George Orwell’s Guide to the News

The Western mainstream media falsifies the news resorting to euphemisms, half-truths and lies in the best (worst) style of George Orwell’s novel 1984. We all live in the unreal world of “Newspeak” used by the Global Power Elite to control our minds. Man gets confused when things that happen around him and to him, or which are done in his name, cannot be properly grasped, understood or made sense of. Normally, such confusion leads to inaction. If you’re lost at night in the middle of a forest but you can still see the stars, then a bit of astronomical knowledge will at least quickly tell you which way is north. But if it’s cloudy or you’re ignorant of the constellations in starry heaven, then you might as well light up a fire and do nothing until dawn…. You’re lost! Today, mainstream media coverage uses programmed distortion, confusion, even outright […] Read More

Precog Crime Fighting: The A.I. Approach vs the PSI Approach

Do we live in dangerous times? It depends who you ask: To a neo-Hobbesian like Steven Pinker we’ve never lived more safely in all of human history,  but survivors of mass shootings might beg to differ though… One thing is for sure, and that is the approach to police work has radically changed in the last decades, thanks to modern technology. We have filled our streets with surveillance cameras which will soon be enabled with face-recognition capabilities. And DNA-testing of evidence gathered at crime scenes is even helping find culprits who might have walked free not too long ago. All of these tools are useful after a crime has been committed, but the ultimate holy grail of crime fighting is to prevent the act before it even happens. Sometimes that can be accomplished through clever investigation that prevents a plot involving several delinquents who have clumsily left a trail […] Read More

Orwellian: Feds Spend $500,000 to Tap “Extensive Tracking Infrastructure” to “Combat Online Trolling”

The National Science Foundation has issued two quarter-of-a-million-dollar grants for “Leveraging Personalized Internet Services to Combat Online Trolling”. The grant defines online trolling as, “scenarios in which various groups deploy tactics to influence public opinion on the Internet, by leaving biased, false, misleading, and inauthentic comments, and then artificially amplifying their ratings,” so you can immediately see where that’s a slippery slope to shutting down free speech and dissent because who decides what is “false, misleading, and inauthentic” online? The government’s researchers? Creepier, the grant admits that we are increasingly tracked as our privacy is increasingly going extinct on the internet, and it is this built-in “extensive tracking infrastructure” that will be tapped to combat trolling online: Users have often expressed concern about the lack of privacy and control over their personal data. Nonetheless, despite a substantial effort to expose and control this prevalent behavior, the reality is that users […] Read More

There is No Democracy or Consent in Government

As children, we’re taught that “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” This is the widely-accepted fundamental prerequisite for the basis of government in a true democracy. Yet if we examine this assumed premise in practice, it quickly proves that there is no actual “consent of the governed”, and therefore no consensual basis for the legitimacy of government. It is, in fact, tyranny. Ask yourself: Were you ever fully informed of all “the laws” and their definitions? Were you formally asked if you understood and consented to all of them? Were you given a fair and voluntary offer by those presuming to rule you? Nope. It was all imposed upon us through brainwashing, violence, and threats, right? This is no more consensual than a child “consenting” to living with an abusive parent simply because they have been brainwashed and have no means of establishing independence. But don’t […] Read More

How Big Tech Convinced Us to Become Our Own Informants

In exchange for the digital goods we crave, we willingly give Google, Facebook and others access to our entire private lives. In 1992, two years after East and West Germany reunited, the new government made an unprecedented gesture in response to demands from the people: It released the archives of East Germany’s former security administration, the dreaded Stasi. Probing the vast files, German artist Simon Menner compiled a collection of the Stasi’s photographs which he published in 2013, affording a voyeuristic glance at the former voyeurs. Or as the artist puts it, giving us a look at what Big Brother “gets to see when he’s watching us.” Some of the photos are frankly hilarious. We’re privy to a seminar on disguises—basically, pics of men with dad bods wearing fake mustaches. The agents of the notorious surveillance state look oddly harmless with their double chins and 1980s turtlenecks. Other images are […] Read More

Careful What You Say, Your Samsung Smart TV Might Be Listening

Recently Samsung made an announcement that riled up privacy protesters everywhere. They blatantly stated that their new Smart TV’s are in fact capable of listening to and recording your conversations. These TVs have voice recognition software, but this fancy piece of technology comes at a price, Samsung warned its consumers to not have important conversations or disclose personal information in front of these new Smart TV’s because this audio can be recorded and then transmitted to unidentified third parties. Many people are now comparing this notion of TV’s spying on you to the popular novel titled ‘1984’ By George Orwell. In this book Orwell writes of Telescreens, which are capable of watching you, tracking you, listening to you and even speaking to you. This book hints that in the future there will be telescreens everywhere and we will be constantly watched, with no privacy. Although the year is not 1984, these TV’s […] Read More

The American Public: A Tough Soldier Or A Chicken Hawk Cowering In A Cubicle?

Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog, You gotta love the American public sometimes. For a mass of people so easily terrified by guys in caves funded and armed by our intelligence services and “allies” in the Persian Gulf, the same public talks with such armchair bravado when it comes to launching bombs from drones and sending other people’s children to die. Makes you wonder though, which one is it? Is the American public actually the tough guy soldier it pretends to be when cheering overseas military interventions, or is it really a scared, propagandized, coward hiding in one of our nation’s endless cubicle rows? Unfortunately, based on recent opinion polls demonstrating approval for military action against ISIS, it appears to be the latter. The former is merely a front put on by that terrified, economically insecure, silently suffering automaton. I really wish this weren’t the case. “ISIS as the new enemy” is a meme that has made me […] Read More

2014: High-Level NSA Whistleblower Says Blackmail Is a Huge – Unreported – Part of Mass Surveillance

It is well-documented that governments use information to blackmail and control people. The Express reported last month: British security services infiltrated and funded the notorious Paedophile Information Exchange in a covert operation to identify and possibly blackmail establishment figures, a Home Office whistleblower alleges. *** Whistleblower Mr X, whose identity we have agreed to protect, became a very senior figure in local government before retiring a few years ago. *** He has given a formal statement to that effect to detectives from Operation Fernbridge … *** “And he said [the pedophile group] was being funded at the request of Special Branch which found it politically useful to identify people who were paedophiles….” Section 11 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1885 made gross indecency a crime in the United Kingdom, which included male gay sex.  The Amendment was so frequently used to blackmail gay Brits that it was dubbed […] Read More

X DARPA Director & Google Exec Pushes Microchipping Human Beings

With the recent revelations by NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden, it’s no secret that we live on a planet characterized by mass surveillance and virtually zero privacy. We live in a world where we are constantly bombarded with the idea that we face threats, that a high level of national security is needed in order to keep us safe. Think about it, the United States pumps a large majority of their money into the Department of Defense. A state of fear, war and terror is needed to keep those funds flowing in that direction. Many people are starting to wake up and realize a lot of the so called threats we face and have been facing are largely manufactured and fabricated in order to justify a specific agenda, agendas that deal with the black budget world. “It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in […] Read More

2014: Is Convenience Creating Hazards In The Digital Age?

Home automation technology: is it an asset or a liability? Alternately referred to as “The Internet of Things,” such systems allow homeowners to control multiple devices within their house, which communicate with each other via wireless technology. However egalitarian this may sound, it’s worth noting that such systems do pose multiple security risks. Part of what’s alarming about this situation is that Google recently acquired the home automation tech developer Nest. On the one hand, Google has done a tremendous amount to create an experience for internet browsers that weeds out marketing ploys and, ideally speaking, takes users to the sites which are most relevant to their search queries. On the other hand, because so many people use Google, they have comprehensive data about virtually everyone in the developed world, and they’ve also been working, rather pro-actively, towards increasing internet availability in remote corners of the United States, as […] Read More

2013: LIE VS. LIE: MAD IN AMERICA

As the mainstream pretends to catch up on the criminality of government in this country, it is still playing softball with what is happening in order to maintain a sense of calm when Americans are beginning to realize that despotism and the battlefield is being set up in their own back yards. We need to now ask the question, how is it that America is a free country and a beacon to the rest of the world, when it is looking more and more like our lives are all part of somenoir spy novel played out in real life where the enemy is the citizenry and the declaration has been made that you must watch your actions or be disappeared, jailed or worse. We have questioned the validity of elections. We have asked ourselves if the free press is really free when the citizen press is now under the eye of big […] Read More

2007: The War On Consciousness

By Paul Levy 4-4-7 We are truly in a war. It is not the war we imagine we are in, which is the way our true adversaries want it. It is not a foreign war against a foreign enemy. It is a war on consciousness, a war on our own minds. The global war on terror that is being fought around the world is an embodied reflection in the material world of a deeper, more fundamental war that is going on in the realm of consciousness itself. We have the most criminal regime in all of our history wreaking unspeakable horror on the entire planet, while simultaneously waging war on the consciousness of its own citizens – US. If we aren’t aware of this, we are unwittingly playing into, supporting and complicit in the evil that is being perpetrated in our name. A government’s war on the consciousness of […] Read More
