Scientists Mapped 8000 Galaxies (Out Of Billions) & Made An Amazing Discovery

A team of scientists gathered data on more than 8000 galaxies that surround the one we live in. The Earth and the solar system are located in the Milky Way. That’s not a discovery. The Milky Way is part of a broader supercluster of 100,000 galaxies stretched out over 160 megaparsecs ( 520 million light-years) known as Laniakea. That’s a discovery. In a fascinating study, a team of scientists led by R. Brent Tully of the University of Hawaii have mapped more than 8000 galaxies in our immediate vicinity, and discovered that the Earth’s galaxy lives near the edge of the Laniakea supercluster. National Geographic explains: After studying the peculiar motions of some 8000 galaxies, Tully and his colleagues could identify which gravitational center controlled the Milky Way and its galactic neighbors. They used that information to define the extent of the supercluster. Simply put, galaxies, whose motion is controlled […] Read More

2016: Has Science Discovered God?

Einstein didn’t believe it was possible. Stephen Hawking said it might be the greatest scientific discovery of all time. What discovery has baffled the greatest scientific minds of the past century, and why has it caused them to rethink the origin of our universe? New, more powerful, telescopes have revealed mysteries about our universe that have raised new questions about the origin of life. Has science discovered God? But wait a minute! Hasn’t science proven we don’t need God to explain the universe? Lightning, earthquakes and even babies used to be explained as acts of God. But now we know better. What is it about this discovery that is so fundamentally different, and why has it stunned the scientific world? This discovery and what molecular biologists have learned about the sophisticated coding within DNA have many scientists now admitting that the universe appears to be part of a grand […] Read More

Astronomers Find Alien ‘Megastructures’ Orbiting Star Near Milky Way

What else is out there in the stars waiting to be found? (Photo Credit: ESO/Y) 21st Century Wire says… If correct this would put that alien civilisation thousands, if not millions, of years ahead of our own development. Watch a video of this report here: Jason Wright, an astronomer at Penn State University, is set to publish a report on a ‘swarm of megastructures‘ that have been found orbiting a star just outside of the Milky Way Galaxy. The anomaly was initially discovered by citizen scientist, ‘planet hunters’ who were searching through the data collected on 150,000 stars by the Kepler Space Telescope.  The star, designated KIC 8462852, was tagged as ‘bizarre’ and ‘interesting’ by the independent researchers because it was surrounded by a mass of matter in a tight formation. Young stars can be surrounded by such matter at the start of their lifecycle, but KIC 8462852 is not a young star. A paper was […] Read More

New rare dwarf galaxy discovered next to Milky Way

A team of Russian and American scientists have uncovered a new dwarf galaxy next to the Milky Way – the galaxy we live in. Called KKs3, the galaxy is seven million light years away and was discovered in August using the Hubble Space Telescope. It’s being hailed as a rare find. “Finding objects like KKs3 is painstaking work, even with observatories like the Hubble Space Telescope,” said Dimitry Makarov of the Special Astrophysical Observatory in Karachai-Cherkessia, Russia. Results were posted in the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society. “But with persistence, we’re slowly building up a map of our local neighbourhood, which turns out to be less empty than we thought.” KKs3 is located in the direction of the constellation Hydrus and its stars have only one ten-thousandth of the mass of the Milky Way. As a “dwarf spheroidal” or dSpH galaxy, it doesn’t have the kind of spiral […] Read More

THE WHITE TRAIL IN THE SKY

Shoshone No one can remember anymore exactly how it came about that the black bear Wakini overpowered the strong grey grizzly Wakinu. The black bears say that Wakini was just feeding on the contents of an anthill when Wakinu came up to him and quite rudely stuck his paw in as well. A great fight ensued, with grey and black hairs flying on every side. Wakini was, of course, in the right, for no animal may ever touch another’s prey. Wakinu thus received a just punishment; but that was by no means all – like a defeated warrior, he had to leave his tribe forever. Wakinu wailed and lamented, but the Indian laws are inexorable. And so he had to go, wading through familiar streams, taking a last look at the familiar pines, and saying farewell to the valley he had lived in all of his life. He could […] Read More

2000: Prophecy of the Rattlesnake

The Stars above and its configurations hold TIME UNTIME within its grasp upon all life. As all cultures sustain a Zodiac system written upon Time Untime so also the Chickamaugan Cherokee of the Americas hold also an Ancient Zodiac of the heavens. Within the Zodiac of the Heavens of the Chickamauga Cherokee are etched Ancient designs written upon and within the lines of seeing. The Cherokee Zodiac is alive and moves and spins upon the rings of TIME UNTIME. As the main outline remains its hold and is stationed in the sky of stars its movement within that frozen outline does indeed change with the movements of the other elements. Elements within the rotations planets, stars, and bodies of the heavens. As other cultures station their Zodiac as a permanent fixture the Cherokee Zodiac morphs or changes and becomes as if ALIVE. Always Alive, breaths, lives, and takes upon […] Read More

2009: Superwave: Project Camelot interviews Dr Paul LaViolette

Dr. Paul LaViolette is the measured counterpart to Patrick Geryl, whose interview we have released simultaneously. A brilliant and maverick astrophysicist, Paul is best known for his research into a new theory of matter he calls Subquantum Kinetics – based on systems theory, which he studied for his Ph.D. thesis – and for his carefully argued hypothesis, first formulated in 1983, that our galactic center periodically emits devastating waves he termed superwaves. Galactic superwaves are intense cosmic ray particle bombardments that originate from the center of our Galaxy, and that last for periods of up to a few thousand years. Paul explains that astronomical and geological evidence indicates that the last major superwave impacted our solar system around 12,000 to 16,000 years ago, and produced abrupt changes of the Earth’s climate. The land animal extinction episode which occurred during this interval was the worst in several million years, […] Read More

2012: Aetheric Coronal Elements: ACE

There is a mystery in the corona of the sun. The surface of the sun is about 8000 degrees F. About 100,000 miles above the surface the temperature is over a million degrees. This is the corona and the photosphere from which most of the solar heat and light is received on Earth. There are a number of theories regarding magnetic convection of energy from the sun to the corona as surface radiation cannot account for the heat transfer, but the convection theory falls apart when the overall heat budget is considered. There is too much energy in the corona. As most of the heat and light arriving on Earth comes from the area of the corona in the middle of the face of the sun or the direct line between the core of the sun and the Earth then there is a possible transfer of energy of the […] Read More
