The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion

The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion [Editor’s Note: The term “protocols” in this text refers to the recorded minutes of a series of meetings which took place among the innermost circle of Zion elders. The term also implies a blueprint or strategy to follow in order to achieve the desired goals stated here. The minutes of these meetings were either originally issued at the First Zionist Congress held in in Basel, Switzerland  (spelled Basle at the time) in 1897, or they were re-issued at that Congress. The Zionist Congress was headed up byTheodore Herzl who held subsequent Zionist congresses on almost a yearly basis until 1913, and then resumed again in 1921.
