want to name the father, especially if the child was conceived through a one-night stand, an affair or a […] Read More

2015: Did You Know You Also Have A Uniform Birth Number?

(Truthstream Media) In Carroll Quigley’s 1966 book Tragedy & Hope, he discusses bluntly how our freedom will continuously dwindle throughout the remainder of the 20th century and beyond under a type of neo-feudalism imposed by the burgeoning scientific dictatorship: Hopefully, the elements of choice and freedom may survive for the ordinary individual in that he may be free to make a choice between two opposing political groups (even if these groups have little policy choice within the parameters of policy established by the experts) and he may have the choice to switch his economic support from one large unit to another. But, in general, his freedom and choice will be controlled within very narrow alternatives by the fact that he will be numbered from birth and followed, as a number, through his educational training, his required military or other public service, his tax contributions, his health and medical requirements, and his final […] Read More

2015: Bill allows government to revoke Americans’ passports without charges or trial

A bill passed by the U.S. House of Representatives would allow the government to restrict Americans’ travel through the revocation of passports based upon mere suspicions of unscrupulous activity.  This bill represents another dangerous step forward in the war on terror and the disintegration of American due process. H.R. 237, the “FTO (Foreign Terrorist Organization) Passport Revocation Act of 2015,” will allow the U.S. Secretary of State the unchecked authority to prohibit individuals from traveling internationally.  According to the bill, the Secretary may unilaterally revoke (or refuse to issue) a passport from “any individual whom the Secretary has determined has aided, assisted, abetted, or otherwise helped an organization the Secretary has designated as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189).” The bill did not bother to define what the terms “aided, assisted, abetted, or otherwise helped” actually mean, in […] Read More

2015: Michigan Police Seize Kids from Family For “Camping”

Last month, a Michigan family decided it would be fun to go camping for the summer, on a 10-acre plot of land they had recently purchased. Christopher and Antonia Hernandez wanted their six children to experience the outdoors, and get a taste for off-grid living. But after living in several large tents for 9 days, their rural experiment came to an abrupt end. On May 19, the parents left the property to do laundry at a laundromat, as well as to buy food and some fencing for the animals. The younger children were left in the care of their 15-year-old son, who is nearly 16. “When we arrived back, the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department was at the property claiming to have received a report of squatters on the land,” Antonia said. “We provided documentation of our right to be on the land, which was verified the next day by […] Read More

2015: Virginia Governor Signs Warrant Requirement for Drones, Rejects License Plate Reader Limits

With broad and near-unanimous bipartisan support, the Virginia General Assembly passed a series of bills this year to defend the public’s right to privacy from new mass surveillance technologies. To his credit, Gov. Terry McAuliffe almost immediately signed a bill to require law enforcement to obtain a warrant before tracking people’s mobile phones with cell tower emulators, often called “stingrays.” But he initially balked at two other bills : one that would have also required police to get a warrant before using drones and another that would’ve placed strict limitations on other mass surveillance technologies, including a seven-day limit on the retention of locational data collected through automatic license plate readers (ALPR). McAuliffe sent these two measures back to the legislature with suggested amendments, who sent them right back to his desk with only the slightest changes. The message was clear: these protections are what Virginians want and what […] Read More
