1970: Mysterious “Monuments” on the Moon

Argosy Magazine, August 1970 Volume 371, Number 2 MANY PHENOMENA OBSERVED ON THE LUNAR SURFACE APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN DEVISED BY INTELLIGENT BEINGS. NOW, U.S. AND RUSSIAN MOON PROBES HAVE PHOTOGRAPHED TWO SUCH “CONSTRUCTIONS” AT CLOSE RANGE Report from ARGOSY’s Science Editor, IVAN T. SANDERSON Four years ago, Russia’s Luna-9 and America’s Orbiter-2 both photographed groups of solid structures at two widely separated locations on the lunar surface. These two groups of objects are arranged in definite geometric patterns and appear to have been placed there by intelligent beings. Since American space officials have chosen not to publicize these findings, our readers are probably not aware of their existence. The Luna-9 photographs, taken on February 4, 1966, after the craft had landed in the Ocean of Storms, reveal two straight lines of equidistant stones that look like the markers along an airport runway. These circular stones are all identical, […] Read More

2014: On Mars, Who’s in Charge?

One sign we’re on our way not just to visit, but to colonize, Mars is that people are talking about what sort of governance the first settlers will implement and adhere to. If an international group, will each remain a citizen of his/her nation on Earth and live according to that nation’s laws? If sent there by private enterprise, will the new Mars settlers remain forever beholden to the company that sent them? Will they arrive with a pre-written code or will they form a new tribal council-of-the-whole for TCB and keeping themselves on the straight and narrow? Mars One, who intends to send the first four settlers to Mars within the next decade, tends to think such a small group can work things out amongst themselves, at least initially: Early on, because the settlement will be very small, it is likely that most decisions will be collective and […] Read More

1999: Stonehenge on Mars?

This amazing image shows what appears to be a partial ‘Stonehenge’ arrangement of large upright boulders near a large valley formed by the erosion of water millions of years ago on Mars. This formation is located approximately 6 degrees S latitude, 357.5 W longitude. North is approximately toward the top of the image. This circular area lies on the edge of an ancient river. The natural barrier to the right of the standing formation may have protected the boulders from inundation by the otherwise destructive water that may have been moving to the right from this bend in the ancient river. Note the alignment of the radial feature with the strange complex to the northwest, and also to the dark mark in the shallow area to the southeast. Could this be a landing approach beacon of some type or an astronomical observatory? One important question to answer is what direction was the ancient North on Mars before the cataclysm? 1998: Cydonia II…?

MGS Image 43904c lat. 34.47 – long. 218.64 resolution 5.67 MPP This image, taken by the Mars Global Surveyor camera shows several geological formations very similar to the Cydonia region. The most striking similarities occur on the small “island” type features. Actually, I’m rather surprised no one on the MTRAC list, or the Mars Update list caught this unusual region. What can you find? There are several anomalies within this single frame. But how are they formed? Is this simply “Martian” erosion processes at work, or are we actually looking at the ancient remains of mass civilizations on the surface of Mars? When the information mainstream astronomers, astrobiologists, and planetary geologists are combined with ancient records, the questions begin to snowball. Personally I feel the push needs to be for a concentrated effort on getting to Mars, on all fronts.  So far I haven’t located a dolphin, but this is a river […] Read More

2013: NASA Mars photo leaked – wood found on mars!

Someone at NASA released a photo that they shouldn’t have, a picture of a piece of timber the size of a railroad tie, a photo that could get someone killed. There is no mistaking that the object in the print below is a piece of wood. NASA claims that Mars is a desert planet with no life at all. NASA lies, repeatedly. Where would a piece of timber this size come from? There are vast forests on Mars, ones that are kept from the public. This piece of wood looks like it floated to its present location, being partially sunk in the soil. The ground around it is very interesting. Notice the flat rock formation of the soil and the crevices in between them. Does this look familiar? It appears to be the bed of a dried up pond. There had to be a significant amount of water in […] Read More
