2015: Uncovering the Mystery 7,000-year-old Ubaid Lizardmen

Just about every mythology, you’ll find something in the line that God created human beings. Creation doesn’t mean creating something from scratch – This is true for the statute discovered 7,000 years old. Al-Ubaid is an Arab tribe in Iraq who settled in Kirkuk. During the 18th century, the tribe has migrated from the Baghdad area to Khabour and Hawija. Contracted to protect the oil pipelines, it has faced lots of consequences. At the Al-Ubaid’s Archaeological site, researchers have found several pre-Sumerian artifacts a way back 7,000 years. These items have strange looking statutes being discovered, which happens to be a combination of lizard-like and human features combined. Unfortunately, little is known about the civilization. However, its influence may be seen in different Sumerian culture aspects. After a while, it developed into a flourishing city. The Strange Lizard-Like and Human Features The Mystery 7,000-year-old Ubaid Lizardmen covers the humanoid […] Read More

Obama’s ISIS War Is Not Only Illegal, It Makes George W. Bush Look Like A Constitutional Scholar

Submitted by Mike Krieger of Liberty Blitzkrieg blog, Rudderless and without a compass, the American ship of state continues to drift, guns blazing. – Andrew J. Bacevich, the Boston University political science professor and former Army colonel who lost his son in the Iraq war in 2007, in a recent Reuters article. I have spent the past several days outlining my deep concerns about the “ISIS crisis” and Obama’s willingness to employ extreme propaganda in order to once again embark on another poorly thought out military campaign here and here. What I have also come to realize is that his latest war plan is brazenly illegal and unconstitutional. While critics have been questioning the legality of U.S. military campaigns consistently since the end of World War II, one trend has become increasingly clear. With each new President and each new war, we have witnessed those who hold the office act more and more like […] Read More

5 Ways the U.S. Enabled the Radical Islamic State

ISIL, now the Islamic State, has become the stuff of nightmares, and the US is, at least partially, to blame. In fulfilling the terrorists’ dream — transforming into a state with an army — ISIS, now the Islamic State, has become the stuff of nightmares for much of the Middle East and the West. I almost wrote that it had become “the worst nightmare,” but I’ll reserve that for when it obtains nuclear weapons. (Wait — what?) But, to some extent, the Islamic State is a product of the United States. Here are five reasons why: 1. The general state of chaos in which the United States left Iraq with, to this day, no strong central government. 2. “The U.S. has ensured that ISIS can reinforce its fighters in Iraq from Syria and vice versa,” writes Patrick Cockburn in an excerpt from his new book posted atForeign Policy in Focus. Movement to Declassify 9/11 Information Gathers Momentum … 9/11 Commission Chairs and Congressmen Call for Declassification

The 9/11 Commission Co-Chairs – Lee Hamilton and Thomas Kean – have called for the 28-page section of the 9/11 Commission Report which is classified to be declassified. Kean said that 60-70% of what was classified shouldn’t have been classified in the first place: Congressman Thomas Massie read the 28 classified pages of the Joint Intelligence Committee Inquiry into 9/11 (the joint Senate and House investigation into 9/11) and immediately called for them to be released to the public: A bipartisan bill – introduced by congressmen Walter B. Jones (Republican from North Carolina) and Stephen Lynch (Democrat from Massachusetts) – would declassify the 28 pages of the Joint Inquiry which implicate the Saudi government. Former Congressman Ron Paul is also demanding the 28 pages be declassified: The Co-Chair of the congressional investigation into 9/11 – Bob Graham – and 9/11 Commissioner and former Senator Bob Kerrey are calling for […] Read More

2014: Americans Are Sick of the War On Terror, War On Drugs … And All of the Other Failed U.S. Wars

Americans Turn Anti-War The American people are now overwhelmingly opposed to more war in Ukraine, Syria, Iran and elsewhere. A new Wall Street Journal/NBC poll shows: Americans in large numbers want the U.S. to reduce its role in world affairs even as a showdown with Russia over Ukraine preoccupies Washington …. In a marked change from past decades, nearly half of those surveyed want the U.S. to be less active on the global stage, with fewer than one-fifth calling for more active engagement—an anti-interventionist current that sweeps across party lines. A Pew poll from December found a majority of Americans – more than ever before in Pew’s 50-year history of polling this question – think the U.S. “should mind its own business internationally and let other countries get along as best they can on their own.” A Pew/USA Today poll conducted over the weekend found that Americans oppose – […] Read More

2014: In The US, Democracy Is Now A Sham

Submitted by ‘Ray’ via ClubOrlov blog, The founding principle for this new form of government which emerged in the 18th century, was that the Common Man was the ultimate source of power. Citizen legislators would enact the laws and shape the nation’s destiny. But instead, our republic is now strong-armed by professional politicians. The two dominant concerns of these careerists are to STAY in power and to do the bidding of those who ENABLE them to stay in power. Anyone who doubts this statement might try explaining why campaign finance reform and term limits are perennially “off the table.” Actually, that is an understatement – they aren’t even in the building. It is bad enough that the President, Congress and the Courts serve the interests of a minority that is so tiny that it is almost microscopic. What is even worse, is WHO that elite constituency is. It is […] Read More

2005: George Bush in Hell

by David Michael Green You would not want to be George W. Bush right now. Not that you ever would anyhow, but especially not now. Indeed, there are indications that not even George W. Bush wants to be George W. Bush right now. That second term in office, the one that just a year or two ago seemed so precious that he was willing to launch a war just to obtain it, now feels like a life sentence. Plans for four years spending political capital now look a lot more like endless months of capital punishment. The Bush Administration has nowhere to go but down, and that is precisely where it is headed. Poll data show that even members of his solid-to-the-point-of-twelve-step-eligibility base are now deserting him as his job approval ratings plunge like so much Enron stock, lately crashing southward through the forty percent threshold. With almost his […] Read More

2006: The Al Qaeda Myth

Tom Porteous April 12, 2006 Tom Porteous is a syndicated columnist and author who was formerly with the BBC and the British Foreign Office. We now know that Al Qaeda had nothing to do with the London bombings in July 2005. This is the conclusion of the British government’s official inquiry report leaked to the British press on April 9. We now also know that the U.S. military is deliberately misleading Iraqis, Americans and the rest of the world about the extent of Al Qaeda’s involvement in the Iraqi insurgency. This was reported in The Washington Post on April 10, on the basis of internal military documents seen by that newspaper. What do these revelations tell us about the arguments of President George W. Bush and Prime Minister Blair that in Al Qaeda the “Free World” faces a threat comparable to that of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany, […] Read More

1992: INSIDE THE SHADOW CIA

This will go a long way into explaining “Who is Wackenhut and what are they up to?” Not mentioned in this article is the fact that Wackenhut is also in charge of security at Area-51, the place where UFO activity has often been sighted. It’s being posted for informational purposes only. ————————————————————————— INSIDE THE SHADOW CIA by John Connolly SPY Magazine – Sept 1992 – Volume 6 ============================================================ What? A big private company – one with a board of former CIA, FBI and Pentagon officials; one in charge of protecting Nuclear-Weapons facilities, nuclear reactors, the Alaskan oil pipeline and more than a dozen American embassies abroad; one with long-standing ties to a radical ring-wing organization; one with 30,000 men and women under arms – secretly helped IRAQ in its effort to obtain sophisticated weapons? And fueled unrest in Venezuela? This is all the plot of a new best-selling thriller, […] Read More
